Yesterday's meal I finally ate twice because I was forced to but it was the same quantity so it's okey I guess.
I realized that doing omad in summer break is impossible to me so I'm just gonna ate 2 small meals when I am forced to and the rest of the time omad.
I will start a serious omad and water fasting when school starts,in less than 2 months.

benefits from losing 60 pounds
moving is a lot easier when you are carrying less. that doesn't sound like a big deal but, EVERYTHING, that has movement is easier. everything. standing up, going up the stairs, walking around a store, cutting onions, everything.
my feet hurt so much less from standing
my self esteem hasn't gone up, I still feel the same way I did about myself as when I started, but I do think I look better, and that does give me a lot of little moments of joy. trying on clothing, wearing makeup, looking at myself in photos now make me feel happier instead of sad.
I'm not out of breath nearly as much. I am never out of breath when not exercising, which is very convince
it's easier to deal with the heat, I don't feel it as much. going outside when it's 85 isn't a death sentence
normal stuff fits. I can fit nicely into normal chairs, use normal towels. I don't have to worry about fitting into places
people have noticed, and while the responses have varied, they are pretty much all positive.
I wasn't lazy, I was tired. I have so much more energy now. I hang out with people every weekend, get more done at work, keep the house fully clean, pace around the house, dance, move, write more, move more. I have extra energy the the end of the day for side projects. my lowest energy days now are pretty much average days back when I started.
