He’s been such a floater recently just vibing and going through things without really engaging in anything so it’s kind of nice to see sokka pull an emotional reaction out of him. You know I am always so curious about what behind the scenes looks like at gmmtv, like how much is an actor getting a role based on their talent and not how popular they are with fans, when it comes to the whole fixed cp thing do the actors have a choice or if the bosses decide they are one they have to accept it, fanservice like how much of it is the actors themselves and how much is their management telling them to do something how do those conversations even go. even things like love interests how many of them actually want to announce their relationships but are told no also for the ones that are in relationships how do they keep it so hidden when fans are like the FBI lol

I'm curious about these things too, especially when it comes to the couples because I know there's a lot of things going on that we don't know about lol. I'd like to think they all do this out of free will and that might be the case for most of them but definitely not for all, e.g. ON, BW etc. and it makes me wonder why their fandom seems to be oblivious to that. but that's a whole other can of worms.

I don't wanna be hypocritical because I am part of this fandom but I think it goes without saying that a big part of this industry is... not healthy lol. I talked about the kpop-ification of the bl industry a few times before and that includes the toxicity of idol culture. we've seen with many examples (both on- and off screen) that this can take a serious toll on the actor's personal lives, both regarding family and relationships which,,,, is worrying.

When it comes to fanservice there's no doubt they are following instructions; like Mew's said in his twitter rant a few months ago they are told to act & answer in specific ways to make people think they're together etc., which is not something that gmmtv is practicing with their couples but it's the same principle and it's not right. For most couples I do think there's a genuine friendship but they're amping it up for fanservice purposes.

idk I just hope the gmmtv folks are enjoying themselves at least; besides ON, BW and maybe GK I'm not getting any forced vibes from them so I hope they're having fun with what they('re told to) do lol. And I said it before but I really hope we get to see them all act in something else because I don't want the bl stuff to limit their acting abilities. At least some of them will be in upcoming lakorns so that's good 👍🏻✊🏻

Idk new post bc the last lost traction, no donations in a week. We need 450 for the rest of February, 450 for a deposit, and 950 for March, 50 for the rest of the utilities. We were homeless since Aug 2020 excepting 4 different months whose places fell through for various reasons, have to get rid of the van we were living in because it's falling apart, Collie got FFS December 28th, she's recovering well and maybe could do something with a car if we had a better car, given her ability to drive.
