THINGS I WISH I KNEW WHEN I WAS GETTING STARTED WITH THE LAW OF ASSUMPTION (AS SOMEONE WHO HAS BEEN MANIFESTING FOR 5 YEARS)
1. the law of assumption is personal. considering how we have different sets of experiences, different environments, different upbringings, and even different languages, we have different assumptions.
because of this, we are affected by teachings and success stories differently. it's important to note this since a lot of manifestation coaches will teach you about the law in a way that worked for them (and the others they may have taught) but it's possible that their advice (even my own) may not be the best for you. even abdullah and neville goddard, two of the people who are known to start this discipline, may have ancient or varied belief systems and techniques. this is normal considering the world they lived in before is different from the world we live in now.
although, you should still read on abdullah and neville because they will teach you the basics and they will help you understand the foundations of the law.
as an example, you might manifest your dream career faster with simple affirmation techniques but a coach may have taught you to focus on visualization techniques.
even the idea that "dominant THOUGHTS manifest" or "what you BELIEVE in manifests" is entirely up to you.
note: notice how i said "may not be the best for you" instead of "may not work for you". any technique can, does, and will work.
how i learned this: when i was learning about the law, i mainly focused on neville's teachings because he was one of the most prominent figures in the practice. and though i liked his practical techniques (especially mental diet and inner conversations), there were some beliefs that i do not agree with e.g. divine timing, appointed hour, avoiding "does not" "is not" "will not".
when i was going through sammy ingrams' takes, she said that it's better to have concise affirmations/short list (non-verbatim) than a long list of 25+ affirmations. but going through affirmations without being specific about them doesn't personally resonate with me and that's just because i'm a detail-oriented person (also a writer).
what i can advise:
learn about different approaches
a. through scientific concepts. e.g. quantum physics, reticular activating system, cognitive reframing, cognitive behavioral therapy, the psychology of placebo effect, the psychology of affirmations, Baader-Meinhof phenomenon (a.k.a. the psychology of self-fulfilling prophecy)
b. through religious and/or spiritual concepts. e.g. passages from the Bible, passages from the Quran, deity work, spells and rituals
c. through self-development. e.g. identity-based habit
start the practice with an identity you like in the present or an identity that you resonate with (learning style, talents, interests, etc.)
examples:
-visual learner = vision boards
-loves writing = scripting
-words of affection love language = affirmations
take teachings with a grain of salt. do not limit yourself and do not allow other people to limit you. experiment with concepts, ideas, and techniques, and have fun with them.
2. techniques are only reminders. you are manifesting either by thinking, feeling, or acting out your desires. you are manifesting every second of the day either with your thoughts, emotions, or by embodying a state. you are only being intentional when you anchor techniques.
note: it is true that your dominant thoughts manifest. it is also true that what you believe in manifests, the same way that your inner knowing manifests. BUT these ideas are meant to empower you. they are meant to remind you that manifestation is as easy as thinking, feeling, acting, believing, understanding, deciding, etc. if an idea doesn't feel good to you, it doesn't have to be an ultimate truth you embrace and carry on with. this is the same with techniques.
what i can advise:
choose one technique and practice it for 7 to 21 days. it can be mental diet, affirmation tapes, sats, mind movies, etc. as long as you can persist with it. give it time. give it time. give it time. in other aspects of the world, you give change some time. when you're calcium deficient and you decide to drink calcium supplements, you realize that it's counterproductive to ask "why am i still calcium deficient?" as soon as you start your regimen because you know your body is changing with the supplement and you put your trust into it. after all, why would you choose a supplement you have no faith on? you just give it time.
note: you can still manifest changes to be instant. you can affirm "i am seeing results now", "results come immediately", "my manifestation is quick". the amount of time you're using a technique does not equate to the amount of time your results will come.
the reason why i encourage you to practice for maximum 21 days is so you can fully explore and master the technique you chose. with the abundance of topics and methods discussed in social media, switching and trying new things is tempting. now, there is nothing wrong with this. it's just that, you wouldn't be able to take a step back and reflect on what worked and what takes more effort when you change techniques every so often.
try a technique that is popularized in the media. a lot of the times, the reason why this technique gained traction is either because it's simple or because it has worked for a lot of people. now, here's the thing: if said technique wasn't for you, at least you can say "oh this is a tiktok/twitter/youtube/old/beginner technique, there are other techniques out there" and you can try another technique with less resistance. but, if it did work, then it did. congratulations.
you can invent your own. here are some techniques that i invented throughout the years.
a. "name is set and solid with the fact that..." - works amazing for sp, getting people to commit, getting people to pursue you
b. "okay! manifestation powers go brrr!" - funny but i do this when I'm spiraling; it also helps me surrender doubts and i think it's because it's so simple and unserious lmao
you can combine them. for example, you want to do sats but you cannot hold a vision for long, what you can do is montage photos or videos that is similar to the vision you want to manifest. you can also have affirmation tapes running in the background.
3. "concept" work can be such a banger. assumptions are basically the conception about the world, about yourself, about the people around you. hence, when you manifest and apply the law of assumption, you change or reinforce a conception.
these can be done through:
self-concept
what it is: your awareness about yourself; the way you perceive yourself.
how you can apply it: there are multiple ways to establish your self-concept but the best way, is to start reinforcing the universal truth: that you are inherently worthy. you deserve money and resources because you are worthy. you deserve love because you are worthy. you deserve ease because you are worthy.
other ways to grow your self-concept is celebrating the identities you have within yourself that you like e.g. that you are strong, you are disciplined, you are beautiful. be careful about strongly tying yourself into these identities though because these are not the reasons why you shall receive. again, you shall receive because you are inherently worthy.
why it works: by having a strong self-concept, you develop ease. you are less likely to rationalize or question the law or why you deserve the things you're asking for. and as you may think, rationalizing may be a form of resistance. questioning may be a form of resistance.
one of the ways i have seen this is when people receive incentives from work, instead of just receiving or saying "thank you", they say things like "what have i done to receive this?", sometimes completely rejecting this gift because of fear that they might lose something when they receive. this can be an example of a weak self-concept. consequently, the company starts questioning "did my employer really do enough to receive this?".
on the other hand, someone with a strong self-concept can take this incentive and buy the things they like because they know they deserve it. they can also take this incentive and say to themselves "oh it's because i worked hard these past few days". it's the knowing and confidence they have within themselves that everything around them has no other option but to recognize.
conception of other things (e.g. of love, of money, of a specific person)
you can work on your conception of other things the same way you work on your self-concept: choosing a narrative that is uplifting to you.
in case you have resistance to a specific object, you can also listen to people's success stories to start shifting to a more positive and desirable perception. one of the ways i do this is by going back to abdullah and neville's story. these two men lived at difficult times, through difficult eras, yet they manifested their desires. they managed to let go of the 3D.
4. practice some distance as you're starting. you were exposed to a different life before the law, it's only normal and human to have doubts or spiral once in a while. however, when you set distance on things that do not help you embody the state, you set distance on things that will feed your doubts and spiraling.
for example, if you're shifting to a state of wealth and you're affirming "i have 1,000 dollars". it's unhelpful and opposing to be constantly surrounded by someone else saying "you only have 10 dollars".
now, i do understand that not everyone can do this right away because of circumstances. but PLEASE do whatever you can to set this distance. find a voice to reinstate your truth.
a personal story, i am an asian girl living with a grandmother who was pessimistic about love because her two children (my mom and my aunt) struggled with it. because of this, she used to constantly remind me of how love is difficult. i didn't know this at the time, but this created a set of beliefs in my head. consequently, as a teenager, i only seeked and allowed love which was difficult because that was all i've ever known. that was all my assumption.
but around the pandemic, i went back to the countryside with my dad where i had a lot of time on my own. this was when i got deep into new-age spirituality and did shadow work. from here, i realized: this is not my assumption about love. before my parents broke up, my assumption was that love is easy. you only have to make the other person laugh. when i was busy in school and would spend most of the time at my friend's house, my assumption was that love is support and light. i started to get these epiphanies that a lot of my pessimistic perception was because of someone i was constantly surrounded with and that i have to build new assumptions.
but around august 2020, i have to go back to the city with my grandmom. i was afraid of the toll i might get into when i got back. however, because i already practiced distance and understood what are the assumptions that serve me, what are the assumptions that i want, i was more at peace. i listed down affirmations about myself, about love, about money, about being "deserving".
after this, every time she told me what love was, i can stop her and say no. i can tell her that it's not the universal truth, and certainly not mine. along the way, i started manifesting that she believes love is easy and supportive. i started manifesting that she believes i deserve love that is soft and tender.
then, when i got into my relationship, she was nothing but happy and supportive.
other ways i have practiced distance while manifesting:
unfollowing content creators who normalized hating men.
unfollowing content creators who were shady and negative about relationships.
unfriending highschool guy friends who do not make me feel safe about men.
unfriending relatives who make unnecessary comments about my looks, my studies, my relationship, and my earnings.
unfollowing girls who made me feel bad about also liking girls.
unfollowing manifestation gurus who romanticize struggles because "the more you struggle, the more you get blessed"
unfollowing manifestation gurus who say stuff like "if you want money, you have to take action to deserve it. not just manifesting"
now, you can totally manifest these people to change and be better, as long as it will make you feel good.
that's all i can share today (since this post is already getting long). i hope you learned a thing or two. thank you so much for reading. i love you and i appreciate you !

YOU'RE MINE, HABIBI.
Tumblr media
TW: Harassment, lesbian content, sexual harassment (?), psychological and physical torture, body control, dehumanization, reader creates life and has a god complex, she's just an idiot. Death threats. I changed several details about Damián's birth, sorry. English isn't my first language.
===========
You were the daughter of the owner of a technology and innovation company, you were your father's pride and joy, and you would take his place as head of the company once he was gone.
You were brilliant, certainly brilliant, you had just come of age, and you already had more awards than you could count. Competition awards in math, science, quantum physics, genetics.
You had even been honored, having created and donated more than 20,000 prosthetics for vulnerable people. Your father funded them, yes. But it was your idea—you saved him from paying taxes for a long time.
That was what made you special: your intelligence and passion for learning. You were special, and everyone loved you. You were a great investment.
But you were a mess, going from party to party, with an arrogant and playful attitude and a sly fox's smile.
Your parents loved you, yes. But they couldn't tolerate your behavior any longer. Not after you had sex with the extravagant Oliver Queen and the cameras captured the image of you and him leaving a motel.
Your parents gave you the chance to show them you could improve, so they blocked all your credit cards and access to luxuries. You didn't mind at first. But when the money in your wallet started to dwindle, you started to worry. You should have been thankful you were of age and couldn't be sent to those conversion camps.
But the real desperation came when you were completely penniless. You were desperate enough to take any job.
That's why you didn't refuse to accept a job when Ra's al-Ghul himself offered you a job.
Nanda Parbat was a good place, a beautiful place to work.
Yes, you loved playing god.
You were also interested in Talia, Ra's's beautiful daughter. You didn't really love her either; it was just fun and exciting. You'd been chasing men your whole life, but that was also tiring.
Of course, if no one found out about this, it would be better for your reputation.
On the other hand, your flirting technique was... "interesting."
You drove Talia crazy; you teased her to no end. So much so that she squeezed your neck tightly when she kissed you.
–"Talia, wait... I'm not breathing"– you whispered, almost fainting.
Talia was so fucking behind on you. It wasn't just your jerkish attitude; you had such a brilliant mind and such good genes that it was impossible not to think about you every moment of her day. It was the same feeling she got when she thought about the bat.
One night, when you finished work, you went to the castle's beautiful Arab baths.
Since no one was there, you went in naked.
You loved the water and you loved bathing, but you missed the servitude you had when you lived with your parents. Eating carrot sticks while drinking champagne in the jacuzzi was the best.
But you weren't there anymore; now you were in the middle of nowhere with a clan of ninjas.
That wasn't so bad; you could experiment without restrictions, your morals were very flexible, and your curiosity was insatiable.
Talia was looking for you; you had disappeared before your "workday" was over.
Again.
Talia found you in the Arab baths, immersed up to your shoulders in the hot water, your eyes closed and an expression of absolute relaxation. Your hair floated around you, and for a moment, she just watched you, the way the steam outlined your silhouette.
–"You always run away when I least expect it"– she whispered, leaning over you. Her grip was firm, but not violent, not yet.
You opened your eyes slowly, a lazy smile on your lips.
–"I didn't know you had a set time, boss."
The way you said it... provocative. Always provoking her.
–"Don't make fun of me"– her words were a murmur, but laced with a veiled threat. –"What were you doing here, alone?"
–"Bathing."– You paused, your tone playful. –"Or perhaps... did you want to join in?"
Talia didn't respond immediately. Her eyes, dark and hungry, settled on yours with an intensity she rarely displayed so openly.
–"You have too brilliant a mind to be so reckless."
–"Worried about me?"– You laughed.
Thalia shook her head with a smile and then began to remove her dress until she was naked and entered the water as well.
–"Obsessed with you"– Talia whispered and swam towards you.
You stepped back. Instinctively, Talia moved forward, cornering you. She leaned closer, until her lips brushed yours in a kiss you didn't ask for but didn't reject either. It was demanding, almost desperate, and when her hands clutched at your wet hair, you understood this was no longer just a game for her.
But you kept playing.
You could spend hours gazing into her beautiful eyes and let her do whatever she wanted with you. But you would never say it out loud.
But the horror for you began when Talia returned from one of her Journeys.
She had obtained sperm; you didn't ask that much. But she wanted you to make an embryo by combining the sperm and her eggs.
You already had everything ready; she had extracted some eggs a month ago and they had them preserved.
You knew that both Talia and her father had long planned to have an heir, a firstborn who could lead the League of Leftovers when Ra's could no longer.
Or something like that, you weren't that interested.
You were able to fine-tune many things about the embryo: its cortisol regulation, its future hormone levels. You modified the genes associated with neuroplasticity. You adjusted the DNA telomeres to ensure the embryo's body aged more slowly once it entered its 20s. Inspired by the Lazarus Pit, you implanted a modified version of the P53 gene, a key gene in cell regeneration.
Basically, this embryo would be the perfect human being.
It would be one of your children, because everything you created was like your children. You loved every modified zombie and monster.
You were like Dr. Frankenstein, only sexier.
There was a delay in creating the artificial womb. Talia didn't hesitate to kill all the scientists except you. It wasn't your fault, after all.
–"Don't let me down, Y/N... I wouldn't want to kill you too"– Talia whispered, then signaled her assassins to clean up the lab and dispose of the bodies.
Talia definitely didn't have feelings for anyone; she wouldn't mind killing you if something went wrong.
You woke up from the pink bubble you were in. They were assassins, and if they didn't kill you, it was because you were useful to them. You were always a trusting idiot, but now. Now you were afraid.
Finish the job and you'd leave.
But leaving would mean no longer being able to create life the way you liked.
At least you'd be alive.
You had to rebuild the artificial uterus from scratch; you used your DNA and extracted induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) to reprogram them into endometrial cells.
These cells would form an artificial uterine lining, capable of nourishing and sustaining an embryo. You wouldn't ask Talia again, since when you asked her if she liked the design of the artificial womb, she stabbed you in the arm.
You wouldn't risk your safety again by asking for her DNA.
You didn't mind collaborating a little more in the creation of the Baby. But you already had your work cut out for you since you were the only scientist in the lab. But you were still constantly afraid that Talia or Ra's wouldn't like the result and would kill you.
You made sure not to make any more mistakes. There was no room for error. If Talia stabbed you just for asking her opinion, what would she do if the embryo didn't meet her expectations?
You couldn't stop thinking about her obsession. It wasn't just about genetic perfection or an heir worthy of the League of Shadows. Talia wanted more from you.
You saw it in the way she looked at you when she thought you weren't noticing her. In how she found excuses to touch you, even when it wasn't necessary. And in how, when you slept, you felt her presence nearby, watching you.
It was possession.
And that possession was suffocating you.
As you worked in the lab, your mind was racing. The artificial endometrial cells were working well. The embryo was developing without a hitch. Its genes were superior to those of any ordinary human. A masterpiece.
But while you were doing your job, every day you felt more like you were digging your own grave.
Because, when it was all over, what would happen to you?
Talia wouldn't let you go. Not after what you did. Not after you became part of her legacy.
Not after, in her eyes, you were already hers.
So, once the embryo was implanted in the artificial womb, your shift was over.
You still remembered how excited she'd seemed when you told her the embryo was doing well in the incubator.
You walked through the stone hallways, hating that the lab was underground.
–"Where do you think you're going, love?"
Her voice sounded right behind you, icy and deadly.
You spun around, meeting her dark gaze. She wasn't upset. She was amused.
Shit.
Before you could react, she was upon you. She pushed you against the stone wall and gripped your injured wrist tightly, making you gasp in pain.
–"Did you really think I'd let you go?"– she murmured, her breath hot against your neck. –"Don't be silly."
You tried to move, but she pressed her knee between your legs, pinning you.
–"You've worked so hard with our baby"– she continued, her tone softer now. –"I'm proud of you."
The irony hit you. You didn't want her pride. You didn't want her affection.
You wanted to get out of there alive.
–"Finish the job"– she whispered, her lips brushing your ear. –"And then we'll talk about what I'll do with you."
She knew.
She knew you'd go to Ra's to try to terminate the contract. Because yes, despite risking your health and safety, you appealed to work under contract.
The pressure on your wrist increased, but not enough to break it. Talia would never irreversibly damage her favorite toy. At least, not yet.
–"You're mine"– she whispered against your ear, each word falling on your skin like sweet poison.
You shuddered, not from desire, but from controlled fear. You couldn't show her weakness. You couldn't let her know how much you were beginning to fear her.
You took a deep breath and smiled with that air of arrogance that drove her so crazy.
–"Do you always talk as if you're going to brand me with your name?"– you said, tilting your head. –"Because, if that's the case, I think we could save time and just tattoo 'Property of Talia al Ghul' on my forehead."
Talia laughed softly, but didn't move, which scared you even more.
–"Oh, love, if I really believed that would work, I would."– He leaned closer, his breath fanning the exposed skin of your neck. –"But I prefer more permanent methods."
His free hand moved up your arm, brushing over the still-fresh wound on your wrist.
–"Always trying to escape"– he murmured.
The mockery in his tone made your skin crawl.
–"I didn't try to escape."– You forced yourself to maintain eye contact. –"I just wanted to walk around. You know? Like any human being who isn't trapped in a fortress of psychopathic killers."
Talia smiled, amused.
–"Oh, but you're not just any human being."– His tone dripped with honey and venom in equal parts. –"You're brilliant. A definitely superior mind."
Your jaw tightened.
–"I'm not yours, Talia."
The gleam in his eyes changed. In an instant, his hand moved from your wrist to your throat, pressing hard enough to make you gasp, but not to suffocate you.
–"Say it again"– he whispered, his gaze burning with something dark and dangerous.
Your pride was your greatest weakness, and you knew it. But you also knew you couldn't beat him in a direct confrontation.
–"Speak up, you damn bitch"– he raised his voice and squeezed your cheeks.
Now you were truly terrified.
–"I'm yours..."– you whispered, exhausted.
–"Good girl, go to sleep."
=================
Eight months had passed, and the baby was developing wonderfully. Thalia wanted the process to go faster, and you'd be lying if you said you hadn't grown attached to him.
–"We're incubating the heir to the demon's head, not baking a cake. Honey'"– you'd told her. You'd had sleepless nights, and the added pressure wasn't helping.
Talia pouted. But at least she didn't cut your throat.
And you were grateful for that.
The systems indicated the embryo was reaching optimal maturation. You could accelerate the growth, but that would carry risks. You knew Talia wouldn't accept excuses.
And if anything went wrong, you'd be dead.
She approached you and grabbed you, then sat you down on the table. She opened your legs and entered the space.
–"How much longer?"– he asked, gripping your waist tightly.
You took a deep breath, feeling his pulse against yours, the way his grip tightened slightly with each passing second.
–"Two weeks"– you finally said. –"Not before."
Talia sighed, releasing you with almost theatrical slowness.
–"All right"– she straightened, walking toward the door.
The following weeks, Talia was a little more abrupt, more anxious, hungrier.
Nights with her had once been pleasurable, but now they only hurt.
Ra's was affected as well; he was the personification of patience. He had lived centuries, seen empires fall and rise, and he knew that haste was the enemy of perfection. But when it came to his lineage, his legacy, even he had his limits.
The arrival of a new heir was no trivial matter. Not when this child was destined to be more than human. Stronger. Smarter. More worthy than any child Talia could have borne him before.
But the process was slow. Too slow.
When Ra's entered the lab, his silent presence was enough to chill your blood. He wasn't like Talia, impulsive and theatrical. No. The way he regarded you, with that air of absolute superiority, made your skin crawl.
–"My daughter has told me that the process is progressing... but not as quickly as expected."– His voice was gentle, but there was a warning hidden in every word.
You maintained your composure.
–"If we accelerate development any further, we could compromise the genetic stability of the embryo. The heir could suffer unwanted abnormalities."
Ra's tilted his head slightly.
–"Unwanted abnormalities?"– he repeated, as if savoring the words.
You didn't blink. You couldn't afford to show fear.
–"If you want a perfect creature, you must let the process take its natural course. Two more weeks, and you'll have the heir you so desperately await."
The silence that followed felt eternal.
Then, Ra's smiled.
–"You are intelligent"– he finally said. –"And valuable."
He took a step toward you, his eyes cold as steel. –"It would be a shame to waste that intelligence through impatience."
You couldn't tell if it was a threat or a compliment. Maybe both.
Then, without further ado, he turned and left the lab.
Only when he was out did you release the breath you'd been unconsciously holding.
You looked at the artificial womb; you knew you shouldn't take charge, but after all, it was your creation.
The day came faster than you imagined.
The two weeks passed in a flash, each day filled with tension, Talia's glances filled with anticipation, and Ra's's occasional presence, silent as a specter.
And then, in the dimness of the lab, with the cold lights illuminating the metal frame of the artificial womb, the Demon's Head's heir was born.
There was no crying. There wasn't the chaotic mess of a traditional birth. Only the mechanical sound of the systems shutting down, the capsule slowly releasing the synthetic amniotic fluid, and the baby's small, perfect body emerging in your gloved hands.
It was a boy. His skin was softly brown, his hair dark, and when he opened his eyes, a pair of intense emeralds stared back at you. Not with the confusion typical of a newborn, but with something else… something unsettling.
Talia approached immediately, taking the baby with the gentleness of a mother, but with the possessiveness of someone who held the future of the world in her arms.
–"It's perfect"– she whispered, with a triumphant smile.
Ra's arrived shortly after. He watched him silently, as if evaluating a newly completed work of art.
You just stood there, watching your creation being taken away.
Because in the end, that's what he was, wasn't it? A creation. Not a baby. Not a child.
You didn't want to think about it too much. Because it hurt, you'd been creating him, nurturing him, designing him, only to have him taken away from you seconds after he opened his eyes for the first time.
Was this what women who rented their wombs felt like?
The next few days were strange.
Talia was completely absorbed in the baby, overseeing every detail of its development. Ra's also seemed pleased, though his gaze rested more on the child as a successful project than a grandchild.
And you... you no longer mattered.
You had been essential to the process, to the science behind the birth of the heir, but now that he was here, you became a secondary resource.
In the first few weeks, you were still called in for medical checkups, tests, and observations. But over time, you were left aside.
It didn't matter that you were the one who made his existence possible. You were no longer needed, and that relieved you; your life was no longer in danger, you no longer felt as if at some point you would make a mistake and get your head cut off (in the best-case scenario, of course).
You almost no longer felt Talia's control, but you were still in that dark pit where she forced you to participate in raising the baby.
You weren't a trained person, nor did you want to raise a warrior; you just wanted to raise a baby. Because that's what it was still.
A baby.
And you couldn't help but grow attached; you loved him; he was so adorable that you wanted to hold him forever.
Talia was upset, not because you were treating her future best warrior, but because that baby was stealing you away from her. That baby was the reason you rarely went near her anymore and the reason you wouldn't look her in the eye when she spoke to you.
And she hated that.
She hated it so much that when you kissed the baby's chubby cheeks, Talia would take the baby from your arms and give it to one of her maids, then grab you by the neck and suffocate you while she kissed you roughly.
But she didn't feel you were hers anymore. And if you weren't hers, you wouldn't belong to anyone. She wouldn't kill you; you hadn't done anything wrong, and Ra's, in part, cared about you; he wouldn't let an unnecessary death go by.
She decided you both needed "space."
Talia was smart; she knew I'd miss you, so she'd put you in a place where she knew I could find you.
And what could be better than prison? She could come in whenever she wanted, and you couldn't get out.
So she sent you on a job in Gotham City, along with a few other scientists and several of her ninjas.
She knew what she was going to do would hurt later. She had loved you. But you were the bitch who broke her heart, and she'd make sure you suffered.
She basically handed you over to Batman.
You were the only one who could come to an agreement with him and not spend the next 50 years in Blackgate.
But Talia wouldn't know that.

Manifesting is so easy. It really is. I have seen others struggle tremendously with manifesting what they have wanted for so long. Others will follow others in hopes they can get what they want, forgetting that what works for someone else may not work for you. Some people blame things (themselves or others) for not being able to manifest. People join communities in hopes it will help. People believe you have to heal your shadow self, your trauma, and so forth to manifest. But that’s not necessary.
You do not need to heal to manifest. You do not have to do anything to manifest. It may seem impossible right now, but it is simple. Why make things a challenge for you? Why go through all of these steps and methods? Because your dreams seem impossible? Did people tell you it was impossible? Did your fears and doubts say so? Did society push you to believe it’s impossible? Truly.
Manifesting happens all the time. Everything we do, we manifest. If you work hard for something, like studying for an exam, you will manifest a good grade through your hard work. Manifesting has a bad reputation, and people have become triggered easily because of it. But you must remember that manifest is just a word. It’s just there. So are you. You are just there.
What I mean is that you can manifest anything by doing the things that work for you. What has worked for you before? For me. I will not do anything but stay consistent with my subliminals. That’s it. I don’t do affirmations throughout the day, I don’t change my thoughts, I don’t use methods or techniques. Why should I if it doesn’t work for me? So instead of engrossing yourself with what works FOR OTHERS. Focus on what works best for you.
If you don’t know what works best for you, then take a break from the concept of manifestation and breathe. Learn to adapt to the world as it is and before you found manifestation. And then welcome life as it is.
We cannot always control everything. Always controlling everything will make you go mad. Do you want to become the joker? Go mad because he lost his family, or perhaps that seems ideal? I think a lot of people who are not secure with themselves and their ideals will lose themselves in the process of this. And that is the problem.
When people say, “I don’t have to do anything, I can manifest anything.” Or, “I manifest easily without lifting a finger.” In a way, it’s the truth. You do not have to do anything to manifest what you want. You can even say what you want and it will happen.
For example, I can say, “I wish to be happier.” And now it will happen. Why? Because it is bound to happen. Saying our wishes shows vulnerability, and showing vulnerability to yourself makes it easier to get what we desire. It’s not about quantum physics, the universe, any religion and their higher beings, etc., it’s about you. Manifesting is just you. It really is. You can manifest anything because you are always manifesting. Again. We always manifest without doing anything.
I say this because you need to hear it. You have the power to manifest anything you want, BUT you have to do it the way that works BEST for you. When you stop stressing yourself out about this, ask yourself what works best for you or has in the past.
I know that sometimes our curiosity can ruin us and make us spiral into the world of “what manifestation really is,” but you have to remind yourself that this is not curiosity. It is you sabotaging yourself. If you know you can manifest easily, why learn how to “actually” do it? It doesn’t make sense.
Genuine question: what makes it fun to sabotage yourself? When you get stuck in a community, you assume they are there to help, but then fail to realize they are making you obsessive about something so easy. It’s so easy. It’s just easy. Easy. Easy. Easy. That is what they keep saying, so why is it so hard for you?
Because. You. Are. Not. Doing. It. Your. Way.
The best way to manifest is.. doing. It. Your. Way. That’s it.

EMBODY A QUEEN/KING OR A BOSS TO HELP YOU DEAL WITH THE 3D AND THE OLD STORY
(this is my little gift/analogy for everyone to help you understand how to basically deal with the 3d when you manifest)
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Dearest Gentle Readers 💎
I'm back with another amazing post and analogy to help you understand the law better! I've been noticing how I get so much asks that are focusing on the lack of the old story and I figured that I need a solid way to make me and everyone further understand how to deal with the 3d and the old story.
I just had a very long pep talk with myself in the bathroom. I was trying to find the best way to explain to myself and everyone how to exactly deal with the 3d when we manifest. Now, I have less and less negative thoughts than before but I found myself waiting for the 3d validation but we are supposed to be changing self, changing our thoughts and not paying attention or going back to the old story.
Let's start!
1. WE LIVE IN A MIRROR.
I've been finding better ways to explain to myself and everyone how the law works and one of the things I learned was that it's like we live in a mirror which is the 3d but there's this other world which is the 4d a.k.a our minds. We live in them both but to understand manifesting, you have to know that all the power is in your mind.
If you're ever bothered by the 3d when you're manifesting, just leave it alone and let it do its job. At the mean time, live in the 4d where everything is instantly manifested as soon as you accept that it is.
But Rian, how do we live in the 4d?
Here's how. Know that you are the creator of your reality and you just need to accept that your desires are fulfilled now and assume that you have it now. Change your thoughts and assumptions. Why don't you let the 3d reflect you and don't disturb every freaking minute? When you affirm you have something and you look for it and then you say it's not here. You were almost in the reality where you have it but... you let the 3d change your thoughts when it's just a mirror who listens to you. You changed your thoughts and pulled yourself back to the old reality.
Yes, we just quantum jump to another reality with our thoughts, states, assumptions or whatever you believe it is to be. We just need to shift our thoughts to the version of us who has it without comparing it to the 3d.
It's like baking a cake or planting a seed. You plant the seed or prepare the cake which is equivalent to you affirming and doing your techniques. You see your finished cake in your imagination, that is equivalent to the 4d/our mind. All you really need to do after that is relax and let the plant grow and let the oven bake that cake.
The 3d is the seed growing or the oven baking the cake! If you have been paying too much attention to the lack or the old story, that's you digging up the seed to check on it or taking out the cake too early, making it deflate and not letting the oven bake it to perfection.
At the same time, there is no waiting. Just know you have your desires now and relax and let the 3d do its work. Keep persisting and never let the 3d change your thoughts.
2. WE MAKE OUR OWN RULES
The basics literally say that what we assume is true is true so we can make our own rules in manifesting but not for strictly manifesting and burning yourself out.
Make rules that can help you manifest even easier and more effortlessly. Why not take advantage of the fact that whatever rule we say literally works as long as we assume it's true and that it's working?
Watch this video that was uploaded by Hyler. She's my favorite Loa YouTuber who taught me everyone I know and her new video made me drop the burdens that I have been carrying along with the old programming that we need to "work hard" to get things or to manifest. It made me feel lighter and I immediately started saying that breathing manifests my desires and that I just affirm a few times or never affirm at all and my desires quickly just falls into my lap!
Ask yourself what feels right and what feels best to do especially if you're burning out yourself or you feel like it's not working in your favor, make rules that help you manifest easier and faster. It can literally be as silly and effortless as you want to be! You can say that blinking manifests your desires or farting gives you a million dollars. It can be anything that makes it easier for you to manifest because at the end of the day, what you assume is true, is true. Also, regulate your nervous system and take care of your mental health. That's good for everyone.
I recommend watching Hyler's new video because I'm sure this will help you tremendously!
youtube
3. YOU ARE THE VALIDATION AND NOT THE 3D.
You are the boss or the queen/king of your reality. You are obeyed all the time so imagine what happens when you ruminate and fixate on the old story? Yeah. It gives you what you say or assume. The only one who gets a say whether you have it or not is YOU. Not the 3d, it's just a damn mirror. Why not say you have it now and leave the 3d alone. Affirm from your desire and persist. If you can stand firm on the decision that you don't have it then you can stand firm on having it too. Never take no for an answer. Again, you're not supposed to be the one who changes the 3d. That's your subconscious and the 3d's job and you're taking it from them. You're supposed to relax and chill and let them work. You're the ruler of your reality. You make the rules.
I know some of you would say that you need to change it now and all that because you're scared of your future. I have been through that and what we did was just think that we don't have it. That's thinking you don't have it. Leave the 3d alone and let it change without you fixating on it and your manifestation every moment. If you already have the millions or your SP or your dream career, you wouldn't be thinking from lack or fear of it not happening. Remember that you either have it or you don't. You cannot serve two masters.
BE THE VALIDATION. You're the ruler and all you need to do is to acknowledge that your desires are yours now. Keep thinking that you have it because the 3d is literally getting validation from you. Whatever you say is what it will show. Remember that.
I make my desires come faster by bypassing the need of validation from the 3d and instead giving the validation myself. I usually affirm for it like this. Let's say I wanna manifest a bag. I affirm "I have the bag now. Yup it's mine. I have it. It's here and it's in my reality now"
Yes. Emphasis on the phrases "It's here" and "It's in my reality"
I suggest everyone to try this out! Don't find it immediately after you do that. Instead, relax, leave the 3d alone, do what makes you happy and know that it's done and fulfilled for you now.
When you go through your day, just remind yourself again and detach. Distract yourself with things that make you happy and put you in a good mood. I recommend Ghibli movies or Ghibli vlogs for that or whatever you like! The reason we do this is simply for detaching, distracting ourselves, relaxing in the knowing that it's done and for self-care. That is important too. Just please treat yourself like a queen or king and relax. No you're not waiting for it, think that you already have it now, change your thoughts and let your subconscious and the 3d do their job.
You don't wanna suffocate and strangle the 3d asking where your desire is after you affirmed because the poor 3d is literally asking you what you want and is just waiting for you to give orders, to change your mindset and give it the validation that it needs to print out that reality.
That doesn't mean you can't feel your feelings and cry, that's fine but I'm just explaining the best way to deal with the 3d and not disturb it.
4. EMBODY A QUEEN/KING OR BOSS (I'll explain here how to deal with the 3d and old story)
Think King George and Queen Charlotte from Bridgerton, Queen Mia Thermopolis of Genovia and Hong Haein from Queen of Tears.
You are the Queen/King or the boss of your reality. Your every word or command is obeyed all the time. Again, reminding you that you are the ruler, you make the rules and your job is just giving orders and changing your thoughts or state.
Queens/Kings and Bosses just give their orders to a personal maid or a secretary and they know it's fulfilled immediately as they finish giving that order.
They don't wonder if it's done or when is it coming because they know it's fulfilled instantly for them or else you're fired and off with your head!
Tumblr media Tumblr media
The personal maid, secretary or employee is your subconscious mind and the 3d.
You just know you gave your orders and you know it's done. You don't disturb or annoy and check on what your employee or royal staff is doing about the order you gave?
You 👏 are 👏 not 👏 letting 👏 the 3d 👏 do 👏 its 👏 job 👏
Other than that, you're handing the crown or the business over to your servant or employee. That is what happens when you let the 3d rule and let the 3d change your thoughts and you waver and think it's not working. You should always say it's working.
So do what you're meant to be doing and EMBODY your favorite Queen, King or Boss characters because that's your only job in your reality!
You decide what you want ➡️ you change you thoughts or state or command your subconscious ➡️ you let them do their job ➡️ relax and know it's done
The biggest reason why I recommend relaxing and doing what makes you happy is because, not only does it regulate your nervous system and help your mental health and help you detach, it also makes you happy and makes you feel good. That's important as well. Then you are happy and that shows to the 3d that you have it now because why do we want our desires? Ultimately the main reason is that it makes us happy so doing what makes you happy shows your subconscious mind and the 3d that you have it now. It's like a little trick and you then leave the 3d alone and trust the law.
This is all you'll ever need to read to perfectly understand the law but I know there are others who posted amazing explanations and analogies as well so go check them out and stick with the one you resonate or like the most.
I wanted to post one post that has everything you need to know about the law, how it works and how to deal with the 3d while you manifest. I know this will help a lot and I hope everyone finally understands and gets the law easier! It is really as simple as this is.
YOURS TRULY,

HiHi charm! 🌟
I’ve been in the shifting community since 2016. I know it’s been forever! I first learned about shifting from occult and witch forums and I’ve been obsessed ever since. But till recently, I’ve only ever been able to mini shift! That's changed now :D!
I used your reverse psychology technique and just like you said, whenever I imagined my desired reality (dr), I would be like, "ugh not again, I just wanna wake up here". My 3D life is stressful and filled with anxiety, so whenever I would think about my life, I’d pretend I was happy to go back, even though deep inside, I wanted to escape.
I'm in the medical field because of my parents and I hate it. I used to cry every day, but using this technique helped with that too. I gaslit myself into thinking I actually preferred my awful life than shifting!!
I practiced the technique for about 2.5 days and also used a quantum jumping meditation I bought from Tumblr. Then, I shifted to a reality where my room walls was pink instead of purple, and in that reality, I’m the master of the void and shifting.
Here's another tip: shift somewhere with a small difference, like your laptop is silver instead of rose gold, and script that reality like your dr.
I scripted my birthday, my appearance, how my room looks, but the only thing is I scripted myself as the master of the void and shifting! So that’s what I did and when I saw my new room color, I didn’t even waste time and I entered the void just by thinking abt it.
I had a whole ass list. Everything changed from spirituality to the color of my hair! I have the same desires as everyone tbh being hot, popular, wealthy, smart. I changed my major and woke up in an apartment away from my annoying parents. Obviously a great life but I saved fame and billionaire status for my other drs but I am more than blessed as it is now!
I also spent the whole night shifting and I love the concept of waiting rooms, but I call it my pocket dimension, where I use to rest between shifts so I can shift for 10 years if I wanted and it would only translate to overnight in this reality. Also everyone including myself is immortal in my wr I’m gonna love forever !!!!
Anyways, not much to say, I don’t want this to be too long! But shifting and the void is real! The law is real and it’s sooo worth it. I already forgot how much I hated my life and it hasn’t even been that long.
Remember, you are the master of your reality! Keep shifting, keep dreaming!
That's absolutely fantastic news girlie (I think)! I'm thrilled to hear about your successful shifting journey. It sounds like you've put a lot of thought and effort into this process, and it's paid off in the most wonderful way. Also Immortality in your wr is so real <3!!!! Super proud and happy for you 💗💗

Possession: By a Tulpa for Tulpas
By: Arcanus of the Dragonheart System
Introduction
Possession is an optional skill in Tulpamancy that allows a tulpa to access the physical world; it gives a chance for a tulpa to experience things not curated or managed by their host or other system members. Thus, what is possession? For those uninformed, possession is quite simply the act of a tulpa or other system members taking partial or full control of the physical body while the previous person in control is still connected to said body. For many tulpas, this is our primary manner of accessing and interacting with the same world our hosts do, especially so for systems where the host is incapable of fully disconnecting from the body, often considered a highly important step for switching. As such, even possession itself is desired by many tulpas for this opportunity of interacting with the outside, with people who are not of the same mind and body, and to gain experience and develop as individuals.
Numerous possession guides are often created by hosts rather than tulpas or by a neutral viewpoint; there are very few possession guides designed by tulpas themselves who are capable of possession and wish to teach it to others. This guide is crafted by a tulpa who has existed as such for six years, and has been capable of possessing quite well for nearly as long. The aim with this piece is to guide other tulpas with this specific perspective in hopes of sparking a form of eureka moment for other tulpas that can be the flicker necessary to obtain this skill, and for tulpas who use solely nonhuman forms that may be uncomfortable with the idea of using a human body.
Preparation and Mindset
Before attempting possession, there are things to consider and prepare for. These preparations allow future training sessions for possession to be less vexing, and can aid in avoiding potential issues further down the line.
A primary thing a host and tulpa should obtain before practicing possession is the ability to have clear communication between each other, often in the form of vocality. Seizing control of the body is an action that requires both parties to communicate their feelings to each other consistently, especially when speaking about consent. Without clear communication, a situation can go awry or create a schism between the two parties. For example, imagine a tulpa possessing the body without informing the host first, causing bewilderment and fear within the host who had no inkling that the tulpa was going to possess. On the opposing side, picture a tulpa possessing and performing activities when the host snatches back control deliberately and without warning, and thus disrupts what the tulpa was doing. With both parties, this can cause unease and anxiety simply due a lack of communication and respecting boundaries.
To avoid this, both the tulpa and host need to speak with each other and mutually agree to the possession beforehand through means akin to vocality or even tulpish. If one member does not consent, then the other should not ignore the boundaries set by the other person. However, this does not mean a host should unreasonably prevent a tulpa from possessing. There are reasonable times to possess and situations where possession is not ideal where a host may state, "Sorry, now's not a good time because we're in public," and other circumstances that are unreasonable such as, "Sorry, but I don't want you doing this harmless thing." From personal experience, it can be quite thrilling to possess and experience existence in such a physical and lifelike sense, but it is best to show self-restraint and ask before attempting possession.
For further reading to learn about techniques to build communication and vocality, here are a few well-written guides:
Tulpamancy: Guide Into the Strange and Wonderful: Section 13: Vocality & Section 25: Methods of Communication
Tips for Hearing Your Tulpa
Quantum's Nametag Method
Clear communication often also requires the tulpa to be fairly developed, capable of making informed decisions without the host's input while also being mature enough to handle any possible outside world responsibilities. Fledgling tulpas have a tendency to be childish and emotional in nature, even being somewhat unstable in form and personality at times, as they continue to establish their identity with forcing sessions and experience. Therefore, a younger tulpa may not understand the importance of respecting boundaries, maintaining what are usually the host's responsibilities such as school or occupations, or may make emotional decisions in favor of logical ones. Harsh world experiences can also be stressful for the tulpa and negatively impact their development while they are still malleable and easily influenced, thus it is ideal for the tulpa to be developed to the point of their identity being mostly solidified, and where they have learned to manage their emotions in times of stress and hardship.
It must be specified that this advice is targeted towards more extensive possession sessions, sessions that may span hours, days, or longer. Shorter sessions within a controlled environment are more suitable for a less developed tulpa learning possession and do not require as much preparation and development from the tulpa.
How much time it takes for both of these to be met is subjective and has a high degree of variance between Tulpamancers. Both maturity and vocality can come with time, consistent forcing sessions, and patience. What is imperative is to not rush possession; possession is not a fleeting opportunity that is capable of vanishing at a moment's notice. Regardless of the system's age, possession is a skill that will always be available, thus do not feel the need to rush it or obtain it as quickly as physically possible. Nor should a Tulpamancy system feel as though they are obligated to learn possession. Though few in number, there are tulpas who are quite content with never being in control of the body, instead preferring to be imposed on the material plane or live their lives in a mindscape. Neither host or tulpa should be forced into learning a skill they do not wish to learn if they do not desire it within reason, however, it does not harm either to at least attempt possession once.
Finally, another common issue, specifically for hosts, is a sense of fear or anxiety when pondering the idea of the tulpa taking control. This fear is reasonable, especially with how possession and control swapping is often portrayed in many nations and cultures. In tandem with this, the host is often one who has spent their entire existence being the singular entity of the body; switching as a concept is a direct opposite of what the vast majority of humanity believes to be the sole way of existence, that each consciousness belongs to one vessel and is that vessel. There are some hosts who require self-introspection and must accept that they are not the body itself, but a single consciousness of multiple that happens to dwell within it.
Anxiety for switching can stem from pathological anxiety or this mindset of singularity, and thus not all Tulpamancy-specific advice may apply. Trust between both parties is critical when exchanging control, not simply that they will do no harm with the power they are given, but as a general rule. For both the tulpa and the host: trust in the tulpa to be responsible, and trust in the host to allow the tulpa to safely express themself without overstepping boundaries. Any and all concerns should be spoken about between both members and genuinely listened to, this includes doing whatever possible to negate any doubts or fears.
In conjunction with maturity, the ability to communicate properly, and dousing any fears and anxieties, another key factor in possession is the mindset of both the host and tulpa. It can be deceivingly simple to believe that possession is this archaic skill, possibly due to preexisting connotations of possession from various forms of media and how only supernatural beings are capable of performing this feat. Despite this, possession is not impossible to achieve, nor does it take years for most Tulpamancy systems to gain. Remember that both the tulpa and host exist within the same mind and body; both parties have access to the same neural pathways, and thus access to movement. As months become years, a tulpa eventually reaches a point to being on equal footing with the host, being a fully separate person capable of all the same feats the host is capable of and not simply some entity that can be willed away on a whim.
In addition to this, it is a highly prevalent and pervasive myth that the host must manually dissociate from the body to allow the tulpa to possess. Quite frankly, this is false, as many tulpas have proven to be capable of possession while the host is still fully connected to the body and is aware of what the body is doing. Mindset, however not being an absolute factor, can still majorly influence how quickly or slowly a skill in Tulpamancy is gained. Another belief that can stymie possession training is the belief that the tulpa is lesser, weaker, or simply less capable than the host. By doing this, the host is setting unnecessary limitations on the tulpa, which further slows skill development. When speaking about Tulpamancy, one should not think in absolutes, but instead keep an open mind for any possibility instead of denying or wholeheartedly believing a certain outcome will occur.
Thirdly and finally with possession myths, older guides often reference possession being this "alien" feeling when experienced, a sensation easily noticeable. In recent years, many Tulpamancers have started fervently exclaiming that possession will not feel alien and that it was merely an artifact from the past. As previously stated, believing in absolutes is often an unhelpful mindset in Tulpamancy. Despite the claims from either side, there are Tulpamancers who experience this "alien" feeling and others who do not. A possible explanation for this is a tulpa's presence and the sensation it gives when the tulpa possess, or perhaps this "alien" feeling is more common with tulpas with nonhuman forms that clash more with a human body when attempting to control it. Regardless of whether or not a system will experience this "alien" feeling is unimportant, as many believe this sensation alerts the host whether or not the tulpa is actually moving the body. If one is simply unsure if the body's movement was theirs or their tulpa's, they can simply verify it with the tulpa instead of merely guessing.
Once mentally overcoming these hurdles to the best of one's ability, possession is much more likely to be swift with ample progression and lowering the possibility of tribulations in the future.
Step-by-Step Process and Explanation
At last, the process of possession specifically for tulpas in the perspective of another tulpa. For the sake of brevity and simplicity, the possession strategy will be laid out in steps first, then the explanation will be placed after the method itself. Remember that this method is done solely in the perspective of the tulpa, however, the host at minimum should relax in whatever means they wish and simply allow the tulpa to go through the process.
Begin by connecting to the body's senses, look through the body's eyes, feel the gravity of the earth pulling downwards, take in any scents or sounds in the area, and even pay close attention to any flavors the mouth may be experiencing.
Hone in on a singular sense, whichever is desired. With the eyes, absorb every single detail possible, every color, every shape, their distance from the body, and more as an example. Or not simply feel the effect of gravity, but also the textures of objects or even the body itself, the temperature of the air or ground, and potentially even focus on negative sensations such as pain if they are present.
Entrench oneself in that specific sense until feeling completely absorbed by it, entranced to the point of losing awareness of one's form or anything else, even the thoughts of oneself or the host.
Become that sense, become the eyes, become the skin, the nose, the mouth, or ears. Not simply using the sense, but embodying that sense itself.
Once this step is complete, repeat the process with the other senses, slowly becoming them while remaining connected to the ones already focused on.
With every sense focused intensely on, attempt to move the body in some capacity. An example would be moving the eyes if the first step taken was to become sight.
Attempt to do this with the other senses and what they are related to. Move the body's arms, look around, take a deep breath, and listen to one's environment.
If the process was successful, the tulpa will be possessing the body.
Note how this strategy does not ask the host to "give up" the body or instruct the tulpa to flow their essence into the body unlike other possession guides. The mindset behind the method presented is guiding the tulpa to essentially synchronize with the body to the point of becoming one with it instead of a nonphysical person, becoming so lost with the world they are experiencing that they simply forget that they are a passenger in the metaphorical car. When honing in on or focusing highly on a sense, it can be possible for a tulpa to accidentally begin possessing what controls that sense. For example, a tulpa may be interested in what the host is eating, paying such close attention to the food that they begin to experience it physically, possibly even moving the mouth to eat without realizing it.
However, not all tulpas understand the idea of "connecting" to the body's senses, especially tulpas used to living their days in a mindscape. Quite simply, this can be done through intuition and trial and error, or through symbolic means that translate to the act of connecting. It boils down to: what seems logical? For every tulpa, this is highly subjective and there is no flawless method that can be taught.
One must also keep in mind that following these steps may not be successful the first attempt or even after multiple attempts. Rather, a tulpa may take time learning how to focus on a particular sense, or possibly learning how to focus so intently in any sense. One day may be a day filled with progress, but said progress is halted by a singular part, mileage will vary between systems.
Possession for Nonhuman Tulpas
Not every tulpa takes on a human appearance, or even an appearance that matches a human's general shape. Though a tulpa is not quite literally their form, there are some tulpas who are quite connected to their form in a sense either through means of identity or simply out of fondness for their appearance. For tulpas in this category, possession or fronting at all can be uncomfortable or possibly unpleasant due to the contrast between the body and the tulpa's form; this connection with the tulpa's form can also impact how they act whilst in control such as mannerisms, walking style, or even voice to a notable degree.
Common advice to counteract this is for the tulpa to temporarily take a human form when fronting to ease the bodily dysphoria, yet, there are tulpas who are uncomfortable with that idea and would prefer to avoid it. This section is intended for tulpas who are uncomfortable with changing their form just to front.
A simple way to ease the discomfort of body dysphoria is to accept any "quirky" fronting mannerisms, opting to embrace them instead of fully attempting to act like a human. Walking on toes, using hands in a way that is considered odd, even imposing one's own form over the body to whatever capacity within reason (typically known as "phantom limbs" if this includes adding otherwise nonexistent limbs). Unless it is necessary not to out the system as plural to others the system is not out to yet, allow oneself to be nonhuman in nature regardless of if they are currently using a human body.
Another method is to have the mindset of, "I am not actually a human, just a nonhuman taking control of a human body," much like the more fantastical definition of possession many are familiar with. This mindset can create a disconnect that may ease the dysphoria, especially for tulpas who solely identify as a singular or set form.
Choose articles of clothing or accessories that match the form or at minimum, mask the human shape such as hoodies or sweatpants. One can also avoid staring at the body in the mirror or undressing, but this can have the negative consequences of becoming more and more avoidant of the body, which is not ideal if one wishes to become at least somewhat accustomed with it.
Conclusion
Being able to control a physical body can be a wonderful opportunity to grow as a person, form relationships and bond with new people, and to have meaningful impact on the world. Possession in of itself may not be a tedious challenge, but it also may not be a breeze a tulpa and host can accomplish within a day. Remember that this guide and strategy are one of many; do not feel shackled to a particular method if it is simply not working out. Every host and tulpa's experiences with possession will vary to some degree, and that is the beauty of such a thing, as it allows for many to share their experiences and knowledge that can reach out to benefit others.
I do hope this guide aids my fellow tulpas.
Please consider supporting us on Ko-Fi if you found this guide useful.
This is a slightly improved iteration of my guide, as I was unaware that we had never posted it on this blog. However, the body of the content remains identical to the Tulpa.info and Tulpanomicon iterations of the guide.

Beginner’s Guide to Reality Shifting...
Reality shifting is the practice of moving one's consciousness to another reality. That can be a place where your favourite piece of fiction is reality, or one with a few simple tweaks to here.

Origins
Contrary to popular belief, shifting has existed for decades, possibly even centuries, but was recently repopularised by fandom culture. The idea of astral projection, spiritual meditation and pure consciousness traces back to many ancient cultures, but was officially made mainstream in the 19th century by theologists. Theology was the idea that humans had several bodies, one of which being a spiritual body. This is basically what we call pure consciousness today. Meanwhile shifting or quantum jumping was intronduced by Maxwell in the late 1800s, and was further expanded on in the evolution of quantum physics as a whole.
So where do you start?
Shifting can be confusing for somebody who’s getting thrown into the middle of modern shifting, as on most platforms (read; tiktok) the shifting community is a mess, people throwing around misinformation and entitled claims of morality like they Kant or Socrates. But if you’re on tumblr that’s already a good start. In my humble opinion, tumblr has an amazing community of shifters, and it’s easy to find friends and learn about other’s journey and yours by extension. But moving on from there, I think a good place to start is either learning the law of assumption, or the basics of the multiverse theory depending on your ratio of spirituality to scientific belief. Shifting can be explained using both. After that, I’d recommend learning to see shifting as a natural belief, like the sky being blue or brushing your teeth being good for you.
Tumblr media
The modern reality shifting community has developed its own set of terms and concepts that help practitioners communicate their experiences and techniques. Here are some key terms and details:
Core Terms & Concepts
DR (Desired Reality) – The reality you aim to shift to, whether fictional, an alternate version of your current life, or something entirely new.
CR (Current Reality) – The reality you are currently in.
WR (Waiting Room) – The same as a DR, but is used specifically for being a gateway to other DRs.
Shifting Techniques & Methods
Personally, I think methods are overated, i don’t know how contravertial that is, but it creates the illution that shifting requires anything, which it doesn’t. But there are a couple I enjoy.
@Hrrtshape ‘s Anti-method- THIS IS AMAZING. In my opinion one of the best methods. Along with getting me ridiculously close, it has also reaffirmed my belief to the point that it’s impenetrable.
That’s it. This is the only method.
Community Slang & Social Aspects
“Permashifting”- A term some use for permanently shifting to a DR and not returning to CR (a controversial concept).
"Respawning" – Permashifting and scripting you forget your cr life. (correct me if I’m wrong)
“S/O”- Your significant other in your DR.
Any questions are welcome!

Debunking Law of Assumption Myths
I've learned a lot about manifestation and law of assumption over time. I've heard a lot of BS that didn't end up being true, so I'm writing a list as a reminder for all of us.
It's magic/hocus pocus - Nope. You can view it as your own kind of magic or magic powers of the universe (in a positive way), sure. But it's not something made up and you aren't putting spells on people or anything crazy like that. All you're doing is changing the way you see things in your own life and then the universe automatically reflects that. It's also been studied by philosophers like Neville Goddard. There's actual science involved with quantum leaping.
It's toxic positivity - Unless you're not allowing yourself to feel anything other than positive feelings, then no, LOA does not involve toxic positivity. Toxic positivity is trying to be overly positive in negative situations and pushing that onto others who are feeling down. When it comes to manifesting, you can allow yourself to feel upset and have doubts while still manifesting what you want. There's no rules saying things like, "you can't feel lousy or else you won't get your desires." You can feel down or be dealing with a massive struggle and still affirm or visualize that you have what you've been wanting. And, even so, you don't have to affirm as you're yelling or crying about something. It won't "cancel" your manifestation. We all waver at times - we're humans with emotions.
There's right and wrong techniques - No. The technique is not how you manifest. Let me explain. The purpose of trying a technique is to help you get into the state of "I have everything I desire" (state of wish fulfilled, as people in the community call it) and being in that state is how you end up manifesting. Some people don't even need to use a technique to get them into that state. They can subconsciously jump without having to try. But, everyone's mind works differently and some people can't get into or stay in that state without using a technique to help them get there. So, if you struggle to jump into or remain in that state of mind, find what technique helps you get there. Different ones resonate with different people. Remember: You are limitless. There's no "right" or "wrong" way to get to the wish fulfilled state. There's also no rules telling you what you can and can't do or else "you won't ever manifest."
It's a process and you have to wait - The action itself of manifesting is not a process. Getting to the state of wish fulfilled is a process if it's something you are struggling with. But once you are able to get into that state of mind, everything will come to you because you now know that you have it, and you continuously think, feel, and act that way. When you tell yourself you already have it, you don't have that worry of "it's going to take a lot of time" or "it's going to take [this long]." It'll happen naturally and quickly. So, don't think "I have to wait" and don't put pressure on yourself about timing. Once you get into the wish fulfilled state, it'll come together as quickly as possible. And if the 3D realm hasn't caught up to it just yet, be patient. It'll happen right before your eyes before you even know it.
You can't manifest multiple things at once - Wrong, yes you can manifest multiple things at once. It might take a lot of brain power or energy to think of multiple things at once (which is often why it's encouraged to focus on one manifestation at a time), but it is possible to. Doing techniques like writing a list of what you have and using multiple affirmations can help with that. Don't feel the need to limit yourself unless you don't feel okay focusing on multiple manifestations at a time.
You're just being delusional - Nope. You know what you have and you're putting it out there into the world. Growing up, other people will limit things you envision in your mind and things you want to be true. But, knowing what you desire and knowing that it's yours does mean it's yours.
How it happens has to make logical sense - No, it doesn't. A certain part of our brain will try to apply logic to how our manifestation will show up. You don't have to use logic or even think about how it's going to show up in the first place. The "how" never matters when it comes to manifestation. The only part you have to focus on is the state of already having the thing you want. There are an infinite number of ways something you manifest can show up. It's impossible to predict exactly how it's going to go. You can get an idea in your mind of "how it went," but it may happen differently, although there is the possibility it'll show up exactly how you want it to. You really don't know. But, all you have to know is that you have it and that it showed up for you in the best way possible.
Certain things are impossible to manifest - (CW: death, worldly issues). Well, this is an interesting one to explain because it feels very nuanced. This can be felt when it comes to manifesting someone back to life or solving a worldly issue (both touchy subjects, I know. I'm sorry. I'll explain.) These are things that affect many, many people and already physically happened. But, also, in another parallel reality, this hasn't happened or can be undone but we just aren't seeing it. Or particularly the person who passed can show up in a different way in our lives right now, whether it's through another person, a spirit, a physical item, etc. I'm sure people (other than just myself) have wondered about this subject and maybe it's been looked into. So please, feel free to add something to this topic or correct me if need be. I can admit that I'm still learning things. But, when thinking about smaller scale things than this, certain things we may think are impossible can in fact be possible. Like, this may sound silly, but what if unicorns are real? They could be existing on another planet far, far away for all we know. Scientists may have looked into horses developing magical horns and wings. It's impossible to know for sure. Or, what if our SP is thinking about us right now? It's not impossible. Sorry if this all sounds like a lot. It's just something I've pondered.

How to Learn New Information
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
So, there's something you absolutely need to learn. An equation, a historical event, how to change the oil in your car. Not only that, but you need to prove that you've learned it, and have, if not mastered it, then at least adequately absorbed the concept. But apart from asking AI, you have no idea where to start. Well, I've got you covered.
Preface: actually learning things
Don't use ChatGPT. When you use GenAI to make study notes or explain things to you, you're depriving yourself of the ability to engage with the material in a more interactive way. This means you're less likely to actually learn things. If you went to a surgeon for life-saving surgery, but you found out that they used AI to get through medical school instead of doing the research themself, would you trust them? I personally wouldn't.
Also, when you learn something, you're also training your brain on how to learn. Learning how to learn is so worth your time and effort. Why would you pass on the opportunity to build your ability to learn in addition to the actual thing you're learning? It makes learning the next thing easier because the neural pathways for finding out new information are already there. By the way, if you're in school, that's what they're actually teaching you to do. Even though it might not seem like it, the individual thing you're learning doesn't matter as much as the fact that you are learning.
1. Figure out the scope of your learning
What do you want to learn and why? Which part of the topic is the bit you need to know, and is there any prerequisite knowledge you need to have before you start? If you want to know simple algebra, it's helpful to know how addition and multiplication work, for example.
2. Phrase it as a question
Instead of just stating what you want to learn, for example 'the quadratic formula', it's much more helpful to phrase it as a question. 'What does the quadratic formula do?' and 'why is each variable there and how does it contribute to the end result of the formula?' will result in more in-depth knowledge, because you know exactly what you're looking for.
3. Find the most basic source to learn from
Typing '(thing you're learning) explained for kids' into YouTube is one way to start. I know that for maths and science, there's a set of baby books that explain really complex things, like quantum physics, but so simply that a literal baby could understand. Start with something like that.
4. Take notes
When you're doing this, write down everything. Anything you're not sure about, something that seems like it's been simplified too much, new vocab you come across. Write your question at the top so you can remember what's relevant.
5. Further research
Take your notes, then look each thing up. The Wikipedia page for it is usually accurate, since it's been moderated heavily. Set it to Simple English if possible, that makes it a lot easier to read if you still don't know what's going on. Take notes on that and repeat.
6. The Feynman technique
You've probably heard of this a million times, but what you might not realise is that you should be taking note of what you're missing. Write down questions the other person had that you didn't know the answer to, or things you just realised don't make sense to you while you're in the middle of talking it out.
7. Further research pt. 2
Now take those notes, and research that.
You should have a pretty solid knowledge base now! Good job!!! I hope this method helps you in your life, I know it's a lot more difficult than just typing into ChatGPT but it's so worth it for how much you'll remember.

Math Myths Busted! 🚨 Debunking Common Misconceptions
1. "Trigonometry is pointless in real life."
Want to design a bridge, map the stars, or even create 3D models? Welcome to the world of trigonometry. Engineers use sine and cosine to calculate forces, angles, and stress on structures. Naval navigation? That’s spherical trigonometry. And let’s not forget medical imaging (MRI and CT scans)—trigonometric algorithms are essential for reconstructing images from cross-sectional slices of the body.
2. "Pi is just 3.14."
Pi is irrational, meaning it goes on forever without repeating. It’s used in everything from signal processing to quantum physics. In general relativity, gravitational waves are calculated using Pi to map the curvature of spacetime. Even fractals, the infinitely complex geometric shapes that mirror nature’s patterns, rely on Pi for accurate dimension calculations. Simplifying Pi to 3.14 is like calling a complex painting “just a bunch of colors.” It’s a universe in itself.
3. "Math is for nerds, not for normal people."
Mathematics is fundamental to the universe. The Fibonacci sequence is embedded in everything from flower petals to galaxies. Whether it’s understanding the Golden Ratio in art or applying optimization techniques to improve energy use in smart cities, math is the tool that drives technology, medicine, and economics. Cryptography keeps your bank account safe and ensures secure communication online—it’s all built on abstract algebra and number theory. So, is math for “nerds”? It’s for civilization.
4. "I’ll never be good at math."
Growth mindset matters. The very concept of calculus—which studies the rate of change—starts from understanding infinitesimally small changes. Once you grasp limits, derivatives, and integration, you unlock the power to model everything from population growth to financial markets. Complex equations that once seemed impenetrable are just tools for breaking down the world. Perseverance is the key, not an innate ability. You learn, you grow, you become a mathematical thinker.
5. "Math is boring."
If math’s boring, then understanding gravity and black holes is boring. Einstein’s general theory of relativity wasn’t just an academic concept—it was formulated using highly sophisticated tensor calculus. Fractals, which appear in clouds, mountains, and even coastlines, are beautiful examples of math in nature. When you solve differential equations, you’re predicting everything from weather patterns to market crashes. Math is not static, it’s the language of everything, from the universe’s creation to your daily commute.
6. "I don’t need math in my everyday life."
You calculate interest rates, optimize your workout routine, and even estimate cooking times using math without realizing it. Statistics helps you make informed decisions in the stock market, and probability theory is the reason you can accurately predict outcomes in games, risk-taking, and even weather forecasting. Linear algebra is involved in everything from computational biology to machine learning. And when was the last time you built a website without using algorithms? Exactly.
7. "Calculators do all the work, so why learn math?"
Calculators are tools. Algorithms—the underlying mathematical processes that make your calculator or smartphone function—are the result of years of mathematical study. Machine learning algorithms, the backbone of AI, rely heavily on linear algebra and calculus. Building a calculator that can compute anything from simple arithmetic to complex number operations requires advanced math, often involving abstract algebra and number theory. It’s not the tool; it’s the thinking behind it that counts.
Math is the DNA of the universe.

Hey. Didn't Kurama kinda... Die?
It's a bit of an open question what dying entails for a creature consisting of consciousness imprinted on the life-energy that is chakra, but I'd say what he went through probably counts. I mean, he took the life-energy that he's literally made up of, smashed it into Naruto's life-energy hard enough to perform spirit-particle-physics, and used the new and exciting types of chakra this pseudo-quantum annihilation of their life-energy spat out to power some (admittedly pretty devastating) fisticuffs. It's literally called 'Baryon Mode,' as in it's named after a type of subatomic particle, like the type you would get smashing atoms together in particle accelerators in our world.
That must have produced some really interesting types of chakra, huh? Especially since the technique was still a bit rough, what with it being the first time Kurama was actually using the technique as opposed to just theorizing how it would work. It must have been like some of the first nuclear fission and fusion prototype experiments, where you don't know all the things you have to look out for yet so you just kinda wing it, but also use every safety protocol you can think of. Except they were pulling this out in the middle of a life-or-death fight so strike the safety protocols. That type of winging it must have produced some wild kinds of life-energy-particle byproducts, maybe even some life-energy-anti-particles...
Anyway, back from that tangent to what I was talking about. Kurama knowingly paid his own life- literally smashed the substance of his being into exotic high-energy spirit-particle soup, one piece of himself at a time, to provide fuel- sustaining total focus throughout the entirety of what must have been an extremely painful and emotional process through his absolute will to help protect his friend and their village. Something which he succeeded at in the moment, but did so knowing that other dangers would come for his friend and village, and that his job wasn't truly finished...
He's totally coming back as a ghost, isn't he?
Specifically, I bet the once beast of destruction would form as a protection spirit of all things, although he'd probably refuse to admit it.
So, please imagine, recently-formed ghost!Kurama, floating around the Zone while trying to get his bearings. He's used to working with/being composed of spiritual energy- and has been shown to have a pretty high-level understanding of spirit-energy quantum physics to even come up with Baryon Mode in the first place- so he probably gets the hang of it pretty quick. Maybe he decides he wants try to go back, see his partner again. Who's gonna stop him? You, floating eye-ball things? Hah! *Beast-bomb's repeatedly* He thinks the hell not!
And, oh look! A conveniently open portal back to the world of the living! Just gonna walk right on through that, find the nearest ninja village, and get directions back to the Leaf to check in on his friend.
Except this place looks less like a ninja village and more like a lab. It's not like any of the labs he's seen on infiltrate-and-decommission missions with Naruto either. The tech is all wrong! Some of it is way too advanced, other tools and techniques which he knows are absolutely basic standards (like seals for example) are missing entirely, and everything is absolutely saturated with anti-chakra to the point where he almost can't feel the difference from the world literally made of the stuff he just left! Something is deeply off about this place, it's like a whole different world from the one he died in.
The child attacking him is a point of familiarity though.
Eh, he'll cut the kid some slack. They're obviously in the kid's village after all, judging by all the buildings around when he phases through the roof with the kid hot on his tails, and Kurama has learned to admire the kind of spunk that it takes to so immediately put oneself in between a threat and its target. He'll even do the kid the favor of trying not to do too much property damage while they fight, since it quickly becomes obvious the kid is set on trying to chase him down. Seems he'll have to rough the kid up a bit before he can go exploring...
Ok, maybe he'll actually have to exert himself a bit. The kid is at least as durable as a Hidden Stone shinobi...
Ok, maybe he's going to have to actually try. The kid is taking everything he can put out- at least while still avoiding doing 'major' property damage- without budging, and then hitting back just as hard. That last punch even managed to stun him for a mome- shit! Is that some kind of Sealing Device!?
NO! NO! NO! NO! NO! He is NOT getting sealed in some random person to be used as a Sage-Damned BATTERY again! He's NOT! He's absolutely N- DAMN IT!
Now he's gonna be shoved into some new random kid who's been brainwashed to think it's his duty to shackle the beast. Both of them used as nothing more than weapons until the chakra he leaks like a sieve when he's trying to contain it- and flows in a deluge when he isn't- slowly melts the poor bastard's soul. And it won't stop until they either rip him out- and kill the ex-host in the process due to traumatic soul injury- or until the probably blameless child is left a withered husk. Either way, his reputation as nothing more than a dangerous but powerful weapon, suitable only to be pointed at another bunch of 'enemies' and forced to rampage, will only be further cemented. He can't do that to another kid any more! Or another village full of civilians! He CA-
???
He's back in the place from before? The one from before he went through the portal? Completely free?
The kid just? RELEASED him? Just like that?
This calls for some recon to figure out what the kid's deal is, sneaky ninja style instead of rampaging beast style. Don't look at him like that! He spent long enough with Naruto to see the value of sneakiness as an option (mostly because Naruto couldn't manage subtle if it would save his entire village and Kurama saw how many headaches that caused for his advisors). Not to mention, he IS a Nine-Tailed fox spirit. He's got the cunning to learn and adapt.
One-and-a-half extended recon sessions later, and Kurama comes to a realization™. This is a teenager, yes. One with way too much power in his deceptively young frame. One who will take one look at someone in trouble, ask "is anyone gonna' help out with that?" and then not wait for an answer before devoting their entire soul to saving the person no matter who they are. One who's taken the responsibility for protecting their entire village onto shoulders which seem far too small to carry such a burden at all, much less so effectively. He's even all tied up with Clones for sage's sake!
It's like looking at a younger Naruto in far too many ways for him to just dismiss.
Kurama can't believe he somehow stumbled into another one! He also can't admit to himself that he's already decided to take the boy under his wing and pass on all those lessons he picked up by watching Naruto successfully lead a village for over a decade. Not that never admitting it will stop him from doing so, he'll just insist that it's for purely selfish reasons the entire time. Yeah! He's just getting the kid to trust him so he can eventually pump him for information on who's in charge and who can help him get back to his home dimension for a visit.
That's totally all this is...
Totally...

So you're new to this ?
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Hey there, doll. Welcome to the wildest ride of high school. If I could go back in time, here's the advice I'd give lil me – the ultimate guide to crushing sophomore year and making it look effortless ! (I think)
Oh this can apply if you're just a new student, or after a break starting a new term or wtv idk !
Tumblr media
1. Uniform vs. Home Clothes Chic:
- Whether you're rocking a uniform or strutting in your own home fits, confidence is the key.
>For uniforms, play with accessories ! – a killer watch, cool socks, or a personalized pin for your clothes or hair. Be sure to iron your uniform, I promise it'll elevate your look !
>Home clothes? Find a signature style – be it graphic tees, funky jeans, classic leather jacket, pink pilates princess vibes or athleisure vibes. You do you, and let your uniqueness shine.
- For the schools that do both try to plan carefully when you get the chance to wear home clothes and give your alllllllll; my school had us wear school uniform from Monday to Wednesday, then on Thursdays we get to wear home fits then Friday school tracksuits and on wknds boarders were permitted to wear home fits (the school was so mfing stingy just for those 3 days smh 🙄) and best believe we took advantage of our creativity 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾.
2. Study Smart, Not Hard:
- Let's talk about one study method !!!
Ever tried the Feynman Technique? Teach what you're learning in simple terms, as if explaining it to someone else who's having difficulty understanding or to a younger much annoyingly curious version of yourself :D. Like think to yourself 'how would I explain this to a 10 year old ?'.
This exposes gaps in your understanding and helps you grasp concepts more deeply. It's like being the professor of your own academic empire. Ouh fancy right, I know.
If you're not sure on how to go about it you can ask Chatgpt to explain as if you're 10, here Chatgpt demonstrates by talking about Quantum entanglement;
Tumblr media
God I just love that 😌 Aye now don't go to Chatgpt everytime you need something Feynman-ied, it's important to try to practice this and train yourself, don't be so reliant ok :) ?
3. Extracurricular Juggling Act:
- Extracurriculars are the spice of high school life.
The key is balance. Pick activities aligned with your passions. If you're into sports, make sure it complements your academic schedule. Remember, you're crafting a well-rounded high school story, not a chaotic drama.
This adds to your credits, imagine how easy if would be for you to get you uni with all these great stuff on your record. A plus if you get ok to good grades as it shows that not only did you do well but you were active in other stuff. Good impressions go bbbrrr 📈📈📈
I wish I had a friend that pushed me to go for extracurriculars, my record looks so stale except for the usual, nothing fancy to add. Take this as a sign to sign up for the stuff right up your alley !
4. Note-Taking Magic:
- Your notes are your secret weapon.
Try the Cornell Method – divide your page into two sections, one for main notes and the other for summarizing. After class, jot down questions based on your notes; it's like creating your personalized study guide. Like so :
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Tumblr media
5. Decoding The Testing Maze:
- When it comes to studying for tests, don't just memorize; understand.
The SQ3R method is your ally – Survey, Question, Read, Recite, Review. It turns passive reading into an active engagement with the material. Ahhh good stuff !
Remember our talk of quantum entanglement, well, I'll try to demonstrate the SQ3R method if you're studying Q.E
Example Question:
Explain the concept of quantum entanglement and how it manifests between two particles. Provide an example scenario to illustrate your understanding.
SQ3R Breakdown:
Survey:
- Glance over the entire question. Identify key terms: "quantum entanglement," "manifestation," and "example scenario." This gives you a roadmap for what to look for in the material.
Question:
- Formulate specific questions based on the content:
- What is the fundamental concept of quantum entanglement?
- How does entanglement occur between two particles?
- Can you provide a real-world scenario to illustrate this?
Read:
- Dive into your physics materials. Focus on sections explaining quantum entanglement, the mechanics of entanglement between particles, and any examples or scenarios provided.
Recite:
- Close your book and explain what you've learned:
- Quantum entanglement is a phenomenon where particles become interconnected, with changes in one particle affecting the other.
- Entanglement occurs through a process called quantum superposition, where particles exist in multiple states simultaneously.
- Example scenario: Imagine two entangled electrons. If one electron's spin is measured and found to be "up," the other electron's spin will instantly be determined as "up," regardless of distance.
---Quantum entanglement is a phenomenon where two or more particles become interconnected, regardless of the distance between them. This entanglement influences their properties, meaning the state of one particle instantly affects the state of the other. For example, if we have two entangled electrons, measuring the spin of one electron will instantaneously determine the spin of the other, even if they are light-years apart. This interconnectedness challenges our classical understanding of particle behavior, introducing a fascinating aspect of quantum physics.
Review:
- Go back over your notes, ensuring you've covered the fundamental concept, mechanics, and the example scenario. Check your understanding of terms like quantum superposition and the implications of measurements on entangled particles.
Applying SQ3R helps break down complex questions, ensuring a solid grasp of wtv question/topic you plan to study.
Tumblr media
6. Time Management Mastery:
- Mastering time is mastering high school.
Ever heard of the Eisenhower Matrix? It categorizes tasks into urgent and important, helping you prioritize efficiently.
1. Urgent and Important (Do First):
- Example: Your final exams are in two days, and you haven't started studying. This is urgent and important, requiring immediate attention to ensure academic success. Drop everything else and hit the books.
2. Important, Not Urgent (Schedule):
- Example: You've been thinking about starting a blog to share your art and connect with other creative minds. While it's important for personal growth, it's not urgent. Schedule specific times during the week to work on your blog and gradually turn this passion project into a reality.
3. Urgent, Not Important (Delegate):
- Example: Your friend needs help choosing an outfit for an event tonight, and you're in the middle of studying for a crucial test. It's urgent for your friend, but not as important for your academic success. Politely delegate the task to another friend who has a bit more time.
4. Not Urgent and Not Important (Eliminate)
- Example: Spending hours scrolling through social media, binge-watching TV shows, or playing video games without any specific purpose. While these activities might be entertaining, they don't contribute significantly to your personal or academic growth. Consider eliminating or reducing the time spent on these non-productive tasks.
Using the Eisenhower Matrix in daily decision-making helps maintain focus on priorities and ensures that time is allocated effectively, especially for a student juggling school, social life, and personal interests!
7. The Success Mindset:
- Approach challenges with a growth mindset. View setbacks as stepping stones to success. Celebrate your wins, no matter how small, and cultivate resilience. Remember, every stumble is a chance to dance better in the next act of your school journey.
Tumblr media
Now, let's dip into the classic realms of friendship and crushes, because at this point you should already know the gist of things. Building genuine connections is like painting your own social masterpiece. Be yourself, laugh often, and approach crushes (and potential friends) with authenticity don't try to change who you are !!!
Confidence, respect, and kindness go a long way. You're not just a sophomore; you're a role model in the making if you try hard enough. Strut through those halls with purpose and make every moment count!
And for those silly cliques, be sure to get in the right ones. The ones that morph you to the bad and influence you to hate yourself or others, ignore them, they're so not worth your time and they're soooo yesterday, and we are living for now and the future .
Keep shining doll !
xoxo signing off,
Angela ꒰⑅ᵕ༚ᵕ꒱˖♡
ps: oh em gee, thanks alot for 360+ likes on my first post, that was really quick it caught me off guard lol, thanks alotttttttt mwahhhh xx

What subjects are actually taught at the academy? I've heard of recreational mathematics, thermodynamics, and touch telepathy, but what other courses are there?
What subjects do young Gallifreyans and Time Lords learn?
For once, we can be very very detailed about this!
🔬 Fundamental and Advanced Sciences
Quantum Mechanics: Introduced early in Gallifreyan education, this subject uses multidimensional geometry to solve complex problems, exploring the interplay between abstract concepts and physical realities.
Thermodynamics: This subject explores the principles of energy conversion between heat and other forms of energy, crucial for understanding the energetic dynamics of time-travel technology.
Cybernetics: Focuses on the study and construction of systems with regulatory functions, integrating technological and biological processes for the creation and maintenance of cybernetic beings and advanced machinery.
Matrix Diagnostics: Covers the techniques and tools used for diagnosing and maintaining the Matrix, a vast repository of Time Lord knowledge and consciousness.
⏲️ Specialised Temporal Studies
Basic Temporal Theory: Introduces the concepts of time and its properties, laying the groundwork for more advanced temporal manipulation studies.

Novel technique for observing atomic-level changes could unlock potential of quantum materials
A research team led by the Department of Energy's Oak Ridge National Laboratory has devised a unique method to observe changes in materials at the atomic level. The technique opens new avenues for understanding and developing advanced materials for quantum computing and electronics. The paper is published in the journal Science Advances. The new technique, called the Rapid Object Detection and Action System, or RODAS, combines imaging, spectroscopy and microscopy methods to capture the properties of fleeting atomic structures as they form, providing unprecedented insights into how material properties evolve at the smallest scales. Traditional approaches combining scanning transmission electron microscopy, or STEM, with electron energy loss spectroscopy, or EELS, have been limited because the electron beam can change or degrade the materials being analyzed. That dynamic often causes scientists to measure altered states rather than the intended material properties. RODAS overcomes the limitation and also integrates the system with dynamic computer-vision-enabled imaging, which uses real-time machine learning.
