Alright. I'm probably gonna lose moots and followers for this. But I've kept quiet about it since I became host and I don't feel right not saying it for multiple reasons.

I, and this system and blog, support systems of all origins, including non traumagenic. We consider ourselves mixed origin, for multiple reasons. I know some (a lot) of you don't agree with or are uncomfortable with this stance, so if you need to unfollow for your own comfort, that's fine. But do not announce your departure unless you want us to unfollow as well.

I feel like by hiding this, I've been lying to all of you and hindering our own ability to talk about our experiences. Overall, I cannot in good conscious keep it quiet.

This is not an invitation for debate. I hate syscourse and always will, especially with our previous hosts involvement.

If this is where we part ways, then farewell and I wish you the best. And I'm sorry I couldn't be honest sooner.

I showed literal proof from the ICD that endos (specifically non-disordered) systems exist and this was their response😭 I just asked for their sources that endos "don't exist" and I'll see if they give me actual sources. but using their logic they won't because "it's embarrassing and mean to give sources" or whatever.

I will not be showing their account, I don't want anyone sending hate to them or anything. being hateful WON'T help. as they say, fighting fire with fire makes it worse. I was trying to be as nice as possible when asking for their sources, though my social disorders could have made me sound different sadly. I'll update if I get a response.

PTSD - Therapy rant

please can people please stop trying to get people into therapy by bullying them or cyberbullying them. the pre-existing trauma is not good for them to always have to think about and often shadow work is hard.

a lot of the times therapy will lead people into PTSD because its an ongoing issue for them or something they should be trying to avoid thinking about such as if you talked about experiencing racism for an hour or so every week then your not getting over that racism or how it initially impacted you.

of course everyone deserves recovery but total recovery is often not possible with constant therapy, if it's something like self-worth issues then many people might be helped by the constant therapy but outside or deeper more underlining issues may be covered up by that therapy or may cause someone to get angry and lash out. the same thing with convention therapy - you can't force someone to not be gay by shoving that type of therapy at them, that's why it is often deemed abusive as you are just making them feel irrational and paranoid. so why shouldn't excessive therapy be marked or deemed as abusive? it is.

Look I’m sorry but to me the idea of buying and selling headmates is repulsive and comparative to human trafficking. Headmates are people too and you can’t just… sell them??? You also can’t create headmates for other people, that’s also not a thing. This is coming from someone who is part of a legitimate system who was formed due to genuine trauma from a heavily abusive situation.

I am genuinely concerned for you well-being and I hope you are ok. This seems like something a persecutor/prosecutor would do.

Selling headmates can not be compared to human trafficking because they are different. Headmates can consent to be sold. Making headmates to be sent to someone else has been proven and happening for a long time. Were not sure what you mean by a "legitimate system" but were sorry you went through that trauma. Though i may not be okay, it has nothing to do with headmate economy. Thank you (?) for your worry but im very confused on how me being involved with this means I have something wrong with me. I nor anyone else in our system is a persecutor and I do not see what that has to do with anything. Also i dont know what a prosecutor is. Can someone help out because this is just very confusing in general. -🎰

being plural means thinking about your headmates when buying new clothes, or seeing a shirt or pair of pants for sale and going "they'd love that !!"

being plural means making one of your headmate's simplyplural profile, and spending lots of time perfecting it so that it fits them to a T

being plural means knowing you aren't alone

being plural means knowing that your headmates, your friends, your family, are always there for you

being plural means love.

Be Openly Scary

Society is scared of a lot of things it shouldn't be. A lot of those things can't be helped, a lot of those things don't hurt anyone, and a lot of those things are not what people even think they truly are.

So you know what?

Talk about your hallucinations, your delusions, your psychotic symptoms. Share things about your gender identity whether it be nonconforming, trans, xenogender or anything else. Scream about your nonhumanity and animal urges. Be open and unwavering about your systems existence, presenting as more-than-one wherever you want. Use and introduce your pronouns, even if people find them weird or offputting. Rock back and forth, pace, twitch and stim in any way you please. Wear things that reflect your identity in public. Get tattoos and body mods to your heart's content. Tell people about your personality disorders.

Don't make yourself small because others can't handle you. Be open where safe. Be you. Be scary.
