Give me Regulus who will litteraly stomp his foot and pout if things don't go in his favor!

Give me Regulus who will litteraly just go up to his brother and say he wants something, a new book, clothes, something bad done to his enemies, etc, and Sirius might rolls his eyes but do it none the less.

Give me Regulus who, is frustrated when the person he likes doesn't seem to like him back (can be anyone, James, Barty, Remus, ect) (and they do like him back they're just more subtle than him) and will just complain, and complain to his friends and Narcissa and try to demand they do something about it, and when they say there's nothing they can do (cause obvi, you can't force someone to like you, even if you are Regulus Black) he will cross his arms, pout, and turn away.

Give me Regulus who acts all sweet and innocent to try and get what he wants, but the second hes told no, he becomes this, vemon spitting, insult throwing, evil little devil who will stop at nothing to let you know how horrible he thinks you are (he usually has to be physically dragged away by his friends/Sirius/partner)

Give me Regulus who, everyone knows not to say no to, cause if they do, not only will they have to face his tantrums, they'll also have to face his over protective older brother. And in some extreme cases, even his parents and cousins.

Give me Regulus who, even his teachers, hardly ever say no to. His teachers are about the only ones who don't have to deal with Regulus's tantrums when they tell him no, he just makes it everyone else's problem. But they still hardly ever say no to him cause, one, they've seen how he is when other people tell him no and they don't want that directed at them, and two, like I said, Regulus is really sweet and innocent seeming when hes not throwing a fit and they don't want to see that change. I bet Regulus was always "a pleasure to have in class" lol.

Give me Regulus who, upon meeting Sirius's friends, determined how he was going to act towards them with a single glance, and now they never know piece, because Regulus decided that, since Sirius spoke, oh so highly of them, then they must be just fine with doing as Regulus says.

Give me Regulus who, as a child, whenever he told Sirius to do something and he wouldn't, would purposely burst into tears when he knew his parents were looking just so Sirius would get in trouble and he'd get what he wanted. (Maybe this one is too far...) (Let's pretend their parents weren't crazy abvsive) (Not physically at least...)

Regulus was the youngest out of, not only his siblings (he only has the one), but also his cousins. This man doesn't know the meaning of the word no.

We all say Regulus is the "favorite" so let's play into that!

I wouldn't say I'm the favorite, but I am the only girl so I'm used to getting what I want. And when I don't, I get really f-ing confused and rain hell fire! (And listening I know that's bad but old habits die hard, I'm trying really hard not to do that anymore)

“You’re not welcome here! You need to leave because I’m not serving you!” He snarled as Regulus took a seat. Half the stuff that had happened to him at that house was because of his brother. He’d protected him so many times from the wroth of Walburga, and he’d never returned the favour. He’d done fine without him, without them for five years, and he certainly didn’t need his little brother coming back into his life like this.

“Are you going to kick James out as well for bringing me here?” Regulus questioned him cooly, knowing full well that Sirius would never throw James out.

“No,” He grumbled back. He was about to go on and explain the difference, but Regulus cut him off. 

“Exactly. I’m staying. Now I’ll have what James is having, it sounds good.” Regulus lifted his chin in that elitist way that made Sirius want to punch him.

“But you don’t eat dairy, or carbs, or processed ham for that matter. How are you going to eat a cheese and ham toastie?” Ha, he's got him now. He crossed his arms, smirking. 

“It’s been five years since you last spoke to me and ten since you cared. Things change, Sirius. I changed.” Regulus clasped his hands together, ending the conversation. 

“Now are you going to stop with the attitude and serve your paying customers or am I going to have to leave you a bad review?” Sirius was fuming. His attitude was fine with anyone but Regulus. He spun around and stormed off, leaving the little group to themselves while he made the cheesiest cheese toastie he’d ever made. 

Regulus’s toastie was bulging in the middle, it was so stuffed with cheese. Sirius had to bite back a laugh when he picked up the drinks order from Remus’s counter, pumpkin spiced lattes, James’s favourite, and Regulus had ordered one as well. He was going to hate it so much. 

“Here you go,” Sirius plastered a fake smile on his face. “Enjoy,” He said before he went to clear the other tables. 

He watched Regulus out of the corner of his eye and took great pleasure when his brother took a sip of his coffee and grimaced. But he ate everything on his plate and finished the abomination of a drink before heading up to the counter to pay. Sirius felt he deserved a medal for not cheering after his brother as he walked across the café. He was so ready for him to disappear from his life for another five years, hopefully longer. 

“Your money is no good here. You’re family,” Remus said loudly. Damn it. “Come back soon. James, tell Regulus about the BBQ next weekend. You’re more than welcome to come, Regulus.” Remus called cheerily after them as the pair walked out the door. 

“Remus!” Sirius squawked as he stomped over to the counter. 

“Yes, my dear?” Remus battered his eyelashes at him. 

“Why the fuck would you do that?!” He was so angry, but not at Remus, never at Remus. Regulus just had to come back and spoil things. 

“Because, sweetheart, you’re blinded by your hatred of your parents and that house. You always lump Regulus in with the bad and forget about all the good times you had with him,” Remus leant over the counter and held Sirius's face between his hands. “My love, you need to forgive him. He was only a boy.”

“So was I!” Sirius tried to defend himself, but it was pointless. Remus was right. None of it was really Regulus’s fault. It was all on their parents. He closed his eyes and let his head hang in Remus’s hands for a moment. 

“I know, sweetheart. I know. But can you try, for me? You never know, this might be your chance to make more good memories and get him out of that house. If he’s really thinking about telling them, he’s going to need his big brother to be there for him just like James was for you,” 

“Alright, I’ll try,” And he would try, as long as Regulus did the same.

Regulus followed his Daddy down the dry path to the sheriffs station, arms crossed over his overly expensive clothes. His Daddy, the mayor of Hogwarts County, has business to discuss with the Sherrif and insists that Regulus come as he needs to meet the citizens of the town. Eventually, they made it to the sheriff's office.

"Mayor Orion!! How nice to see you in good health!" Sherrif Fleamont greeted, sitting up out of his desk to go shake Regulus' Daddy's hand. Regulus looked at the man in awe, he was undeniably handsome, and who was Regulus if not a simp for men in a cowboy hat?

"Sherif, nice to see you too, have you met Regulus? He's my only Son!" Orion replied smoothly as Regulus scowled at him, not appreciating the fact his Father had been ignoring his brother's existence.

"Ah yes! I've heard great things about you young man, great to finally meet you!!" Fleamont said, shaking Regulus' hand firm.

"Yes, yes, now I came here to discuss the ne-" Just as Orion had started talking again someone barged into the sheriff's office.

He had hazelnut brown eyes, Regulus was tempted to try to swim in them but then again, he couldn't swim. His hair going in all directions, untamable. He had round rim glasses and a smile that right enough nearly made Regulus swoon. And to top off this perfect cupcake, he wore cowboy clothes.

"Hey, Dad! Oh- Sorry to interrupt it's just Mum told me to tell you that dinner's at 6 instead of 5:30 cause she's gonna be running a little bit late!" The boy said, his light brown skin glowing. Regulus couldn't tear his eyes away. Soon Brown met Gray and the boy in front of him's breath hitched.

"Yes okay, James thank you for telling me, hey... How's about you and young Regulus here go walk around the town together!" Fleamont proposed, Orion pondered the idea for a bit, "Hmmm... I don't see why not, my Regulus needs some better friends anyway, always seems to hang out with the wrong sort.." He points out.

Regulus rolls his eyes, and they end up landing on James, that was his name yes? Either way, he was looking Regulus up and down like he was a god of some sort.

"It would be my pleasure to become Reggie's new... friend..." James stated, looking Regulus dead in the eyes with a mischievous look. Regulus was not gonna let this opportunity slide, I mean James was gorgeous?

"Let's go then hm cowboy?" Regulus said tauntingly, standing up slowly and walking over to him, "I'll be home later Daddy" he said, looking James right back in the eyes as he said it, making James' jaw clench.

"Alrighty" Orion said, seemingly unterested in his son and more interested in this business with the sheriff.

Turns out Regulus was gonna do more than meet the citizens of the town.

My thoughts while making this post:

First I just did a bunch of random stuff for myself that I know I’ll NEVER use again (🥲), but then when I was making this post for my Regulus Black roleplay blog, I realised that I could as well make this about the Marauders since I make everything else in my life about the Marauders anyways 😼
