Quick life update BTW while I'm here (still working on some art, srr TT TT):

I seem to be really obsessed with bones this morning and idk why-

Like literally this morning I have said two weird, out of context bone statements already. Such as:

"Mmmm see-through bones"

And

"It's 1245 and I have still yet to cleanse my mouth bones"

And ofc, my usual catchphrase when I pop my neck, back, fingers, etc:

"My bones are crunchy"

Idk why, but it happened. So yeah.

NON-MAGIC AU JAMES POTTER AND A FEM!READER WHO IS NERVOUS ABOUT THE GYM

Ask: hi hon! i saw your request were open and i was wondering if you could write about james with a reader who has a hard time with going to the gym and he's super patient with her and kinda helps her develop a healthy relationship with the gym? i totally understand if you don’t want to!! have a wonderful day hon and stay safe and hydrated 💐

~ this was such an adorable idea that i wanted to write something even if only in headcanon form! i hope you don't mind, lovie! thank you sm for requesting 🫶 ~

• James is so very strong! He's an athletic, muscular guy. ARMS FOR DAYS! He doesn't have any problems going to the gym. On the contrary, he loves the gym. It's his happy place and he's also made loads of friends there!

• (he makes friends wherever he goes.)

• It isn't until you're maybe 3-4 months into dating that James brings up the dreaded question; "You wanna to go to the gym with me?"

• The first three times he asks, your excuses work on him. "I'm not feeling super well!" - "I have plans with some friends, I'm sorry!" and even, "I'm on my period!" your understanding boyfriend doesn't bat an eye!

• However, James quickly picks up on some very obvious signs that the gym makes you uncomfortable because you'll avoid the topic entirely and become all shifty.

• Naturally, this prompts your mature (usually 😙) boyfriend to plop you down on his bed and have a conversation. When you open up about your insecurities, James listens patiently.

• "Love, why didn't you tell me you were feeling nervous and unsure? I'd never look down on you because you don't feel comfortable with something as trivial as the gym," James says and leans in to kiss your nose, his hand rubbing soothing circles over your thigh.

• "Really?" you ask, your tone small and he nods.

• "Really," he assures you.

• A few weeks later James had forgotten his water bottle at home, so being the good girlfriend you are, you bring it to him. When you see the gym James uses and realize it's very calm and everyone seems friendly, you gather the courage to ask James if you can accompany him next time.

• He's overjoyed! "Of course we can go, darling, I'll be with you the entire time! Okay?"

• When you go, you're still nervous and James can tell. He can always tell. He holds your hand, tightens your ponytail/pushes hair behind your ear (depending on hair length), and then kisses you.

• "I'm right here with you, darling. I'll show you how all the machine's work and be with you the entire time, okay? You don't need to be shy or nervous around me, I promise!" his words are calming and you feel better.

• You go try the machines that interest you and James helps you understand them by showing you. He's sooo patient with you, watching you with kind eyes as you try them out.

• "Don't forget to drink, lovely," he says, handing you your water bottle.

• If you run into any of his gym friends, you realize he's been gushing on and on about you. His friends all LOVE you instantly. Now you have even more people to help/watch over you which makes you feel safe!

• When you finish up, you're shy. "James?"

• "Yes, baby?" he says, walking back to the car with your gym bag (which he'd carefully prepared for you) and his slung over his arm. He wanted you to have your own so you could feel independent. He's considerate like that 😏

• "I might wanna go again. Make this a weekly thing? Once a week I could come with you?"

• James takes your hand and stop you from walking. He kisses both of your hands and looks into your hands. "I'd love to make this a weekly thing. Well take it slow, no need to rush, and soon I promise you'll feel better about the gym. I'm so proud of you!"

• HE ENDLESSLY PRAISES YOU AND REMINDS YOU HOW MUCH HE LOVES YOU AND HOW WELL YOU DID!

• James just loves sharing the things he loves with the people he loves, so your newfound interest in the gym makes him so happy!

• It doesn't take long for you to also like the gym, especially because James is there.

• He's not always hovering over you once you're used to the machines and the atmosphere. But he's always close! All you need is to look around and you see him somewhere!

• He also packs an extra shirt in his gym bag for you in case you become insecure (he doesn't tell you because he doesn't want to promote the feeling, just ease it if it happens 😊)

The Past - Zuko

Pairing - Zuko x reader

“Remember when you were bald?” You said through a cough, giving Zuko a sideways glance with a little smirk on your face.

“Oh come on!” Zuko exclaimed, throwing his hands in the air. “What the heck did I ever do to you, y/n? Stop making fun of my bald self.” He crossed his arms and pouted and you just giggled to yourself as Toph and Sokka were holding back laughter.

“You have to admit it’s a little funny, Zuko.”

“It’s not!”

You walked over to Zuko and put your arm around him. “Okay, okay, it’s not that funny.”

“Thank you!” Zuko turned away from you still pouting and the campfire you were around with the others went silent.

Until you spoke up, of course.

“Remember when all you wanted to do was capture the Avatar.” Everyone started laughing and Zuko’s face went as red as a tomato. It definitely didn't help that Aang, you know, the literal Avatar, was sitting right there.

Sure, Zuko was happy that the gaang took him in, but it was definitely a little embarrassing that he had once made it his whole life and every waking moment to capture him.

“I have to capture the Avatar and restore my honor.” You said in a mocking dramatic voice.

Sokka and Toph were completely out of breath laughing while Aang and Katara were trying not to laugh in respect of Zuko.

“Okay, y/n.” Zuko turned to you, his face flushing a dark crimson. “I'm serious. Stop.”

“Zuko,” you walked over to him and tucked his long hair behind his ear. “You know I'm just playing. Sure, capturing the Avatar was definitely number one on your list, but you were still just a kid.” You rubbed his arm and Zuko smiled at you.

Zuko didn't know if he could live without you or his uncle. You were both there for him through thick and thin since he was banished from the fire nation. Heck, you even decided to go back to the fire nation with him after that awful crisis in Ba Sing Se. No matter what, you were always there for him.

“Remember when we would train on the boat?” You smiled.

Everyone turned to the both of you, intrigued.

You just smiled and hugged Zuko’s arm. “You’ve always had the potential to be a great fire bender. Who cares if your sister was some prodigy since she was born? You've always put in the work, making you that much better.”

“Stop,” Zuko said with a bright red face, hugging you to him. “If it wasn't for you, I wouldn't be as good as I am.”

“Oh, come on, Zuko! I'm not that good.”

“YES YOU ARE!” You laughed at Zuko’s sudden outburst.

“Yeah, y/n!” Aang butt in, beaming at you. “You’re not only one of the best fire benders I’ve ever met, but also the nicest. No offense Zuko.”

“None taken.”

“You guys are a riot.” You said with a joking eye roll, standing up to stretch your legs.

Zuko stood up with you and wrapped his arm around you, looking at the full moon.

“You know,” Aang said, standing up and walking over to the two of you. “If it wasn't for the both of you hating my guts for that period of time, I honestly don't think that I would have any firebending teacher.”

You and Zuko smiled at Aang, pulling him in for a little group hug. Aang smiled and ran back to the rest of the group and you turned to Zuko and pulled him into his own hug, kissing the crook of his neck. “I'm so proud of you.” You whispered and looked at his bright yellow eyes with small tears of your own.

“I'm proud of you too.” He leaned down to you and gave you a small, but loving kiss on the lips before the two of you cuddled in each other’s arms, watching the clouds cover the moon.

Humming you nodded your head weaving your arms through his own. "Have you've been drinking?"

"Only a little! I'm out of my element here."

Letting out another laugh you shook your head giving him a teasing grin kissing his cheek. "You're so cute Wick, we'll get you home soon enough okay."

"Hmp...fine." He did his best to ignore the warmth spreading across his body but he was just happy you were here.

I have some headcannons about Solomon so I’m glad you asked! I’m going to include general ones, fluffy ones, and then at the bottom will be 18+ ones. Please DNI if you’re a minor!

Keep in mind these are my headcannons and not necessarily based on what’s in the game or not in the game!

Solomon Headcannons!

1. Solomon is a little bad with tech, kinda like Simeon. He only uses his DDD for calling, and texting short messages. He doesn’t play games or have much social media. He’s easier to teach than Simeon though so he gets better the more time you spend together. He even gets into selfie taking after awhile!

2. Solomon used to believe in Santa.. Like hardcore. Now around christmas time he tries to make it magical for Luke in one way or another.

3. He acts very cool around others, but when it’s just you and him he is very laid back and can even be goofy at times. Think “making pancakes at 3am because you said you were hungry and now you’re dancing in the refrigerator light” type.

4. Solomon drinks coffee, specifically only hot coffee with sugar. You try to get him to drink other things but he’s pretty stubborn about his coffee. Once in awhile on a hot day he will have a cold brew.

5. On the coffee note, he once stayed awake for 4-5 days straight working on spells/potions, and ended up using a whole canister of coffee and a whole bag of sugar in the process..

6. He loves murder mystery/Who Done It shows. He could easily solve murders in real life with magic, but watching things like Murder, She Wrote or Matlock?? There’s something about the suspense and drama that he loves.

7. Solomon does NOT like the air conditioning. He thinks it’s a waste of money, and he gets cold easily. He’d rather open a window or use a fan.

8. If Solomon could have an exotic pet, he’d want a Farret. No explanation on this one folks, i just think he would.

9. One time Solomon broke his nose due to a spell gone haywire. If you look closely it is just the tiniest bit crooked, and it irks him beyond belief because no matter what he does it won’t be fixed.

10. On that same note, he has a lot of mysterious scars. Those he doesn’t try to hide, he’s even proud of a few of them and shows them off proudly.

11. Solomon is into whatever you’re into. He’s done it all and seen it all, so he says he has no preference. His actual preference is slow and intimate, he loves savoring every moment with you. He loves seeing your face and expression change, your eyes squeezing shut and your lips trembling as you whisper his name so lovingly.

12. He’s loves seeing you in big shirts and boxers, messy hair. Just thinking about you pouring yourself a cup of coffee in your jammie’s and bed head, holding the mug up to your face and smiling has him melting.

13.Solomon also likes doing some things in public. Never any further than a caress or some PDA, but the more you do it throughout the day the more riled up he gets. He may say you have to leave an event early just so he can go home and have you all to himself.

Akutagawa, your coworker, as well as your boyfriend, wasn't enthusiastic when he heard that you've received a long and difficult mission. Not only that, but it was overseas, which meant that he wouldn't be able to see you at all for days, possibly weeks. How could he know if you were safe and sound? You yourself weren't sure how long it would take for you to finish the task, but knew you'd be able to handle it.

Upon leaving, Akutagawa helped you pack any luggage you needed and sent you off. He hugged you briefly, and the both of you exchanged goodbyes. Nothing more, nothing less.

He thought that he'd be able to endure it, and that was the case for the first few days. What he didn't expect was how much he would miss you by the end and how progressively harder it would get. The more days that passed, the more worried he'd get. He hadn't heard any news about the mission. How could he be sure that you were alright? What if you got yourself hurt? What if your means of transportation were somehow cut off or you got in an accident?

It was day nineteen since your leave. He made sure to keep count. Akutagawa was laying in bed, hugging a pillow and silently cursing himself for being so pathetic in that very moment. The room was quiet. Suddenly, the unlocking of a door was heard. He arose from his position on the bed and moved towards the front door. There you were, dragging your suitcase inside. He greeted you as per usual. It was hard for him to admit how much he had missed you, and he'd feel too embarrassed to jump into your embrace too quickly. However, he couldn't deny you when you ran to hug him as soon as you saw him. In fact, he couldn't help but silently utter the words "I've missed you."

You could barely hear him, and you asked him to repeat himself. You looked at him as he attempted to avoid eye contact with you, a light pink blush began to cover his pale face.

"I've missed you so much," he repeated, this time louder. His calm and collected facade was almost lost.

You giggled at his coy attitude.

Fast forward to the morning of the following day, the two of you were off duty. You woke up to find Akutagawa's arm wrapped around your waist. Usually, he'd be more distant and, at most, hold your hand while asleep. You couldn't complain. After all, it was always a pleasure to cuddle with him.

Soon enough, he opened his dark eyes and whispered, "Good morning" to you. This time, he chose to act as if being so clingy was completely normal for him. He didn't pull away from you, nor did he comment anything about it. Your boyfriend just snuggled closer to you, closing his eyes again and even planting a few soft kisses on the back of your head.

"I'm glad you've returned home unharmed," he commented, breaking the temporary silence.

You got shivers down your spine from his breath hitting the back of your neck. You smiled, your chest feeling warm and fuzzy. You knew that despite his aloofness, deep down, he cared a lot for you. Moments like those would remind you of his true love for you.

"You said that yesterday," you reminded him.

"I can recall that. I just want to make sure you know how much you mean to me." As his sentence progressed, his words got quieter and quieter. He spoke softly, a bit shy to admit that, yet he didn't fail in making you feel loved and appreciated.

"Would you like me to make you breakfast? I'm sure you've also missed the meals I make you, no?" you proposed this idea to him.

"You're right, my dear. However, I do not wish to end this pleasant morning just now. Let's stay in bed a little longer," he requested.

Closing your eyes, you let Akutagawa continue to shower you with his affection.

I loved Liam and Spark chapter 2 so much, it was really good.

Liam is such a caring guy. He knows something is wrong with Spark instantly. Understanding her fear for water and helping her. And when she gives the bottle back and he says he's proud of her 😢🥺 I teared up cuz I related to her reaction ❤️‍🩹

She builds this wall up for everyone to show that she is strong which she is, but afraid? To show emotion. To me it's such a relatable character in certain aspects. I love their story, out of my head I think liam and spark are in my top 3 from the girlfriendverse so far ♡

hey hi. im 15 :] and (tryin') to stay off oxycodone/codeine. im currently abt 5 months clean. not my first time tryin to stay clean tho. (a few months before this i couldnt stay clean for more than a day.... i still find that very embarrasing >.<).

one thing ive noticed is how weirdly my motivation like. fluctuates. One day I'm having an endless debate not to relapse and the next day I'm completely fine with not using. a few weeks ago i told my friend im trying to stay clean (made too many drvg jokes and i ended up spilling oop-) so ig thats a motivater too. idk.

also i wanted to ask - is my whole life going to be like this? Will I have to wake up every day to just argue with myself not to use? Because idk, thats sounds really tiring and overwhelming and Sad.

I relate to the one moment you're fine and the next your not - that kind of fluctuation is common in early sobriety (I'm at 99 days!); and no, it doesn't last forever. If you keep going and doing right by yourself, those moments where you struggle to not relapse will be much fewer; you may even eventually find it isn't much of a struggle at all. And as the urges come, you'll continue to learn how to handle them. It gets easier. It gets better. I've seen it for others, and when I look back on my progress, I'm seeing it for myself too.

Also can I just say, I am SO proud of you. Getting and staying clean is so hard - especially when you're so young, and getting off opioids. But you're doing it; you're 5 months clean, you're seeking support, and you're staying open things getting better (that's what you're doing by asking me if it gets better). That's amazing.

You're a miracle and gift to this world, and I want you to know that sending this ask and asking for my support helps me, too. It's good to know I can be there for others, and your experience inspires me to continue on my path. ♡ Stay strong, friend. You're always stronger than you know, and more loved than you believe.

“Dada!!!!” Caiman ran full speed at his tall father, jumping on his back. “I'm gonna beat you in a fight!”

Crocodile giggled and pulled his son off of his back. “Is that so?” He set him down gently and squatted down to his level.

“Mhm!!” Crocodile just noticed that Caiman had made an eyepatch out of some construction paper to make himself look like a pirate. “I'm gonna kick your butt dad!” He balled his hands in a fist with a giggle.

“Alright then,” Crocodile stood up to his full height and stretched. “Let’s get to it, Cai.”

“Yeah!!” Caiman revved himself up and jumped on his dad, throwing little harmless punches that Crocodile overreacted to, acting like his son was inflicting way more pain when in reality, Crocodile has survived gunshots in his day.

“Do you surrender, sir?!” Caiman’s voice was lisped from his missing front teeth and Crocodile tried not to laugh.

Caiman gave Crocodile a slight push… and then another one. “Daddy, you’re supposed to fall to the ground and go ‘ouchie’.’”

“Oh, of course.” Crocodile fell to the floor dramatically. “Ouch!!! Captain Caiman, I surrender!”

Caiman stood on his father’s bare chest, holding his rubber sword up with honor. “Of course you do, coward! For I am the great Captain Caiman! Ruler of the sea!” He laughed like his father and stepped off of Crocodile, very proud of himself.

Crocodile just chuckled and stood up, wiping his hand off on his sweatpants. He went to leave the room, but suddenly, felt his child jump onto his back and crawl onto his chest using Crocodile’s chest hair to support him. Caiman knocked him over onto the couch with a loud crash.

You quickly slid into the room with your socks, holding a alcohol spray bottle as a weapon. “What happened?! Is everyone okay?! Caiman!” You ran over to your son, quickly taking him away from the scene that just happened. You set him down on a recliner across the room and handed him a coloring book before rushing over to your husband. “Oh my god, Croc, are you okay?!” You grabbed your husbands hand and helped him up from the broken couch beneath him.

Crocodile giggled and stood up looking at the broken scene behind him. “Dang that boy is good.” He walked over to Caiman and fluffed his hair. “You’re gonna be a great captain one day, Caiman.”

Caiman just smiled, his missing teeth looking absolutely adorable and Crocodile kissed him on the forehead before turning to you. “I'll get started on getting us a new couch, love.”

You smiled and gladly took a kiss from your husband. “Sounds good dear. Good job today, Caiman.” You kissed your son on the cheek and went to continue your chores.

Your home was a mess sometimes, but it was a beautiful mess.

You and An wanted to have your classic date at her dad's cafe but there have been a lot of people on that say so you decided to help her take care of all the orders.

Some customer ordered coffee with art on it and your girlfriend said that you can do it yourself since she showed you how it's done and she knows your abilities are extremely good. But you weren't so convinced about it but still done it to make your girlfriends job easier.

"Hey, An, is that good enough?"

"It's perfect! Omg you did so good! I'm so proud to have lover like you!"

She was what...? It really touched you and you maybe even didn't knew why it did, and so you didn't even noticed water spilling from your eyes.

"YN?! What's wrong?! Did I said something I shouldn't?!"

"N-No it's not that, don't worry! I just... didn't heard it for a really long time..."

"How about we take a little break? We finished most of orders so I'm sure my dad can carry on from here for a while."

After that she went to ask her dad for a break which you both got. So she lead you to some quieter place where she decided to just cuddle with you and spend some time.

"Oh no, I was actually talking about you. Do you remember that limited matching bracelets for us? I was telling them how proud I am of you."

In that moment you kinda let it all out but it wasn't bothering you that much, after all her room is like your safe place where you can just be yourself. And once she saw that you let out couple of tears, she immediately started to rub your back.

"Don't worry, you didn't. I just... haven't heard it for a while and well... they're happy tears..."

You spend your date cuddled into each other while she was rubbing your back and told you comforting words, constantly reminding you that she's proud of you.

Mizuki had a shop date with you and now you ended in her room trying every outfit they made you buy and judging every outfit they bought for themselves.

"Oh, try this one out! I remember you saying that you like it but I didn't saw you in it!"

Your lover said it handing you one of the outfits you picked for yourself but in fact, yes, you didn't show them since you wanted it to be a surprise. So you took clothes from them and went to change really quick.

"I'm done! What do you think?"

"You look so good! Next time you simply have to pick something for me as well! Everyone is gonna be so jealous I have partner like you!"

"Why jealous?"

"Because you're simply amazing! I'm so proud of you, my dear!"

They're... proud of you? You really didn't expected them to say it in that very moment so you couldn't help but let a couple of tears out which of course they noticed quickly.

"Hey! Why are you crying? You look amazing so what's wrong?"

"It's just... are you really proud of me?"

"Of course I am! I'm so proud of you that I don't know if it's possible to be proud even more!"

They quickly catched on why you feel this way, after all they know a lot about not feeling good enough. So they decide to ignore this little fashion show of yours and spend your date cuddled into each other on comfy bed.

"I promise you're enough. I love you for who you are so of course I'll be as proud from you as I can."
