I feel like people need to hear me out more when it comes to Pitch Pearl because I need Phantom to soul existence being just to love and fight for Danny

Phantom is a journey in the infant Realms eyes called The Knight or the weapon because all that man does is fighting Danny's name the Box Ghost it's annoying Danny and his friends Phantom will fight him Vlad is making Danny uncomfortable cuz he's being a fruit loop Phantom will fight him

Any threat to Danny's happiness or general piece of day Phantom will fight him he has set the direct words that he will lay his core at the thump of Danny's heartbeat

To just imagine the Justice League hearing all these stories and believing that Phantom is the ghost King when they find out nope that man is just the night and every word Danny comes up with the plans the motivation without Danny there is no Knight there is no King there is no Phantom

Just imagine murals and stuff that have Phantom on his knees with a sword in front of Danny as is like incredibly loving

Danny knowing that this is the way that Phantom shows his deep excited love for him by being a fighter for Danny

I need Danny being the ghost King well Phantom is just in the background like a rabies dog willing and ready to bite anybody that got a problem with it

Incorrect, the fact that Biden has dropped out and a candidate with history of supporting medicare for all and being more receptive to a ceasefire in the I/P conflict has made me go from "I cannot morally support the Democratic nominee" to "I am voting for the Democratic nominee despite the fact she isn't perfect in every respect." I'm really happy this played out. The Dems for the most part abandoned the old Obama platform and it feels like its possible an actual progressive agenda could come to pass in my lifetime.

For requests: Your take on Jack and Pitch with animal ears/tails? What kind of critters would they be?

Took a while but I did it!!

I chose their animals by how fitting they are. Pitch is a snake because snakes are heavily misunderstood and feared. (Made him black mamba because uhh pitch BLACK)

Jack is based off of a Svalbard reindeer. Deers are known to be curious and also shy(not a jack trait, i know). They live in herds and the guardians are probably like that to him. The svalbald reindeer is fluffy and white so--

i think a really great aspect of oofuri is how much it gets mihashi's ass for being overly timid and dependent. it would be really easy to write off the way he and abe interact as being abe's fault because he is overbearing, and a lot of people do, but it has some really great moments of going "hey, you cannot hide behind abe or depend on him to make every decision. it's not good for you, or him, or the team."

Figuring out how to put Scarecrow's fear gas into a vape cartridge seems like a good idea tbh. Microdose that sh*t, not only would it build an immunity to the fear toxin itself, but constant mild hallucinations of your worst fears would build an immunity to real terrifying situations (you can't show me anything worse than what I see everyday). Why has noone done this?

I love this question! I love all your ideas, and since life just keeps bombing me I just get distracted. I hope you like these little headcanons!

They all have a side to them that's scary in general, especially when they are feeling protective. However, only a few of them are initially scary to begin with!!

Red: He, by his world's standards, isn't the scariest. He doesn't even try to be scary on the surface either, since he's too lazy. However, he noticed that to humans, he seems scary. He sometimes does this to mess with humans, even you at times. (Though, it's always lighthearted and teasing.) When in public, he is casual with you, but he's aware that people will leave you alone more likely if you're with him. He tends to linger closer when he sees you're nervous, brushing it off with a tease. He won't push you too much, though, and he'll let you grab onto his hoodie when nervous. He might forget that he's scary at times though, which can lead to funny things happening

Pitch: He was scary in the underground, and he's scary on the surface. He knows he's scary, and this either greatly benefits him or greatly inconveniences him. When he's with you, he's always on high alert, and you'll be able to tell. He, with your permission of course, will tend to keep a hand on your shoulder if he can help it or ask that you stand close. He might make you feel embarrassed if someone bothers you and he demands that they apologize, but overall he has your back.

Carmine: With a slightly more intense energy, he's hyper aware of his scary dog privileges. He demands authority when walking into a room, and he is aware of the eyes that may linger on him. He may be more gentle and attentive with you, but that wouldn't show in public. He rarely would show PDA, or get distracted when you're around. Any time with him that wouldn't involve being high alert would only be on rare occasions like date night, but he's very aware of everything around him and he's okay with being that way for you

Rus: Much quieter and more relaxed, his scary dog privileges never fully turn off. He's naturally scary due to his height and appearance, even if he wasn't too intense for his underground's standard. He's quieter than Red, too, so that just adds on. He likes to stare at others and likes to drape himself around you, whether in public or not. He may not be the worst, but he's one of them

Razz: loud, demanding, and scary, he's like Carmine in a different way. Carmine is quiet in his intimidation, but Razz revels and preens in being more scary. He grows more humble, of course, but... Well, the moment he's aware he scared someone off for you, you won't see him stop smiling. He likes messing with others, to make them uncomfortable while smiling, even if you tell him not to. He can't help it!

Cash: He knows he looks intimidating, and he's aware that he's judged. Like Rus, he also is very clingy in different ways. He's louder, more sarcastic, and he likes to scare people to amuse himself. When he knows he's also conveniently protecting you, he never lets you out of his sight and he's quieter about his protectiveness. He won't outright tell you what he's doing, or cause a scene, but you can trust that he will deal with whoever bothers you.

Wine: Just naturally intimidating compared to the others, he's even more authoritative compared to anyone else. He preens in his intimidation, but he's humble about it and he can be polite. His scary dog privileges are quieter, but stronger under that thin veil of nice behavior. He won't ever let you see him act that way, though, because he's a gentleman and you don't need to worry your little head about things. He'll deal with whoever bothers you, don't worry!

Saint: He doesn't like being scary. He knows he is, though. It protected him underground, and he feels that lingering insecurity when he DOES get stares. However, he never voices them. He may get more irritable, though. He lingers around you, always on alert. He tries to make sure you can tell he's comfortable with laughing and joking, but he's sarcastic and rude with anyone that's annoying or bothering you. He's not above verbal threats, and he's open to fighting easily. To say the least, if you're afraid to go somewhere, he's wonderful to have since he's quieter and one of the most scary.

Lunar: he's tall, scary, and yet he doesn't like it. He really wishes that he didn't look so...like him. Nonetheless, even if he's polite and kind, he's aware that he's intimidating. He avoids trying to make himself look scary, which makes you and him feel a little braver when you encourage each other to feel less insecure. However, there would be occasions he doesn't let you see his expression when he's...protective. He won't vocalize it, but his aura and appearance alone is enough to ward people away

Dust: He doesn't have to try, and he doesn't bother to try. He's scary, he knows that. Monsters and Humans alike find him scary as hell, if not unnerving. He doesn't say anything, of course, unless you talk to him first. If confronted by someone, he just has to put minimal effort into scaring them off with his face under his hoodie or just with a few words. He'll let you cling onto him without commentary, and he's great if you want someone to ramble to. He'll make sure you're safe, no matter what

For a prompt, I'd be curious to see your take on how Nightlight would interact with Emily when she's young? Maybe Koz brings her along to the Lunanoff residence one day? (I don't think you've written them meeting before, though my memory can be pretty awful....)

On the off chance my memory IS awful, another idea I had was modern au blackice, Pitch invites Jack to some fancy award dinner to go to for one of his novels. Jack probably isnt used to dressing super fancy tho, so Pitch has to help him 👀

The little girl was absolutely enchanted with Nightlight.

She followed after him like a lost puppy, asking all kinds of questions he struggled to find the answers for. By the time he had the right words to respond with, she was asking a new question, derailing them both and leaving him to keep up.

Kozmotis stood behind her, covering his mouth and looking only a little apologetic.

"Emily, I think you'll make his poor head pop," he finally said, cutting her off as she asked how Nightlight kept his glow for the fourth time. She snapped her mouth shut, turning big eyes onto her father. Kozmotis gave her a gentle smile. "Give him some time to respond. He's not much of a talker." He glanced up at Nightlight with half a smile.

"Oh..." Emily didn't pout, but she did fist her little hands in her green dress. She turned back to Nightlight and bowed her head. "I'm sorry."

Nightlight waved his hand frantically back at her. "It's alright."

She looked back up with curiosity in her eyes. "Is your name really Nightlight?"

Kozmotis snorted into his hand.

Nightlight glanced quickly up to him, watching his shoulders shake with silent laughter. He gave a playful glare back at the man before smiling down at Emily. He nodded.

"Wow..." she whispered in awe. "How do you glow?"

Nightlight picked up the pace a little.

He wasn't used to someone asking him so many questions at once, and it was a little disconcerting. When Kozmotis arrived at the Golden Palace with his daughter, he hadn't expected the little girl to have so much to say. He was only used to people talking at him.

"Emily, please," Kozmotis huffed, biting back a grin when Nightlight glared over his shoulder at him. "I don't think even he knows."

Nightlight glared harder.

"Really?" Emily asked, eyes big as saucers. She easily kept pace with Nightlight, much to his distress. "Do you not know how you glow?" She gasped suddenly. "Can you make other things glow?!"

Nightlight's staff lit up in response, and Emily all but squealed in delight. He turned down a nearby hall that led to the guests' quarters, stopping at the usual room Kozmotis's stayed in when he visited. He gestured to it with a bit of a flourish, smiling.

Emily threw open the doors as Kozmotis stepped up to Nightlight's side, gasping at the size of the room. "It's as big as our house!" she cried, darting inside. She took a running leap for the bed, landing with a muffled oof, laughing. Nightlight couldn't help but smile as Kozmotis chuckled next to him.

"I warned you she was a spitfire," the general muttered, smirking down at Nightlight.

"You did," Nightlight muttered back. He smiled back, glowing a little brighter. "My fault for not taking it into consideration."

"To be fair, you're only used to one little baby," Kozmotis said. "That girl's in her own category." As if to prove his point, Emily hoped down from the bed to run to the other side of the room, throwing open the balcony doors. "Thank you for playing escort," Kozmotis said.

"It's no trouble," Nightlight admitted. "Someone will be around to escort you to dinner."

Kozmotis took his hand before Nightlight could take his leave, placing a soft, burning kiss to his knuckles. Nightlight's glow nearly lit the whole hall, but he couldn't rein in his giddiness at the action, smiling bright up at the man.

"I hope to see you then..." Kozmotis murmured against his skin.

"Daddy, we have to tell momma about all this!" Emily burst back into the room with an excited shout. In the same instance, Kozmotis dropped Nightlight's hand, and his smirk tightened to something more strained. Nightlight's brow furrowed. He'd never seen such a look come over the man before.

Kozmotis cleared his throat, smiling for his daughter. It didn't quite reach his eyes. "You can tell her all about it when we get home. Deal?"

Emily nodded emphatically. "Deal!" She turned to the glowing boy. "Thank you for showing us our room, Nightlight!"

Nightlight gave her a nod, smiling gently. "You're welcome. Have a good night."

Then he took his leave, but not before catching once last intense look from Kozmotis before he walked off.

He tried not to think too hard on it that night.

Bit of a headcanon that he's great with babies and young toddlers, but older kids (like 4 and up) make him extremely nervous because they have so much to say and he doesn't know how to handle them. Jack's the one who's good with kids of all ages lol

"Come on, do I really need to wear a tie?" Jack groaned. He measured out the long ends of fabric as he tried to make a decent loop, but it kept getting tangled around his fingers, and he gave up with a huff. Ripping the light blue tie from his neck, he tossed it onto the bed in a fit of frustration.

"It's a suit and tie kind of event, Jack," Pitch called from the bathroom. He flipped the light off as he exited, hair perfectly gelled back and black tie laying perfectly flat against his chest. The knot was flawless from years of practice, and Jack grumbled at it. He refused to acknowledge how good his lover looked in a full suit, all tailored to fit his tall, lean frame perfectly.

Jack crossed his arms, glaring at the wall. "I don't see why I can't just wear a clip-on," he grumbled.

He was not pouting.

Pitch chuckled. His long legs carried him to the edge of the bed, Jack sneaking a quick peek of his ass when he bent to pick up the tie from the bed. He quickly looked away when Pitch turned back to him, blushing.

"Because everyone in the room would know you're wearing one, dear." He was soon standing back in front of Jack, holding up the skinny tie. "You're lucky I'm not making you do anything with your hair." His brow rose with a teasing smirk.

Jack pouted, snatching the tie from his hands. "Like you or I could do anything about that." His hair was notoriously uncooperative when it came to styling. Wrapping the tie around his neck, Jack tried to measure out the two ends the way Pitch showed him. "It just seems like a bit much. Can't I just show up with my shirt undone? That's stylish, isn't it?" He grumbled more when his hands got tangled and pulled the damn thing off again. "This is dumb!"

"Patience, Jack," Pitch murmured. His voice took on that velvety-dark quality that made Jack weak in the knees, and he squeaked as the tie was taken from him. Pitch had that teasing glint in his eyes as he wrapped the tie around Jack himself. "You just need to go slower, love. Don't rush." Slowly, painfully so, he wrapped one end of the tie over the other. He towered over Jack, stepping needlessly close and forcing Jack to take a step back.

He took another step, easily looping one side with the other as Jack was forced to take another step back until his back hit the wall. Pitch wasn't even looking at him, but Jack's breathing was heavy as he stared up into focused gold eyes. Pitch made a perfect knot, slowly sliding it up until it sat at the base of Jack's throat. There was a threatening quality to the action, Jack fearing for a moment that Pitch wanted to choke him with the tie, and his body warmed uncomfortably at the thought.

Pitch slid his hands over Jack's chest, petting out any wrinkles he spotted in the pressed black shirt, his movements deliberately slow, no doubt feeling how fast Jack's heart was beating. They ran up to Jack's shoulders, sliding over fabric and skin, making the younger man shiver until they found the collar of his shirt. Pitch folded it down, smoothing out the creases so Jack at least looked presentable above the waist.

An embarrassing squeak was shocked out of him when Pitch suddenly took hold of the tie, wrapping it around his hand in one smooth motion to haul Jack up onto his toes, leaning down enough to brush the tips of their noses together.

His eyes were searing as he gazed back at Jack, heavy-lidded and promising.

"Be a good boy for me tonight, and I might just give you a treat when we get home," Pitch whispered against his lips, all dark heat and promise.

A full body shiver nearly had Jack melting into a puddle at his feet. "Make out with me in a closet while we're there, and you have a deal," he muttered back. He was in no position to be making deals when Pitch's free hand cupped him through his briefs.

Pitch chuckled, dark and sultry. He kissed Jack's lips, quick and brief, enough to make the shorter man try to chase after him as he stood back up to his full height.

"Deal," he said. He fixed Jack's tie again before stepping away, allowing cool air to drift between them once more. "Put some pants on. And don't forget to tuck in your shirt."

Jack was too dazed and horny to argue with him.

If Cassandra Clare were to write a book of short stories like the Bane Chronicles about another character (I’m thinking an immortal character but it could be a mortal one too) which character would you most like to read about and why ?

Easy answer, because I've thought about this a lot! What I would want would be a series of short stories about the Circle, with each one focused on a different character in a different year. I am a huge fan of the Circle era, and I've always been disappointed that we never got The Secret Treasons. However, the more I thought about it the more I felt that a cohesive series focused on them wouldn't work as well, because the action and emotional high points of their story are spread across such a long span of time. That's why I think a short story collection would work so well, because it would give each character a moment in the spotlight and dive into an interesting era in their personal story without worrying about giving all of them interesting stuff at the same time. I've in fact thought about this so much that I planned out what I think each short story would be, so here's some screenshots of my ideas (shout-out to @jaybirdscoffee letting me ramble about the Circle in his DMs even though he has not read TSC).

So yeah! If I had to pick a single focal character then I'd probably want Valentine and have a short story about each Circle member that's grounded in his perspective and his relationship with them, but I think it would be more interesting to switch POVs and go beyond Valentine's experience.

This might be an overused and obvious franmaya headcanon but: Franziska has always been insecure about some aspect of her naked body that she cant change like a birthmark or inverted nipples or something because she considers it imperfect. But the first time she actually lets Maya see her fully naked those aspects are immediately pointed out as super attractive by Maya and she is therefore ravaged and has to logically conclude that those things never made her imperfect because nothing Maya finds attractive could not be perfect

very hard one for me to place re: canon because franziska exhibits absolutely no insecurity about her looks and in fact boasts the opposite. which is irrelevant entirely, because franziska is also a facade in a facade in a facade and is very careful to not let the audience know anything she doesn't want them to know.

either are valid interpretations.

that said if you want MY fucking opinion, i will be real i really hate how oversaturated franmaya fic and especially franmaya porn is with introspection about trauma and insecurity and all that because i have just so wholly grown out of and apart from those feelings myself and it's one of those 'oh a highschooler/very young adult wrote this' tells that tips me off that the story isn't really for me. and on a secondary level i'm tired of getting a child abuse jumpscare whenever i'm trying to read about dirty lesbian sex. not my jam

that said i do hold the unmovable opinion that two things about her body PISS FRANZISKA OFF: 1. her bullet scar and 2. that beauty mark she has under her left eye. i have waxed poetic about both. it's not that she thinks they make her unpretty or that she views them as blemishes, it's more that their asymmetry to her symbolizes the phantom of perfection and how she cannot hope to chase it. that beauty mark especially makes her crazy because it is this single pixel that is out of place on her face and no matter how symmetrical she does her hair or makeup or outfit or ANYTHING, she will always be stuck at 99.9%.

again i really only like dwelling on this in small pieces, i don't think it tears her up at night as much as it just annoys her. but yes, those two spots on her body ARE maya's favourite place to kiss. this is a throughline in all my franmaya fic. maya is lowkey obsessed with the asymmetry of franziska's body
