3. Asking your employee to stay during a threesome after he repeatedly had given no interest in sexual encounters.

4. Discussing your penis size with your employee and asking your employee to check out your penis.

5. Asking your employee to dismember and bury bodies of your victims in the backyard.

6. Asking your employee to lure non consenting individuals to your house which you murder and kill.

7. Asking your employee to circumcise you, specifically after they said no.

8. Demonstrating being f***ked in the a** and suggesting the house renovators put a skylight that can see into your employee’s bathroom while said employee is listening to you say this in the same room.

9. Taking your employee on a flight and then dropping your employee from a high distance where they have to be hospitalized.

10. Feeding your employee raw meat.

11. Insinuating that you’d kill employee’s own mother.

12. Trapping said employee in a cage.

on twitter, a viral thread started where people around the world shared their translations of “If I must die”, the last work of Dr Refaat Alareer also known as "the voice of Gaza". A beloved poet, teacher and life-long activist for Palestine, he was recently assassinated along with members of his extended family by a targeted Israeli air strike. His loss leaves a hole in the heart of palestinians all over the world.

I wish some aces would stop excluding other aces with complex sexual experiences. like I get why but you have to realize that being ace does not mean they don't enjoy sexual experiences and it's weird when you complain about allo people and boil it down to "people who have sexual experiences" and also shame people for their sex life and kinks as if your own community doesnt INCLUDE those people. because there are other aces out there who still masturbate, who feel sexually attracted to their own body, who barely experiences sexual attraction but still enjoys sex, who like consuming sexual media, who like sfw kink. being ace is so so much more complex than just "disliking sex". and also aromantic exclusionism in the same genre of posts is something i see a lot. especially aro allos. I hate hate hate seeing a community that SHOULD be inclusive boil down sexuality and exclude people.

One of my favourite micro-fandoms is folks who are preoccupied with fictional apartments. Trying to draw a floor plan of Sherlock Holmes and Watson's quarters that's consistent with every description of it ever provided by Arthur Conan Doyle (and largely succeeding, in spite of the fact that Doyle is so bad about consistency that Watson's war-wound keeps wandering), or exhaustively examining Jerry Seinfeld's pad from every available camera angle and concluding that the show has managed to depict a physically impossible space in spite of being obliged to construct an actual, physical set. If I ever write something involving an apartment, I 100% hope they call me out for fucking up the placement of the bathroom.

I think one of my favorite things about Codywan is that it absolutely could be canon and wouldn’t disrupt the established timeline. I mean, a ship doesn’t have to be canon compliant to mean something but for me, personally, I so rarely fall for pairs that are possible that when I do it’s like, a little extra special.

And as someone who loves angst + hurt / comfort, codywan in canon would obviously be filled to the brim with both in order to maintain established canon. For example, Cody obviously isn’t in A New Hope, but with the clones accelerated aging that could easily be a sad but canon compliant reason why he’s not. Or in rebels, Rex mentions he believes Obi-Wan to be dead, and he talks about Cody as if he’s no longer around. That could be because Cody and Obi-Wan are hiding out together on Tattooine, just like the original draft of the Kenobi script.

Does this make sense? Do I think Lucasfilm would ever go for this? No. But do I think if they wanted to they could do so very, very easily and it would fit right into canon, like it always belonged? Yes.
