I'm a bit of a basket case, but through a combination of self-advocacy, proper medication, counseling, and self-accountability, I'm getting closer and closer to becoming my ideal self. My aim is to be transparent about my struggles (because that sort of transparency would have saved me a lot of heartache growing up), but to spread cheer and positivity and general good vibes! That said, if I start falling into doomerism patterns, don't hesitate to drop a "bitch what the fuck are you doing, go take a walk" message in my inbox. I'm still quite new to self-awareness admittedly, and a gentle nudge here and there helps remind me to keep myself in check!
