Sirius Black with POTS who gets really scared when they have heart palpitations and never showers with the door locked and only ever when Remus is in the dorm just in case and they get dizzy when they stand up and sometimes she has to rely on her friends to catch him when they nearly fall. Sirius Black whose leg is paralysed after one of their mother's punishments in 5th year and they run away to James' and have to quit quidditch after that and use a walking stick. Sirius Black with gastroparesis who can only eat a minimal amount of food and is predominantly fed via feeding tube. Sirius Black with FND who has tics and seizures and occasional temporary paralysis and who teaches their friends how to care for her when he has a seizure or a tic attack. Sirius Black whose disability (s) make them feel closer to Remus, whose disability (s) help him to understand Remus better and vice versa, who make her a better boyfriend to Remus and vice versa. Sirius Black who, along with James Potter, hexes anyone who dares say anything ableist to or about them or their boyfriend. Sirius Black and Remus Lupin being Hogwarts' resident disabled power couple. Disabled Sirius Black.

i've been looking fem for ages and tomorrow i'm getting my hair cut short for the first time in three years. i can't wait to look more masc, but i am kind of sad because i pretended to be super fem/a girl for so long, and this haircut makes it all just a little more real... like i am finally acknowledging that i'm trans and that my long hair is not who i am. new era for me, scary era but good? i think? yes, good.

Gender Neutral Pronouns Guide!

Gender neutral pronouns! I've been thinking about these a lot recently and so I wanted to make a quick guide on what neo pronouns are! Whilst singular 'they' has been around for ages, neo pronouns are a new edition to the English language and can seem daunting when you don't know how to use them, but they're really quite simple. I would definitely check out @minus18youth pronouns app - which teaches you how to use and pronounce neo pronouns! I think this is a fantastic resource! ✨

💚 Please note: The neo pronoun sets listed are just some of the more popular sets, but there are other new and emerging sets, and it's not just the English language, other languages already have or are generating neo and neutral pronouns too!

There are many reasons why a person may use certain pronouns, but no one owes you this explanation so be respectful of each person's decision. Asking, learning and respecting people's pronouns or changing of pronouns is a simple but great way to support the LGBTQ+ community 😁
