rules for me and my ed ~
☆ 1-2 glasses of water in the morning, every morning preferably
☆ always try to drink before eating
☆ never have breakfast/lunch when you don’t need to
☆ leave the house at 7.40 to walk to/from school (120 minutes total walking)
☆ try to leave 1/2 hours at least in the evenings to walk
☆ eat as little as is acceptable at dinner + don’t add anything extra to meals
☆ always eat the least amount of food in whatever gathering you’re in
☆ macros count - waste cals on protein rich foods
☆ if you’re in a binge-y mood drink a bunch of water and try to eat low cal foods first like cucumber
☆ don’t let bad eating habits seep into relationships and friendships, it’s not as important as that i promise - don’t trigger your girlfriend
☆ weigh-ins bi-weekly on monday mornings and friday mornings
☆ if nobody is there, don��t eat
☆ sweetener slays, it’s okay to use it
☆ if you binge - try to walk till total cals is 3 digits at most
☆ no snacks - drink water, if it’s a must, have cucumber

Tips to organize your life ♡
• Organize your fridge after how "expensive" the food is (how many calories they are)
• Also do the same with your pantry, safe foods in the front, expensive in the back.
• In your room, put away the things you don't use and have distractions easy to grab when things get rough. Anything to keep you from binging.
• Decorate your room with things that'll remind you of your goal. Th1nsp0, motivational clothes tat are too small, measuring tape, goal weights, a mirror. Or if you need something discreet coose an object and gaslight yourself into connecting it with ana.
• Write! Whenever you tink about eating/binging, write down all the thoughts and feelings you have. Often the feeling needs to be taken care of in a better way, binging doesn't solve anything.
• Organize your phone, have motivational pics and apps that you can feed your ed with. I also have a locked note in my phone with all my goals and weigh-ins.
• Make a cute background for your phone or computer. I have a collage with both thinspo and other pics that motivates me.
• Planning is key. Write down everything you're going to do, eat and workout in the following week. If there's a plan it will be easier to follow it, especially if it's written down.
• Always have a list of excuses, and when you come up with another one write it down. Look at that list sometimes to remember them and you won't have yourself panicking over a response when the questions come.

I'm not skinny yet because I haven't been trying hard enough. I have literally no excuse; the entire reason I'm still fat is because I'm not putting in the work. This is all my fault. I could have been at my gw fucking years ago, it's not even THAT much weight to lose ffs. I just suck. I've only lost 9lbs this entire time, I'm a failure because I'm not trying hard enough.
I'm fucking changing it right fucking now.
