One of my favorite things to do to men is what I call fae fucking.
When a man tells you his name is (full name, ex Christopher) but he goes by (short name, ex Chris), only ever call him by the full version. He'll hate it at first, he'll tell you it reminds him of getting in trouble as a kid. But the longer you do it, the more he'll associate it with you fucking his brains out.
Eventually, he'll think about you and get hard any time he hears his own name 💗 even long after you've left.
I own your name now.
All I did was ask for it, it's not my fault you handed it over

write down every limiting belief that u can recollect
limiting beliefs can be things that you've been told to believe for a long time and anything that u classify as limiting, for example the idea that money is scarce or "money doesn't grow on trees"

write affirmations that directly flip ur limiting belief into something favorable
affirm every day at least once
note ; repetition is rly key bcuz thats how the brain learns and adapts. so i highly recommend affirming more then just once a day. the more that u affirm and persist the quicker your mind will be reprogrammed.

THE CHALLENGE🌊
🌊. First of all guys we are gonna script some of you may not want to but trust me please. Take a notebook or open your note pad script down as if you are writing a letter to your past self tell them you have everything the present you wished for tell them that you have finally shifted,manifested everything and you are happy,don't stop until you feel satisfied.
As you are writing don't think about what to write just go with the flow write down whatever comes in your mind until it stops. And you will feel an ecstasy while writing as uou are slowly getting in the state as you write it in a flow like state.
As you have done the first part of the challenge let's go to intense part.
🌊. From here I want you all to affirm ion care what you say just affirm as the person who wrote the letter as in your future self,use robotic or askformation but as long you are being able to get in the state or keep the negative thoughts away use any method not just affirming.
🌊. I want you all to also do EFT tapping you can use chatGPT for creating eft tapping affirmations,and also use breathworks before bed becauseit helps slowing down the brainwaves I also box breathwork and diaphragmatic breathwork are recommend but you can use any that works for you.
(You can do EFT tapping anytime you want no specific routine)
🌊. Do lullaby method or SATS as you fall asleep.
But in all seriousness you have to start enjoying being the person who wrote the letter,if you feel anxious read the letter again as much as you want,make it your goal to feeling what you FELT while writing the letter natural,don't look at the 3D or think from 3D,look at the 4D and think from 4D. Persist in the 4D not 3D.

I recently saw some post regarding duration of your manifestation, so I just wanna share some of my thoughts. Why do people still believe that some time has to pass in order for your manifestation to arrive? YOU are the creator of your reality. You deserve to manifest right there and then.
What does this mean?
You don’t have to wait, you don’t have to invent some method or technique just to get what you want. My assumption is, that as soon as the sheer thought of any desire pops up in my head, I ALREADY have it. I don’t need to formulate it to extremely precise detail, I don’t need to affirm or write it down hundreds of times. All I do is say it once, and during this one time I put the most confidence into this sentence, like it is something so essential, so obvious to everyone as 2+2=4, like it is a law. Then just forget about it, let it go and receive it instantly.And so can YOU. Because you shape the reality around you, your assumptions do. Are you worthy of receiving something you want right now? Yes. Is there anything in this world that is preventing you from it? No. Do you have to put in any effort? No.Say it once and the reality has to obey, because you are the creator.
Now, everything said above is what I believe, and this mindset gave me actual instant results.
Here are some examples of stuff I manifested instantly:
manifested someone else to press the ‘stop’ button on the bus, just bcs I was too lazy to raise my hand and press the button in front of me lmao( I do it everytime now. It can literally be a random person I’ve never seen)
manifested my mom texting me and telling me that she will pick me up from the mall later, just because I wanted to spend more time wandering in a cosmetics store
manifested my father telling me he got a pay rise
manifested extra lessons being cancelled bcs I was too lazy to attend
manifested meeting dp in random places(COUNTLESS times), dp texting me etc
manifested getting gifted make up, flowers etc
manifested getting a fondue station( all I did was literally think “I want some chocolate fondue” and then brushed it off)
manifested receiving money randomly from my parents
These are some real, recent examples of how I used this mindset and got what I wanted. While these are small, I did receive many significant results, but I just find these mundane manifestation examples show just how instant it can be.

So i just read your recent post and I do relate a lot actually..mostly the sabotaging part and being confortable in your own misery..being comfortable with being embarrassed hurt and abused how do i change
⭒ how can you reprogram and change your deeply engrained negative subconscious beliefs?
glad you asked! i’m gonna do my best to answer this as someone who took pleasure in feeling like a victim and drowning in my own misery
i: intention
firstly and most importantly imo, i would advise you to decide. decide that you're going to make a change and sit w/ it for a minute if you need.
set the intention by writing it down on your phone or on paper. write your goal and that you're going to successfully reach it—that you have no other choice but to succeed. this is important because when you set a goal for yourself and decide, you're less likely to back off than if you didn't set the intention.
once you get that checked off, continue by doing the following steps (some inspired by ahmadsstory on tt!!):
ii: journaling
i've talked about journaling on my blog before and how you should write down your desires and affirmations on paper, but in this case it's a little bit different.
the best way to fully understand yourself, your feelings and actions, you have to reflect thoroughly and understand why you feel the way that you do. following this, you assess your own situation as if you're a third-person party—step into your desired self for a moment and act like them.
what this does is that it makes you analyze and understand what was wrong w/ the actions you took, thoughts and steps that don't align w/ what you want out of your life. if your desired self is a confident person then they wouldn't be thinking thoughts like: "nothing works out for me" and "i'll never succeed"
iii: the many "why's"
this step is based on the previous—as soon as you list something that is emotionally charged, you ask yourself why, and you keep asking why until you uncover the deeply rooted things that are stopping you from being your desired self.
example:
-
i felt scared and anxious to raise my hand in class today
okay, why?
because i was scared i might give the wrong answer
why?
because last time i raised my hand i gave the teacher the wrong answer and i was laughed at and made fun of and it made me feel dumb
why did it make you feel dumb?

and then you keep going and going until you understand that it was never about anyone but you and your low self-worth. it makes you realize that the problem is never actually the problem.
this strategy really helps you get to the root of the issue and help you solve it. i've done this myself and i have to say, it really works wonders, especially when you take your time and write exactly how you felt using multiple pages.
i like to think of it as having a free therapy session w/ yourself :)
iv: visualization
sit w/ yourself and imagine your future self giving you advice. visualization is a massively powerful tool that can help you understand why certain things are happening in your subconscious.
also! imagine your desired self thriving and living the life that you dream of. what is this person doing? how do they look? how do they dress? etc. etc.
i recently made a post about how visualization is scientifically proven to help you achieve your goals and that it has a vast impact on you both physically and mentally. so use your mind to visualize a good life!!
v: distinction between the old you vs the new you
if you're someone who struggles w/ a bad temper and belittling yourself over small things, such a dropping something on the floor or making minor mistakes, you have to watch how you speak to yourself in those specific moments. is it a typical "ugh, i'm so stupid" or is it a "it's okay—happens to the best of us"?
you have to understand, speaking to yourself nicely and being gentle is so much more important than you think. your subconscious does not care or understand if you're joking or being serious, if you keep feeding it negative input about yourself, then it's going to believe that and support you in that assumption.
so stop playing the victim.
instead, you should begin w/ nice talk to yourself and look for it consciously. whenever you find yourself speaking negatively about yourself say: "no, that's what the old me would say and think, while the new me thinks this" no matter how small this action seems, you're telling yourself that you're not the old you anymore, and it starts the momentum towards your new self image, someone better—happier.
to add on to the fifth point!
whenever you start doing these micro actions, gather proof that you're a new version of yourself, document them and pay mind to them. "the old would do this, while the new me did this"
this gathers new data that your subconscious picks up and uses to determine your new self worth, because if you're someone w/ low self-worth, that data comes from somewhere, right?
it comes from proof you've gathered your whole life about shit going wrong and everything never working for you, but now you have the opportunity to change that and build a better self image.
vi: feeling bad for yourself + sad music
oh boy, how i LOVED listening to sad music and imagining sad scenarios. i know this is gonna hit someone hard, but i have to say—no more sad songs and imagining the most brutal angst.
you have to understand that dwelling on the past and feeling bad to yourself is never gonna stop if you keep finding comfort in it, and music is a primary reason why it feels so good. that's exactly why you need to completely cut out sad music or imagining angst while listening.
first, it's so unhealthy for you. second, if you want to change, you've gotta make sacrifices, and in this case, it's music. i know exactly how it feels, but it works. i haven't felt sad in so long since i cut out sad music and refuse to use it to imagine sad scenarios. you don’t realize how much misery music causes until you really sit and think about it.
⭒ the shift
once you start seeing a difference in your thinking and how you feel about yourself, you're going to realize that you are in fact worthy of success and your desires. you're automatically going to start helping yourself instead of sabotaging, because now you believe you deserve success, and your subconscious is now on your team.
nothing is keeping you from your goals anymore and you're free to have whatever you desire :)

Sorry I haven't been posting. I took a small Tumblr break. So, it turns out manifesting IS 24/7, AND YALL ARE RRIGGGHTTT!! I geniunely started doubting myself and now have to pick back up on where I left off. I wanted a new friend group. I got a friend group. I wanted a partner. Me and my friend group are now fake dating. I wanted help with shifting. I see shifting videos on my page.
I asked the universe for help. And it answered me. I want money next pls! At least 500!! Half joking half serious.
I didn't even have to live in the end. I didn't have to do anything. All I did was want. I yearned for friends. And guess what? I got them.
All you have to do is want. And you will receive. It really is that easy. Why would you reject happiness, even if it leads to "delusions?" Is it really delusional when I wanted 100$ and got it for my birthday? Is it really delusions when I wanted a friend group, and now have 2 main best friends? Is it really delusional when I wanted dreams of my DR and I got them?
No. I wanted it. So I got it.

hello can i just rant okay thank you
i've known about shifting since last year september, i found out about the loa on december last year, and since then i only managed to manifest really small things like good grades on my tests in school, or for a test to get canceled, or managing to get to school on time when it was almost impossible. well i also manifested to heal from my social anxiety and it got a little better but not really so idk.
so, i'm currently on a shifting break, since like october because i wasn't feeling confident in my shifting abilities and was constantly wavering when trying to use the loa to shift or manifest something. my mindset got better, BUT
it's like i know that i'm the god of my realities but i'm STILL not sure if i should try and shift using the loa and flipping negative thoughts cuz i think it might not go well again and my mindset will get some bruises from negative experience again and i'll have to work on my mindset again🤩 do you know that thing when you postpone things waiting for the "perfect moment" to do something? that's something i sometimes struggle with and now that i think about it, maybe that's what i'm doing and i should just finally shift somewhere cuz it's literally easy and i'm creating a problem out of nowhere. orrr i actually need to stay on a break because maybe i'm not in the right state yet? but i DON'T want to stay on a break cuz i don't like this reality at all, i don't like school and what comes after it, i don't like any people in this reality, not even myself or my family, i don't like that i live in a city and there's no nature and not even any parks nearby, i don't like that i have no friends but idk it's okay i guess, i don't like the country i live in and it will hardly get better to the time i grow up etc etc. i only like my cat out of everything that exists here, he's a cutie pie i love him sm (it's one sided love)
sooo maybe i should finally shift out but i'm not sure if my mindset is good and stable enough. also i don't know where to shift to, i'm constantly changing my drs. though now for example i'm in the mood to shift to the middle earth even though i don't remember much about it. and i'm lazy to make a script and create my backstory, i just want to make it like i never existed there and then just appeared there if that's possible
i'm confused af (both about my life here and my shifting journey, double kill) and don't know what to do and i'm scared to do the wrong thing and regret it later
Why would flipping negative thoughts not go well? Even if you aren’t shifting it is very good for you and your mental health, it can fix pretty much anything if you’re willing to persist.
Since you’re on a break already you can start from scratch and reprogram your mind, it can help you tons with your self concept and journey. And since you have some apparent blockages or limiting beliefs you can try robotic affirming/affirmation tapes, trust me when I say it changes your beliefs completely, but you have to repeat and persist with it, be patient.
If you’re unsure where to shift then you can merge all your desired realities into one. I’ll make an example, yesterday I watched Dead Poets Society and also Narnia and I thought that I wanted to shift into both so I created a script mixing the two together, and a crazy cool dr came out of it. So try and be creative!

-reread beliefs and non beliefs
-manifest that these beliefs are true (use any manifestation methods you like, the 3 6 9 method is what I'll be using)

-be grateful of your shifting journey
-take a "break" from shifting but think about shifting and have gratitude

hey shifters! it's c! i'm going through a blog identity crisis rn. but that's besides the point, we are here to talk about my experience as i completed reya's 4 day reprogramming! i started this process June 10, 2024 and ended it on June 13, 2024.

𝜗𝜚 𝐃𝓐𝓨 1 𝓞𝐅 𝐑𝓔𝓟𝓡𝓞𝓖𝓡𝓐𝓜𝓜𝓘𝓝𝓖 𝜗𝜚
the first day is dedicated to creating a list of your beliefs and non-beliefs that could be created in a physical journal, on a piece of paper, your notes app, etc. after that, you'll re-read it over and over throughout the day to really etch it into your brain. this way you'll be doing robotic affirmations to help manifest your beliefs! in which those beliefs include you believing in shifting and that you have the ability to shift.
ex. i wrote "i believe in reality shifting" in my beliefs area because i believe in that. as for non beliefs, i wrote "i don't believe in the tooth fairy" because i don't believe in that.
i wrote mine in my notion app! i read it multiple times and especially throughout the entire day. as i was reading my beliefs and non-beliefs, i can already notice that my mindset was changing! it gave me confidence in my beliefs about shifting so much that it wasn't even a second thought anymore. it just started to feel natural. i'd like to add that as i did my robotic affirmations, i played white noise and trickling water in the background on youtube (like they do in subliminals) which really seemed to help out.
ALSO, it's okay to not be re-reading every second or minute of the day. you still have a life you need to live and you have to take care of yourself as well. learn to balance it! remember, shifting is already apart of your daily routine. there's no external or internal pressure to have to do it because you're already used to doing it!

the second day is dedicated to going throughout the day and doing things that motivate you to shift! meditate, listen to subliminals, etc! have a sense of gratitude and excitement about shifting to your desired reality and affirm yourself that you've shifted.
before i get into what i did for the second day, i had a dream about shifting and almost had shifted from the dream! i noticed i was lucid and began to say, "i have shifted, i have shifted, i have shifted". i started to feel different like i was being pulled out of the dream like i was waking up (i became very aware of my subconscious and it was like a tunnel opened up in back of me and i was about to be pulled through) and there was flashing lights! but the people in my dream heard me and grabbed onto me. (like wth, why did they have to be my ops). but, i did say it in front of them smh... anywayy since i was busy throughout the day, i turned the things i did into scenarios that could happen in my dr. going shopping turned into -> "this would be me and pansy shopping at the clothing stores in diagon alley in my hogwarts dr". drawing in my room turned into -> "this is what i'd be doing in my waiting room dr". you guys get the idea! i read my beliefs and non-beliefs a few times throughout the day. i constantly affirmed myself that i have shifted and that i shifted to my waiting room June 13, 2024! i made sure to mark the day i was going to shift like Reya had said, and kept affirming that. then, i ended off with a guided meditation from alunir before i had went to bed!
disclaimer: Reya had made sure to say this in her video, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO SHIFT WHILE THESE DAYS OF REPROGRAMMING!! These days are meant to reprogram your brain for shifting :) You will shift on the fourth day of the process!
"c, didn't you just tell us about the attempt to shift through your dream?" yes, i did 😭 but it's like i forgot about that fact because i had been dreaming. i did not have any intentions to shift before i had went to bed but once i became lucid, i jumped at the chance and took it fr. didn't work because of the ops, but the effort was there! </3

the third day is dedicated to feeding your beliefs! read and watch about other people's shifting storytime's about their desired realities throughout the day.
i listened to kristeau's shifting stories on her youtube channel as i did things throughout the day, watched tiktoks from my fave creators, and read some dr story times on here as well! to add to that, i read my beliefs and non-beliefs throughout the day with subliminals playing in the background or music that reminds me of my waiting room dr. then, i also vaunted and acted like i was already in my desired reality. "this is what i'd be doing in my waiting room rn", "i'm so excited that i shifted to my waiting room on June 13, 2024", "i had such a good time in my waiting room doing (x,y,z)".

the fourth day is dedicated to doing all the things you previously did into one day and shifting! read your beliefs and non-beliefs, go through out the day and do things that motivate you to shift, feed your beliefs, and finally shift.
my shift attempt pt. 5 to my waiting room dr - June 13, 2024 At first, I read my beliefs and non beliefs with a subliminal and fell asleep doing that. Then I woke up and I told myself to lock in. I put on a void state guided meditation w/ deep hypnosis by alunir. Let me tell you guys right now, that deep hypnosis is no joke. My sister was talking to her friends through voice messages here and there and had the tv playing but on low volume- All my surroundings drowned out and I was focused on her voice. Every time she snapped, tingles went through my body and I followed the meditation without a second thought. I had made it to the void state but I was drifting in and out of it. I think my headphones were too loud honestly, so it made alunir’s voice loud to where it would pull me back out of the void state. I began to fall asleep a bit but then, I saw marko (someone from one of my other drs). I kept seeing glimpses of imagery from that other dr and I was like looking for them to try and help me shift? idk why i thought that would work. Then, I ended up falling back asleep (rip). I woke up once again and told myself to lock in, so I put on a meditation by Reya. I was trying to get back into the void state but it wasn’t working. Ended up falling asleep not too long after.

i didn't successfully shift to my waiting room desired reality YET, but i've learned a lot from this experience and my mindset was definitely reprogrammed!
i learned that i was more focused on getting to the void state than actually shifting to my waiting room dr. Reya's words, "the void state isn't really something to shift from. it's something to pass through or to pass by from. you don't need the void state to shift! think of it like a pit stop and you're gonna go through it or whatever, and you're going to shift". i also learned that if i'm low on energy and extremely exhausted, i should just sleep that night and shift the next night! i was putting so much pressure on myself to shift that i didn't care what state my body was in. which is what i won't do in my future process!
i no longer find myself second guessing about shifting or having those intrusive thoughts against shifting being real. i also find that i'm more confident and positive about my shifting ability! which is why i'm proud of myself about this shifting attempt and have the push to only continue my journey. if anyone has any insight or tips to help me, pls leave them in the comments.

Reminder that worthiness is an illusion. Too often do we not feel worthy of something or someone, so we hesitate, wait too long hoping for us to feel so or don’t peruse it at all. The idea of worthiness was created by a system that does not even adhere to it, so neither should you. If anything, it’s a feeling that’ll come & go, and is often rooted in past events/trauma. Know that you’ll always be worthy of whatever you desire — even things you’ve not yet realize you desire yet.
