Yesterday at work one of my friends/coworkers was wearing a pair of low rise jeans and she had that hip gap. You know? Well she was also pointing out the bruises on her hips. And it just made me so mad cause like that use to be me. I use to have that hip gap and “strange bruises” on my hips and legs.
It just reminded me of how fat I’ve actually gotten and how round I am. I hate it. I’m restricting as much as my partner is letting me (they make the food and make sure says we go to the gym that we eat at least 3 meals and it’s very frustrating) and I’m fasting on days where they’re not around and going to the gym.
They’ve got work outta town for a few weeks so I’ll be able to kick into over drive for a week but I really want all this pudge gone by march. I want to be at most 120lbs by march so I’m trying to push gym more. I don’t actually even know what I weigh atm and I’m so scared to check

Low Cal Chocolate Milk (40 cals total)
Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (30 cal)
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder (10 cal)
stevia, to taste (I used three packets) (0 cal)
Combine ingredients together in a cup and mix mix mix - cocoa powder is hydrophobic, meaning it repels liquid, so you’ll have to stir vigorously to incorporate the cocoa powder into the almond milk.
Super awesome for beating sweet cravings, and filling!
