how to become your dream girl before the year is out
it is never too late to start, you have been putting it off for a long time, you have a lot of information but you don't know how to apply it to your life.
ask yourself
how would the best version of yourself act?
what would the best version of yourself look like?
what are the habits that your best version would have?
what are the goals of your best version?
what would you like to change to get closer to your best version?
2. take action
after knowing what you can do to improve, put it into practice now. some ideas.
start with new habits
be more organized and disciplined
be aware of your value
have a more positive mindset open to change
change your perspective on things
let go of what doesn't serve or benefit you
more self-love
surround yourself only with things that are good for you (also people)
change your internal dialogue to a more positive one.
start acting the way you would like to be, without fear.
3. feel, act and live like your best self
changing old patterns is not easy, but start doing it by replacing those old habits with ones that add to your life.don't live in the past anymore, start living your present, start acting and being the person you have always dreamed of being that doesn't mean you have to completely change your personality, it means you are improving your lifestyle and the way you perceive yourself and the world, you are changing your perspective to a much more positive one, you don't deserve to keep on living feeling bad about yourself and wishing you were someone else. you have the power to change.
4. create your personal signature
reconnect with the things that you love, inspire and make you feel you.
create your personal signature, with your favorite scent (perfume and cream), makeup, clothing and accessories, likes and hobbies, your favorite places, everything that inspires you to be your best version.
but in the end, the first step begins when you start to become aware of your value and that you deserve everything you want.

a cultural divide is a children's song referring to "bottles of beer" on a wall rather than "green bottles". i don't know if these songs have the same tune but they are sufficiently similar in vibes that i always mentally sing them the same and bottles of beer does not fit (so they probably have different tunes in reality) but also it seems faintly weird for kids to be singing about beer 🤔 i wonder where both versions originate

Summer finally arrives and that means it's time for summer rolls again 🥰 this is my quick version which can be made under 15 minutes.
Wrap the rice paper with sliced salad, red bell peppers, cucumbers, smoked tofu as fillings and the dipping sauce is made from hoisin sauce, peanut butter, sesame paste, soy sauce, a little bit chili sauce and lime juice.

Lemon and Tomato Pasta (Vegan)
Fragrant with bright flavours, this Lemon and Tomato Pasta makes a hearty lunch, exactly one one needs after spending a sunny morning pottering in the garden. Happy Thursday!
Ingredients (serves 2):
2 cups short pasta (like fusilli or penne)
2 tablespoons olive oil
½ large Green Onion
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1 1/2 lemons
1/3 red chili pepper
2 small, ripe tomatoes, rinsed
a pinch of fleur de sel or sea salt flakes and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
2 teaspoons caster sugar
3 leaves Garden Basil
2 1/2 tablespoons Limoncello
In a pot of salted boiling water, cook fusilli according to package’s direction, usually 9 to 11 minutes until al dente.
While the pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a large, deep, nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Finely chop the Green Onion and stir into the skillet, saving a bit of the green part. Cook, a couple of minutes until softened.
Add dried oregano, dried basil, and grate in the zest of a whole lemon. Fry, a couple of minutes more.
Thinly slice red chili pepper, and add to the skillet; cook, 1 minute more.
Roughly chop the tomatoes, and stir them into the skillet, along with their juice. Increase heat to medium-high, and simmer, 4 minutes, stirring often. Season with fleur de sel and black pepper, to taste. Then, stir in caster sugar until dissolved. Thoroughly squeeze in the juice of the lemons, and cook, 1 minute more.
Then, drain fusilli, saving about 1/4 cup of its starchy water. Stir both into the skillet, coating the pasta in sauce. Give a gentle stir until the sauce beautifully coats the pasta.
Finely chop Basil, and stir it in, along with Limoncello, and remove from the heat.
Serve Lemon and Tomato Pasta hot, sprinkled with reserved green part of the Green Onion, with a glass of chilled dry white wine, like a light and citrus-y Chardonnay or Sauvignon Blanc.

My beloved friends. If u r struggling w cooking for urself either cost wise or time/energy wise i highly recommend following Amy palanjian on Instagram/tiktok and checking out her website. Her handle is @yummytoddlerfood and she posts so many simple recipes and ideas for busy moms who have to feed picky eaters on top of everything else. I think these r also great for tired adults lol
most of her recipes are budget friendly, low effort, allergy friendly, freeze friendly (they use frozen vegetables and are also freezable!), no/minimal chopping, mostly vegetarian, easily customizable to be veg/vegan. She uses her blender all the time to make quick sauces but there are plenty of recipes that don't use a blender
Disclaimer that she sometimes doesnt season her food enough bc her toddlers are very picky so u probably want to at least double most of the measurements for seasonings & taste for salt, spiciness, acidity

[Then I'm going to crown the sandwich with my two crabs. I come back with the Ramano and do a little top garnish. Hot sauce, red onions and then finally a signature remoulade sauce. It's mainly a mayonnaise-based sauce, Creole mustard, dark chili powder, salt, pepper, fresh brown garlic, green onion, chopped celery, sliced kalamata olives, olive oil, fresh lemon juice, a Louisiana hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce and then Sriracha.]
