Taehoon finds it cute, really. It wasn't just that he found it cute; it was more like an electrifying sensation that coursed through his veins. Maybe it's just the way he's captivated by your movements, or perhaps it's just the way how your face lights up as you'd dance as if nobody were watching.

But honestly, the music choice could be better. Who in their right fucking mind listens to "phonk"? " It was as though someone had taken a blender to a cacophony of dissonant noises, mixed it with Snapper and Hobin’s yelling and called it music.

"Ughhhh- Make it stop."

Taehoon groans, rolling his eyes in discontentment.

"Nuh-uh. I ain't gonna."

As the pulsating bass throbs through the air, you find yourself swaying to the rhythm, your body moving confidently despite the mediocre music assaulting both of your ears. With each step, you defy the ear-bleeding tunes. Your eyes sparkle with an infectious joy as you twirl and spin, lost in a world where only your happiness matters.

The bass may be shit, but your energy soars above it, overshadowing the limitations of the melody. In your dance, there's a magic that makes Taehoon forget about the shitty song; Turning the ordinary into something extraordinary.

Yeah, he admits to himself that it may be hypocritical to tell you not to go out so late and possibly cause danger to yourself when he does it too. Which is why, without uttering a word, you lock eyes with him, and he relents.

”Just get back safely or call me, alright?”

And the master negotiator (without negotiating) wins again.

Before you leave, Taehoon kisses back (followed by a flick on the forehead, because he’s the bitchiest of all bitches). He could’ve sworn he heard Hansu chuckling through the other side of the phone. This old man can only gush about this very moment.

Tranquility, at last. No jarring phonk music assaulting his poor fucking ears, no impromptu silly dances disrupting the peace. But amidst this newfound calm, Taehoon finds himself missing it all. (It’s only been a minute-) Now he actually doesn’t mind the music you play. He could be calling Hobin to come over, play some video games, talk to his dad again but he’s probably too embarrassed to hear his father bring up how soft he was earlier.

And suddenly, the absence of your hijinks feels like a void he hadn't realized was there.

Taehoon mutters to himself, attempting to mimic your dance moves.

If only your cat could talk, it would regale you with TEA of Taehoon's comical attempts to imitate your silly movements. Despite his status as a taekwondo prodigy, his body just doesn't seem to move in the same fluid way as yours. It's a sight to behold, watching him stumble and flail around the room, his efforts more resembling a worm sprinkled with salt than a seasoned dancer.

He hisses, now cringing to himself and glad you aren’t around to see how shit-

With a sheepish grin, you approach the door, your keys conspicuously absent from your hand.

As you reach for the handle, you're met with an unexpected sight: Taehoon, in all his clumsy glory, attempting to replicate your dance moves with a level of finesse that could only be described as the equivalent of the Hobin Yoo Company's chaos. Caught off guard by the scene unfolding before you, you can't help but burst into laughter, momentarily forgetting the reason you needed to enter the room in the first place.

”Is this what you do when I’m not around?”

And then, just when you think it couldn't get any cringier, he manages to stub his toe on the corner of the coffee table.

Taehoon clears his throat, his cheeks flushing with embarrassment in your presence, a rare occurrence for someone usually so composed. But his embarrassment is momentarily overshadowed by his curiosity as to why you've returned so quickly.

"Anyway, why are you here already? Not that I don’t mind, but—"

You bashfully avert your gaze to the ground, a nervous chuckle escaping your lips.

A part of you acknowledges his genuine concern, but another part recognizes this as one of his subtle ways to divert your attention from the potential blackmail material you just witnessed. Hey! Thank you for the request! I rarely listen to them myself, tried my best but this was still fun to write!

Now this man isn't really the person that listens to music a lot. Sure, he knows the regular typical chart songs because a specific scotsman always listens to radio when they drive somewhere, but really he doesn't know shit about music and he doesn't really care about it either. That is, until he found out what kind of music you enjoy and listen to!

He was a little confused as why you were so fond of this...chaos of high pitched noises and yelling. Questioning you why a sane normal person would in general enjoy getting their ears torn apart when they wanted to listen to something that's called and considered an art form? You decided to give the poor man a little break in into the world of edm and phonk genre. You explained the emotions that went with these type of songs and how it just makes your spine tingle when you listen to something like NARCISSISTIC PERSONALITY DISORDER or other songs of these kind. He tried to listen to a few himself, but it's really not his. He doesn't mind you listening to it though.

He does however looks after you. He knows how you can sometimes forget to take breaks when listening to music with your headphones and afterwards get headaches from it. He will remind you to keep the volume on a lower healthier level rather than fully turned up. Whatever makes you happy, makes him feel content as well. As long as his love is happy and doesn't get hurt that is.

Johnny is a little menace. He likes music. Mostly Scottish stuff or dirty songs like Ayesha Erotica but when he heard you listen to Red Eyes Black Dragon on full volume in your room he got curious. Kerosene Sped up and Murder In My Mind are his go to's when asked what his favourite songs are at the moment. He also really lives to explain why he suddenly started liking this kind of music. His answer always the same: ,,Y/n listens to it. It's their favourite music genre and I feel so close to them when listening to this music!". Ghost thinks Soap is head over heels for you and should finally tell you everytime he sees you guys smiling at each other longingly while one of you puts this music on. When you finally got together (after he proposed you listen to music together in his room to calm down after a long mission and he put on the song if it ain't me by whatsaheart and afterwards kissed you) weekly music sessions are a must. You invite Gaz sometimes because he really wants to explore more music genres meanwhile on other days you have discussions about your all time favorite songs in the car and Johnny always hypes you up when Kyle tries to make his music genre the dominating part of the discussion. If you are close to losing the discussion Soap will just straight up pull his phone out, start his playlist and play your guys genre as loud in the car as comfortable for your ears.

Visiting raves together is also very important. Soaps first rave was with you and Gaz. He got so overwhelmed by all the nlise and lights that you had to leave earlier to cuddle with him and listen to his calming scottish songs in a very very low volume, barely hearable in your guys room. It was still fun for him and after that he got used to the clubs noise and lights!

Poor Gaz really loves music. He does. But he is unsure of exploring new music genres. Way more comfortable with staying with what he knows and learned to like. Though when invited over to you and Soaps weekly music session he couldn't decline. A good time listening to music with his best friends? Hell yeah! That was, until he heard what kind of music it was you guys listened to. First being really opposed to it, he left very early saying he still had papers to sign. He actually just needed time in a quiet room because his ears had started to hurt sadly.

Next time he listened to this music was when he and you shared a room on a mission. You put it on to fall asleep, god knows how you could sleep to it but you seemed to do just fine. Kyle layed awake on his makeshift bed and tried to listen to the text and after a while he also fell asleep. It was a miracle how but he did. But he won't allow you to play it while training or on operations. Even if he loved you and you were his everything, he likes his workspace to be concentrated and ready for anything so no music or anything allowed.

Well you and Rudy did prank him once in a while with that sudden loud music in his office or while training the new Los Vaqueros members. Price will listen to just about anything without complaint and is very big on letting whoever he is with control the radio. When he's in control, however, he doesn't really listen to what others consider mainstream. Gothic rock, punk, rock, and folk are his top choices of music to play but he usually waits to be alone before he plays his music.

Ghost's taste in music has a wide range. He has rocked out to metal, pop, punk, folk, phonk, EDM-- He has a little bit of everything in his playlist. He has different playlists for different moods. His most listened to playlist has hard rock, metal, punk, and alternative in it. Ghost listens to this playlist to keep up his image. He usually avoids getting control of the radio and gives it to someone else but if he decides to keep control he likes to torment everyone.

Soap loves pop, hip hop, phonk, and anything that has a good beat to it and gets his blood pumping. If a song isn't making him want to move and keep up with the beat then it's not for him. Soap is the type to embody the vibe of the song he's listening to. He is a monster when in control of the radio and is an ass when someone else has control.

Gaz loves pop, hip hop, EDM, and alternative. His playlists are labeled 'happy', 'sad', and 'angry' and he listens to them according to his mood. He has stared at Soap while listening to Gayle's 'abcdefu' after getting in a argument with him. Gaz tries to be considerate when in control of the radio to what everyone else might want to listen to but he still plays music that is in accordance with his mood.

Laswell listens to rock, pop, and hip hop. All the songs she listens to range from the 70s to the late 90s. Any songs after those time periods are only in her playlist because one of the boys introduced her to it. Like Soap, is a monster when in control of the radio. You will sit there in silence and listen to the entire Queen's 'A Kind of Magic' album in order.

Like Ghost, Farah has a wide range in music she likes. If the music isn't in a language she doesn't understand she remains unaffected. She listens to radio stations and has maybe ten songs in her personal playlist because she generally doesn't care. If she has control over the radio she just plays the local music station and calls it that.

Alex is deep in pop, country, and pop country and vibes there happily. He keeps his mouth shut when listen to someone else's music and makes no complaints even if he doesn't like what's playing. Has cried to Carrie Underwood's 'Jesus Take the Wheel' and when asked about it he just says that's how he sings. Oblivious to how everyone is when he plays his music when in control of the radio.

Alejandro likes pop and country and vibes happily with Alex. Though almost all his songs are in Spanish, he will listen to everyone else's music with the same enthusiasm he gives his own. Loves listening to new music and is willing to give any genre or song a chance. Loves to dance to his music and will attempt to do so when he is in control of the radio. He will just set his music on shuffle and sit back and vibe to whatever comes on.

Rudy listens to pop, hip hop, country, but his dirty pleasure is metal, punk, emo, and goth. Has a secret playlist that is full of this types of songs. Due to growing up in a very religious household, his preferred music of choice was shunned so he turned to hiding it. Only Alejandro knows about the secret playlist and was almost murdered for discovering it. Is slowly coming out of the mindset that he has to hide his music and will randomly play a deathcore song and shock the shit out of everyone.

Valeria loves pop, EDM, hip hop, and country but will listen to whatever is available. She is the least judgemental person when it comes to music but loves to act like she's going to criticize whatever song someone plays. As two playlists, 'work & business' and the other playlist is just all her liked songs. Valeria plays her 'work & business' playlist when in control of the radio. Has almost broke Soap's hand for him trying to touch the radio and she will not hesitate to do it again.

Graves loves Country, EDM, phonk, pop, and hip hop. If someone plays a song he likes he refuses to admit that he likes that song. Listens to raunchy music because he genuinely likes it. Has a playlist that could be a sex playlist but it isn't. Will wear headphones and listen to his own music because he hates it when other people play their music. Though he does secretly listen to what others are playing while still having his headphones in.

Nik loves punk/rock covers of pop songs. Just goes insane for it and it's pretty much all he listens to. Wants to dance and sing along to his music at the top of his lungs. Doesn't mind when others play their music but doesn't really show interest unless it's a song in his playlist or if it's something he likes the sound of. Has a playlist called 'share with Price' and has bust into Price's office and forced him to listen to it.

Soundwave (+some Megatron) hcs

idk I was feeling silly and goofy so here we are (sorry to all the requests marinating in my inbox, I'll get to you eventually)

-They have sensory issues. When they're sensory seeking, they'll often play metal, phonk, or dubstep music at extremely high levels through their speakers to drown out all other noise while working.

-On the other hand, they can get overstimulated or sensory overload very easily. Even the smallest of noises can set them off because of their sensitive hearing and mind reading abilities. Megatron knows this, and for their comfort, has installed soundproof walls in Soundwave's main work area. Sometimes he'll offer to watch over the cassettes if they're having a particularly rough day.

-Sometimes Soundwave will turn their audio receptors off to avoid getting overwhelmed. It's hard to tell when they've done so, because they're always aware of their surroundings and will turn them back on when someone is near. If it's only Megatron nearby, they'll keep their receptors off, because Megatron understands why they do this.

-Since Megatron used to work in the mines, she is partially deaf from the constant roar of the machinery. He uses sign language to communicate with Soundwave when their audio receptors are off, which is actually preferable for both of them.

-Megatron assigns so much work on the ship to Soundwave for a reason. She knows that Soundwave isn't a fan of going outside of the ship, especially when they're on Earth. Too many sounds, different lighting, textures, etc. Soundwave gets overwhelmed quickly whenever they have to go outside- which they can usually mask in order to get the job done- but it will leave them feeling extremely drained and stressed later. Considering that Soundwave already doesn't recharge as much as they should, this isn't something that Megatron is often willing to risk.

-Soundwave is an extremely light sleeper when in recharge. They recharge best when their cassettes and/or Megatron rests with them, because the noises they make while recharging provides a sense of familiarity and comfort. Their noises give Soundwave something to focus on, rather than anxiously listening to anything and everything else.

Soundwave is so autism coded- I couldn't resist a little bit of self-projection lmao

Class 1A Boys + music they listen to (PART 2)

There's always that ONE person who is like a parent when it comes to his whole class and music making sure it's "school appropriate" and that would be no other than the class rep, Iida.

Has a playlist for literally his life routine lol (study, relaxing, outings, running in the rain in his retro raincoat 😂,etc.). I feel like he would listen to like 90's music, classic rock (his fav artist is Foo Fighters for sure) he doesn't mind playing his stuff every now and then but he's busy most of the time preparing for class. nerd lol.

May sound shocking but he likes SOME rap but it's all old school rap/hip-hop like Biggie, Ice T, Usher, MC Hammer but he only listens to it outside of U.A though because he doesn't want "taint his image of class rep". He tried trying new school rap and..let's say he'll just stay where he is (he almost got hurt BUT that's for another story!)

The only classmate that is so chill with almost every genre of music is Sero. Even songs in different languages and more exotic genres like nudisco, jazzfunk, and french house (which are his favorites, cause it's a rarity he cherishes). He would play japanese funk while he drives down the road JUST for the ✨aesthetic✨ (future au idea). Dua Lipa, Kali Uchis, Doja Cat, Rosalia, JIAFEI just any other artist that sings in another language other than english he'll know. And he sings it so well but has no idea what a lick of it means well except for japanese.

Is not scared of talking about it to any of his classmates and actually persuading them to give it a try or if he plays it on his bluetooth speaker before class starts and then one of his classmates asks him the next day for ex: Tokoyami asks him "Hey Sero, what was that techo like song were you playing yesterday, for some reason it's in my head." and then the tape boi will go through his recently played songs from yesterday (he's a yt music kinda guy tbh). Then basically almost everybody is interested in what he has in store next

In other words he's the one who always brings his speaker to class but is respectful and plays it before class even starts, he's an early bird.

Denki, is the twin of Sero cool with any kind of music but leans more into the weebcore/rap category. He most likely will play weeb music in his dorm room, the usual anime openings and ending theme songs with a dorky smile on his face humming along while reading manga.

Is the aux cord GOD, will never disappoint the Bakusquad with any music he plays in the car he'll play some Marshmello and everyone would get littt🔥🔥🔥 or some nostalgic jpop to sing awfully off tune to to piss off Bakugo ofc.

Jaloo is everything, I am not exaggerating. she is self produced and the narrative and visuals that her three albums follows is so consistent and strong, if I think about the underlying theme of northeastern migration issues in my country I will cry, they feel extremely personal to me, and she does all of that with the most well written poetic lyrics and still talking about what really matters; eroticism, sex and depravity. this last album is a masterpiece, with songs like "I want to see you come while you make me cry" and also the last one "the big city will kill me" tying in with the bright eyed rose colored view of a newcomer northeastern immigrant perspective of the big city and the first aggressions suffered in the first album. all of her albums are also masterpieces, so I cannot recommend her enough. and I'm going to see her live tomorrow for the first time in an eras tour and will cry about it.

thia song makes me feel so much and will probably be my most played song of the year, the lyrics, the narrative, the way that the second verse hits different when the production adds more to it. the afro-futurism of it all. and I don't even need to say anything about Deize because if you know anything about the history of Brazilian Funk from Rio then you know her, Icon.

Personality: Im very curious and kind, i’m kind of shy at first when meeting someone new but when I get to know the person more and feel comfortable I can become very fun and energetic! According to my friends (and parents included..) I have a psychopathic laugh thats contagious LMAO (I think its cool) A lot of times. A lot of times I can be very hard on myself and give up easily, but when reminded of my strengths (especially by someone I deeply care for) my confidence and motivation sky rockets sometimes lmao. I have a huge witch aesthetic going on right now, so things like tarot, palm readings, crystal pendulams and jaring herbs and stuff are very fun and pleasing to me! And my favorite colors are orange, green, burgundy and black!

Hobbies include!: Studying tarot! (I give fortune readings to family members and to myself) Videogames, teaching myself how to knit, taking care of my cat Ivy, and also studying plants to one day have a nice garden 🪴 I also love listening to music, I actually like all kinds of music and I like to spread out and listen to different things, however Phonk, Pop and Rock are my top 3 favs. When im just chilling and vibing in my room i’ll put on Lo-fi or calming/serene meditation music.

The way I present myself is relatively simple, I love long and baggy clothes, hoodies, sweaters, turtle necks, just a LOT of comfy and cozy vibes. I dont like wearing short skirts but I LOVE wearing long dresses to just flow around in. However one day I’d really really like to wear a fancy sparkly suit 🥹 As for color schemes, def on the darker tone! But every now and then i’ll rock something bright!

What i’d what in the relationship is mainly just someone being there and present for me, its not about being alone but just more of just KNOWING someone is there for me physically or not. Kind gestures that are even super small to most will literally make me melt. I also LOVE being able to take care of my partner, making them dinner/coffee/tea, you name it. If they got hurt? Im patching them up, nightmare? Im comforting them the moment they wake up. Getting them water, a coat, you name it. I also love giving gifts that I made, i’d also spoil them rotten with store bought gifts but they can expect a LOT of handmade crafts and DIYs LOL
