being a bpd holder is so weird it makes life so difficult, i split a lot more than a lot of other people in system. but im also a low emotion part, so the two roles can conflict sometimes n stuff

me and a friend of mine in my system are from the same source, and hes an npd holder, which is fun..cluster b buddies...

being a symptom holder is just odd sometimes

is it possible for only one alter to have a mental disorder?

I don't think so, traits may be more prominent in other alters than some, but as a whole one singular alter cannot have a mental disorder, it would be something that the body has/everyone in the system has
