I wasn’t expecting Ace to get a unique crying expression but here we are 😂 Pretty proud of myself for calling that Ace’s dream would address these oddly dismissive comments from back in 7-17:

It’s so Ace of him to be blunt when calling others out but also having trouble being honest about his own feelings. Those lines in 7-17 definitely read as deflecting and being in denial to me. That’s just how Ace chooses to cope with his problems.

You can even see this same mentality carrying through into his new crying expression… See? He’s still trying to smile and laugh, even through his tears. (Your one true love, by the way, is coincidentally described by Ace in Ghost Marriage as being “someone you can laugh and cry with”!)

fbskwbuwnsma I find it really funny how people were theorizing that Malleus would OB over the threat of Yuu going home when he ended up OBing over the thought of losing Lilia… Then it turns out that Ace is the one centering Yuu in his foremost desires 😭 I mean, I know Ace made that long trek back to Sage’s Island back in book 4, but so did Deuce and Deuce didn’t dream of Yuu staying—only Ace did. This is most likely the result of Ace not properly processing his feelings in the waking world (because of his deflection and denial), despite deep down valuing his friendships with Yuu, Deuce, etc.

Come to think of it, it makes sense that Ace’s dream ended up taking place during summer vacation on the Stitch island… because Stitch talked about ohana—family, which means no one gets forgotten or left behind. Ace’s dream is to be able to move forward (ie the summer after the end of their first year)… with all of his friends and NRC family. That includes his Heartslabyul classmates (yes, even his tyrannical dorm leader that he always complains about) and his friends at Ramshackle.

I can see why this would feed the brain rot of Ace yumes www It really slots in with the “I-It’s not like I care about you or anything, idiot! (jk I care so much)” kind of trope. And his dream taking place on a remote island screams “stereotypical beach fanservice episode”. Bro just keeps slotting in sk well with all the classics… Wishing all Ace yumes fun with this update ^^

Where Are You?

Summary: Yuu stopped showing up in the HoM mainly because of the canon story still processing. This took place before and during Book 7.

Note: Gender-neutral Yuu (can use your Yuu oc for this)

It has been an exhausting day in school for Yuu. They just dealt with Idia's and Ortho's overblot a few weeks ago, and now Yuu has started to gain awareness. They notice how each overblot resembles the Great Seven's by the vivid dreams they are having, and now worrying for the next one. 

"*Sigh* I need to get ready for work. Just need to rest for a while before dinner." 

As minutes went by, Grim woke up Yuu to remind them that it's about to be dinner time, well, mainly to remind them of his tuna. Yuu couldn't blame Grim for this one, he did get kidnapped and probably never eaten his favorite food. 

"Sure, Grim. Let's go to Mr. Sam's shop. Maybe get more than three this time."

"Fnagh? You will?"

"Yes, I have been saving up from my job. Remember?"

"Oh yeah."

"Well then, let's go in a hurry as I have to go to work in about an hour."

In the House of Mouse, Yuu serves the food to the great sevens as they are the only waiter who wasn't afraid of them. Also the fact they can handle it. Yuu also knows about their evil deeds from their vivid dreams, but after dealing with the OB boys, they kind of got used to them and see the similarities between them. 

After their work hours, they are on their break so they went to the seven's table to chat with them.

"So Yuu, how's your day in Night Raven College?" (QoH)

"Busy as the upcoming exams are coming next month." 

"If you need help, you can ask one of your classmates. Why not ask Azul? I'm sure he'll help you without paying any debt." (Ursula)

"I'm pretty sure they'll ask Riddle as they are not what they call "shady" Ursula." (QoH)

"Aren't you forgetting that Leona is wiser than those two. He's even older than those brats." (Scar)

'Oh boy, here we go.' 

"Oh wait! I forgot to mention that I won't be able to come back to work."

"So when will you be back from your exams?" (EQ)

"I would say about a week or two. I'm not sure how long it'll take considering it's a different school system from my home world, but I know it won't take long."

During the conversation, Yuu didn't bring up another overblot incident, which happened to be the shroud brothers. They didn't want to make them worried, but Yuu still needs to tell them about their vivid dreams and know the truth about them. They just need to wait until the time is right. 

After hours pass, the clubhouse is about to close. Yuu farewell to the great sevens and the other disney characters as they left. Mickey congrat them and gave them their paycheck of 5,000 thuamarks. 

"Thank you, Mickey."

"No problem, Yuu."

"By the way Mickey, I won't be able to work in the next couple of weeks. I have an upcoming exam so I would need time to study and a small break as well."

"Oh okay, thank you for reminding me, Yuu. Remember to take it easy. I'll have to tell the other staff about it."

"No worries, I also told the great sevens about it. I'm sure the rest will understand my situation."

"Okie dokie! Good night, Yuu." 

Little does Yuu know this might be the last time they see the rest of the disney characters again.

After a couple of weeks, Mickey and the staff were able to work knowing Yuu is busy with their education. There was some mischief going around, but it was only from Pete, and one of the great seven's shows up one time only. So far, everything seems normal. Nothing can go wrong… right?

It's been about a month, and the whole House of Mouse Club was panicking. Yuu should have been done with the exams. Where are they? Did something happen to them? 

Of course it wouldn't make sense, Yuu wouldn't just quit their job as they need money to buy their needs or send a message to Mickey or anyone to let them know. 

Even the great seven's were wondering what happened to them. Someone like Maleficent, who has access to travel to Twisted Wonderland world only to find out she can't.

 As if there is a barrier that she can't enter. That's when things are going downhill.

Mickey and his friends try to calm everyone down, but nothing seems to work. Until the lights went dim, the front stage, the screen went black. Then the loading screen started, which is not just any loading screen but the twisted wonderland loading screen. Everyone then quieted down as they sat down at their table as they watched how book 7 started.

With all there is, the screen went black again. With half of them, questions to what just happened and the sleeping beauty cast, now know what's going to happen next. 

Then again, 2 months later, the theater screen went black and the twst loading screen play. Now playing Book 7, chapter 2. 

"Hey Mal, do you know what's going on?" (Hades)

"How I'm I supposed to know? I can't enter Twisted Wonderland because the canon story is happening so I can't interfere." (Maleficent) 

"But do you know what will happen? This is where he will began to overblot." (Jafar) 

"Let's just watch it. There's no way my descendant won't-" (Maleficent)

"You were saying~?" (Scar)

"Shut up." (Maleficent)

Summary: Halloween was always special, because you could spend time with Vil without worrying about anyone asking questions about his cape or fangs, should they glint in the moonlight and give away his undead nature. Vil was far too smug for my liking as I gradually got more tired while the night wore unsympathetically on, “All that chatter about us going out and you’re already tired.”

Despite his tone, there was a distinctly affectionate gleam in his eyes as I shot him a look, “Hey, you were sleeping all day. I was busy doing other stuff.”

His eyebrows arched in a still more amused fashion, “Such as?”

I straightened, rolling my shoulders as I glanced up at him, “Helping out Epel with moving some of the apple crates.”

Vil nodded, a thoughtful expression crossing his face, “Epel… He’s that boy that lives close to your apartment, right? Works at the Felmier Apple Store? Short, purple-haired, delicate face….”

I nodded, smiling slightly to myself at the description Vil gave of the young man. It wasn’t inaccurate, but… Well, Epel wouldn’t like it, to say the least. After all, he was determined to become manly as soon as possible.

I shivered, despite myself, as the wind kicked some of the fallen leaves into the air. It was Halloween though; it ought to be chilly…..

I barely got to complete a single shiver before a perfectly familiar cape fell over my shoulders, causing me to look up at the man next to me, who was frowning slightly as he adjusted the heavy fabric around my shoulders, “You should’ve worn a heavier coat.”

I grinned up at him as I grasped the edges of the cape and pulled it slightly tighter around my person, “And miss the chance to wear your fancy cape? You can’t expect me to deny myself such a pleasure, Vil.”

He snorted in response to my teasing, his eyes flicking up from his busied hands that were fastening the clasp to where my eyes were, “Perhaps not… But I can expect you to dress yourself properly.”

I rolled my eyes as he stepped back, at last finished with his work. I shifted slightly, striking a pose with my hands on my hips, “Well, how do I look?”

Vil tilted his head and crossed his arms as he scanned me, “Like someone wearing a cape that’s too big for them.”

Despite his harsh words, there was a smile on his face, half-amused and half-pleased looking as he gazed at me under the streetlights. But after a brief moment, he glanced away, looking over towards where a clock hung with a slight frown on his face, “It’s late, you should be getting home. I’m sure you have plans for tomorrow, after all.”

I nodded, sighing slightly with the motion, but agreeing with his unfortunately accurate assessment, “True that….”

I couldn’t deny that I didn’t want the evening to be over yet, but I also didn’t complain as Vil linked his arm with mine and began to walk me back down the street that would bring us back to my apartment.

“You don’t have to walk me back…..” My words were silenced by a glance from him.

“Didn't you promise me that you’d be more careful?” I shifted, letting my hand slip comfortably against his elbow, so it looked like I was being escorted back home by some poshly dressed male model.

“I did, but you’ll also need to get back before the sun comes out.” My eyes met his as I tilted my head, “You need to be careful too, you know.”

He looked away before I could see if he’d rolled his eyes and nodded, his tone one of grudging agreement, “Very well, I’ll walk you to the street your building is on, and then I’ll be on my way.”

On his way to wherever it was he called home and spent his daytime hours asleep. I had pictured him sleeping in a coffin like in those cheesy horror movies in the past, but I couldn’t quite bring myself to believe that was the case.

I also couldn’t deny I was curious, though, since Vil was ever secretive about anything to do with the vampire side of his life. 

All I knew was that the other vampires in the area either feared or respected him enough to respect his declaration that my apartment complex was officially on his turf.

Though that made it sound like vampires were gang….. But I supposed that could be true. I didn’t know much about them after all. Only that they really liked bothering me for some unknown reason that I really preferred not to ponder.

Vil’s steps slowed as we reached the street I lived on, and he turned to look at me, “I suppose this is farewell, Tater tot.” 

I glanced towards the building I would soon be entering, relieved to see it since I really was tired while also feeling a little sad. I’d enjoyed my evening out with Vil, and these little outings didn’t occur very often.

I started to tug the cape off, only for him to stop me with a gentle hand, “It’s fine, I can just get it tomorrow evening.”

His words, assuring me that he would visit tomorrow evening, brought a smile to my face, and I bobbed my head in a quick nod, “See you tomorrow then. Don’t let the bed-bugs, or coffin-bugs, bite.”

Vil snorted in amusement but stepped away. Raising his hand in farewell before turning to go. He strode down the street as if he were a famous model rather than an undead creature of the night. But that was just the way Vil was. Ever destroying others' expectations. Including mine.

I turned, toying with the edges of his cape as I took off to head back towards my own abode, only to bump into someone almost immediately.

I stumbled backwards, going wide-eyed as I looked at the other person who carefully caught me by the harm to keep me from falling, “I'm so sorry! Are you-” I trailed off as I looked at the young man, because nothing could have prepared me for what greeted me.

An incredibly handsome young man with pale purpley-blue eyes and hair that was almost pure white. He met my gaze with a stoic expression as he let go of my arm, “It’s alright; I should’ve been looking where I was going.”

With only those words, he gave me a polite head nod and continued on his way, leaving me standing there gaping like a fish on land. And here I thought I’d grown used to attractive men from spending time with Vil and Epel.

IGNIHYDE DUO (trio) REALLY WERE BOOK 7 MVPS. HOLY CRAP 😭 Of course, that's not to talk down the contributions of the other characters (like damn, did Silver's UM come in clutch, and everyone had their own moments) but!! Right now, there's already a lot of talk about Diasomnia--for good reason, it's their book--so I want to give Ignihyde their stars too.

Like Silver said at the party, none of this would be possible without them and help from S.T.Y.X.! It was Ortho's very nature of being a robot that allowed him a loophole to reach out to Idia and navigate the dreams. Otherwise, Silver would be dream hopping randomly and it would take so much longer to invite all the relevant people. Ortho also helps S.T.Y.X. gather data about the current situation on Sage's Island. And--MAY I ADD????--at one point, Ortho was confronted by THE Malleus Draconia, who threatened to end him on the spot with lightning (which, may I remind you, is something Ortho's official profile states he dislikes). Not only that, but to be brave enough to believe in his brother not rejecting him in favor of a reality in which OG!Ortho never died... ORTHO'S BITE SIZED BUT HE'S SO BRAVE

Then Idia????? He provided a ton of useful support. Making that cheat tool, summoning everyone, coding in all those hacks, explaining what's going on in a way that's easy to digest (and that video????), TELLING MALLEUS TO HIS FACE HE'S TURNING INTO THE RULER OF EVIL... Rushing in to send the sword flying at Malleus when Silver dropped it??????? And can we talk about how he's so pathetically out of shape but pushes himself to sprint to the meeting point anyway?! HIS MOMENT ON THE MAGICAL WHEEL???!??!?!?????? 💀 (otaku) PRINCE RIDING IN ON A (mechanical) HORSE

Let's not forget OG!Ortho too!! He may exist only as an entity in Idia's dream space, but it's so clear he's important too. Maybe not as a physical force, but definitely as emotional support OTL OG!Ortho being so friendly with Idia but then deciding to stand in his way as a "final boss" to test Idia's resolve??? Him sending Idia off by telling him "the entire world is waiting for you", not genuinely wanting to trap him in the cold, dark Underworld... His reappearance in the Ignihyde battle map against Malleus??? POLITELY GREETING MALLEUS AND THEN CASUALLY COMPLIMENTING ORTHO ON HIS NEW GEAR??? I can't with this cuteness 🤡 AND THE WAY ALL THREE OF THEM CALL EACH OTHER BROTHERS...

Chapter 1 - 6 OB Battles with a strong friend

Personally I don't raise my R cards and most of my SRs unless I don't have any other cards to work on. So I did all the OB battles up to Chapter 6 relying on strong friend supports. As long as you have a strong support, you can use your honey and books for cards you want to invest in.

If you haven't already, check out the FAQ for details of the elements and effects of all the OB battles. Mod Furoido made a post about doing all the OB fights with a team of Rs and the guest supports that you can check out here.

If you are having trouble finding strong or specific support cards, you can check out our post here on how to refresh the support list. You could also try finding supports on reddit or discord.

If you are persistent and willing to keep retrying the battles, you can defeat Chapter 1-6 OB battles with a fully built support card. I made sure the duo partner and power buddy of the support SSR are on the team. Until Chapter 6, all the Rs I use are Lvl 1 1/1 and I picked them for their elements in case I didn't get the support SSR spells in the first turn.

Most people get stuck with OB Jamil. You need a 10/10 Leona to do because you won't do enough damage without the 2 strong hits from his M1. This took a few retries until I was able to land strong hits with both of Leona's spells.

Pomefiore

With Dorm Riddle Lvl 80 10/10

Similar to OB Jamil, you need a 10/10 Dorm Riddle for his M1 2 strong hits otherwise you won't do enough damage.

Ignihyde

You can't use supports for the Ch6 towers but since you got past the towers, you should be able to beat OB Idia with the Tower 3 team and using a strong Dorm Azul support. I did beat him with a very weak team consisting mostly of the cards I recommend building for Chapter 6 Towers. I did try with Lvl 1 1/1 R cards but Idia burn affect took off too much HP before I could get to Turn 6 to have Azul's duo ready again.

With Dorm Azul Lvl 110 10/10 and everyone else on the team is under Lvl 40, no groovy, and spells are all 1/1. They do have the stat bonus from being MLB since we got that for the 2nd EN anniversary.
