The last time

His name is Danny (D) Fenton

He got caught up in an explosion made by Vlad/The Fentons ghost portal.

And for the last year

He's been the one and Only Phantom.

The accident gave him powers but it also hospitalized his mom and killed his Dad.

D suspected fowl play and assumed that Vlad knew more about the accident than he was letting on so he vowed to bring Vlad to justice by any means necessary.

Aside from some asthetic differences Ds universe is very similar to Dans only main difference being how they got their powers.

D kinda takes on the role of spiderpunk but also not really

Just wanted to have fun with this one tbh.

Ok ok hear me out. Masters of Time had a whole bunch of angst potential, it was great! But y'know what was a missed opportunity? A Christmas Carol starring Vlad Masters where all the ghosts that visit him are Clockwork in his different forms. Bonus points if Ghostwriter cameos as the narrator who annoys Vlad with each sentence he spews. If we move the Christmas special to season one, and have this replace Masters of Time, then passive aggressively getting Vlad into the Christmas spirit - by hook or by crook! - could be Ghostwriter's community service for mucking up the Christmas Truce last year. One thing I love about this idea is that it can be played straight or for laughs. Plus Vlad fits the Scrooge archetype so well; he even has an annoying nephew godson who's gained a new appreciation for Christmas and won't stop needling him about it, except in Danny's case he's also dunking on Vlad being bitter and alone for Christmas rather than inviting him to Christmas parties to hit on his mom.

Vlad tries to escape into the Ghost Zone in his desperation only to find there is no escape! Peak irony. //chefs kiss

Look Danny didn't mean to kill the Joker it was an honest mistake, he was still recovering from escaping the GIW and whatever they had used on him had still been in effect when he honest to Ancients ran into the fake clown.

Of course it doesn't look like an accident with how he left the Joker

But it was!

Really it really was!

Whatever the GIW did was out of his system, but that still left a very dead and coreless Joker.

Yeah...apparently Joker had a core, but not anymore because he ate it like it was pop rock candy, if the weird cousin spicy version of it. He still feels like he has some of it stuck in his teeth.

Anyways! Not the point!

Joker! Very dead at his feet, what is he supposed to do-

Oh Ancients he's going to die again that's the Red Hood!

"Uh...I can explain, well not really. But it was an accident! I promise and-"

"You killed him?"

"I'm really sorry? He bumped into me, it was an accident I swear!"

"Go on a date with me."

WHa-what?! Did he just hear correctly why would he ask him out out of nowhere it made no sense and..oh.

Red Hood's been touched by Death not like him but enough to count, and enough to have some ghostly instincts.

Okay ghostly courting he can do that, he totally can, no sweat!

Shit who is he kidding he may have the instincts but he was never actually taught how he's supposed to use them or anything.

Well he's always been good at making it up as he goes, and at least his instincts will help push him in the right direction.

So he should just do what feels natural to him.

"Yes I'll go out with you. If I were to make jewelry and knives out of his bones would you accept them?"

"...For me to wear and use. Yes."

Jason seeing Danny absolutely wrecking Jokers shit: *Ghost Instincts Activated*

Jason falling fast for Danny without even knowing his name: "Can I pretty please kiss you?"

Danny realizing what's going on but still being clueless: "Does that mean you will accept these gifts made from Jokers bones?"

Jason's Ghost Instincts rising to a fever pitch: "I'm going to woo the fuck out of ya and then we'll get married then we'll fu-"

Danny's Ghostly Instincts being connected to his 'Protection' & Jason's to his 'Revenge' showing these kind of specific gestures towards them is incredibly romantic.

Spade Pirates’ First Mate Sabo AU

Except Sabo and Ace both don’t realize it’s each other because Sabo still has amnesia and Ace can’t recognize Sabo after 7 years because of the mask

This came from the writing prompt someone gave me of Sabo and Deuce interaction and once I got thinking about them I was like. There’s too many parallels. And couldn’t stop thinking about it

In this AU Sabo doesn’t get saved by Dragon, washes up onshore on Goa before he dies, and survives to set sail again a week or so later, but still has amnesia. Realizing that sailing alone as a ten year old is pretty unfeasible though, he stops sailing after the first few islands and lives as a feral forest child on his own for the next seven years until he feels ready and strong enough to try again.

He chooses his own name, Tage (pronounced taj), based on the assumption that Sabo is his last name and his belongings are too ruined to read his given name :) credit to whery for the name pun idea it’s absolutely genius

I might do some short comics for this if I ever get around to it but for now it’s just a loose collection of ideas!

Cradle-to-Cradle: Reflection So excited to post my very first piece for Invisobang 2024! Big shout out to my author WillaKK for writing a story that mixes two of my favorite things together (Danny Phantom and vampires!) and fellow artist EyesofCrows who inspired and challenged me to do a pixel art piece for this event. My brain, loving and appreciating narrative parallels and themes: Danny and Vlad are perfect foils AND they have BEAUTIFUL generational parallels through their respective trios. In a more narratively coherent version of DP, this should be explored to its fullest potential. This logically means that Danielle should not exist so as not to distract from or muddy the waters of the prime dynamic.

Danny holds an Intervention for Brucie Wayne.

So! Danny is the head of R&D at WayneTech, and he often works closely with Bruce and Lucius when they want him to make "Proof of Concept" Gadgets and Vehicles. He doesn't question the absurdity of some of the stuff he builds, he was raised by Mad Scientists after all, all of it seems perfectly normal to him!

But he has noticed something concerning about his Boss.

He really needs to get his Partying in control. Every time he comes into work he has eyebags covered by makeup, some bruises from tripping while drunk, and he is always super cagey about what he did last night. Danny asked some of his coworkers about it, and they noticed it too.

They also bring up that he sometimes comes into work with a really foggy mind, which is probably the aftereffects of doing some kind of drugs at whatever party he was at the previous night.

Even his Hangovers seem really bad! Worse than usual, but he powers through them and keeps acting like his normal Himbo self! Danny realizes that Bruce needs to calm down. He has Kids to take care of, and Alfred needs less work on his plate

So he contacts a bunch if Bruce's Friends, his Family, and even a few coworkers who brought up their concerns to him, and he stages an Intervention.

...

Bruce didn't know what to expect when he walked into the conference room at Wayne Enterprises. He had been called in by Danny, his head of R&D, for a Meeting earlier that day, but Danny had failed to explain the purpose of the Meeting.

He had barely made it on time. He had spent the entire night chasing down Scarecrow, and a slip up had caused him to get hit by some Fear Toxin, which took forever to work its way out of his system. It didn't help that the Antidote gave him a splitting headache.

Bruce opened the door to the Conference Room, and was met with a mishmash of faces. Clark was sitting close to the head of the Table, with Lois at his right, and Diana to hers. In the crowed he could also see Dick and Steph holding in barely contained laughter, with Tim looking a little lost to the side. Damian looked as if he would rather be anywhere else, Duke was looking as list as Tim, and Cass was just smirking at him with a look of amusement.

He could also see the faces of various employees of Wayne Enterprises, among them being Lucius and Tam.

What was going on?

The door closed behind him, and he turned to see Danny standing behind him.

"Bruce, this is an Intervention."

Danny was livid.

The Guys In White had been following Phantom around constantly and while they weren't much of a threat, they were a massive nuisance. They had shot him down on Thursday and caused him to crash into some poor kids birthday cake in the park.

On Friday they had accidentally released ghost rats into the school.

On Saturday they had somehow managed to turn Paulinas hair ectoplasm green. She refused to leave her bedroom until it was reversed

On Sunday they tried to commandeer his parents GAV and earned the ire of his mom. They found out exactly why that was a bad idea.

On Monday they bardged into Danny's classroom, interrupting his math test because they were looking for a ghost parrot. It was mostly harmless but kept insulting them in a cheery tone. Danny decided he liked that bird.

We won't speak about what happened on Tuesday.

On Wednesday, he scowled at an agent that had accidentally blasted him and his friends with liquid ectoplasm while they were sitting and eating lunch. It was then that Danny began plotting his revenge.

That night he when ghost and lead the GIW on a while goose chase. Did danny take them across state lines? Yes. Did he manage to pull a massive following of these creeps? Also yes.

Did he plan for his target-the guy he had been leading them to- to already be in cuffs when he arrived in Gotham? No. Not at all.

"Hey, uh..." the words died on his tongue as Batman- The Batman- turned to him with narrowed eyes. Mustering his will, he started again, "Could you let him out? Just for a little bit?"

"No."

"Aw, Cmon!"

Condiment King began raving about something, but Danny didn't particularly care to pay attention. "If you're not going to let him out, then can you at least call the rest of the paw patrol? I wanna ask if they wanna throw mud at evil secret organization people. For enrichment." Danny gave his best, most cheeky smile for extra measure.

"Hn."

Can we talk about how Nicktoons killed Danny another time JUST to make an outfit change reasonable? Not to mention it was the same exact death as the first time.💀

Also I’m thinking Danny now has two forms, one with the hazmat suit and the other with the dress. But he likes the dress cause I personally live for non-binary/gender neutral Danny. 😎

Danny reincarnated as Damien

 I see a lot of demon twins and have seen Damien as Danny but I've never seen Danny as Damien. Danny ends up being reincarnated as Damien with no memories originally with his powers being weekend significantly.

I like the idea that he has Damien's personality but slips through certain things like Danny's sense of humor or his love of space. He has traits that are definitely something a league trained child should not have. 

that this version of Damien  has a hard time holding back but not in the way the original Damien does. He would think people are more durable than they actually are due to originally fighting ghosts. He still has League training but all the people he has fought are professionals and are a lot harder to take down.

also Damien's favorite undercover role is Danny Mason. regular high school student that wants to become an astronaut. The entire bat family thinks he's making fun of dick because of the puns and friendliness but in reality it's just a personality that comes very natural to him.

Short DPXDC Prompts #1002

Dash has been working with STAR labs for 3 years now. His coworkers are lovely, the pay is great, and he loves what he does and everything is perfect. Until Dash’s boss gets a message from the Teen Titans that they have a blood sample of an unknown alien they’d like to be studied to hopefully find any potential information about them. Dash thinks nothing of it. He’s had multiple encounters with various hero organizations and has done the best he can at every request given. The blood sample arrives. Dash’s heart turns to ice. He hoped he would leave Amity Park behind for good. But before his very eyes in a container with a note next to it that says “Run tests to see Lazarus Water similarities”, is a vial of ectoplasm.

I think it would be really funny if Dick was just completely obsessed with Dan in a slightly different way than Jason is with Jazz. Like perhaps Jason is illegal crazy but Dick is weird crazy.
