I always find ship wars in comic spaces stupid for many reasons. One of those reasons being that superhero comics (Marvel/DC in particular) work on a multiverse rule for everything, which means that technically all ships are canon.

So basically, everyone engaging in superhero comic ship wars are wrong. Everything’s canon for better or worse
