My own reasons to starve myself (u can add some of yours if you want):
My mom (+ everyone else) will keep on body shaming me if I don’t
To feel small and comfortable in clothes
Feel confident while wearing a bikini
It would be easier for boys to pick me up
Feeling light and comfortable

A work out that gets me sweating and is good is the Lazy girl full body work out by Vicky Justiz (it’s a quiet work out for those of us who have nosey parents who listen in or others in the house) I normally do it 2x a day once in the morning and once at night and this is the link to it too
