idk my bmi anymore but at one point it was 13.7 and every time i eat i think about it even though ive not gained much weight
it’s difficult though because like i have to eat since im on a meal plan and have to keep a food diary but i just want to be at that point again
is that too much to ask for?

i haven’t rly gained any weight in a few weeks (other than like .5 pound occasionally) but i could be losing sooo much faster if i had self control
