GEN Z READER IN TASK FORCE 141 HC + könig!! PT 2

A/N: You guys are so sweet!! Thank you for the support on the first part of Gen z! Reader series/ Daffodil series, it seriously means a lot! And since I saw someone ask for König I decided to add him too, our baby deserves some love too! And again if anyone has codename ideas please tell me because I am still considering changing Daffodil to something else!

It had been a couple months since you joined the task force and met your boys and they are happy you are with them, and despite being thick-skinned and having a very fucked humour you can get emotional at times.

One time you got upset over something and hugged the closes person to you.

It was Ghost.

And surprisingly he didn't mind, he understood that you were still young and needed comfort. So he gave you comfort that he never got properly when he was younger.

But once you told Ghost that you loved him which caught him off guard and made him stay away from you for a bit to process what you said.

Of course you told him you loved him through texts but hearing you say it was a whole other story.

The others get this treatment too.

Even if you're not upset you'll randomly say that you love them, which they find sweet but they all were caught off guard at first by the sudden burst of affection.

But they got used to it!

But there was one thing they weren't getting used to, your jokes.

Price swears he can feel himself get grey hair every time he hears one of your 'jokes'.

They even came up with a very...odd name for them: "Dil Humour"

When they first started saying the little inside joke you looked at them like they said something horrible.

"Excuse me?? Dil humour????"

"You know ill but instead of ill it's dil from Daffodil- No?.."

"Stop..."

To say the least you were not impressed and you were sure Price came up with it.

But you still loved them anyways.

Even with that ugly hat.

You swear he committed a war crime by just wearing it but he lets you wear it just to spite you. Aw.

You made a Spotify playlist for all your boys and continuously added songs to them until you're ready to share it with them.

One time Gaz caught you adding songs to Soap's playlist and tried to peek over your shoulder.

"What are you doing."

"Your mom"

"Never mind.."

And you may or may not have made one for König.

I mean who could blame you?!

When you first saw the man you were in the mess hall eating with your boys, sitting in between Ghost and Soap, minding your own business until you saw the newest love of your life.

You started to choke while slamming the table with a red ass face.

And you bet that Ghost was the first one to slam his hand onto your back while Soap sat wide-eyed at what just happened.

Before any of your boys could say anything you were looking around like a hawk and getting up to talk to König.

To say the least your boys were in shock and stayed that way until you came back minutes later with a huge smile on your face.

"I GOT A NEW BAE"

"Shh..." (🧼)

"I got a new bae!"

"Oh yeah?" (🧼)

"Fucking what." (💀)

(that one unas anus moment)

And after a while you started sending König so many heart locket gifs of him and a lot of bear memes.

You don't what it is about the guy but he is GIVING bear.

Anyways you love this man to pieces and will always try your best to control yourself and not say any suicide jokes around him.

But you can control yourself so much.

The first ever time König heard you threaten to shoot yourself his eyes widened.

The poor thing was worried for you since all he's ever seen of you was sunshine and memes.

He would just place his hands on your shoulders and make you look him in the eyes as he asks if you're okay and if you ever need to talk you can always go to him.

You sometimes go training with him too and you couldn't stop fawning over how strong he was in your head.

And speaking of training, you also go train with your boys too.

There was one time, Soap was doing push ups and he thought it would be fun to have you sit on his back.

And who were you to say no to that.

Although sometimes you go to the 141 group chat and send memes.

Gaz is always the first to respond.

Always.

Gaz: Where did you find this??

Foap: Daffo this isn't funny

Price: Kid

Gaz: Aren't you two supposed to be training

Price: Where are you both

Baby gril: Is that me?

Soap or whoever is training you always end up finding you when you send jokes like those and make you work extra hard during train with him which makes you cry internally.

Speaking AGAIN of your humour one time you were fighting off one of the enemies and he landed quite a hard punch on you, cutting your cheek in the progress, but once the boys showed up the guy was dead and most of his blood was on your hands. Literally and figuratively.

There was no way of telling which one of the boys came up to you first but they definitely kept asking about your cheek.

"Are you sure you're okay soldier?"

"Yeah I'm sure, my dad hit harder anyway-"

"Daffodil."

They weren't happy with what you said, especially Price

Your boys will never forget the day when they found out that you couldn't drive.

At first everything was a blur, it was during a mission and you all had to fall back, and you somehow got into the driver's seat while Price, Ghost and Soap were in the back while Gaz got in the passenger's seat.

Ghost would have a bullet in his arm while Price and Soap shouted at you to go.

You floored it.

The sudden action made Soap hit his head against the car wall while Gaz and Price were yelling at you to stop.

"YOU SHOULD'VE LEARNT THIS WHEN YOU WERE IN TRAINING."

" JUST GIVE ME THE WHEEL!"

"DEADASS MIGHT THROW UP"

"DAFFODIL-"

They vowed they would never let you drive again until someone teaches you.

You were just bored one day so you beelined your way to Gaz's room and slammed yourself onto his bed.

Of course Gaz was shocked once he saw you enter his room but soon got on with whatever he was doing.

And just like Price, he would never tell you to get out of his room unless it was super important and would just talk with you about random things and let you vent to him.

Somehow you always end up getting all sentimental and it's just really sweet in the end.

Soap sings in the shower.

And Lord have mercy if you hear him you will ALWAYS join in and vice versa.

You two are a power duo.

There was this one time you convinced Ghost and Price to go catfishing with you on a dating app with your phone.

Their names were Gina and Fraincesca and it was very chaotic.

One time one of the people that matched with them started texting your phone during a meeting with Laswell and Graves and since it was going nowhere you checked one of the messages to see a voice message and then-

"Hey baby gorl."

"I'm going to actually kill myself, I will shoot myself right now it's not funny, I have a letter under my bed guys Imma go-"

"Daffodil."

Soap and Gaz still won't let you live properly after that no matter how much Price and Laswell tell them to stop.

Meanwhile Ghost and Grave would just act like nothing happened.

But even after what happened and the relentless teasing Soap and Gaz would do they still cared.

Warnings: typical canon violence, some spoilers of the manga.

Okay, for starters, YOU CANT TELL ME THAT HIS S/O IS NOT ONE OF THE REASONS THIS MAN VALUES HIS LIVE SO MUCH!

We all know that Kusakabe, although he is quite strong, does not really want to risk dying and prefers tasks that do not endanger his life, such as evacuating civilians and facing minor curses.

partly because he appreciates his life...and partly because I don't think he wants to cause pain to the few people he loves (reader included).

He wants to LIVE HIS LIFE with his s/o, he doesn't want to die prematurely and leave them alone!

I firmly believe that if he had a partner they would probably be a civilian, because 1- then he wouldn't have to worry about them dying because of sorcery work and 2- he can finally have some normality and peace of mind.

TELL ME THIS MAN IS NOT LOOKING FOR TRANQUILITY WHEN HE IS THE TEACHER OF A GROUP OF SUPER POWERFUL CHILDREN. OF WHICH *TOUDO* HIMSELF IS A PART

I imagine him in part as a boyfriend-father, who, although he is usually quite serious, usually shows that he cares in other ways, such as asking if you have eaten, buying food if you haven't, going for a walk to clear your head if you feel overwhelmed. . that kind of things.

As I said before, he is someone who appreciates tranquility a lot compared to his rather hectic life, so I think he would meet his s/o somewhere where he often lives as a civilian, perhaps (similar to Nanami with the girl at the bread) from some place where he goes to eat after his missions.

You could say that seeing his s/o gives him a hit of dopamine.

THERE IS DEFINITELY NO WAY YOU LET YOUR STUDENTS KNOW ABOUT YOUR S/O. he wants to save himself from Miwa's constant teasing and questions.

although maybe after a while (and only to Miwa) I show ONE (1) photo and brag a little about them.

There is also a possibility that he ends up talking a little about his s/o to Panda in Shibuya, just to calm down and not be so stressed, you could say that is the effect it has on him.

I can see him as a protective boyfriend, more than anything because just as he appreciates his life a lot, he appreciates his s/o's A LOT MORE, and will give him priority over that of others (he thinks it's appropriate, they are civilians after all).

There's not much chance that he'll end up running into his s/o during a mission, but that can either automatically lower his stress level considerably or raise it to unimaginable levels.

If it were a normal mission, it is most likely the first case, since there he can simply greet his s/o and have them go somewhere else for "safety issues" and be reassured that they are away from danger. even if it is a lesser grade curse.

Now, if his s/o were involved in a mission like SHIBUYA he's definitely losing his shit trying to protect them. and he is escorting them all the time with Panda to wherever it is safe and far from danger.

He grows green gray hair, as we say in my country.

It doesn't mean he's against his s/o going to see him at work! Quite the opposite, but he prefers that they go see him when he is a teacher.

I think he would especially like it if his s/o brings him food (whether made by them or bought) or something like that (more cigarettes/candy) and he is very grateful.

Although he doesn't like to share his love life with his students, he is DEFINITELY bragging to his workmates about how he DOES HAVE TIME for good things and that he doesn't regret anything >:)

He's like "that's what happens to you for not doing things the easy way, not like me, I even have an INCREDIBLE and very pretty partner😎" he's shameless.

I would say that his main language of affection would be compliments in a certain way, he knows what to say to get his way in situations where it is required, but with his partner that translates to what he knows what to say to cheer them up or make their day better. .

apart from the fact that he is much more attentive than one would think due to his vague nature.

He remembers his partner's main dislikes well, although he sometimes uses that against them to joke with them (for example, if they don't like bugs, he will chase them with a spider around the house) but he never takes it too far. It's just a little fun between the two.

Apart from that he knows very well when his partner really likes something or if he only says he likes it so as not to hurt his feelings, which is nice, but he prefers sincerity in those types of aspects.

very direct.

Let's say that just as he greatly appreciates his life and KNOWS that he could die at any moment, he doesn't want to waste time, so he is going to be as direct as possible with his s/o if what he wants is something lasting or something temporary, he will do it. which is very good for the relationship honestly.

I think his Achilles heel with the relationship would be PDA, I mean, he doesn't mind things like holding hands or kissing in public, but I don't think he does much more or at least with people around.

low key his s/o will be the one who initiates physical contact at the beginning.

The dates are usually either somewhere preferred by both (anywhere where salmon eyes don't work, please) or right at home watching ridiculous movies to disconnect a little from reality.

or even just be silent for a while with your s/o, at PEACE and let things flow in your head, this is what you do more than anything on a particularly bad day at work.

Sometimes he blurts out sudden thoughts about thoughts he's keeping from work to his partner, it's completely unintentional, but it helps him open up more honestly to his partner.

He's generally pretty open about almost everything, EXCEPT his job, so his s/o has to appreciate those kinds of moments of vulnerability.

As for issues of, for example, settling down, I think he wouldn't be against it at all.

His job already causes him enough stress, it is not unreasonable to think that one day he would like to retire and function alone as a teacher or some other common job (anything seems like baby play compared to cursing).

Along with that, I can see him in this case proposing to his s/o, wanting them to be in his life permanently and "officially" so to speak.

As for the children...I don't think he would want in the first place. He just doesn't see anyone he likes (he can barely stand his own students, my God), so he could be fine with an s/o who has that same opinion.

Did you see that Kusakabe has a sister named Usami? the one who was devastated by the death of her son so they gave her something similar to Panda.

I imagine that Kusakabe would take VERY much into account if his sister likes his s/o to continue the relationship, Usami is one of the few people he cares about and believes that it is appropriate to have his approval.

Can you imagine if Kusakabe had met his boyfriend through his sister? That would be nice

Probably his s/o is also one of the few people with whom he confides secrets like about his sister's son, I don't think he reveals important things about work, but he definitely lets his s/o know that it is for the greater good and especially for their safety.

I saw on the wiki that apparently he likes fishing, it would probably be a hobby that he normally likes to do alone, but if his s/o shows interest, he will try to teach them the basics in a decent way and have them form their own opinion about it.

He secretly hopes that they like it, but no pressure.

Kusakabe wants them to share the hobby because they both like it after all, he doesn't see the point in it being just to spend time together if they don't enjoy it :/

Now, going to the elephant in the room, a s/o sorcerer or part of the academy.

It would be more useful in the aspect of seeing each other often, since they would constantly see if their s/o is a teacher in Kyoto as well.

They could even do joint classes to teach their students an ear of tricks (and that way he doesn't have to give it all alone). ironically the students would respect the s/o more than their normal sensei.

Even if the s/o was from Tokyo, it's not that there would be a serious problem in seeing each other, they send him on missions nearby often, so they could take advantage and see each other after finishing work or better yet, go on missions together.

The problem would be that his more protective side comes to light, which is not necessarily bad, but it can be somewhat annoying.

always puts the s/o behind or does the work before the s/o can do his part, especially if it is a mid-grade curse.

which can be irritating because HELLO, they are of the SAME RANK, they are supposed to be able to do the same things.

Kusakabe should learn to stop being so scared when his sorcerer s/o goes on a mission with him and let them do their job.

Even if we're honest, after that phase, they make a good combo, especially if your s/o encourages you to get out of your comfort zone and not be so lazy.

It would be like the dynamics of "no energy" and "a lot of energy" in short.

He finds it adorable that they believe in him so much, but at the same time he thinks they should be less naïve before the world of Jujustu swallows them alive.

He still liked the idea of settling down, but in this situation it will have to be his s/o who takes the first step. It's a feeling.

In general, if you are one of the few people this man cares about, rest assured that he will not take your affection or your company for granted. He will appreciate it as much as he can and APPRECIATE you as much as he can.

He just wants to live another day. hopefully with you.

DogDay haves ADHD and OCD.

He's currently dating Bobby Bearhug and CatNap in a poly relationship!

His body is warmer than normal and if you look closely, he shines quite a tad, just like a sun!

His pendant shines in the dark.

His paw pads are yellow and also shine in the dark.

Stims mainly by jumping, wagging his tail, woofing, howling, and most often yet, biting stuff.

He would realize he had overly protective tendencies when someone severely injures you. (Belphegor?!)

He’s extremely intelligent and crafty, one of the worst characters to have obsessed with you.

He would share you with Diavolo, but nobody else. (Unless Diavolo wants to share you with Barbatos.Big three on top! Literally…)

Things would probably be the same unless you’re in love with another or discover Lucifer’s infatuation with you. Be prepared to find yourself locked up someplace nobody else can find if Lucifer decides it’s the only way to effectively protect you. (Holy shit Belphegor reference two?!)

He says he considers you an equal, but you know he thinks he’s better than you. You’re just a weak human that needs protection.

Would purposely not heal you after punishments, but would never leave permanent scars on you.

Would not try to break you, condition you to certain things, or permanently disfigure you. He prefers his human in ‘mint condition’.

Will occasionally gaslight you into thinking it’s your fault for his obsession.

Biggest downside is that he doesn’t get memes and doesn’t like them.

Mammon

Would realize he wanted you for himself if he saw you becoming romantically interested in another.

MC… he loved you even if he claimed he didn’t. Why would you do this to him?

He’s hurt, but realizes eventually he has to stop sulking and take control of the situation.

He makes it painfully obvious that he’s been sneaking into your room at night, the greedy bastard can’t resist taking some of your belongings for himself!

He secretly hopes you notice.

He’ll find more and more reasons to keep you close to him, he would definitely let you off the hook for being disobedient unlike Lucifer and some of the others.

Chill most of the time, I bet his crows would really like you too. :)

The type of guy to take pictures of you while you sleep.

Leviathan

Would realize he needed you the first time you defended him.

Everyone says he’d be a perverted freak. I personally think they’re wrong.

He’s the type to try and lock himself away until these strange feelings for you go away…

And if they don’t…

Leviathan will turn to romance manga and anime to try and see what it is he should do.

Honestly, I think he’d have more respect for you than the others. He thinks everything about you is impressive.

If he realizes he’s acting like a yandere he’ll probably shut himself in his room again.

He’s so scared that you’ll find out he’s a ‘freak’ that he goes back to watching/reading romance manga/anime to try and copy the actions a normal protagonist would take.

If he gives up on trying to be normal and turns to darker content… well…

That’s when things could possibly become freaky.

Satan

He realizes that you belong to him when you tell him you think he’s more than his sin.

Probably goes to Asmodeus for advice at first.

He’s been grooming you for quite a long time, earning your trust like a stray cat.

He wants to give you the perfect, domestic life.

He tries to make you fall in love naturally but seeing you around other people (especially Lucifer) makes his blood boil.

Another case of wanting things to stay the same.

He has an incredible amount of patience, both from years after years of attempting to repress his unexplainable amount of rage, and from the sweet delusion that one day you’ll love him too.

Unlike his dad, he’s okay with conditioning. He will do it slowly- like training an animal.

There’s a good chance that, like Leviathan, he’ll stay away from you. Not because he’s worried about what you think of him, no. It’s because he knows these urges will eventually get the better of him and that when they do terrible things will happen to you.

Asmodeus

It’s complicated- you know he’s constantly partying and sleeping with other demons, yet when you do it he feels upset.

That’s sooo not fair to you, darling-! He’ll try not to let his jelousy get out of hand. He wants you to have fun too!

He starts to feel like you enjoy yourself more when you’re around others, he doesn’t like that.

He’s the glorious Asmodeus. You need to know that nobody will ever compare to him!

He’d take breaks from social media to start doing research on what you like.

His content and look will start changing based on whatever you’re into.

Asmodeus doesn’t feel perfect anymore, not until you can see him as perfect in your eyes.

Let’s be honest, the closer he becomes to your ideal man/whatever you prefer the harder it’s going to be to not fall for him.

You’re going to fall for him.

Beelzebub

Sorry gang, I really struggled trying to think about yandere Beel. He just… I just don’t know that much about him and he really doesn’t seem like the type? If someone wants it, I’ll come up with something. I have a few ideas.

Belphegor

You’re going to lose a limb or two. Or three- or just everything!

He’ll slowly fall for you, there won’t really be a pivotal moment that will make it click for him. Maybe he’d fall for you sooner if Beelzebub thinks you’re neat.

A small plus with Belphegor is sometimes he’ll overlook something you do he doesn’t like because he’s too tired to do something about it.

Will literally chug a fucking monster energy to do whatever without falling asleep if you really piss him off.

Actually kind of considerate, knows he sleeps a lot so he usually has a show on to entertain you. Once he woke up and apparently My Little Pony was playing and he said something about gay furry propaganda and went on a rant about why it makes him mad when people call him a furry for having a cow-print pillowcase.

Unlike Lucifer he fucking loves memes. Will snort if you show him a good one…

if you still have hands or access to a device.

I started it 3 months ago, forgot about it, and spent an hour trying to write the rest so I could have something mildly decent to post. I bet there are an unfathomable amount of grammatical errors that render this entire thing unreadable. 😭

Tim Drake HC if he never became robin

(Let's face it, no way he was normal. the brain rot is real)

He was thirteen when Jason died, and he was getting pretty concerned for Bruce, but also getting really off put by the violence becuase batman was never that violent

This pretty much culminates in THE INCIDENT

Tim isn't even taking pictures that night, he had after school detention, and because he knew gotham so well, was decently more muscular then the average person and very fast, he was taking his time

He watches batman almost kill someone. The man will never be able to walk again.

He calls the police, and continues hiding and following Bruce, because something was going on, and lets face it, he didn't really have any plans.

He doesn't know this, but lady shiva is in gotham, and doing the same thing

It turns out theres a villan AND hero intervention going on, where clark may or may not be guilt tripping bruce HARD into getting help

However, before Tim can trail him to the intervention, someone catches his eye

He's not that well dressed, Suit looks nice-ish, but the tie is obviously thrifted, and his watch is a little too good (classic signs of working for a gang, intimidation, spurts of money, clearly not knowing how to spend smart)

Tim decides that this is more important. Plus, what's he going to do tailing batman? Get caught while not even doing anything? No thank you

It turns out that guy worked falcon, and long story short, Tim ends up fighting a bunch of gang members in a wearhouse.

He takes out around half before, Oh lookie there, its batman, and he's rescheduled his intervention till the morning.

Tim is proper injured, a few good bruises and a couple generously bleeding cuts.

Then, because batman is fighting everyone in the warehouse, not just goons, because he doesn’t know what Tim is doing there, skewers him to the wall with a batarang.

Tim pretends to be knocked out but is going what the fuck batman inside his head

Shiva, who has been watching this entire encounter, and was very impressed by someone with little to no formal training goes and drops down menacingly from the rafters

She offers to train Tim and he's like sure ;-;

They go back to paris, and just to say, Tim's parents aren't just MIA. They straight up moved out of gotham and keep limated contact with tim, just making sure CPS doesn't get them into legal trouble

Tims fine with that too

So, in paris, Tim and lady shiva are kicking ass. Tim is learning to play dirty but also gains a strict code

He's very clear that he wont kill anyone, and that he believes keeping them alive is a sign of strength. that he wasn't so weak that killing them was his only option

They disagree but eventually Tim's pretty good at combat and Shiva sends him on his marry way (he beats her in a fight by drugging some food she ate four days prior and wouldn't set in until she was testing him)

Hii WB anon here and I'm back again!! Saw your posts about spitdash and oh my god, I love the way you actually acknowledge the unfortunate power dynamic and found a way to make it work!! I think it's very romantic how Spitfire chose to step down in order to date rainbows dash, it's adorable!! As always your art and headcanons are great. Speaking of headcanons!! Since you've mentioned soarin and spitfire dynamics a few times, can we have more about them/soarin as a whole? I do not remember if I've mentioned it in the last ask but soarin is my personal favorite, I have a closer bond to him since he's the reason I got into the wonderbolts in the first place. So I'd love to see if you have any headcanons about him (fyi I will probably go back into your ask box to ask about the others but for now we're focusing on soarin he needs his moment to shine)

You hold a special place in my heart for asking about the WB, Soarin and Spitty... Oof long text incoming about them!

One recurring hc I have is that they're childhood friends - even platonic soulmates.

I hc Spitfire to have had a lot of trouble making friends as a kid. Mainly because she had way too much energy, an insane competitive drive and quite the anger issues. She didn't have anything against other kids per se, she wasn't just mean. But her natural talent for flying and quick frustration when others wouldn't do as she wanted (like a partner not giving it their all during a race or a slower runner making it hard for her to pass them during a run/race) were a toxic combination and made her explode regularly. Hearing her shout and stomp in frustration wasn't uncommon. Naturally, kids used to avoid and/or gossip about her, even if she tried to find some friends and help others get to her level so they could do some friendly racing or sparring. Some kids may have provoked her, which would usually result in a brawl or some form of violence depending on the other kid's attitude, as soon as she felt her pride was harmed. Ultimately she didn't want to harm other per se. She was just hyper-focused on running, flying, anything adrenaline, and had a lot of trouble managing her emotions.

Insert Soarin: I mentioned that he definitely loves a good race and winning as much as the other Wonderbolts - a quality anyone has naturally in that position. But outside of a race, I hc him as the softest, most relaxed, and also most tired guy there is. He really just encapsulates this meme for me (just imagine there are also dark circles)

He's docile, friendly and (as a kid) very agreeable - which unfortunately, resulted in him having trouble finding true friends as well and getting bullied. While he got to tag along, he was often the butt of a joke due to his soft nature. Being used as a water boy or personal butler also was daily routine, which he accepted with a heavy heart. I hc Soarin to have a strong sense of justice and having very developed empathy even as a kid. He's a thinker, a strategist. He observes, notices and concludes. He's not stupid. He knows and can tell the other kids don't really like him and treat him badly, but he just wants to have some friends. Plus, he's not very courageous (as a kid) and doesn't want to face arguing and fighting. He just wants to be included.

His "friend" group doesn't like Spitfire and definitely called her a crazy devil. Soarin initially only heard bad and frankly, quite intimidating things about her. But after meeting her he quickly concludes that she's not a real threat and just has some trouble with her anger. But she's trying to be helpful and outside of any competition is actually rather calm and nice.

There's no specific hc how they met but it was definitely Soarin who tried to initiate contact and a friendship. And Spitfire who was probably wary about him due to his friend group. I love to think they connected very quickly and balanced each other out well. Soarin was the first kid who would race her no matter how often he'd lose and not get annoyed or angry at her. Which was because he immediately noticed that she doesn't like to put others down - she just loves to race, win and get better. After a while he also realized, that she loves any kind of improvement, really. Not just her own. She'd give him tips, train with him and would also get just as excited when he got better. She just loved adrenaline, training and most importantly - seeing improvement and success. For her or others. It's something Sptifire never noticed herself and it was Soarin who, years later, would mention it and ultimately be the reason why she would end up as captain of the Wonderbolts.

Kid Spitfire would be good for Soarin too: not only standing up to anyone who treated him badly, but also getting him to speak out for himself and say out his thoughts out loud.

Honestly, I just love them getting each other. Even when they're completely different in character. They look at each other and they just know. They know when the other is unwell or when there is something off. There is almost no secret they can keep from the other. They know what the other needs, wants, desires. And by adulthood, they'd trust each other with their life. UGH I really really love them as platonic soulmates.

They walk side by side in each others lives. They're a perfect match and in the Wonderbolts, as captain and deputy, they're an almost unstoppable team. Not only because they trust and care about each other like no one else, but also because they both can separate work from their personal feelings. They're both able to make decisions that may be unpleasant for their friendship but greatly benefit the Wonderbolts.

A characteristic also great in arguments btw: Just because they understand and get each other doesn't mean they always agree with each other. I imagine they definitely get into loud arguments. Soarin can be just as stubborn as Spitfire in some aspects, especially when he thinks he has the correct facts and logic on his side. (It's the stubborn, analytical science side of his.) Though for them, it's easy to not take arguing personal. They may get frustrated but they can clearly differentiate that the topic at hand is the problem and each other. So it's not uncommon for them to be arguing and shouting at each other and having casual, friendly lunch 15 min later. Something that the other Wonderbolts definitely have a hard time understanding.

Some last points: Soarin has never had any jealousy towards Spitfire, neither as a kid, nor as her deputy. And maybe it's exactly because of this why she's made him deputy and then captain after her departure. I imagine her stepping down (for romance of all things, which he later learns) is the first thing he truly, never ever saw coming. He's usually great at reading and anticipating her. But this? It takes him by COMPLETE surprise and he definitely has a very hard time accepting it. It's like a surreal fever dream. He may even have a small crisis, thinking that she'll be gone for good after - just leaving him behind. This fear probably takes a LOT of reassurance from Spitfire to calm him down again.

I've written way too much already, so I'll just end it with two short hcs:

1) He's got trouble with sleep and insomnia since teenage years. It's often a joke with friends or later on in the WBs. Jokes he usually goes along with or even initiates. Spitfire is one of the few people who know that it's more than just jokes, and that some days it really takes a hard toll on him. They used to share beds - which helped Soarin sleep - and still sometimes do in the WBs. Which also leads into:

2) In some AUs, I hc they did have some flings and physical/sexual experience with each other. But the details are too much and complex to write out and too nsfw to include into this post.

craig texts you so often, almost all the time, even if you're in the same room. he'll send you memes that he thinks will make you laugh. and since he has a hard time verbally expressing some of his emotions, he'll text them to you instead of saying them out loud. it's easier for him, he gets to say what he wants to say, and you appreciate that he does try to talk about his feelings with you.

he'll text you if he is upset and needs to vent, or when he just wants to let you know how much he loves you, how pretty he thought you looked today, or about how amazing he thinks you are in general.

he often does this with notes as well. he'll write sweet notes and love letters for you and put them in your bag, your locker, or on your desk. almost every time he goes over to your house, he brings a note to hide somewhere he knows you'll find before he leaves. it always makes your day when you find one.

back to texting, he sends you so many pictures of his hamster, stripe, pictures of him and stripe, videos of stripe, videos of him with stripe. craig thinks of you both as stripe's parents. he calls her your baby and uses her as an excuse to invite you over.

"come over. our baby misses her mom."

he loves how well you get along with stripe. it fills his heart with so much joy when he sees you playing with her, helping to take care of her, and loving her as much as he does. it makes him wanna wife you up fr.

he'll see you kissing stripe and he'll just be like "we should get married."

he does his best to make sure that you never doubt his feelings for you, even when he has a hard time expressing them to you. he never wants to unintentionally make you feel like he might not love you just because it's sometimes difficult for him to show a lot of emotion.

craig will flip off anyone that bothers you in any way. if another guy flirts with you, he'll flip him off. if someone is staring at you, he'll flip them off. if you tell him that you dislike a certain person, he'll flip them off too.

he keeps the same energy when someone insults you as he does when someone insults stripe. he can and will beat a bitch for talking shit, no matter who it is. and after he kicks their ass, he will flip them off every time he sees them from then on.

he's the type of boyfriend to defend you no matter what. he doesn't care what you do to warrant ant kind of verbal or physical violence from anyone, he will not let them touch you.

"fuck off and leave her alone."

"dude, she fucking stabbed me."

"okay, and??"

bro holds hella grudges too. he will never forget it when anyone says/does anything remotely negative about/to you. he takes it more personally than you do, honestly. even with you make amends with this person, or they apologize, he still will not like them.

"why are you talking to him? he called you a stupid last year."

"oh, that girl? she's a bitch, dude. she yelled at my girlfriend a few months ago."

you guys are definitely the type of couple who will be jokingly mean and sarcastic with each other. he'll tease you, and you'll tease him. it makes you both laugh, and you're both so secure when it comes to how the other feels about you that you never question whether or not the other is actually trying to be mean. you both know that you're just messing around.

you and caig will also jokingly flip each other off occasionally as well and it's so funny when the people around you see this and are like "wtf?".

if you meet his family and can deal with all of them being lowkey aggressive and flipping each other off all the time, then you're with him for life, and he is not letting you go. his family also falls in love with you too, and, after some time, you'll become so close with them that they'll start flipping you off too and expecting you to do the same.

you guys might as well be married at that point, because you are now officially considered part of the family.

he rarely initiates PDA, but he's definitely always holding your hand in public, especially if you're in a large space or in a crowd. he's worried that, if he lets you go, you might wander off, and he'll lose you.

but craig will never reject any kind of affection you show him in public, no matter who's around. he doesn't want to tell you to stop while you're demonstrating how much you love him. kiss him, hug him, love him all you want, everywhere you go.

he's actually so honored that you like to show off the fact that you're dating him in front of other people. it makes him feel so loved and appreciated. he absolutely loves when he notices other guys getting jealous when they see that you're with him. feeds his ego so much.

in general, he has a hard time initiating any physical contact beyond holding your hand or occasionally kissing you on the cheek. he's ridiculously touch starved, however, and he is always craving any kind of touch you'll treat him to. it makes him sooo happy when you initiate physical affection with him. and, the more you do it, the more confident he'll become in initiating it himself.

he can get pretty cuddly in private. he loves to cuddle you at any opportunity he's given. one of his favorite things to do with you is to fall asleep and take a nap with you in his arms, or him in yours. he feels so special when you fall asleep on him, like you trust him so much that you feel safe enough to be in your most vulnerable state with him. it makes him feel appreciated, and it makes him want to protect you, to always make sure you feel safe when you're with him.

craig likes it when you play with his hair almost as much as he likes to play with yours. you are the only person allowed to touch his hair. he likes to brush your hair and try to style it, but he really only knows how to braid. if you leave the braids he makes in your hair he will be sooo happy! especially if it's in front of other people.

he normally hates it when people call him on the phone, but if it's you, he'll stay on call for as long as you want. if you must call him, however, he prefers facetime. it feels more to him like having a conversation in person, which is what he likes more.

he's kinda funny tho, because he hates calls, but he'll send you so many voice messages over text, and he loves it when you send him some back.

he isn't ticklish at all but he thinks it's so funny when you try to tickle him that you'll still get a giggle out of him. he likes to tickle you too, because he loves making you laugh, as well as being able to touch you and be so close to you while doing so. he'll be very sarcastic with you, as well, making jokes and messing with you just to hear your cute laughter.

craig gets jealous pretty easily because, although he might now show it, he's a little insecure. he kind of feels like you're out of his league, and you could easily find another guy who's better at opening up and showing you affection. you have to reassure him a lot because of this, but it's not like you mind most of the time.

occasionally, when he gets upset about anything, he'll have such a difficult time sharing his feelings that he'll bottle them up until he can't anymore. this sometimes results in him lashing out at you. caig is very chill most of the time, however, so this rarely happens.

you kinda have to work, especially at the beginning of the relationship, to take the time to recognize the small subliminal things he does or says when he's sad, angry, or jealous. but, after some time, it gets much easier for him to open up to you.

he has a love/hate relationship with you trying to comfort him. he obviously loves your attention, and appreciates it so much that you care for him and want him to be okay, but he also slightly feels like a burden when you have to take care of him emotionally. especially because he feels like he's not good enough at comforting you to return the favor.

sometimes he doesn't know how to make you feel better when you're upset. he's never really had to comfort anyone before, and he has rarely ever been comforted by anyone else (due to the fact that he doesn't often get upset enough to need comforting), so he's not exactly sure how to go about it.

he does his best, but sometimes he'll accidentally say things that make it worse, and then he has to apologize for them. he often doesn't understand why you get so upset about certain things, so he might be a little insensitive about it by saying that your feelings don't make sense, or that you're being dramatic. in his mind, he's thinking about it logically and feels like, if he can get you to do the same, it'll make you feel better.

it is rare, but there have been times where he's gotten so frustrated while trying to comfort you, either because nothing he was saying was helping or because he kept unintentionally making it worse, that he has raised his voice at you. but craig does his best to recognize when he feels like he's about to lose his cool, and if he does, he'll just leave you alone while you're upset until you both calm down.

craig also has a hard time telling when you're upset, even if you feel like it's obvious. and that sometimes makes you feel like he doesn't care, which isn't true at all. he just doesn't know.

he mainly resorts to just hugging you when you're upset, telling you that he love's you an that everything will be okay. occasionally he'll also hand you stripe hoping that she makes you feel better, because she makes him feel better.

he makes up for everything by being an amazing listener. after a few conversations, he learns how to handle these situations in a more affective way. he has learned to ask you what exactly you need from him. if you want a hug, if you want his opinion/advice, or if you just want him to listen to you while you vent.

he does really love you and want to help you, it just takes some communication for him to learn the best ways for him to help you. craig will truly thrive in a relationship with a partner that is patient and does their best to communicate with him.

Live-read: The Wheel of Destiny #1, Atcham.

Before I begin this post I want to acknowledge multiple things:

On the hierarchy of canonical media, web articles are like... the bottom of the barrel. I already suspected this, but season 4 fully retconning Eva's parents from the lore articles sealed the deal. For this reason, take these as nothing but the sort of canon that will get retconned at the first available opportunity.

I recently found out that the Wheel of Destiny 8, the one about Kerubim, seems to use stolen fanart by Flowerimh, which is sad. I don't know where else to put this, because I don't want to make a separate post about this. Flowerimh isn't even active anymore...

Despite these two things, let us proceed to read this article together:

So, this article happens anywhere from one year to a decade before Joris was born, and at this time, Atcham and Julith were already acquainted and spending free time together.

Spoiler alert: They are searching for Kerubim.

Keke getting called a "precious runt" is on par with the shit Joris gets called. Wonderful. I do wonder why they would search for him in Brakmar. Someone confused him for Atcham? Maybe they asked Kerubim himself, and he didn't want to deal with them, and so, sent them to Brakmar on a wild goose chase?

I will not be asking "what did he do" because, like, Fifi Pretty Calves exists. He has enough enemies to have a price on his head.

I am literally in love with him, and every single way he is described in this part of the text.

"He had a preference for sibilant sounds", "Aw, poor little puppy", "the only reason he hadn't robbed them blind is because he wanted to know more".

He was so excited.... he thought they wanted him (not carnally).... 😢

He takes a lot of pride in his work and insane behaviours.

Atcham considers himself an extraordinary adventurer and a valiant fighter. AND HE ISSSSSS. But it is interesting that besides being a killer for hire, he probably also adventures.

He was so ready to be the one people wanted to kill just once, and they ruined his whole fucking evening.

Imagine this being your day-to-day life, for decades. Just people laughing at you, laughing because you still hadn't caught on that you're the joke, and laughing when you finally understand that, and get upset.

Laughing about you behind your back, to some random stranger, too. Because they still hadn't realized they're literally talking about him.

I think this is a good time to say that I headcanon Atcham as autistic. It is simply a headcanon, but one rooted in the themes of his character. I think it is a fitting conclusion, (albeit, just like my hcs of Joris having ADHD and OCD and Kerubim having comorbid BPD and HPD, very accidental one, on part of the writers).

I could talk for hours on the way neurodivergence, disability, body issues, and violence-as-response-to-abuse intersect in Atcham's character, — or the way he hates everyone preemptively, because he knows that they will probably hurt him, yet still tries to be at least a bit kind and fair to others (....who aren't Kerubim).

I am probably not autistic, — however, I am neurodivergent, and I love & relate to him, so yeah. Always rotating this bingus in my brain.

Imagine this being your whole life.

I read descriptions of Atcham being cool and fast, and all the analysis leaves my brain as I say "awooga hummina hummina".

The fact that nobody ever wed him is literally so unrealistic, like WHAT DO YOU MEAN you don't want the weird, mentally ill, neurodivergent twink.

We never see Atcham's home in Brakmar, but from the description of "tattered", and the way his bed looks in the comic panel I inserted earlier in the post, it is safe to say his home is the definition of "girlrotting". It probably smells. Bad.

Because of her visiting his home so nonchalantly, and their interactions as a whole, I like to view Atcham and Julith as somewhat close friends, — as close as two very emotionally repressed people, who have a huge age difference, and don't like to admit that they feel anything positive, can be.

He probably didn't mourn her, — not after she was presumed dead for ten years, and not after she died for real.

But he probably still thinks about her, once in a while.

ZALGO HCS

Its hard coming up with a base for a character who can really just be summed up with “evil meme wants to destroy humanity” but I tried because he is my husband and I Iove him dearly.

Zalgo feeds off of chaos, destruction, and corruption. He emits this aura that makes people easy to charm, or irrational and angry.

Yes, Zalgo occasionally directly ruins, influences, and corrupts people for fun. But it would not be accurate to point at every single sign of evil and blame Zalgo for it.

Rather than making people evil, or corrupt, or a bully, Zalgo focuses on tormenting the already tormented.

Zalgo just pushes people over the edge.

Where there is chaos, violence, evil, corruption, Zalgo is aware of it. He isn’t “there” spectating the ordeal with a ghostly bucket of popcorn, but he is aware of it and he feeds off it.

He can take a look at one person and know exactly what they have went through, and what has shaped them and ruined them, and he credits himself for it and uses it to his advantage. This is what I mean when I say Zalgo is aware of all the horrible things that happen.

Does Zalgo deserve this credit he gives himself? Most of the time, no, but it makes him feel good and his ego is too massive for him to acknowledge the truth.

There are many factors that led to creepypastas like Jeff going insane and Eyeless Jack turning into what he is now, but Zalgo just claims that he is the reason why they are what they are and takes pride in it, even though his claim is false.

Zalgo can be only closely described as a “force of nature” only when he is confined to or trapped in the UnderRealm. When confined to the UnderRealm, Zalgo is unable to manifest himself and become tangible. He is nothing but a voice in people’s heads, trying to mess with their thoughts and/or an invisible force fucking with people’s emotions and rational.

This is where the “corrupt media” part of him comes in. Zalgo corrupts media, messes with people’s minds and emotions to gain more influence, to cause more chaos, so that he can manifest himself into a physical form where he is much more powerful and influential.

The UnderRealm is not a tangible place, you cannot go there, you cannot take a step in there, it is not a place, just a state of existence, you are dead, but also alive at the same time.

Obviously being non-existent and existent at the same time sounds extremely conflicting and unpleasant, so no wonder Zalgo does all he can to keep his influence to prevent himself from being banished back there.
