don’t you just love it when, after finishing one fic and you’re about to start working on a new one, you have so many plots and ideas to write about your blorbo for his next fics, but since you have so many plots and ideas, you can’t decide which to write first. so you just… don’t write at all 🥲

Looking for a reviewer?? I think??
So, I'm not really a professional writer, I just write for the sake of writing something I can give out to the world someday, as a message or proof that I've done something, like most do.
But I have been editing and reviewing almost all of it by myself, so I guess this is a message to ask if anyone is interesting in reading/reviewing what I've written so far? Of course, my novel series so far is very broad and contains several sensitive matters as well as subjects some may find inappropriate. But the main theme is horror, splatterpunk, so that kinda makes sense.
So, what I've written so far and what I plan to write contains, from lightest to heaviest:
All kinds of horror
Insane drama (literally)
Severe injuries and blood/gore (splatterpunk)
Suicide/attempts
Addiction in all kinds of ways
Prostitution, strip clubs, maybe sex scenes
Murder and/or greatly detailed death scenes
A lot of gross stuff, as in parasites, goop and hair and flesh and all that together
But don't worry! I have cute stuff too. Fluff, rebelling, cute couples and wonderful little lovie scenes, that I am unfortunately having trouble writing as I myself am deep down on the no-love-no-sex-no-feelings-part of the asexual spectrum. And I also have a natural lack of emotion, so a reviewer who knows these kinds of things would be great!
Of course, you can just send me a message if you're interested in reading what I've got for the novel series so far, and I'll try to figure out a way I can either send snippets of the stories or release drafts somewhere else. To be honest, I've never released drafts of anything before, so I would greatly appreciate any help with it :D
Anyways that's all I had okay thanks buhbyee

Writing Problem: The Novel's Questions Are Left Unanswered
Problem: The Novel's Questions Are Left Unanswered
Solution: Conflicts require consequences, character arcs require a destination, and unresolved or unanswered questions have their own purpose. But having too many unanswered questions can make a novel's ending feel too foggy, if not outright incomplete. In short, loose threads can be frustrating.
Handled appropriately, loose threads may encourage the reader to hum and ponder how each character's life may evolve following the novel's events. Some readers adore the beauty of an imperfect story. However, handled poorly, loose threads speak to a poorly planned and disorganized narrative for which the writer was mistakenly more invested in drafting a kitschy or vulgar hook than a purposeful climax or dénouement.

Okay, so here’s the thing.
I don’t write for myself.
I don’t.
I tell myself stories for myself.  I daydream for myself.  I put myself to sleep with imagined scenes and winding plots for myself.  I tell stories to myself for myself only.
I write for others.
I don’t write something down to save it for myself.  It’s been over a decade since writing something down gave me any serotonin boost.  I write something down to share it.  If I’m not going to share it, I don’t have any motivation to sit my ass down and actually type it out on the laptop.  If I’m not going to share it, I can just let it play in my head and get all my enjoyment out of it.  If I’m actually putting those stories down in permanent form, its so I can pass them along for other people to enjoy as well.
So - yeah.  If I’m sharing my stories, I am looking for interaction over them.  If I wasn’t, I would have left them in my head in the first place.

Should I write my fantasy journal in German or in English?
If I write it in English I'm easy to load it up for you all to read. But I'm way more good with words in German, obviously.
The original stories are written in German and I don't really feel like translating them. But in the other hand: I want someone to read them.

Okay guys, imma change a few things about my inbox. So I apologize if requests haven’t been made if you haven’t seen them get posted. Unfortunately it has been really difficult for me to think of ideas and have the energy to write them.
Instead of putting 5 slots for my inbox, I’ll just leave it open all the time. You guys can send in requests and if I like it and can come up with an idea for it, I’ll have it written! Some might take a long time before they are written, and some might be quick.
Again, I’m sorry for this. I haven’t been on as much as I’d like. And I miss all my followers😭
I hope everyone is having a wonderful day/night!❤️

So, I do plan on changing everyone’s names and publishing Scholar’s Mate. Problem? Lulu doesn’t allow published erotica, and I want to self publish. Anyone know of any good sites that would allow the publishing of erotica?

Writing Problem: The Story Is Tonally Confused
Problem: The Story Is Tonally Confused
Solution: What is the novel's general attitude, particularly given the story's descriptive specificity, the characters' emotional latitude, and the atmospheric dynamic of the feelings a specific scene is written to elicit? Tone is an interrelated mix of narrative forms and attributes. Identifying, organizing, and manipulating tone means establishing and controlling these attributes. But a word of caution is often warranted: Mixing and matching and glibly contrasting tone doesn't always come across as clever, to the reader, as the writer might imagine. Consistency and relevance are important.
Authors must know the difference between recognizing a scene's tone and sustaining it such that its rhythm lends the appropriate heft. Word choice matters. Character mood matters. Point of view matters. Scene structure matters. And in the end, disruptions matter, too.
