Not only did we find a WWE Elite Candice LeRae but we finally picked up everything we wanted was Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania we got both Ant-Man and the Wasp but what I was really after the MCU Kang. I'm a bit upset about what happened with Kang in the movies it kinda makes stuff like Quantumania and especially the Loki series kinda pointless now if they are just going to dump the character I thought Jonathan Majors was doing great as Kang and I do think and I was happy to see the character come to life and I think Kang is a important character and should be build up to be a series threat equal to that of his comic book version. Kang is a serious and deadly threat I think even more so then a character like Thanos. but I do hope they sort out the Kang situation and he gets to be the best villain he can be.

as someone who just got their degree in biophysics i cannot stop thinking about Ava generating a miniature electromagnetic field when she phases. so many of our cellular processes revolve around electrically charged ions and if we assume her phasing “tears apart” her cells like she describes in AMATW, these ions are presumably free-floating when she phases. since her condition’s official name is “molecular disequilibrium”, there are likely some inherent energetic disequilibria in her cells, and constantly deconstructing and reconstructing them would require massive amounts of energy to bring all those ions back into place.

i’m picturing her having to set down her phone before she phases so she doesn’t EMP it on-contact, or someone trying to grab her while she’s in the process of phasing and getting shocked. maybe part of the suit’s function is to ground her electromagnetism, so when she’s not wearing it’s very easy for her to accidentally give people a static shock or short out the lights in her bedroom (Bob is always more than happy to go downstairs and flip the breakers). maybe she can even serve as an electrical conductor when she’s phased, allowing other airborne ions or electricity to travel along her scattered cellular ions. maybe thunderstorms make her skin tingle even when she’s not phased because of her inherent cellular energy imbalance interacting with the electricity in the air. maybe she can’t phase while somebody uses a compass on a mission so she doesn’t misdirect it. maybe the fridge magnets move towards her slightly when she phases through Yelena to get her tea out of the cabinet on early mornings, but she always physically ducks around Bucky so she doesn’t interact with his arm’s circuitry.

Everyone wants 2012 Avengers Tower fics (which I love) but I want new Avengers in Delacroix fics so here's some head canons

Obviously Bucky and Sam live together down in Delacroix. Thing is, they keep having a revolving door of people that always comes to visit even though THEY HAVE A WHOLE PLACE TO GO TO FOR WORK UP NORTH but their house is the "safe space" for everyone else

All the school bound Avengers (I.e., Kamala, Riri, Eli, Cassie, etc.) go to their house to study because it's calming

Joaquin has his own room in Delacroix at this point

Bucky and Sam constantly bicker about interior design choices of said house

Sam hosts a Sunday lunch and if you're available you come and bring food to contribute pot luck style

I see your "Clint in the vents" and raise you "Scott has a tunnel system in their backyard". It was supposed to be just for the ants but...he got carried away

Yelena does not have a key to the house and yet pops up out of nowhere constantly. They've updated their security system and yet she still finds a way through and they end up finding her sitting on their couch eating chips

Sparring in the backyard to settle disputes

Someone coming in the middle of the night because they had nightmares/stressed/didn't know where to go and neither Sam or Bucky can refuse them

If you stay over on the weekend YOU WILL take part of Saturday or Sunday cleaning butt early in the morning. No questions or warning. Sam will have R&B/motown greatest hits blaring at 7am and tell you to sweep the porch with water

Grocery. Run. Into. Town. Chaos ensues.

it is concerning how much faith Tony fans have in the government and the political establishment: especially the ones who call themselves "liberal".

Like, its a consistent theme throughout the MCU that establishment figures and politicians cannot be trusted. They're almost always the villians or aligned witht the villians.

They never pass up an oppurtunity to screw over the little people. Which is arguably one of the most realistic aspects of the MCU.

Take how they say Steve "should have gone throught the right legal channels" to help Bucky in Civil War.

The movie takes great pains to show us that Steve *tried to do that*. Like Bucky let himself be arrested as soon as he got away from Ross kill squad.

And what happened? He's handed over to the CIA and denied a trial or legal representation (E. Ross laughing at the idea of him having a lawyer which is a human right enshrined in International law)

Its clearly shown that those in power were *not interested* in who really bombed the UN. They just got hold of the nearest convenient scapegoat and wanted to get rid of him as soon as possible to look good. To look as though they were doing something.

No due process, no investigation. Zip. They didn't even bother with proper security at the detention facility considering Zemo was just able to walk in armed only with a fake ID card.

Steve was basically *forced* to clear Bucky's name himself, because the establishment were not interested in real justice. It wasn't even some "arrogant American" version of justice either.

Like... finding the *right* person who bombed the UN and killed King T'Chaka should have been a priority for anybody.

Convicting the wrong person for a crime is contrary to most people's interpetation of justice, because it means that the person who actually did it goes unpunished.

Thunderbolts headcanons

1- bucky and yelena communicate in russian when they dont want the others to know what they’re saying, especially when they are hating on john.

2- despite what happened in tfatws john still looks up to bucky alot, bucky dosent have hatred for him anymore, but john gets on his nerves alot.

3- after retiring from a congressman bucky stopped going to therapy, (he had to as part of his ‘pardoning’) he tells everyone else in the tower they should go to therapy but refuses to go back himself.

4. Yelena reminds bucky of steve alot, bucky considers her his favorite member.

5. John once said ‘on your left’ while sam was visiting the tower…he didnt say it again after that.

6.bob has a list of movie for bucky to watch, every saturday they sit and cross a movie off the list, yelena usually joins.

7.Ava and bob call yelena ‘lena’.

8. ‘Cucumber’ is an inside joke between ava and yelena, bob is embarassed by it, john understands it but thinks it’s stupid, alexei and bucky dont understand, alexei just thinks there being weird, bucky dosent care enough to ask.

9. If a member of the team dosent wake uo in time ava will phase through their walls, it annoys john the most.

10. If yelena tries to buy any cereal other then wheaties alexei will get personally offened.
