Alastor Reacting To Stereotypical Activist Gen Zer (No NSFW really ig)

Me and @rainyvandragon were discussing this last night and we thought it was the funniest thing ever, so I wanted to write a short fic for you guys. Enjoy.

This might be offensive to some audiences but I tried to portray a stereotypical feminist Gen Zer in the eyes of somebody closed minded (somebody like Alastor kinda) so LOL.

The new generation, Gen Z, (1997-2012), started making their appearances in Hell. Alastor, being a gentleman from the 1930s, wasn't used to being around the influx of activists, feminists, vegans, etc. It wasn't until one showed up at the hotel seeking redemption that he truly met his match.

"WHATS UP GIRLY POPS?!!" The Gen Zer kicked open the doors, strutting into the lobby. They turned to Charlie, "Omg, you look SO slay!!"

Alastor looked at them in disgust. What the fuck were they even saying?

The Gen Zer turned to Alastor and gasped in delight, "Omg! Look at youUU-UH."

They walked over to Alastor and sat on the chair next to him.

"What are your pronouns?"

Alastor looked dumbfounded. "My... My what?"

"Pronouns silly! Are you a girl, boy, trans, non-binary, gender-fluid-"

They went on for a couple minutes before Alastor interrupted.

"I'm a boy, my Dear."

"Are you a CIS male?"

Alastor literally was getting so fucking annoyed because he literally has no fucking idea what this mf was talking about.

"Great! So He/Him. What's your sexuality?"

Alastor didn't know what the fuck that meant.

The Gen Zer got back up and started talking to Charlie. Charlie also looked a little offput but she was a LOT more accepting.

"Oh, my, GAWD, I literally was at a protest and some stupid fucking cops decided to pump me full of lead! Whatever, at least I went down for fighting in what I believe in."

Angel Dust perked up, "And what do you believe in?"

"WOMENS RIGHTS AND UNRESTRICTED RIGHTS TO ABORTION-UH!"

Alastor was banging his head against the table in the lobby.

"Oh and I also got arrested a few times for vandalizing government property but hey! Worth it!"

Angel Dust was CRACKING up at Alastor's reaction and Charlie was trying to listen attentively.

"We definitely need to completely remove gender roles from our modern society. Oh, I also really miss my husband... I proposed to him recently and he's SUCH a good stay at home dad!"

Alastor yelled, his voiced filled with radio static.

Just Some of my headcanons of the Di Angelo(s) in the 30's

(that honestly are pretty delusional but sometimes i just want to think of them as a happy family before the Washington DC event and the lotus casino ok??)

- Maria is the oldest sister of the 3 daughters of the marchese Stéfano Di angelo and her father little gem as the only daughter of his first "marriage" (*Cof* *cof* daughterofVenusMariadiAngelo *Cof*)

- Hades proposed and married Maria because no fucking way that he let a woman of her status being judged for having a long term relationship without a ring and even less having kids with her out of wedlock ( in fact the ring was what make that Persephone don't like Maria, she couldn't care less if only she stayed as her husband girlfriend, i may explain this in another post some day)

- Hades was there for Bianca and Nico while they grow up, living with them during the spring and summer and being always looking up for them in some way during winter , they really got to be a family, Family vacations around Europe, little and silly baking days, Nico and bianca trying to convince the house personal to helping them to spy their parents dates, that kind of things

-Alecto has been the kids babysitter and bodyguard since they were born, her job is just slay anything that it dares to try attack them, even in hades presence in order to him doesn't get distracted from the family activities

-Stéfano really loves his Son-in-law, for him is the son that he never had, he doesn't know that hades is a god, but he's concius that just like his lover he is something non human and that his grand kids are also especial like his daughter, but he doesn't seem in hades the intention of letting behind Maria like Venus do it to him, and Hades is probably the only man wealthy enough and with enough class to be of his liking for his little princess, so he isn't complaining

-And don't make him talk about his grandchilds, because you're gonna be stuck hearing him talk of them for hours, Bianca and Nico are the first since that maria is the only one of his daughters in age to have kids and he couldn't be more happy when the nurses anounced that Nico was a Boy, he may be a girls father but he really wanted a male from his blood, and sice he didn't get a son he was rejoicing for his grandson he really spoiled those little things

- Nico and bianca were homeschooled and The family end up getting the reputation of being "really hard" towards the personal tutors of Bianca and Nico, actually they just dont tolerate the bullshit of entitled people calling their kids stupid or lazy because they couldn't read right lenguajes that weren't romances or Greek... Needs to say, they fired a lot a people until they find people that really were disposed to teach the kids and not just screaming at them ,Even getting people that weren't from Italy for that because their kids only would have the best and would be treated with the respect that they deserved

- Bianca plays the piano, Nico the violin, I'm not elaborating, just trust me

- in fact their music instructors end up being zagreus and macaria, they were introduced to everyone except Maria and the kids as hades cousins because there isn't a logic and no controversial way to say that the full grown adults over there are his children

-Bianca used to have a Best friend, she lived in Switzerland so they only could see each other every once in a while when one of them was allowed to stay with the other for a time, the last thing that the girl know about bianca is that she moved to the US and then... Well, we know what happened there ( in some place in Switzerland there's and old lady that still concerned about what happened to her friend)

☆ In this scenario, let's play with you being alive and (mostly) well. Involved in one of their cases, maybe, or you went into Jennys shop to get meat or something (if you don't eat meat pretend you're cooking a meal for a friend or something)

★ Probably immediately you kinda notice a strange aura (totally not Charles staring you down because he's never seen someone as cool and swag as you) - and let's be honest you aren't even surprised when you meet Crystal and she's looking at the corner all weird.

☆ meeting them again however, you probably just had some near death experience (maybe you wandered into a haunted house, or you somehow got involved in the whole Esther business) and you probably don't even care that ghosts exist because yeah, kinda checks out

★ Charles is probably immediately on your heel (Edwin is just the tiniest bit jealous) asking you all sorts of questions (Edwin is just the tiniest bit interested as well)

☆ getting to know them better, Edwin finds he quite likes yapping about cases with you (my autistic ghost boy needs someone that ACTUALLY listens to what he says) he will be overjoyed if he starts talking about a case and you go "Oh wasn't that the one where.." because yes!! It was that case! You remembered!! Good job!!!

★ I feel like the whole relationship would come along naturally at some point. Just you complaining how you can't sleep because your pillow is too warm and both of them offering to stay with you since ghosts are pretty cold

☆ they have the mutual agreement that they're somewhat sharing your affection since you give both of them the same. They'll just have conversations like "did you already tell them [...]" and "Oh, yeah I did could you do [...] for them?" Already being fully in the mindset of 'we can and will make this work with three people'

★ I think Charles would actually have a more difficult time when the relationship officially starts though. He just has so much affection for you and Edwin that he's almost bursting, but Edwin doesn't always like touch so he has ti be careful and look for the signs and you actually have to keep yourself up and cared for instead of being able to cuddle 24/7

☆ Just a silly boy struggling with not kissing and hugging both his partners at all times (though he has two hands, and will be the middle part whenever the three of you walk somewhere.)

☆ Edwin is more a acts of service type of guy while Charles, obviously, is big on physical touch, so whenever Charles holds you back from doing laundry or the dishes, Edwin will do it for you so you can chill out

★ doesn't mean you don't do things for the boys, though. You regularly get books for Edwin (which he's happier about that he shows) and always give Charles the chance to talk to you without any judgement (same goes for Edwin, though he doesn't use that offer as often as Charles)

☆ Imagine Charles rescuing Edwin from hell and that night the three cuddle up with each other even though Edwin and Charles don't sleep, just so you can hold both of them to make sure they're still there and well

Fun tidbit: Justin "JJ" Parks was a sim I had in my game made by the fabulous @florwal. He randomly showed up in Alice and Miko's scene, and I couldn't move him because I was using WW to pose a bunch of other characters. I checked his household, and he was a werewolf (lol, idk how it happened. This game is chaotic sometimes), so I decided to make him part of the story.

Jacques: Ah, JJ, the baby wolf. You shouldn’t be here unless we have a problem.

JJ: The witches are—

Jacques: I’m going to stop you right there. That doesn’t sound like a “we” problem.

JJ: It happened on campus. Someone was taking pictures of The Order, and you know how witches are about their kids.

Jacques: Almost as bad as vampires. What crew? It better not be Elmyra; she’s supposed to stay in Oasis Springs. 

JJ: [hesitates]...No crew. It was just other students. 

Jacques: Are you fucking kidding me?

JJ: No! The witches chased them for a little while and then let them go.

Jacques: And you interrupted me for this? What the fuck am I supposed to do with that information?

JJ: [choking] Never slay a witch with a power that might…be…useful…

JJ: That’s what my ma always said. Witches don’t want to lose anymore of their own, so they don’t kill another witch who might have a power they can use. 

Jacques: Good job, wolfy. I’m pleased. Have a drink. Take a load off. Akira!

Jacques: Congratulations. You’re going to college. Pick a major. JJ will show you who to keep an eye on. 

Akira: No.

Jacques: I don’t want any harm to come to them until I know how much they’re worth to the witches.

Akira: I said no.

Jacques: That sounds suspiciously like you are going back on your word. What would your sister say?

Akira: That you’re a piece of shit, and she wouldn’t spit on you if you were on fire.

Jacques: You should consider psychology. Might help you improve your negative worldview.

Adela as your hairdresser ✂💇‍♀️

So, idk how you end up getting a hair cut, but you're getting one for today 🥰🥰🥰 FOR FREE?!?!?! 🤯 Sis appeared out of nowhere, and you stumbled 🎢 upon a cute vintage barber shop, that convinced you 💯💯💯percent to get a haircut 🤭 You didn't know about the 🌁🌁🌁 alley incident because frankly, you DIDN'T care 😎 It was just an urban legend... Right? 😈 So anyways! You know when a hairdresser is about to SERVE 💃 When she has a BOB 👷‍♀️ on, has FACE 🥰, and looks like she came out of a Vivienne Westwood fashion show like GIRL why is the hairdresser so FINE??? 🤨🤨🤨

She greets you as soon as you enter her shop, warm smiles, the smell of flowers is what the first thing that hits your nose... 😤🌷The first thing you ask her how she gets rid of the smell of hairspray, she answers she uses the trick of using flowers which explains why you smelled flowers as soon as you went inside... By the way, SIS had you giggling 🤭 the entire interaction because of how... Gorgas (I'm sorry I don't know how to spell it 😇) she is 😍 Pookie then leads you to your seat 🪑, and of course we SAT 🧎‍♀️ since the QUEEN said so 🤩

She tells you if you have any preferences that you wanted to do to your hair... But because this was an impulsive decision... Girlie ended up having to decide HERSELF 😳 remember when they said to trust your barber? When your barber looks like this... Sign me up, I'm SAT and definitely letting her cut my hair the way she wants because I trust her with my life 😊 Adela liked the fact that you seemed to have no worries, like you were just a silly gal getting a haircut... So no mind altering for YOU 😌 Oh bestie... You are so lucky, getting a haircut, not getting mind altercations from her, sitting in that chair, meeting ADELA??? at the same time??? Timeskip to having one of the best💄💋 makeover that changed the trajectory of your life 😲 You and Adela stayed in touch, she ended up liking you so... You get to be a part of her "mundane" life now... 😿 CRYING because again, how??? 😔 How do you do it, POOKIE?!?? So of course, you end up becoming a regular in her cozy shop, making it a habit to drop by regardless of the constant change of location. You guys exchange letters, since Adela is kind of old school, so she sends you this beautiful 🌹, amazing 😲, mind-blowing 🤯, life changing letter that you keep in your drawers because of how MAJESTIC her penmanship is... Girl you better keep them in MINT condition, if not, I'm making your house as my rob list... Though, you wonder how she does it, changing locations like my GIRL has a walking hair salon that she can just fold her place and lay it out like a tri-fold brochure, with all the itinerary PACKED 💼 Sis acts as if she is a portable barber shop on the go that can magically appear in the blink of an eye... 👁‍🗨 Oh pookie... If only you knew...

Imagine your surprise receiving a letter that she got in JAIL like... My pookie didn't do wrong! 🤐🤐🤐 This is why you read the news and listen to people, but y'know stuff was boring to read anyways and you wasn't going to listen enough because, you don't like getting told what NOT to do! 💅💅💅 I fear 😰 you ✨SLAYED✨ with the response... You met with the chief and her adjutant, they take you to a room that you can chat with Adela, but not you tryna defend pookie while also supporting women's wrongs at the same time because you couldn't go to her cozy vintage barber shop anymore so you protest and started a petition... ONLINE. 🤓 Girl, what is you doing..??? 😧 Both the chief and adjutant thought you were a CRAZED regular of Adela, them thinking you were brainwashed as well, but you explained to them that NO, pookie can't you see I'm grieving rn??? The way that ya'll can see her often but I CANT! Speaks a lot 😢😢😢 ahh dialogue

You sat there WAITING for your fav hairdresser, thinking if she got jumped by some prisoners, because if they did, sweetie... Your going to break in jail and whoop some ass... After having a sweet conversation with her, she exits the room due to the time limit... 👿 GRR why did they have to cut off the wholesome interaction... I am TWEAKING 🤬 for you guys... The chief then enters the room, wanting to conduct an interview with you. Of course, this makes you act defensive... 🙄🙄🙄 Of your pookie Adela, but the chief assures that she wouldn't be asking questions that are inappropriate... You were ready to make her catch some fists 🤛😠 if anything happens, though you ended up detailing on how you both met and ended up becoming her regular, to which the chief detailing about Adela's reason of imprisonment, and sharing some ILLEGAL 🤫🤫🤫 information that wasn't supposed to be shared to you...

After leaving the MBCC, you began to wonder why Adela kept you around, instead of cutting off contact just like the others. Could it be that you didn't appear to be THAT troubled which is why she didn't have to want alterations towards your memories...? Either way, you are thankful that she chose to stay in touch, because you got to have some fun interactions with her, and like touch grass at the same time! Pookie... I'm looking at some of ya'll who doesn't get enough sun... 😑 Like POOKIE... Go outside! AN: I can't decide if I want to have a part two on this one, but like an angsty, hurt-comfort, with a pinch of wholesomeness type of fic about this because I wanted to expand the LOREEE and yap about her backstory as well... (Can ya'll tell that I am an Adela fan?) But lmk if ya'll want one www but me thinks I'll end up writing it regardless to satisfy my NEED for more Adela content in this app... 😿 Where are all the Adela enjoyers at when you need them? 😔

Kyojuro seemed to have it all together. You somehow had survived final selection with him and on the off chance you saw him he always seemed to be three steps ahead. So it really was no surprise when you had learned of his status. Kyojuro Rengoku, the flame hashira. It had a nice ring to it. 

Really you only got to see him ever so often but when you did it was a nice form of catchup. He was always eager to tell you about what he’s done and what new slayers he may have met. Even what new food he may have tried. 

Rarely ever did you guys stay longer than one meal always off to slay demons. But that didn't mean that there wasn’t something there. Something in your very being that you knew all too well.

Sometimes when you had bid Kyojuro goodbye you wondered to yourself did he perhaps feel that way too? Or was it something silly that you rather not whisper into the world. Maybe too scared that hushed winds would travel and let him know about your harboring feelings. 

However on the rarest occasion he had invited you to join him to a feast while he spoke of his most recent adventure. 

You had only ever only heard rumors about a boy who traveled with a demon and to know that the Hashira were okay with it well it eased your mind a bit. He spoke loudly, eating without a care in the world as he continued to tell you about Tanjiro. The Umai’s sprinkled here and there didn't startle you as it had done sometimes before. 

He turned to your hushed figure as he finally looked at you since the last time you spoke. Always as stunning, always breathtaking. 

Rengoku men are always known to love only one woman. 

“So Tell Me! Any New News You Would Like To Share With Me?” He spoke loudly now, crossing his arms over his chest. 

You looked at your bowl that was somehow full. You figured you just enjoyed Kyojuro’s time so much it made the hunger go away. So without thinking you handed the soup over before placing your finger on your chin as you began to think. 

“Well there’s not much going on with me if ill be honest Kyojuro-San” you said nodding a no as Kyojuro tried pushing your meal back towards you. “If im honest i think ive come closer to death than i had imagined” 

That Made him stop before he had even begun to eat. Eyes now full of concern as he looked at you. “Death? What even do you mean”

“Don’t look at me with such worry. You are closer to death than i” You stated blankly. True, being a slayer meant he was always out to possibly die. Being a hashira never made it less threatening. However you laid your head on your hand as you stared at the ceiling to recollect your thoughts. 

“There was a demon which I thought I could handle but I ended up more beaten than I had prepared myself for. When morning came and the demon was no more I collapsed. It was by some miracle one of the citizens found me and nursed me well.” You said now fully looking at him. Noticing he had not at all taken even a sip from the soup. 

“Are you not hungry?” you asked, looking at him. 

He looked down at his plate. Seeming that he had lost his appetite while speaking with you. “You could have sent for help you know?” 

“I know but it was my mission. Besides it is an honorable to die for the cause we fight for. I wouldn’t mind dying so long as the demon i died to also dies” You said eating the leftover shrimp tempura you two shared. 

“Id prefer you didn't die at all” 

“I do too” 

“I mean it Y/n” He spoke bowl now being held by both his hands as he looked down to it. Could he be brave? Would he be able to tell you all that runs wild in his mind? “I’ve been imagining things with you” 

“What?” you asked a little bit shocked

“I know its foolish and i know your my friend and all. But I imagine that I met you, us as humans and there are no demons. Sometimes i imagine that we go on dinner dates. I imagine coming home to you on days where its just a little too much for comfort” He swallows down hard

The sudden awareness he has of your eyes on him made him swallow down the shyness he never knew he could have. 

“I picture Meeting you here, an everyday normal woman who has stolen my heart” He said the blush now appearing as he tried averting your eyes, laughing a bit  “Isn’t that ridiculous? Tell me it so” 

You couldn’t even help how hot you suddenly felt. How aware you were about how close you two sat. How maddening it was to be so close to him physically and emotionally. 

“I think its best if i go Rengoku-San. Thank you for the food However i hope to see you sometime soon” 

Your gaze didn’t meet his. Your face red and running impossibly hot, His eyes, his demeanor shifted that like a child who just got scolded. Did he really mess this all up? 

However with a shaken breath you smiled at him. Holding his empty hand and placing the small hair pin that held it all together. Your laugh was shaken as you looked at him, his bewildered eyes staring at you 

“A promise Rengoku-san! I must go!” You spoke rather loudly before running out of the establishment. He knew this hair pin was very special to you. It held a lot of meaning he knew as much. 

With a reddened face he placed it safely besides his scabbard held tight by his belt. 

Paying for the food he left quickly too. His heart was beating ever so fast. He hoped he would see you very soon.
