Omg I’m happy to know you like the way I write Idia! He’s so filthy and shameless. orz I’ll share some very scattered ideas!

✧ Idia feels like the type to be a danganronpa mastermind (he would be a Tsumugi fan). He gives me Mikan vibes—someone who is shy and always anxious but becomes bolder when pushed to the edge. I think he’d subject everyone to a death game if it was an au in which that happened. It would be run and funded by STYX, but all anyone knows is that if they can survive a few days and escape death they’ll be rewarded in more ways than just monetarily. Maybe you’re the prize or maybe you’re forced to participate. Magic use is not allowed, but most of NRC’s students are little cheats so someone’s going to break that rule eventually.

✧ I remember how wild the Japanese side of the fandom went when book 6 was just beginning (when STYX had kidnapped the students) and I remember seeing so many theories and art about what he might do to study and torture them. Thinking about how clinically detached Idia might be if he’s studying you. Maybe you’re a creature born from Overblot, but you take on a human appearance and seem to genuinely think you’re human. Dangerous creatures like you have to be contained and properly observed, but for some reason you act just like a harmless human. Idia knows blot is dangerous, but he can’t help slowly falling for you the more time he spends on the other side of the glass.

✧ Idia but he and Azul swap personalities, so now you have a very confident, silver-tongued Idia and a very gloomy, sleep-deprived Azul who thinks everyone is a normie. >:)

✧ Idia who, when he finds out you’re a female, decides to kidnap you alongside the NRC students. But he keeps you in a separate enclosure and it’s not to study you. It’s to train you to be a perfect housewife for him, starting with chores and working the way up to pregnancy once you seem more willing. Idia definitely has a breeding kink, but it’s more that he just likes the concept of filling you up until you’re so cock-drunk and watching your body shape itself around pregnancy. The trio’s breeding kinks are more rooted in mer instincts because the goal is to have children with you, whereas Idia’s not really a big fan of that. But if it’s you he can try to do his best.

✧ Idia has a voice line about how he wouldn’t be able to live with another person, as having a roommate was terrible enough (very paraphrased from his ghost marriage home screen lines). So imagine being his roommate or housemate and he rarely leaves his room, only contributes monetarily (he probably pays for the entire apartment because he’s rich), and you never truly get to talk to or connect with him. But unbeknownst to you, Idia is watching you through the cameras he’s situated in your room and he’s been stealing things from you (undergarments, jewelry, makeup, a shirt, a sock, etc). He’s so creepy, but he becomes even creepier if you bring someone back to the apartment, whether a friend or a hook-up.

✧ thinking about fwb with Idia, but it’s online. So lots of phone sex, lots of exchanging of explicit images (imagine talking to this guy who calls you his kitten and has the smallest dick energy, but when he finally sends a photo back he’s massive. T-T), and even occasionally playing online games together. Idia becomes obsessed with you and quickly gets jealous if he knows you’re out actually living your life when you should be spending it talking to him at all hours of the day.

✧ something something apocalypse au and you take shelter with Idia, who becomes very obsessed with you and won’t let you leave because it’s so dangerous out in the real world.

✧ Idia who is researching a mer darling! He keeps you confined and finds that interacting with you is much easier than interacting with others. Maybe it’s because you don’t speak much of his language or it’s because you never seem to judge him critically. Either way, he loves his mer and wants to keep you forever.

I guess the only real established things about the au that I'd say to keep in mind (and for anyone else wondering) would be-

That the overblot selves are like real physical beings, but only have the normal magical capabilities of their normal self, since they no longer are in that "berserker mode". Same with their attitude as they're not in the throws of a breakdown, they're calmer then they were initially presented but still are outwardly stewing in all those emotions that were trying to be hidden

I suppose they wouldn't technically be listed as students so there wouldn't be a need for them to attend class other than for people to keep an eye on them lmao. So while some (like OB Riddle) would appreciate the structure of still going to class and existing within a classroom setting, others uhhh not so much lmao

Since they're a residual of the overblotting experience they only exist for a temporary amount of time, meaning they'll eventually fade away. However what everyone feels around that time in regards to them disappearing is up in the air. Realistically though it's not that just magically disappear, but rather that they stop being physical and start being less tangible and eventually only seen by their normal self until they're gone entirely because they've basically returned to their host, in a way

So I suppose you could joke it's like persona 4's "I am the shadow, the true self" except you half to pal around with them for a few months while they wreck your social life LMAO

BUT REALLY if you do write something I would genuinely so excited to see!!

Also side note my brain is like, "call the au Blot On Our Sleeves, like when you wear your heart on your sleeve, that's cute" but then I'm like, "THAT ABBREVIATES TO BOOS THEYRE NOT GHOSTS" what do y'all think

Of course!!! I've thought about that a lot- it opens up a lot of different possibilities! I also never heard of that character before, but when I saw his design and the plot of the show in general I just <<33333 might just have to watch it later

Villain! Kalim:

-He knew from the start that you weren't who you said you were. He could tell from the way your eyes would narrow on Jamil during the moments when things got particularly tough

-His first encounter with you was right before the Magshift tournament, and he could tell from the way you interviewed both of them that you were going to be troublesome

-Of course, he tried to use that to his advantage

-Kalim would act as bubbly around you as possible, bumping up his innocent personality a notch or two in order to avoid the suspicion you were no doubt raising around him and his 'personality'

-He would silently curse when he slipped, knowing all too well that he had been caught

-During Jamil's overblot, you were able to easily read between the lines and tell that, as Jamil woefully and manically explained as the ink poured from his eyes and mouth, Kalim was the problem

-He was livid

-In his world, his opulent world that he so carefully crafted from the second he was born into it, he was king

-And he was being toyed with

-To make matters worse, he was falling for it.

-He tried countless times to get the upper hand, with every attempt ending in him locking himself away in his room and throwing a fit as though he were a child again, pulling at his hair and pacing as more and more things that he hadn't thought about before started popping up

-He still had one thing; his status

-You were a magicless prefect and, although you were equally as cunning (if not more) as he was, you had nothing in this world

-Even when you got your friends into the act who were, admittedly, worse at hiding their intentions than you were

-He worked and worked at using methods that previously worked. Anything they needed magically appeared in front of them. Jack's siblings needed new ski gear? The latest, most expensive gear dropped on their doorstep with a lifetime warranty. Deuce's mom needed help with paying for groceries? Every market she would go to would allow her to buy the food for free.

-He thought he'd won.

-Until he was finally exposed, his years of abuse against Jamil brought to light to the rest of NRC

-His crocodile tears worked on some, but he no longer had that power that he thought he would have

-Kalim didn't know how you did it... managing to sneak away from his prying eyes and his sources scattered around campus. Jamil had transferred to another dorm in fear for his own safety, but...

-Kalim still had power over his family. He still had as much power as his treasure room could buy- practically enough to get him out of any crime and rival even the neighboring countries' royals.

-And he could hold that over the majority of NRC, he could use his wealth to get his spotless reputation back

-And he would stop at nothing to get it

-Especially from you

-(Though, if I'm being honest, Yuu/Mc/the prefect has too many powerful protectors in NRC for him to do much directly. Between the Rosehearts heir, the Prince of the Afterglow Savannah, the twins from the infamous Leech family, whatever Rook is [LITERALLY HOW IS HIS FAMILY RICH?? IS HE A PRINCE?? A NOBLE??], the two heirs to the Shroud family fortune and business, and the future King of the Valley of Thorns; he would barely stand a chance should he actually hurt you.)

"Prefect," You heard a somber voice at your open window, making you grin and turn around in your chair, reaching over to grab Grim in case the boy tried to do anything to hurt your beloved roommate.

"Kalim," The boy climbs through the window, carpet hovering outside for a few moments before soaring off. "I wasn't expecting you to come at-" You glance at the clock that ticks on the wall. "12 am."

The heir shrugs and merely walks around the room, scrunching his nose as he runs his fingers along the still dusty shelves. He pinches it between his fingers and sighs, turning his gaze to you. "Still can't clean?"

"What is it that you're here for, exactly?" You deadpan, standing and holding Grim protectively in your arms. The look in his eyes makes you weary. You're aware of what people with his status can achieve when they don't like someone, or when someone exposes their schemes. Your mind flashes with images of what he could do, of who he could hurt, trying to predict his next move as quickly as possible.

Who was next? He wouldn't hurt Ace or Deuce, would he? The rest of Heartslabyul would stay on your side, you were sure... but what about Trey's family bakery? Would Kalim go after that? He wouldn't be above manipulating Ruggie, due to their class differences, and you know that poor Ruggie can barely fight back if he really did try something. Jack wouldn't budge, unless Kalim threatened his family...

"I want to make a deal with you." He cuts off your train of thought as you sigh and lean back against the wall, an eyebrow raised.

"You sound like Azul," Kalim scoffs.

"Work for me."

"Hell no," You retort quickly, and you spot the annoyance that flashes over his features.

"If you do, I'll free Jamil and his family. The rest of your friends will be safe and taken care of for the rest of their lives. Doesn't that sound nice?" His voice shifts and it sends a chill up your spine at how easily he can change his mask- from cold and calculating to innocent and naive in a second. "You can finally be a hero, like you wanted."

"If I say no?"

"You wouldn't want to know that outcome," He grins. "I'm sure you already have an idea of what could happen."

"Fuck you," You snarl, trying to find any way around the options he gave you.

"I thought you would be used to it by now," He walks back over to the window, a skip in his step as he bounces and leans out, climbing back onto the carpet. He turns around and stares at you from the outside, ruby eyes staring deep into your own as you take a breath, putting on a nonchalant face. "You're in the villain's world, remember?"

You opt to stay silent as he smiles, face looking akin to that of a cherub's round and soft features- a deep contrast to the beast within the heir.

"Heroes don't last long here."

And with that he's gone as the window slams shut, a cold gust of wind following in his wake.

The school for good and evil au is interesting. It makes me think Rookie would also fit school for good despite his stalking problem. I think it is more of light magic. Also, I figure there are class placements like who would be princesses/witches while there are servants and mogifry. Like with the overblot victims being top students as villains.

So full disclosure, everything on this au is based on my memory of the first book. Which is the only one I've read and the last time i read it, i think was in 2015. So take everything I say with the biggest grain of salt. This is a very loosely based au. lol.

But anyway, as far I remember, there isn't classes based strictly on princesses vs maids. Its not like eah where you have a set course and take classes accordingly. It's more based on gender. While there is general classes like magic and history, boys learn how to be heros and adventurers they learn stuff like sword fighting. While girls learn about beauty magic and calling animals. (Yes this is sextist Agatha calls it out and thinks its dumb.) It's all in the hope that whatever you do after graduation is enough to become a fairytale and be recorded in the books for everyone to read about. There are some characters who are related to legendary charter. The main love interest boy is the son of king Arthur. Sophies roommates are the daughters of the candy witch and the sheriff of Nottingham. So the ideal is to become a princess or an infamous witch, but not everyone is lucky enough to have the chance.

And who goes to what school is based on a few factors. Like obviously personality. But there are girls in the school for good who are shallow and mean to Agatha, but they are conventally beautiful. Meanwhile kids in the school for evil are seen as "ugly" and because of their backgrounds are predisposed to being seen as evil because they've never known anything else.

So with ALL of that being said, I can picture characters like Vil could maybe be the son or grandson of the actual evil queen and his first year everyone mocks him because he fits in with the "good" students. But this is Vil we're talking about, and he will shut everyone up real quick. Leona I think, Maybe Falena went to the school for Good, but because of his powers and general attitude, everyone in the palace is not surprised when he's sent to the school for evil, which makes him even more ostracized at home. Rook I can see being in the school for Good, after all the huntsman in snow white isn't evil, he lets her go and warns her. So maybe he and Vil are one of the few interschool relationships that are civil. Because despite the bitter rivalry between the two, the school for good and evil are still one school. The two have a joint lunch period and some events together and it's pretty much the only time students on both sides can interact. So maybe because is beautiful by the standards of the "good" kids, he's wormed his way into the inner circle of the popular ones and Rook is his little yes man on that side that helps cement his, "I'm not like the other villains." image.

wait. minz. what's bad begining au.

............... well someone has been looking at my masterlist eh~

So, bad beggining au is inspired by a comic/douji/manga/what you may call a sequence of scenes draw by the jp part of the fandom that I found wayyy back, we didn't even knew what overblots were, you could say the concept didn't exist!

This guy made a story/"theory", it showed a what if Crowley didn't gave Grim and the gang a second chance, what if Crowely didn't realy cared in the beggining, so Ace and Deuce were expelled, Grim never became Yuu's roommate, and because Yuu felt so alone, they hadn't the chance to meet the others

In the end the school was a war zone, because nobody reached in and stoped the boys, Yuu found a way to send back in time a letter to Crowley, asking for him to "please don't give up on me, one more chance is all I ask" and that's why he send Yuu and the gang to get that crystal in the beggining

Ramshackle will be broken during Yuu's stay bc Crowley doesn't pay them and don't plan to fix it either

Yuu is probably bullied by other NRC students, without Ace, Deuce and Grim by their side they are completely alone, the only friends are the 3 ghosts in Ramshackle and even them are mean sometimes

The most difficult task is handling the overblots, since the boys can die if they stay in that form, at least in OG twst, so I'm still thinking what to do, bc Yuu is very hurt in this one, their trust is and will be broken many times, they can't be the therapist or the leading hand in combat at least not without extreme conditions

Chapter 3 would be realy diferent bc Azul will have to elaborate another plan to catch Yuu's attention, no friends for them to care for, and honestly nothing to lose, only their dorm and that's what he wants to gain, he could have Crowley kick Yuu out but let them have this little mercy of the headmaster, he may be a even more incompetent dick in this au but he draws the line on letting the kid sleep in the cold outside

The bad beggining is because of that, it's a really hopeless beginning, not a bad end

All in all, Yuu is: Overworked by Crowley and the teachers they use Yuu as a erand child, stressed, bullied, getting the bare minimum of money from Sam, they can't work at mostro louge since Azul doesn't pay his workers, hopeless, broken and depressed

A thing to note: In all of the Overblots that Yuuki is involved in, she usually helps in evacuating people away from the battle or providing first aid.

Involvement in Episode 1: Is there to clean up any collateral damage from the duel. Plus to support MC’s idiots and to make sure Riddle doesn’t pop a blood vessel; fails miserably.

Involvement in Episode 2: Crowley’s instructions/Janitor duties; she is assigned to help MC and the gang with investigating the magshift players, and was assigned to clean up after the tournament was over.

Involvement in Episode 3: Doesn’t get involved; sorry MC, you’re on your own for this one. Yuuki already worked part-time in the Mostro Lounge once, never again. As for were she stays during the eviction? Scarabia ,thanks Kalim.
