Sudanese creators and activists who are talking about their experiences -and often not able to share extensive details about their sufferings because if they do, they could be killed for sharing information. Saying 'genocide' is getting their posts flagged and accounts banned too. We need to be talking about this too.

i want to try and edit the wikipedia page on DID because it has a misinformed section about faking

if you click enough FAQ boxes this shows up and it could easily misinform people. i’m trying to find any sources on DID faking, factitious disorder and fakeclaiming

and obviously if anyone is more informed or skilled at writing please feel free to edit it yourself! HUGE disclaimer i don’t have DID myself so i might not be the right person to do it, i’m just trying to see what i can do. i might also look at the pages for OSDD

Trying to document the differences between ourselves and we're realizing our voices are a bit different. We all pretend to be the core so we unintentionally mask around people, but if we're talking out loud to ourselves when we're alone we're starting to notice some distinctions, it's making us feel less fake it's kind of nice.

tbh we haven’t really been too focused on headspace, at least the one we built. maybe we should do some housekeeping as well!

I figured out some things about our introjects! There's a bit of a ramble under the cut lmao but it helps me process my thoughts better if I write it out

I'll start by saying that kpop as a whole is a big comfort for us (nct in particular got us through a really rough period and became an escape for us during our abuse) so we're not really surprised we got some introjects.

However, I'm starting to notice that some of them aren't actually a part of our headspace and don't have the ability to be conscious with us. I thought they were just fragmented, but I'm now realizing that those are actually npcs in our innerworld

We definitely still have fragmented introjects, but it's only maybe half of what we originally thought. I'm going to re-sort through everyone tonight, though I'm not 100% sure on whether some are alters or npcs. Like I thought Johnny was an npc until he was co-con the other day.

It's very confusing, and also very stupid why do we need to have This as a coping mechanism:/

anyone who knows how icloud/parental controls/“screen time” monitors work, any advice? (tw abuse mention)

we want to use simply plural but we’re really hesitant to because our “parents” might see it, we’ve had our privacy disrespected and it’s led to abuse from them in the past, and since then we’ve had to be careful about what we do on our devices.

i remember seeing a post about discord having a parent feature and how to hide discord by making it look like a fitness app. the only issue is we’re part of their icloud family group and we’re worried they might see the app’s real name on screen time reports.

it’s unlikely they’ll notice since they haven’t *said* anything, but for our safety we really want to be careful, especially because we’re so conspicuous about the system. we’ve been using a notebook as a fronting log so it’s not the end of the world if there’s no solution but we thought advice or alternatives could also help anyone in a similar situation!

i’m really curious to see! we don’t have did or maybe even osdd but maybe? some of us are introjects so kind of otherkin by default, but mod cog might also be some sort of therian lmao, alongside her and mod steel being technically robotkin. we’re still unsure for the others lmao
