Just in case anyone was wondering, I am in fact a federal employee and I am in fact having A Fucking Time Of It

In roughly chronological order, here's all the things that have fucked us over the last two weeks:

Hiring freeze effective immediately, which involved rescinding final offers to people who were about to start their job. A final offer is something you can get a mortgage with btw. It's what you get after months of paperwork. It's something you move cross country for. Eighteen people just at our hospital had a final offer rescinded

A demand for a return to in person work, with no explanation given for why they want this so badly. No explanation on people who have teleworking written into their contracts, or people who have teleworking as a reasonable accommodation

Related to the hiring freeze: no creation of any new jobs in even a preliminary way, even to prep to fill existing vacancies after the 90 days are over

Closing of all DEIA teams groups, webinar series, webpages, department gatherings... Anything you can think of. This included the queer teams based communities that were just a place for people to chat

Related to this: our acting secretary sending out an email that sounds straight out of the fucking Gestapo, where "we are aware of efforts by some in government to deliberately redefine DEIA positions in an attempt to keep their jobs. If you know of this happening, here's an email line we've set up for tips. There won't be adverse consequences for reporting, however, failure to report may have adverse consequences"

What appears to have been trying to be a total freeze on federal spending, which threw literally everything into chaos, I was not able to follow it at all, but the hospital is still running so I'm assuming money is happening somewhere

Two strange emails from OPM.gov, marked EXTERNAL, saying they're testing a new distribution list and to please reply yes. These were considered so universally sus by employees that they had to come down from central office and confirm that yes, these are legit, please reply

A day later, an email from that same external address offering voluntary resignation, which I'm pretty sure is the bit that's been all over the news for (checks notes) being word for word the same email musk sent to Twitter before proceeding to Not Pay Them

A restriction on communication and travel. "No speaking engagements or attendance at public facing events, seminars, or conferences (unless approved by chief of staff) for 6 months. VA only events are excluded." Which was later clarified to mean "well if you're going for continuing Ed, as long as you aren't presenting, it's ok" but then backtracked to "it's probably ok but you still need approval which can take upwards of a month." Why are they restricting speaking at conferences? It's not a money thing because traveling for VA events still costs money. It's like they're looking to prevent staff from interacting with anyone external, for some reason

And today, an email this morning that "leadership has received guidance from the office of personnel management [regarding the EO about "gender ideology extremism and restoring biological truth"] and is working to execute the EO fully, faithfully, and thoughtfully."

This afternoon at 4:30, this began with an all employee email saying that all personal pronouns are being removed from Outlook display names by IT, which was a system implemented several years ago and broadly popular! But nope, we'll need to go back to guessing what genders new coworkers named Quinn, Alex, Morgan, and Taylor are.

(oh I forgot! I can't use the word gender at work anymore. Using Proper Terminology (as interpreted by our ~~~Illustrious President~~~) in all communications at work is now required)

It had been several months since the lavish, spectacle of a wedding that you and Jeonghan had been forced to endure. The once-in-a-lifetime celebration had felt more like a gilded cage, a prison built to keep you trapped in a facade of love and happiness. And now, in the cold light of day, you were beginning to see the true nature of the man she had been compelled to marry.

In public, Jeonghan remained the picture of a doting husband. He was always by your side, his hand possessively resting on the small of your back as you both attended events and made appearances. His smile was always bright, his laughter a little too loud, as if he were trying to convince the world of his contentment. But you could feel the tension in his fingers, the way they dug into your skin with a bruising force when he thought no one was watching.

He was always quick to praise you, singing your virtues to anyone who would listen. "She's the most talented, the most beautiful, the most incredible woman I've ever met," he would gush, his eyes glinting with a manic intensity. But his words felt empty, rehearsed, like lines fed to him by his publicist. There was no sincerity behind them, no true affection. Only a desperate need to control, to dominate.

But in private, behind the closed doors of the home you now shared, Jeonghan's true colors began to show. The charming facade he wore for the cameras melted away, replaced by a man consumed by a dark, twisted obsession.

He would watch you with a intensity that bordered on frightening, his gaze following your every move like a predator stalking its prey. He would burst into the room without warning, demanding to know where you had been, who you had spoken to, what you had been doing. His jealousy was all-consuming, his insecurity manifesting in explosive outbursts that left you shaken and afraid.

Jeonghan had also become increasingly controlling, insisting on approving every aspect of your life. He dictated your schedule, your wardrobe, your social engagements. He even tried to influence your modeling, demanding to see the pictures of the sessions before they were presented to the public, as if he had some say in your work.

But the most terrifying part was the way he would touch you. In private, his caresses were not gentle or tender, but rough and demanding. His hands would roam your body possessively, gripping and squeezing as if he were trying to leave his mark on your skin. At night, as you would lay next to him in bed, you could feel his eyes boring into yours in the darkness, his breath hot and heavy against the back of your neck. There were times when you swore you could feel the weight of his stare even in your sleep, his obsession seeping into your dreams and turning them into nightmares.

Jeonghan had also become increasingly isolating, cutting you off from your friends and family. He would make excuses for why you couldn't meet up, or worse, he would simply refuse to let you go, making up emergencies or commitments that kept you tethered to his side. It was as if he was trying to erase any trace of your former life, any reminder of the person you had been before he had come along and claimed you as his own.

As the months went by, you could feel yourself changing, could feel your spirit being slowly ground down by the constant pressure and control. you caught yourself smiling less, laughing less, until you hardly recognized the reflection staring back at you in the mirror. It was like Jeonghan was slowly erasing you, replacing the vibrant, independent woman you had once been with a hollow shell of his own creation.

But despite the fear and unease that had become your constant companions, you refused to give up entirely. you knew that she had to find a way out, a way to break free from the nightmare of a marriage you had been forced into. She started small, setting boundaries and asserting her independence in subtle ways. you spent more time in your modeling sessions, trying to stay back and hit the wrong poses so they could keep you overnight (although that would just end in jeonghan becoming more possessive.) you even managed to sneak away to see your family, a few times, stealing precious moments of comfort and support.

It was a delicate balancing act, navigating the volatile waters of your new life. But you were determined to hold onto some shred of your identity, some glimmer of hope that you could still be free. you just prayed that you could find a way to do it before Jeonghan's obsession consumed you both entirely.

Indigenous People's Day

DR. HENRIETTA MANN Cheyenne

On this Indigenous Peoples' Day, we are featuring Matika Wilbur’s recent publication Project 562: Changing the Way We See Native America, published by Ten Speed Press in 2023. Wilbur (b. 1984) is a visual storyteller and member of the Swinomish and Tulalip peoples of coastal Washington. She holds a degree from the Brooks Institute of Photography alongside a teaching certificate that has shaped her style of educating through narrative portraits.  

Project 562: Changing the Way We See Native America, a book born from a documentary project of the same name, resolves to share contemporary Native issues and culture. In 2012 Wilbur set out from Seattle to visit and photograph all 562 plus Native American sovereign territories in the United States.

Wilbur’s engagement with the communities she visited resulted in the creation of hundreds of dynamic portraits and documentation of conversations about “tribal sovereignty, self-determination, wellness, recovery from historical trauma, decolonization of the mind, and revitalization of culture.” She refers to her portraiture approach as “an indigenous photography method” that includes several hours and sometimes days of interaction with the participants, an exchange of energy and gifts, and asking sitters to choose their portrait location. The outcome is a stunning collection of Native narratives and portraits.

INTRO

Hello!

I thought I'd do a bit of a more formal intro as I try to move over to engaging more on Tumblr now that other social media platforms are becoming steadily more unusable.

I'm mars or Kaye, I write lots of weird sensual horror and cross-blended speculative fiction with horror, all with trans and queer characters. I first self-published a short story on itchio in March of 2023 after years of wishing I could leave ghostwriting to publish my own work. (I still haven't fully escaped that occupation, but we're getting there.)

I'm a big, huge fan of publishing on itchio, although I'm also published on Amazon as a necessary evil, boo hiss, tomato tomato, etc.

PUBLISHED WORK

2023

FIRST CREATION: my debut novella, 22k words/98 pages, religious horror featuring an angel and a demon on opposite sides of a never-ending war escaping together, and a whole lot of cannibalism and fruit metaphors. It was a finalist in the 2023 Indie Ink Awards. Transmasc protagonist, M/M pairing.

Blood & Flowers (currently undergoing a re-release process that's adding roughly 11k words and a new cover, so it's not available for sale right now): won the Queer Indie Award of 'Best Sophomore Novel' in 2023, enemies to lovers, vague Romeo and Juliet retelling, vampires and haunted houses. I'm so excited to share the re-release of this early this year! Transmasc protagonist, M/M pairing.

EYETOOTH: another novella (I really love writing novellas), 18k words/90 pages, t4t eroguro medkink fever dream. A trans art student undergoes an experimental surgery at an underground plasma donation center, but afterwards, the doctor disappears and leaves him to deal with the aftereffects and strange cannibalistic urges. Transmas protagonist, nonbinary love interest, M/NB pairing.

2024

Dead Cowpokes Don't Wrangle: Probably the coolest thing I did last year was curate this anthology with a good friend and fellow author, H.S. Wolfe. A queer collection of weird west stories and gorgeous artwork from 18 creators, this is an absolute banger, if I do say so myself. My story in there, Red as Blood, Black as Tar, deals with people coming back from the dead, gunslinging outlaws, and a lot of weird, gross tar. F/NB pairing, ~10k words.

UNHOLY FAVORS: 22k words/90 pages, a short story duet about making deals with supernatural entities that go wrong. Featuring trans protagonists, monsterfucking, weird dreamscapes and hellhounds, this is an odd little itchio-exclusive collection. M/M pairings for both, each story is around 10k words.

The Apples of New Eden: 57k words/251 pages, my first full-length novel. Sci-fi horror, taboo romance. Two brothers struggle to reunite for Christmas in a dystopian war-filled future. Featuring cybernetics, wire play, heavy handed anti-establishment themes, and some really weird dogs. Itchio exclusive, transmasc protagonist and M/M pairing.

WIPs For This Year

Sequels: one of my main goals this year is to actually publish a sequel to one of my three started series. (First Creation, Blood & Flowers, and Eyetooth are all the first books in series.)

Sweet Lamb: novel length, religious horror. I tried to release Sweet Lamb early in 2024 but it just wasn't ready. I'm glad I waited, because I'm a lot clearer now on what I want to do with it. It's a very personal book to me, and I want to make it the best it can be. Polyam trans rep, new age cults, weird fucky angels.

Clipped Wings WIP: novel length, religious horror, anti-establishment themes as well as a toxic age gap pairing. What happens when you take an angel's wings away?

Several Novella and novelette length wips: I won't list them all out because I've started SEVERAL, and I'm not sure which I'll get done first, but I'm hoping to get at least a couple of them out this year.

Other work: I'm very excited to be a part of several other cool collaborative projects I can't talk about yet, but there's several things in the works right now, so keep an eye out!

Dawn is the protagonist of Plantinum. By the time he becomes the protagonist of Legends Arceus he's started his female to male transition and is going by Rei.

Rei's ace in Sinnoh is a bibarel, the first pokemon he ever caught. Barry told Rei that bidoof are kind of lame and Rei became dead set on proving them wrong. Rei's ace in Hisui is the alpha kricketune that was bothering Lord Wyrdeer, who Rei began training to prove that pokemon aren't so scary.

Barry is nonbinary and uses she/they/fae pronouns.

Rei has clinical depression but unlike some people he never tried to destroy the world over it.

Lord Avalugg was the original hero's companion and is still alive in modern Sinnoh, slumbering under Snowpoint City.

Rei died in 1942 at 85 years old of natural causes.

Cynthia is a direct descendant of Rei via an orphaned Celestic child he adopted.

Cynthia's spiritomb is Vessa, who has stayed close to the family since Rei helped her. The Azure Flute is also a family heirloom.

Cynthia lost her eye to an infection after her garchomp scratched it as a gible. She has a prosthetic eye under her bangs and likes to tell people her garchomp once clawed a person's eye out.

After Rei dissappeared, Cynthia was reinstated as Sinnoh champion and hasn't been beaten since.

Giratina thinks they can fix Cyrus let's see how that goes for them.

Giratina was Rei's pokemon (he called them Tina), and since his dissappearence has been a companion of Cynthia.

Cyrus is nonbinary and uses they/them pronouns.

Cyrus had an interest in pokemon contests until a bad experience led them to dropping them.

Mars studied history once but it led to her to have a very pessimistic view of the world.

Lucas is dyslexic.

Professor Rowan has a pretty severe allergy to feline pokemon.

Professor Rowan wants to strangle Professor Oak with a coat hanger, a sentiment he is completely oblivious to.

Barry eventually starts working at the Battle Tower with his dad.

Maylene, Candice, and Cyrus are no contact with their families.

Candice and Maylene like to hike together.

Fantina's father is from Kalos but she has never actually been there herself.

Crasher Wake is Fantina's pokemon contest rival.

Some time after Rei disappears, Johanna goes back to doing pokemon contests full time. She's close with Fantina and Crasher Wake.

It's tradition for Roark and Byron to spend the day together in the Sinnoh underground on Roark's birthday.

Gardenia is a secret base master.

Roark and Gardenia have made a game of hunting down each others' secret bases and setting up traps for each other.

Bertha and Aaron are actually really good friends, which everybody is surprised to learn. They often walk along Victory Road together and talk.

Lucian is schizophrenic.

Of the elite four, Lucian was the closest with Rei.

Ingo is Flint's great-something grandmother.

Dialga, Palkia, and Giratina all have at least some resentment over Arceus they've been stewing over for at least a couple thousand years. These eldritch dragons have daddy issues. Giratina especially has not forgiven Arceus for what it did to Rei, but has given up on revenge.

After Cogita was released from her curse and eventually died, Enamorus went to Galar with Professor Laventon where she cycles through human disguises. She's currently living as Opal.

Uxie periodically erases Darkrai's memories at their request, despite Cresselia's protests.

Yeah idk what to say Darkrai and Cresselia are kind of doomed yuri coded.... 🤔

Regigigas' true form is a lot bigger than their pokedex entry states, the body they appear in is something they crafted to better work on new creations.

When phione and manphy migrate by Sinnoh waters, they create a beautiful lightshow underwater that people travel from all over to watch.

Shaymin migration is also an incredible spectacle. Sinnoh is one of the only regions where so many mythical pokemon can be so freely observed.

The lake trio are carnivorous and love eating fish. Their fangs are razor sharp.

Heatran is there. I guess.

I'll say this for Daggerheart:

I didn't even make it through character creation before the physicality of the game inspired me to imagine the sort of Character Sheet Contraption that I would truly love playing it with. What would feel like a customizable instrument for playing the game?

I gathered simple materials and spent yesterday taping it all onto a cut of paper grocery bag. Got through several bouts of "This is so stupid; why am I doing this?" Actually finished a physical prototype, which I've never done so fast. Spent hours today gathering even more materials and reworking a particular system. I've done a lot of it through feel, using origami measurement folds for measuring and closing my eyes to feel how it would work during play as much as how it would look. There's sheet holders with various loading configurations, card holders, many abacus-like trackers, and hard surfaces all in a thing I can fold into a binder at the end of the game with very little to set back up or put away. Like a steamer trunk where all your things are tucked into neat little compartments. The mechanical button cockpit of my dreams for flying the game.

Something like this has been lurking in my mind taking root for the quarter century I've been playing TTRPGs, but everything's been so book-and-memory oriented that it never quite fully formed.

Things I've tried before to varying success:

Papers on table with a stack of books.

Lots of tabs in the books.

Storage clipboard.

Advanced Excel auto-leveling character sheets other people designed.

"Character Manual" where I copy over all relevant rules from every book into a single document and create combined leveling tables and detail every single thing I took when and how I calculated every number and put it in a binder. (This is what the Daggerheart cards effectively construct for you.)

Digital toolset platforms that conceptually do what I want but are confusing and buggy to use in practice.

Back to the Character Manual version 2.0.

I've considered an abacus or abacus-like tracker many times but never actually committed. I accidentally taught myself how to count on my fingers similar to an abacus as a kid based on bastardized ASL. It is significantly harder to lose count when physically holding the numbers. Plus being able to count on my fingers up to 110 or 1023 depending on number system used is very handy. Counting to 10 rapidly outgrows its usefulness.

None of them have fully worked because the games themselves have not been designed for them to really work. I've been fighting the system every time. Mostly I've come out of it feeling bad about myself and that I was too incompetent at memorization, record keeping, and character building to play.

But Daggerheart is explicitly made to accommodate poor memories, minimal math, attention/comprehension gaps, rapidly getting assistance with the rules, arranging your own physically engaging space, and creating enough generalized scaffolding to fit the system into your ideas instead of trying to fit your ideas into the system.

Looking forward to trying it out in play with my other neurodivergent and disabled friends to see how it feels in play. But just being able to intuitively imagine and feel out the physical space of play is huge. Analogue interaction that would let me do things with my eyes closed accurately and not lose my place. Even if it ends up not being my preferred system, it's already taught me how I really want to be playing.

I really hope I'll keep pushing myself to complete this contraption and have a working, repeatable pattern. I would love to make + sell something like this, and/or make a pattern and instruction zine to sell.

The curse is now commonly known as the Dragon Curse, giving those effected the power to turn into a dragon at will with some drawbacks. Now Dark Enchantress strives to attempt to regain control over the curse, drawing in the attention of the Beast cookies as well.

What is Dragon Curse AU?

Dragon Curse is a Cookie Run: Kingdom AU that completely rewrites the canon timeline. It is mainly focused on several relationships between cookies, and of course, the main gimmick: the dragon curse.

What is the dragon curse? What does it do?

The dragon curse itself is a curse that can be inflicted upon cookie when they come into contact with artifacts magically charged with draconic energy. Becoming cursed allows the bearer to transform into a dragon (having both an anthro and full dragon form), which can either be done at will or brought out via strong emotions. While cursed cookies will never achieve the same power or grandeur as a true dragon, they can still experience a fraction of that immense power and use it to their advantage.

Will there be shipping?

The entire AU revolves around shipping. If you want specific ships, please see the link provided in the previous section of the masterpost.

When does the story take place?

Dragon Curse spans from the beginning of Earthbread to the very afterlives of the cookies that lived within it. Most of the story takes place during when the canon events would, though it is worth noting that nearly nothing from canon remains the same.

Read above. It's also worth noting that this AU was created prior to the Wind, Piercer of Darkness update and has been changed as we see fit with each update afterwards. None of the beast cookies will be anywhere near their canon counterparts. We can write them better anyways :)

Omega when she gets to jail and realizes that she now has to big sister four other children. One of which is nowhere near her age.

Going to try and condense some more serious thoughts about these episodes down below so I can avoid spoiling someone as much as possible and not post a dozen times. I don’t want to miss tag any one of those.

Jex/Jek?? I can’t completely remember his name, but the mirialan kid is for sure not going to trust her at all. Can’t say much for the pantoran kid since they haven’t shown much of them so far, but Eva is going to love her.

I think the mirialan kid is definitely going to be skeptical of Omega’s prior knowledge of the facility, Emerie, and why they’re there. Although he might overlook these things hanging on her promise that her brothers will get her, and in turn them, out of there. I can’t help but wonder what Omega and the others will think after about a week and there still not being a rescue. (These two are assuming that she will be placed with the other force sensitive children. Although she may be moved since her blood actually works for project Necromancer)

Crosshair is definitely going to hear it from Hunter. ESPECIALLY after he threw Hunter’s past failure to keep her out of Tantiss in his face. What I think will weigh on his conscience more though is the fact he thinks she’ll be alone this time. In a way she definitely will, but I have no doubt that he realizes he was probably the highlight of her day. He was probably the one thing that kept her hopeful even if he tried to talk down on her and get her to leave. Yes, she had hope that Hunter and Wrecker would find her, but she also needed someone there with her. A familiar face and not someone who just revealed they were your sister out of the blue. Her situation has changed, but Crosshair doesn’t know that. The Crosshair guilt is going to be so real in these last episodes.

Switching gears, CX agents are always a cool and interesting topic for me. While the identity of CX-2 isn’t usually as engaging, I have to say that I’ve drifted from the standpoint of “there’s no way that’s Tech” to “it’s a possibility” over the course of the last two episodes. I’ve seen some fun ideas for who it is otherwise. Personally, I think that they’re probably just another copy paste man with no autonomy anymore.

ANYHOW! I haven’t seen anyone talk about it much, but the scene with Hemlock reviewing the CX agent data and the capsule has me thinking a little harder on their creation/conditioning. The way Hemlock talks about the other operatives as well. “The others aren’t ready to join you” (paraphrasing) seems to show that after the mental conditioning through obviously brutal means, it takes a load of time to physically condition the agents. Seeing as CX-1 was most likely initiated around the same time as Crosshair (I choose to believe that they were near each other’s tables which is why they’re familiar), that took around five months to half a year. In that time span there had to be a lot of soldiers who Hemlock saw fit to be “reprogrammed” but we see very few operatives throughout. This means that if they make it out of mental conditioning, physical conditioning is most likely very dangerous and often times fatal. I’d like to draw attention to the capsules as a part of that physical conditioning. There were several capsules that Hemlock was observing, along with the foggy one that is most likely that new Huyang-lookin-ass operative. If these capsules are the final stage of physical conditioning, it adds meaning to CX-2’s first line, “Why have I been activated?” (Once again paraphrasing). Although the capsules could be for something else entirely.

Also a bit of a gripe, why in the world do you need a new secret-secret operative, Hemlock? You have the commandos, and then the first X troopers, now the CX’s, and what? You wanted a new one? I can’t tell if this man is an overachiever or just way too absorbed into the advanced trooper rabbit hole. Also for you Tech theorists, it’s kinda suspicious that he makes a new version of agents isn’t it? Almost like there’s something…deviant about him?

Completely side tracking here, I really like Phee’s awareness in the station. Yeah she didn’t hear the blaring alarm, but she was in a room where it’d be hard to hear anyways. However, when she got back she felt something was off about the ramp. We’ve seen how slick CX-2 is, so her noticing something is up was a nice touch imo. Also was very appreciative of her caution and readiness with her knife. I love when female characters get to be aware of their surroundings and ready to throw hands if things go south.

In conclusion, thank you for listening to my dump-rambling. I’ve been trying to keep my lips shut so I don’t miss tag anything and spoil it for someone (because I know that I’ll forget to tag everything right). I hope Wrecker is okay. And even if I’m not a Tech CX theorist, I have to admit that I’ve been seeing some fairly strong parallels.

This week ALONE, I have had several people coming onto my HL social media pages and my Wattpad page (actual people, not bots) commenting and asking me to read their fics and "promoting their content." Normally, I just delete and ignore, but this week for WHATEVER reason, I had an influx of them and it really, really bothered me.

This might be a controversial take, but please DO NOT do this.

I love reading other people's fics. I love commenting and encouraging others to keep writing. But to not even follow my work, to not even READ anything I've written, and then come onto my profile and beg me to read your stuff just for views and likes? It makes me feel like you are using my page, where I post MY creations, to make it about YOU.

Fandom is a community. If you want to yap with me about your writing, I'm happy to listen! If you want to ask for advice, I'm happy to share! But PLEASE DO NOT use my page to promo your work to other people!

I know this new culture of fandom has become extremely transactional - we judge ourselves based on how many views/likes/comments our story gets and feeling like we don't get a lot of engagement can take its toll. I know. I've been there. Your feelings are valid, and I completely understand that.

But if you are expecting me to give you views and likes when you don't even BOTHER to try to make friends or interact with me in a genuine way, and then use MY profile to promote your fic, I will block you and delete your comment, and it will forever go ignored.

Please, PLEASE don't take this as me refusing to read others' fics. I love reading other people's work. I love talking about our mutual fandoms and giggling about the things that we write. But when it turns into using others for "content promotion", it takes all the fun out of fandom. It's really discouraged me this week getting all of these messages and makes me not want to create anymore.

I was wondering why the dynamics between red Medic/blue Sniper and blue Medic/red Sniper were so different. Would red Medic treat both Snipers the same way?

Not exactly.

As for RedSniper, he thought RedSniper was one of his most meaningful masterpieces. It was just that the temperament of this masterpiece was not to his taste. He would deliberately make RedSniper angry at times, after all, he still needed treatment on the battlefield. So he enjoyed the feeling of watching RedSniper being angry but could do almost nothing to him.

(In my headcanon, RedSniper has some heart problems. It was caused by technical errors in RedMedic's surgery. Anger and other severe emotional fluctuations will cause his heartache.)

As for BluSniper, at first, RedMedic just wanted to continue his creation. BluSniper was the enemy with him, and he often used this as an excuse to exert his own creativity and research work. But BluSniper's reaction was nothing but fear. He was very confused about why he never got angry like RedSniper.

He tried to figure out why, so much so that it temporarily slowed down his work progress and focused his research on this person. He would try to engage in a variety of behaviors to 'test' BluSniper's personality and reaction. But some things he did were obviously beyond BluSniper's tolerance.

(The collar has the function of distinguishing spies and preventing getting lost(?) At least RedMedic thinks it is useful.)
