Gluten-Free Supplements and Weight Control Solutions
Tumblr media
In the journey toward optimal health and wellness, supplements play a crucial role in filling nutritional gaps, supporting bodily functions, and enhancing overall well-being. For individuals with specific dietary restrictions or health goals, choosing the right supplements can be particularly important. Two categories of supplements that are increasingly sought after are gluten-free supplements and those formulated for weight control. This blog will explore the benefits of these supplements and how they can support your health journey, especially when sourced from a trusted provider like Mind-Body Boost.
The Importance of Gluten-Free Supplements
Gluten Free Supplements diets have become increasingly popular, not just among individuals with celiac disease or gluten sensitivity, but also among those looking to reduce inflammation, improve digestion, and boost energy levels. For those who must avoid gluten due to medical conditions, maintaining a gluten-free diet is essential. However, this restriction can sometimes make it challenging to get all the necessary nutrients, as gluten-free foods might lack certain vitamins and minerals that are commonly found in gluten-containing grains.
This is where gluten-free supplements come in. These supplements are designed to provide essential nutrients without the risk of gluten contamination, ensuring that individuals on a gluten-free diet can still meet their nutritional needs. For people with celiac disease or gluten intolerance, consuming even small amounts of gluten can trigger uncomfortable and sometimes serious symptoms, so having access to gluten-free supplements is crucial for maintaining their health.
Mind-Body Boost offers a variety of gluten-free supplements that cater to different health needs, from boosting immune function to supporting digestive health and enhancing energy levels. These supplements are carefully formulated to exclude gluten while delivering the nutrients your body requires. Whether you need a daily multivitamin, a probiotic to support gut health, or a specific nutrient like iron or calcium, gluten-free supplements provide a safe and effective way to ensure you’re not missing out on essential vitamins and minerals.
In addition to meeting the nutritional needs of those with gluten sensitivities, gluten-free supplements are also beneficial for anyone looking to reduce their overall gluten intake. Some studies suggest that even individuals without celiac disease may experience digestive discomfort or other negative effects from gluten. By choosing gluten-free supplements, you can support your health goals while avoiding a potential irritant.
Moreover, gluten-free supplements are often made with higher quality, hypoallergenic ingredients, making them suitable for individuals with other food sensitivities or allergies. This careful attention to ingredient sourcing and manufacturing practices ensures that you’re getting a product that is not only effective but also safe for your unique dietary needs.
Best Supplements for Weight Control
Weight management is a common health goal for many people, whether it’s about shedding a few pounds for better health, maintaining a healthy weight, or optimizing body composition for athletic performance. While a balanced diet and regular exercise are the foundations of weight control, supplements can provide an additional boost to help you achieve your goals more effectively.
There are several types of supplements that can aid in weight control, each targeting different aspects of metabolism, appetite, and energy expenditure. The best supplements for weight control often combine ingredients that support fat burning, curb appetite, and enhance metabolism, all while providing essential nutrients that might be lacking in a calorie-restricted diet.
One popular category of weight control supplements includes thermogenic fat burners. These supplements contain ingredients like caffeine, green tea extract, and capsaicin (found in chili peppers) that help increase your metabolic rate, leading to more calories burned throughout the day. By raising your body’s core temperature slightly, these thermogenic agents make it easier to burn fat, especially when combined with regular physical activity.
Another effective type of supplement for weight control is appetite suppressants. Ingredients such as glucomannan, a type of soluble fiber, or 5-HTP, a precursor to serotonin, can help reduce hunger and cravings, making it easier to stick to a calorie-controlled diet. By managing your appetite, these supplements can prevent overeating and help you maintain a consistent calorie deficit, which is essential for weight loss.
In addition to fat burners and appetite suppressants, supplements that support energy levels are also important for weight control. When you’re trying to lose weight, especially on a low-calorie diet, it’s common to feel fatigued or low on energy. Supplements that contain B vitamins, CoQ10, or adaptogenic herbs like ashwagandha can help sustain your energy levels, making it easier to stay active and committed to your exercise routine.
Mind-Body Boost offers a range of weight control supplements that are formulated with high-quality, evidence-based ingredients. Whether you’re looking to enhance your metabolism, reduce cravings, or maintain your energy levels, there’s a supplement to support your weight management goals. These supplements are designed to complement a healthy lifestyle, working alongside a balanced diet and regular exercise to help you achieve sustainable results.
It’s important to note that while weight control supplements can be a valuable tool in your wellness journey, they are most effective when used as part of a comprehensive approach to weight management. This includes not only diet and exercise but also factors like sleep, stress management, and hydration. Supplements should be viewed as one component of a holistic plan that addresses all aspects of your health.
Combining Gluten-Free and Weight Control Supplements
For individuals who need gluten-free products and are also focused on weight control, finding supplements that meet both needs can be challenging. However, Mind-Body Boost offers a selection of gluten-free supplements specifically formulated for weight management, allowing you to pursue your health goals without compromising your dietary restrictions.
These dual-purpose supplements are designed to support Best Supplements for Weight Control while ensuring that you’re not exposed to gluten, making them ideal for those with celiac disease, gluten sensitivity, or anyone avoiding gluten for other health reasons. By choosing gluten-free weight control supplements, you can confidently work toward your fitness goals without worrying about unwanted gluten exposure.
For example, you might choose a gluten-free thermogenic supplement that boosts your metabolism while also providing essential vitamins and minerals that support overall health. Or, you could opt for a gluten-free appetite suppressant that helps you manage your cravings without any hidden gluten ingredients. The key is to select products that align with both your dietary needs and your weight control objectives.

Sweet Success: My Experience with Bio Heal Keto + ACV Gummies
Tumblr media
I used to be skeptical of dietary supplements, but after a recommendation from a trusted family friend, I decided to give Bio Heal Keto + ACV Gummies a try. My friend, who's been on a successful keto journey, raved about the gummies' potential to boost weight loss and energy levels. Here's my honest experience with this innovative supplement.
Deliciously Convenient Keto Support:
One of the biggest appeals of Bio Heal Keto + ACV Gummies was their convenience. Unlike bulky pills or messy powders, these gummies are a delightful treat. They come in a variety of flavors, and I personally found them quite enjoyable. This made adhering to the recommended dosage a breeze, unlike some supplements I've struggled with in the past.
Increased Energy and Focus:
Within a couple of weeks of incorporating Bio Heal Keto + ACV Gummies into my routine, I noticed a significant increase in my energy levels. That afternoon slump I used to experience was greatly diminished. I felt more focused throughout the day, allowing me to be more productive at work and have the energy to enjoy activities after work.
Appetite Control and Potential Weight Loss:
Another positive change I observed was a curbing of my appetite. The gummies seemed to help me feel fuller for longer, which led to a decrease in unhealthy snacking. This, combined with the increased energy, motivated me to stick to my keto diet plan more consistently. While I can't say for certain it was solely the gummies, I did experience some weight loss during the time I was taking them.
Natural Ingredients and Transparency:
Bio Heal emphasizes the use of natural ingredients in their gummies, which is important to me. I appreciate the transparency on their website, which lists all the ingredients and their potential benefits. This made me feel confident about what I was putting into my body.
Important Considerations:
It's important to remember that individual results may vary. While I had a positive experience with Bio Heal Keto + ACV Gummies, it's not a magic bullet. A healthy diet and regular exercise are still crucial for weight loss and overall well-being. Additionally, it's always a good idea to consult with your doctor before starting any new supplement, especially if you have any pre-existing health conditions.
**Overall, I would highly recommend Bio Heal Keto + ACV Gummies to anyone looking for a convenient and potentially beneficial addition to their keto journey. The delicious taste, increased energy, and potential appetite control were all welcome improvements to my experience.

what are your top That Girl tips?
Three laws of stoicism in interpersonal relationships
One of the most powerful principles you can adopt is the core of Stoic philosophy: understanding that the only things you can truly control are your reactions, your actions, and your behavior towards others. When you focus on these three areas, you become less affected by external circumstances and more centered in yourself. This approach helps you maintain your inner peace, regardless of what’s happening around you. By choosing how you respond to challenges, how you conduct yourself in relationships, and how you treat others, you cultivate a resilience that becomes the foundation of your character. This also allows you to be kind and supportive without compromising your own well-being.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Be consistent, even when it’s hard
Consistency is key to growth and success. There will be days when you feel like you’ve completely messed up, when it seems like everything has gone wrong, or when you’ve strayed from your goals—whether it’s with your diet, your routines, or your personal growth. The important thing is not to view these moments as reasons to give up or start over. Instead, see them as opportunities to learn and improve. Consistency doesn’t mean perfection, it means persistence. Even if you slip up, pick yourself up and keep moving forward.
Remember, "learn to rest, not to give up." This is especially important when it comes to areas like food and fitness. Many people, particularly those trying to lose weight, fall into the trap of extreme dieting or starving themselves. While this might offer short-term results, it almost always leads to long-term problems, including physical and mental health issues. Sustainable change comes from balanced, consistent effort—not from extremes.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Eat what your grandmother would recognize as food
In a world filled with processed foods and trendy supplements, it’s crucial to return to the basics. A piece of advice that has always stuck with me is to "eat what your grandmother would consider food." This means choosing whole, unprocessed foods that are rich in nutrients, rather than relying on questionable powders and supplements. It’s about appreciating food as fuel for the temple that is your body. Understanding the nutritional value of what you consume helps you make better choices that support your health and well-being. Supplements can have their place, but they should be used thoughtfully and under medical guidance. Many of them aren’t subjected to strict regulations, and without proper oversight, they can do more harm than good. So, focus on real, wholesome foods to nourish your body.
Tumblr media
Do things immediately, don’t procrastinate
Procrastination is the enemy of progress. Often, we put off tasks because they seem overwhelming or because we don’t feel ready. However, the longer we wait, the more daunting those tasks become. One of the best habits you can develop is to take a deep breath and just do what needs to be done. Whether it’s sending that email, starting that project, or making that difficult phone call—action is always better than delay. When you tackle things immediately, you not only clear them off your plate but also build momentum and confidence. Delaying tasks only leads to stress and missed opportunities. By facing things head-on, you empower yourself to take control of your time and your life.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Be open to listening, but stand firm in your values
Being open-minded and willing to listen to others is a strength, not a weakness. It shows that you respect other people’s opinions and that you are always ready to learn and grow. However, being open doesn’t mean being easily swayed. It’s important to have a strong sense of your own values and beliefs, and to hold onto them, even as you consider new perspectives. Listening is about understanding and empathy, not about changing who you are to fit someone else’s mold. By being both open and firm, you can engage with the world in a way that is both compassionate and true to yourself.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Nurture your spirituality
Spirituality is a deeply personal aspect of life, but it’s one that deserves attention. Whether your spirituality is tied to a religion, meditation, a connection to nature, or something else entirely, nurturing it can bring a sense of peace and purpose to your life. It helps you stay grounded and gives you a sense of direction, especially during challenging times. Regular practices that connect you to your spiritual side, such as meditation, prayer, or spending time in nature, can help you maintain a balanced and centered life. This inner peace reflects in your interactions with the world, making you more resilient and compassionate.

I loved the psychological analysis of Jason Todd through his story in Arkham and I love the accuracy and the explanation of every possible disorder or trauma that the events on the game/comic caused him.
I was wondering (and I'm not really sure if it's even canon or fanon) the idea of Joker feeding Jason rotten, poisoned and for sure other inedible things during the tortures. By that idea, what kind of aftermath would have left in Jason's mind?
Hello! I'm very happy you loved my analysis.
I am a little inept as to the comics but I have watched videos that explain the Arkham Genesis story as well as just reading the Jason Todd wiki page so I'll try my best to answer.
Based on the videos that showed comic pieces of Genesis, Joker fed Jason inedible items such as things like dead rodents, poison, etc. Considering this would have been happening for nearly 2 years this greatly would impact his relationship with food.
Survivors of long-termed forced consumptions often develop eating disorders or a straight aversion to food in general. For Jason, food could be a trigger, associated with his captivity and feelings of helplessness. He might experience anxiety or panic at the sight or smell of certain foods, or even at the thought eating itself.
To my knowledge and what I've read on him through wikis, Jason was much short and weighed less than the average child during his stint as Robin. Taking that into consideration, this makes his experience of being fed rotten or poisoned food even more damaging, given his body was already vulnerable and malnourished.
Now as an early 20 year old man, given he's 200 pounds surely this means process, right? Well that's only half right, it is without a doubt remarkable. However, the trauma associated with food and eating might still linger hindering any real progress in recovery. Besides, I have it on good authority this change was due to two things: 1. Motivation by a desire to distance himself from the vulnerability of his past trauma and 2. Sheer will to be strong enough defeat and Batman.
Diagnosing him with an eating disorder, I might be inclined to say Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder. The unique thing about this disorder is it is not caused by a negative body image. It's characterized by a failure to meet certain nutritional needs leading to weight loss, nutritional deficiency, or even being required to use feeding or oral supplements.
Anorexia Nervosa or Bulimia Nervosa with trauma as its factor. Now these disorders are linked to a lack of self esteem and body image. However they can develop as maladaptive coping mechanisms as a result to trauma. I could see Jason exhibiting behaviors associated with those disorders as a way to exert control over his body and environment.

Was working out tonight and this gym bag randomly appeared next to me. I’m the only one at the gym and I didn’t come in with it. It has a pair of posing trunks, a lifting belt, supplements, and shaker with some protein. Every time I go to a new machine it appears next to me. I even took a sip of the shaker without realizing it. Now my heads feeling foggy and my body feels funny. What’s going on? What was in that shake?
Dude, this is not a question for Chronivac Support. You should ask that question to a food lab technician. Or send it directly to Hogwarts. Because if you ask me, there's the ghost of Halloween involved.
Anyway, whatever's in the shake, have more of it! Yes, your mind may be befuddled. But you've obviously regained control of your body. The next few reps on the leg press feel like warm-ups. You double the weight. Yes, now the workout begins. You groan loudly with each repetition. But you're alone in the gym. After the last repetition, you drop the weights to the starting position with a crash. You scream out your pain. You are drenched in sweat. But fuck, you feel great. You rip your tank top off your upper body. You put on the lifting belt. Fuck, the combination of leather and sweat stinks to high heaven. You get a hard-on from the stench…. On to the barbell bench. Make your pecs burn.
Tumblr media
After that you're done. Finished and done. You take off the belt. You take off your sweat shorts. You take off the jockstrap. Your boner jumps up like a jack-in-the-box. And you put on the posing trunks. And work out your freestyle in front of the mirror. Fuck yeah! Thanks to the spirit of Halloween. He has shaped you into a champion!

They say it’s really how much you eat, not what you eat. So you eat less. You stop snacking. You count calories. You cut your meals in half. You try fasting.
They say it’s more about diet than exercise. So you cut out pop, quit fast food, eat more fruits and veggies, try this super health food that tastes like dirt. You avoid sweets and processed food as best you can.
They say it’s the alcohol. So even though you don’t drink much, you drink even less.
They say focus on protein. So you buy protein powders, protein bars, protein drinks. You eat eggs and salmon almost daily.
They say increase your water intake. So even though you’re hydrated enough, you drink more. More liquids but avoid the high calories. Try this new zero calorie drink and zero calorie sweetener.
They say oh but you still need to exercise more. So you walk more, bike more. Build up your stamina to go to the gym daily. Buy a fitness watch to closely track your every movement. Run so much you injure your knees.
They say but change up your routine or your body will get used to it. So you spend money on classes for yoga and Pilates, you try different equipment at the gym. You buy hula hoops and weights and restrictive bands to use at home. You look up different exercises to try and do them in the bathroom at work.
They say it’s okay to have some setbacks, just hop back on the wagon! So you do. Every time.
They say it’s your birth control. So you switch to a different kind.
They say it’s your hormone disorder, so you spend money on different supplements and specific diet books. You research your PCOS and endo, start a blog, talk to your physical therapist and doctors, just looking for *something* that will work.
They say talk to your doctor if it’s not working. But the doctor says just keep doing what you’re doing, or spend more money on these useless things.
They say pay attention to your mental health! The scale is just a number! So you try not to weigh yourself as often, or measure instead. You spend money on therapy and worry about getting an eating disorder.
They say plateaus and muscle weight gain are normal. So you keep going even though you don’t think anything is changing. Even when it’s been over a year. And. Nothing. Has. Changed.
They say keep going! But I’m tired.

2023's additions to your magic the gathering interaction suite: trinkit's top five control pieces you should be playing now!
There's been a lot of interesting and delightful removal and counterspell cards printed in 2023, and as a sendoff to the year as your resident control player i'd love to talk about the new cards that i'm playing in my interaction-heavy commander decks :) this takes the form of a countdown list because it's fun and clickbaity and consumable but every card on this list is fun new (largely spell-based) interaction i have played with in commander decks and recommend you give a try!
Tumblr media
starting off with our honorable mention: Invasion of New Capenna! while not a card i feel i can recommend in just any deck, this plays so well in Incubate-heavy decks, which is one of my favorite new mechanics introduced this year! this card is an auto-include in Brimaz, Blight of Oreskos, which has been a favorite deck of mine this year. Two mana exile removal on either artifact or creature, which you can easily sac a white dork (or untapped incubate token!) for the casting cost. furthermore, Invasion of New Capenna (inky for short) is the only battle i have ever transformed-- it's legitimately very good as a typal equipment (especially for incubate phyrexian tokens!). if you have an orzhov tokens deck this likely flew under your radar and i'd recommend giving it a shot :)

number 5 on the list is Cyber Conversion, a new blue staple removal piece. if you're in white or black, you'd be hard pressed to add Cyber Conversion over the other available options-- but this measures up very, very well against the other blue options! it's incredibly playable, allowing for niche interactions, preventing commanders from going back to the command zone until they can kill the cyberman, getting past indestructible (difficult in mono blue!), and generally being a cute little card. @devilkittydeckbuilding is more hype on this card than i am, so feel free to send it an ask about its favorite niche Cyber Conversion interaction, it can easily be the best option in a lot of scenarios. a Witness Protection at instant speed feels very good in hand.
Tumblr media
number 4 is my personal favorite new interaction piece, Bronzebeak Foragers! this is like if a Oblivion Ring did everything you wanted it to-- and i already adore Oblivion Ring effects :3
Bronzebeak makes its appearance in so many of my games, and it constantly pulls its weight. it's a Grasp of Fate you can block with, it's a Fiend Hunter you can junk the exile with, it's a Banisher Priest that gains you life. this might be simultaneously one of the nonlegendary cards i have cast the most in the last couple months and the one that's pulled its weight the best. it's a body, it hits nonland permanents, it hits every opponent, it can junk the item, it can gain you life! what more do you need <3
where Bronzebeak tends to overperform is in my Oloro, Ageless Ascetic control deck, where junking a card with its activated ability gains you life, which you can use to draw a card with Oloro! every part of the card feels really good, especially in dedicated control decks-- you should play this card.
Tumblr media
3rd on our list is a delightful card I adore slotting into every nonblue deck I can fit it in-- Reprieve!
Reprieve feels good to play. returning to hand is obviously not going to save you the game every time, but it does in a very good number of them :3 and the little extra bits they added to the card to supplement it feel wonderful too-- letting you cantrip it makes it feel so much better to slot in to your interaction suite, and the fact that it bypasses "cannot be countered" (especially when it's used to send back an uncounterable game-ending Thassa's Oracle) is very niche but feels so fucking good when it comes into play.
i've been building a lot of red/white decks lately (i've been on a bit of a mardu kick :3) and i tend to play reprieve alongside Lapse of Certainty and Tibalt's Trickery (and Red Elemental Blast sometimes) as a very delightful to resolve boros counterspell suite which has been incredibly fun.
Tumblr media
#2 is Guff Rewrites History!
they've really been pushing removal lately.
hitting each opponent at the table is really. really good. maybe a bit better than wotc is giving it credit for at the moment-- because the table tends to shake when you resolve Guff Rewrites History for the low cost of three mana.
first of all, the rules text on this card doesn't really convey right away that you are basically sacking any random token for a cascade trigger for any cmc. I don't actually play GRH (pronounced as a dog barking growl "grrrh!!!" when at a table of trans girls) outside of decks that provide me with solid sac fodder-- it's performed for me recently mostly by sacking food tokens in my Rocco, Street Chef and 1/1 humans in my Silvar & Trynn. so that's the first boon-- minimal cost cascade in a deck that's built around it.
second, you hit nonenchantment, nonland for /each player/ which is an insane trick for red to get. this might be one of the best feeling interaction spells i've ever resolved. this thing pulls its weight and then some-- sac a token to it as soon as you can.
Tumblr media
the best interaction piece of the year is not a particularly exciting one nor a surprising one-- Stroke of Midnight.
i like Stroke. it does the thing. it's cute! cinderella's silly moment :3 what if Generous Gift couldn't hit lands (not a big deal) and in return the token it gives them is way, way, way worse (a big deal!)
this is a pretty easy addition to any deck. it's nonland permanent, it's minimal downsides, it's instant speed, three mana-- what more do you want?
here's hoping for a fox themed boros removal spell 2024 <3

"The menu"
The menu will be a section where I list the stories and concepts I am working on and a future index for all my stories.
I will accept suggestions and if possible I will try to give priority to the stories of your choice.
1. A Real Dad
The city's dads usually meet once a month to have a drink and talk about life. Everyone seemed to have a belly, more or less big, but there was someone who made them roll their eyes, Carlos. Why did he have a body like that? Carlos's comments didn't help either, but maybe during the next summer trip the other men will help Carlos become a real dad.
2. At the Mercey of the Envy
Matt was willing to become a model, he already had several proposals and with his good looks and statuesque body, no one doubted that he would be a super model, that is until his mother died. Being left in the care of his stepfather and his envious stepbrother was the worst thing that could have happened to Matt.
3. A Cow to Fill and Drain
James shouldn't have bothered the campus nerds, specifically the university's science champions. Well, when the group of nerds gets a million-dollar deal with a dietary supplement company, they make sure James is their test subject.
4. Expanding Kingdoms
A young and attractive prince named Aiden, possessed of a statuesque body, is at the mercy of a king and his son, being reduced to an obese jester.
King Cyrus and his son Danus are extremely obese but control most of the kingdoms, between negotiations at court the gallant prince ends up insulting the king and his son, mocking their weight and fat body. So when the war breaks out and the prince's kingdom falls, the gallant remains in the hands and as a prisoner of the king and his son.
The king leaves the arrogant prince at the mercy of his son Danus, who takes it upon himself to fatten and humiliate him. Danus enjoys watching the hot prince grow fat and lose his wonderful muscles.
5. Extra Credits, Extra Pounds
Logan is both intelligent and attractive, and he went to one of the best high schools in London.
As the son of farmers he has developed an exceptional physique due to all the work on the farm, but his parents did not take kindly to him not wanting to dedicate himself to the fields, he practically had to run away from home. Now he was one of the most popular and handsome guys in the place.
Most of his teachers adore Logan, he is the perfect student, although there may be some who have certain resentment towards the boy. Algebra Professor Harries hates Logan, the boy was not only brilliant but also too attractive.
Professor Harries couldn't help but be consumed by envy, because every time Logan showed off his good body the professor remembered how he tried to look better and exercise at that age. Teacher's pet Ethan also seems jealous, Etahn is a nerd but unlike Logan, Ethan is overweight and basically ugly.
When Logan wins a scholarship to a prestigious university, Ethan is frustrated. Logan is not only attractive but smarter. Maybe his favorite teacher has a plan, between the two of them will blackmail the handsome boy into doing whatever they want, putting his scholarship in the way.
6. Stuffed Deal
Jason has been a bully all his life, when he finished college things seemed to be going great, he had a good job and his body looked better than ever, but when the company where he works declares bankruptcy things get complicated for Jason.
The stud finds a new world online and with his good looks he does not hesitate to make videos and lives, satisfying others for money. However, without knowing it, Jason ends up at the mercy of some guys who have a certain grudge against him.
I will also continue working on Fall of the Jock and maybe another chapter for Rival Treatment 😏

TW // Eating Disorder, Diet, Cravings/Self-deprecation, self-bodyshaming
____________________
Diary entry #1
So I'm starting a diet today, Monday, it's called "the military diet". It does have good dishes but since I have to eat dinner at home or my family will notice I started a diet... Then instead of eating three times a day, I'll eat two times a day, breakfast and dinner, no snacking in-between.
I am over 200 pounds, this is the fattest I've ever been, I used to weigh around 175-180 before the pandemic which is still overweight but I wasn't like I am now. My ideal weight would be 150 pounds which I've NEVER been this weight before but I feel like I'll feel comfortable at 150 pounds... I could go lower if I ever do reach that though.
My body will never be the same, I have stretch marks all over my body, my stomach, the sides of my stomach, my arms, luckily my legs don't have stretch marks but I know they will start to appear if I don't do something about it.
I ate two eggs with avocado, toasted bread and water. I'll try my best to stop snacking. I eat everything, I did research and I think I have emotional eating disorder? I know it's bad to self diagnose but honestly that is what sounds more like what I do. Instead of crying or stressing… it’s more of the boredom. I need something to do.
.
.
.
I want to eat something. Today I had breakfast at 10 am then my dad got off work early so we ate dinner at 1pm… it’s almost 8am and I want food. I’m craving everything. I live in a Mexican house hold and if you do to then you’ll know that we have snacks… EVERYWHERE. Chips, cookies, fruit, sweets, junk food… like it’s a big ass problem that today alone I’ve almost relapsed about 20 times into eating anything that is in front of me.
I could just get myself some snack suplementos but let’s be for real, I would binge eat them. I don’t have control over myself so I rather starve. I’ll drink water as a supplement so much that I’d fill myself up with water that I vomit it. In between the diet I’ll throw up some of the food to speed up the process.
The military diet is supposed to make me lose weight fast, I saw someone try it and they lost 10 pounds in not even a week.
Okay imma go now, I’ll let yall know how I’m doing in the next entry :)

Pantalone Health Headcanons
This is a smorgasbord of headcanons about how fucked up pants' health would be. Most of them are inspired by @madamemachiko's pants fics/headcanons and the fic Alien Blues on ao3. Those two are my favourite flavours of Pantalone and they have permanently become part of my mental image for him.
I did my best research wise but I'm not an expert so I'm open to corrections/insight, and also wanna hear your thoughts!
ANYWAYS discussions of starvation and health complications
Starvation and diet
As a child on the streets he would either have no access to food or only access to scraps
He would go through long periods without sufficient nutrition and as such developed starvation ketoacidosis, which burned through all his body fat and ate away at his muscle mass as well.
He’s also almost died of refeeding syndrome once or twice, which is when you overload your body with too many calories/nutrients after a period of starvation.
To this day his body still cannot properly metabolize. He puts on weight very easily and it is difficult to gain muscle mass.
I wouldn’t say he’s fat or pudgy, no no, but because his body naturally clings onto all the fat it can get, he doesn’t exactly have a sculpted, defined body, and is kinda soft as a result. The only “definition” he has is his bonier features and whatever muscle he has managed to develop.
This, combined with a sensitive stomach from years of eating… dubious meals, means he is very particular with portion control and dietary restrictions. Some meals he has developed an intolerance/inability to digest, and others he simply can’t stomach as they remind him of worse times.
It has gotten better as he can a) afford food, and b) afford medical treatment, but by this point he’s accepted that this is just how his body is going to be for the rest of his life.
He takes supplements, vitamins, and medicine to cover anything he’s missing as a result of his restrictions.
Bonus: I headcanon Pantalone doesn’t actually care much for bougie dishes. His favourite foods are actually the really, really, really cheap meals he could barely afford when he was younger. They would have been the only hot fresh meals he could get his hands on aside, and they provide a sense of security and warmth. He would never admit he likes commoner meals, though, so whenever he’s asked what he likes, he defaults to whatever fancy dish he can think of off the top of his head.
Stress and illness
Pantalone doesn’t have a canon age, I personally hc him as like 27 at the youngest, but regardless of how old you think he is, he has spent his entire life Stressed and there’s no way he isn’t suffering from it
Maybe the white is his hair is from his age, depending on your headcanon age for him, but a lot of it is from the stress of constantly working himself to the limit
He would never admit this, but he actually has a significant amount of white hair, he just dyes it black to hide it. He keeps the one streak because it makes him look sexy- I mean, it looks charming.
He also constantly suffers from migraines, especially when he’s trying to meet a deadline. He takes medication to counter it, but it can only do so much.
They can get so bad that his eyes start to hurt, his vision blurs and he starts getting dizzy
He’s susceptible to respiratory infections, namely he is asthmatic and at risk of catching pneumonia. He’s had too many close calls as a child.
His heart is also at risk due to the aforementioned stress and disease that has plagued him since his youth.
Similar to his diet, he is able to manage all of his conditions now that he can afford top of the line medical care, but he’ll never be 100% and he knows he has to work around that.
The cold weather of Snezhnaya is not good for him, if he’s outside for too long he starts to get short of breath because of the asthma.
He will also neglect sleep and hunger if he gets too absorbed in his work, he would actually work himself to death if you let him.
In spite of this, he carries on like nothing is wrong. He’s smiling, going about his day, attending meetings with his fellow harbingers and filling out paperwork for the Northland Bank like it’s nothing. He refuses to let the mask slip, no matter how bad his health issues can get.
It helps that he also has a pretty good self care routine to maintain his porcelain complexion and silky hair. Helps with the illusion that Everything Is Fine.
