Ⳋ᧙ ⊹Embracing the Art of I don't chase I attract mindset :
Tumblr media
"Best revenge? Smile, be happy and never let them know it hurt."
-goo hara from kara (rest in peace 🕊️)
Tumblr media
The mindset of "I don't chase, I attract" revolves around the principles of self-confidence, self-worth, and the law of attraction. Instead of actively pursuing what we desire, this mindset encourages us to focus on personal growth and positivity, believing that by doing so, we naturally draw in the opportunities and experiences meant for us.
Here are 16 tips to adopt this mindset effectively:
by: 𖧷´ bloomzone 𝅄 ׂׅ
1.Focus on Self-Improvement: Invest in yourself by learning new skills, engaging in activities that fulfill you, and prioritizing your well-being. When you feel good about yourself, you radiate positive energy that attracts like-minded people and opportunities.
2. Set Clear Intentions: Be specific about what you want in life. Whether it's a new job, a meaningful relationship, or personal development, having clear intentions helps you stay focused and aligned with your goals.
3. Practice Positive Affirmations: Reinforce your self-worth and confidence through daily affirmations. Statements like "I am worthy of success" or "I attract positive opportunities" can help shift your mindset and energy (the white swan affirmations)
4.Visualize Your Goals: Spend time each day imagining your goals as if they've already been achieved. This practice helps create a positive mental image and aligns your actions with your desires.
5. Trust the Process: Have faith that what is meant for you will come to you in its own time. Avoid forcing outcomes or chasing after things. Trust that by staying true to yourself and your goals, the right opportunities will present themselves naturally.
6. Surround Yourself with Positivity: Keep positive influences around you, whether it's people, environments, or content. Positivity fosters a high vibrational state that attracts good things into your life.
7. Cultivate Gratitude: Regularly express gratitude for what you already have. This practice helps you focus on the positive aspects of your life and creates an abundance mindset, which attracts more good things to you.
8. Let Go of Fear and Doubt: Work on releasing fears and doubts that hold you back. Fear and doubt create resistance and block the flow of positive energy. Embrace a mindset of faith and trust in the process.
9. Engage in Mindfulness and Meditation: Incorporate mindfulness practices and meditation into your routine. These practices help you stay present, reduce stress, and maintain a positive outlook, making you more receptive to opportunities.
10. Take Inspired Action: While attracting involves less chasing, it doesn't mean being passive. Take actions that feel right and aligned with your goals, but do so from a place of inspiration rather than desperation.
11. Embrace Change and Adaptability: Be open to change and willing to adapt. Sometimes, the path to what you desire requires adjustments and flexibility. Embracing change can lead to unexpected and rewarding opportunities.
12. Practice Self-Compassion: Be kind to yourself. Acknowledge your efforts and progress, and don't be too hard on yourself when things don't go as planned. Self-compassion fosters a positive and resilient mindset.
13. Seek Joy and Fun: Engage in activities that bring you joy and make you feel alive. Joyful experiences raise your vibrational energy and attract more positive situations and people into your life.
14. Learn to Listen to Your Intuition: Trust your inner voice and gut feelings. Your intuition can guide you toward opportunities that align with your true self and help you avoid situations that aren't right for you.
15. Develop a Growth Mindset: Embrace challenges as opportunities to learn and grow. A growth mindset helps you stay resilient and open to new possibilities, making it easier to attract what you desire.
16. Celebrate Small Wins: Recognize and celebrate your achievements, no matter how small. Celebrating progress keeps you motivated and reinforces the positive mindset needed to attract more success.
ıllı ⠀ : This mindset encourages u to trust in ur abilities . Remember that each step taken with mindfulness and resilience brings us closer to ur dreams.❛ ⠀ ♡ ⠀ !!

By dedicating time and effort to personal growth, you give yourself the chance to truly learn to love and appreciate who you are. Investing in yourself helps you uncover and recognize your potential, leading to a deeper sense of self-worth and accomplishment.
Here are some tips :
Begin by setting goals. Focus on areas where you want to grow and establish realistic, achievable goals, along with brief notes on what you hope to accomplish. These goals might relate to your career, personal interests, or emotional well-being. Write them down and make a plan to reach them by breaking them into smaller, manageable steps that suit you. Make sure to listen to your own heart while doing this! When people are unsure about something, they're likely to copy the actions of those who seem like they're able to fend for themself. However, you can't blindly do that. The path of self-improvement is a path of trial and error, there's no absolute correct way or method to approach things, so don't be stuck doing something you know isn't meant for you. Create your own path! Then, take small daily actions towards these goals — just a couple of minutes each day can bring you closer to where you want to be.
The next step is to cultivate an environment where you feel safe! You should seek out positive influences within your life as it can motivate you towards working to become the person you'd like to be. Distance yourself from people who don't desire to see you successful, or people who either drain your energy or foster negativity within your life. I'm sure it's harder to do than say, but please remember that your well-being is more important for you to protect than to care for people who don't deserve it. Changing your environment can open up exciting new opportunities. Sometimes, a fresh setting can introduce you to new perspectives and possibilities you hadn’t considered before. It’s worth exploring different environments to discover what they might offer and how they can positively impact your life!
Finally, take time to reflect on your progress. Make it a habit to reflect on your journey and recognize what you've managed to do, whether through journaling or a monthly reflection. Celebrate all successes, big or small, and learn from setbacks without being harsh on yourself. Reflecting helps you see how much you’ve accomplished and perhaps you'll come to appreciate your growth and effort!

Creating a healthy routine that works for you is another effective method to nurture the love you extend towards yourself! Through actively caring for your own well-being, you're showing yourself that you're worth the effort. You might feel like it's a hassle at first, especially if this routine is a complete change from your previous lifestyle, but start small! Rushing won't build you a stable foundation, taking it slow with thoughtful steps will.
Here are some tips :
Make your physical health a priority! Staying active can greatly benefit your mental and emotional well-being. Start with activities you enjoy and can realistically do, focusing on the present rather than the end result. Alongside exercise, nourish your body with healthy foods and stay hydrated. Incorporate a variety of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your meals, and remember that small, gradual changes can lead to lasting habits. Additionally, aim for consistent, restful sleep by establishing a calming bedtime routine. The goal of this is to create a routine that feels supportive and manageable for you, so don't be too caught up in following other people's footsteps. We're all different, do what your heart is telling you! Learning to trust yourself is another aspect to self-love after all, right?
In addition to focusing on physical health, it's crucial to nurture your mental and emotional well-being with activities that promote relaxation and reduce stress, as these are equally necessary for your overall health. These activities help you reconnect with yourself and gain a better understanding of who you are. It's also beneficial to try new things, which can further enhance the understanding you have of yourself!
Setting boundaries is also crucial. Learn to say no to commitments that drain your energy or time. Prioritize your own needs and make space for self-care in your schedule. This might involve setting aside specific times each week for self-care activities and balancing work, social obligations, and personal time. Establishing these boundaries is key to maintaining your well-being and ensuring you have time to recharge. It's important to be empathetic and understanding, but avoid becoming a people-pleaser who is able to sacrifice their own well-being for others who don't deserve it. If others think you're rude for respectfully managing your energy, don't let it bother you. While it's easier said than done, consider who is more pitiable, the person making an effort to care for themselves or the person who is upset by someone doing so? If you're clear about your boundaries while remaining respectful, there shouldn't be any real issue as setting boundaries doesn't make you rude. Don't let selfish people alter how you view yourself. However, if you're genuinely being rude, that's a different matter. It's not right to mistreat someone who doesn't deserve it just for your own peace of mind. Even if they do deserve it, think of what you want for yourself instead of acting on impulses that you might regret once you've come back to your senses. Always embrace responsibility rather than avoiding it, or else it'll likely come back to haunt you even if it's not physically.

Pile 03.
Learning to love yourself often begins with practicing inward compassion, through means of treating yourself with kindness and understanding. You can't expect positive change if you're constantly dragging yourself down. It might seem like insecurity makes you more aware of your actions, but thinking poorly of yourself isn't helpful. When you focus solely on your flaws, you risk losing a rational view of your behavior. This distorted perception can prevent you from genuinely improving and might even cause harm rather than good. By being kind to yourself, you avoid being trapped by the illusions in your mind. Remember, everything starts from within, and the external world is neutral.
Here are some tips :
Reflect on the language you use towards yourself! Whenever you're talking to yourself, try to keep in mind how many of your thoughts are either pessimistic, judgemental or harsh. Afterwards, try to gradually change the way you talk to yourself by using more supportive and encouraging language like you would towards a loved one whenever you feel the urge to be self-critical. I'm not asking you to become an idealist or an optimist who never gets frustrated. Rather, it's important to remember that being humble doesn't mean being negative about yourself. Constant self-criticism only shows that you're not even on your own side which isn't good. Don't betray yourself for nothing!
Practice mindfulness, as well as forgiveness! This can help you stay present and aware of your own thoughts and feelings without false judgment. Techniques like meditation, or taking a walk in nature can allow you to look at things from several perspectives while also allowing yourself self-awareness without an unhealthy amount of self-criticism. By no means am I stating that you haven't done anything wrong in your life, but we're all human beings with flaws. If you've done something wrong, even after you've looked at the issue from several perspectives, then own up to it! To be a person who does nothing but complain about their incompetence isn't going to solve your issue, at least be mindful enough to not do it again in the future! Once is a mistake, and twice could be too, but once you make the same mistake too often, don't you think it's time for you to end this vicious cycle of yours through whatever means you can?

How to Stay Motivated and Productive: Crushing Your Goals Without Burning Out
Staying motivated and productive can feel like a constant battle, especially when life throws distractions, stress, and endless to-do lists your way. But fear not! With the right mindset and strategies, you can keep your motivation high and your productivity on point, without burning out. Let’s dive into some tips to help you crush your goals and stay energized along the way.
1. Start with Your "Why"
Before you even think about getting stuff done, take a moment to connect with your “why.” Why do you want to achieve these goals? Whether it’s personal growth, career advancement, or simply getting through your day with your sanity intact, having a clear purpose fuels motivation. When the going gets tough, reminding yourself of the bigger picture can keep you pushing forward.
2. Set Clear, Realistic Goals
Productivity isn’t just about doing more; it’s about doing what matters. Break your goals down into specific, achievable tasks. Instead of vague goals like “get fit” or “study more,” try “exercise for 30 minutes three times a week” or “study for 45 minutes, then take a 15-minute break.” Clear goals give you a roadmap and make it easier to track your progress.
3. Create a Routine That Works for You
Routines are your best friend when it comes to staying productive. They help build momentum and reduce the mental energy spent on deciding what to do next. But remember, there’s no one-size-fits-all routine—what works for someone else might not work for you. Experiment with different schedules until you find one that aligns with your natural rhythms and lifestyle.
4. Embrace the Power of Small Wins
There’s nothing like the rush of ticking something off your to-do list. Those small wins build momentum and keep you motivated to tackle bigger tasks. Break larger projects into smaller, manageable steps, and celebrate each achievement along the way. It’s like giving yourself a mini high-five every time you complete something, and who doesn’t love that?
5. Use the Pomodoro Technique
If you struggle with staying focused, the Pomodoro Technique is a game-changer. Work for 25 minutes, then take a 5-minute break. After four sessions, take a longer break (15-30 minutes). This method not only helps maintain focus but also prevents burnout by ensuring you’re taking regular breaks. It’s a win-win for both your productivity and your well-being.
6. Declutter Your Space, Declutter Your Mind
A cluttered workspace can lead to a cluttered mind. Take a few minutes each day to tidy up your environment. A clean, organized space can help you feel more in control and focused on the task at hand. Plus, it’s one less thing to stress about when you’re trying to get in the zone.
7. Prioritize Self-Care
Productivity isn’t just about grinding 24/7. To stay motivated, you need to take care of yourself. Make sure you’re getting enough sleep, eating well, and staying active. Incorporate activities that relax and recharge you—whether it’s reading, meditating, or just chilling out with a good Netflix show. Remember, you can’t pour from an empty cup.
8. Mix It Up
Monotony can kill motivation. If you find yourself getting bored or stuck in a rut, mix things up. Try changing your environment—work from a different room or a coffee shop. Switch up your routine or try new productivity tools and techniques. Keeping things fresh can reignite your enthusiasm and keep you engaged.
9. Stay Accountable
Share your goals with a friend, family member, or even online communities. Having someone to check in with can keep you accountable and motivated. Plus, it’s a great way to get support and encouragement when you need it most. Sometimes, just knowing someone else is rooting for you is enough to keep you going.
10. Forgive Yourself for Off Days
Let’s be real—not every day is going to be a productivity powerhouse. Some days, the motivation just isn’t there, and that’s okay. The key is not to beat yourself up over it. Instead, acknowledge it, rest, and come back stronger the next day. Progress isn’t about being perfect; it’s about being consistent over time.
11. Visualize Your Success
Take a few minutes each day to visualize what success looks like for you. Imagine how it will feel to achieve your goals, and let that positive energy drive you forward. Visualization is a powerful tool that can help keep your motivation alive, even when the journey feels long.
12. Reward Yourself
Don’t forget to reward yourself for your hard work. Whether it’s treating yourself to something special, taking a day off, or just indulging in your favorite activity, rewards help reinforce the positive behavior of staying productive. It gives you something to look forward to and makes the grind feel a little less grindy.
13. Keep Learning and Growing
Finally, keep feeding your mind with new ideas and inspiration. Read books, listen to podcasts, watch TED Talks—whatever gets your creative juices flowing. Continuous learning keeps you motivated by reminding you that there’s always more to discover and achieve.
Final Thoughts
Staying motivated and productive isn’t about working harder—it’s about working smarter. By setting clear goals, creating a routine that works for you, and prioritizing self-care, you can stay on top of your game without burning out. Remember, it’s a marathon, not a sprint, so pace yourself, celebrate your progress, and keep moving forward. You’ve got this!
Love,
Sophia

So given your post about making people believe something they don’t actually believe on some level, what do you think of all the stories people tell of (say) parents whom they swear were radical leftist hippies until they started watching Fox News, and they turned into diehard Trumpists?
Lemme use my mom as an example.
My mother used to be an environmental activist. That was her big thing in the 90’s, was the environment. She planted trees and bushes around my grade school. She took me and my brother to the local farmer’s market to collect signatures to close a local nuclear power plant. (Not saying nuclear power is antithetical to the environment, just saying that she felt it was and she was very involved.)
Now, there was a subsection of the environmentalist movement that focused a lot on population growth and how unsustainable it is. Mom got hooked into that. Pretty soon she was talking about how we needed to curtail population growth before we ran out of natural resources.
Then, gradually, it became about immigration. Immigrants drive a lot of the population growth in the U.S. She became a hardcore anti-immigration activist and joined the Minutemen.
None of this was designed by anyone. No one person sat down and planned out how to radicalize my mom from being an environmental activist to a right-wing nation. But this represents exactly the kind of path you want to take if you’re trying to manipulate someone into doing what you want: you find some part of what they already believe (the environment needs our help) and hook that into the next step (population growth is bad), and then the next (eco-fascism), and so on. At every step you have to make the person feel good about their beliefs, and challenging their beliefs drastically doesn’t usually work; you want to feed the “I was right” loop, but introduce just enough of your own agenda that they incorporate it into their own beliefs.
My mom wasn’t an especially radical leftist hippie, but she was definitely a pro-choice environmentalist. Now she’s, well. She gettin’ ready to vote for Trump again.

How do I stop letting depression/anxiety control me and how I view myself? I’ve gotten better, but I just feel like my appearance has so much control over me. I am black, but I’ve just been so insecure of my nose and it being on the bigger side, especially compared to other black women (this isn’t to out them down or anything! I think they are absolutely beautiful people and I love them :D). I just feel like I’ve been dealt such a bad hand in life by being unattractive and that all my hardships especially with my relationship with others (romantic and platonic) just stem from me being/feeling unattractive and being a naturally awkward person doesn’t help. I constantly day dream about being a woman like Anok Yai or even someone with the sort of energy as Mia goth. I don’t want this to turn into some pity post, but I want to be able to be beautiful while also replacing this awkward personality of mines. This feels super childish and all over the place, but I just feel a little lost with myself and who I am.
So TLDR is: How do I become/start feeling attractive and become a more confident and charismatic person? Thank you and Im so sorry for the messiness of this post!
Hi my love, it sounds like you need to do a lot of self-concept work to change your internal dialogue and improve how you see yourself. It's essential to build a strong foundation of self-worth and confidence that isn't easily shaken by external influences. Here are some practical steps you can take to begin this transformative process:
1. Eliminate All Forms of Negative Stimuli
One of the first steps in enhancing your self-concept is eliminating the stimuli that contribute to self-doubt. This involves a thorough examination of what you consume daily, whether it’s media, people, or experiences. Start by unfollowing individuals and accounts on social media that make you feel inadequate or pressured to conform to unrealistic standards. Pay attention to how certain songs or films make you feel; if they perpetuate feelings of self-doubt or insecurity, consider removing them from your playlist.
It's crucial to be mindful of what you're feeding your mind. Often, we internalize negative messages without realizing it. These can come from people who appear close to us or through entertainment that subtly promotes insecurity. Perform a detailed assessment of who you’re listening to and determine if their influence is healthy. If not, create distance, whether that means unfollowing them online or spending less time with them in person. Surround yourself with people and content that uplift and inspire you rather than bring you down.
Pro Tip: Make a list of accounts, shows, and songs you consume regularly, and categorize them into “Positive,” “Neutral,” and “Negative.” Actively replace those in the “Negative” category with something positive.
2. Surround Yourself with Positive and Aspirational Content
After you've cleared out negative influences, it's time to replace them with content that uplifts and inspires you. Look for media and role models that align with your aspirations. This could mean following influencers who promote body positivity, self-love, or healthy lifestyles. Find women who embody the qualities you admire and whose lifestyles you aspire to emulate.
Comparison, when used wisely, can motivate us to strive for more. Instead of comparing yourself to others out of insecurity, use it as a tool for growth. Observe the habits, routines, and mindsets of those you admire, and learn from them. Incorporate their positive traits into your life in a way that feels authentic to you.
Additionally, consider expanding your social circle by engaging in environments where aspirational people frequent, such as networking events, workshops, or fitness classes. Being around people who have achieved what you’re aiming for can provide real-life inspiration and show you that your goals are attainable.
Pro Tip: Create a vision board or digital collage of people and things that inspire you. Include images, quotes, and achievements you aspire to. This visual reminder can be a powerful motivator.
3. Reprogram Your Mind with Positive Affirmations
Changing your internal dialogue is critical for improving your self-concept. One effective method is using subliminals and affirmations, which can help rewire your brain with positive messages. These techniques work by bypassing the conscious mind and directly influencing the subconscious, gradually replacing negative beliefs with empowering ones.
Find subliminal audios or affirmation tracks that resonate with you and your goals. For instance, if you're working on self-confidence, look for recordings that focus on self-assurance and self-love. I recommend listening to this one for about 30 minutes daily, ideally in the morning when you wake up or right before bedtime when your subconscious is most receptive. You can find a variety of these resources online, just be careful to read the comments before listening to ensure the affirmations are safe and vetted by others.
As you integrate these practices, remember that consistency is key. Regular exposure to positive affirmations will slowly build a new mindset, one that's more aligned with your true worth and potential. You can also use affirmations to help change your physical appearance as well.
Pro Tip: Write down a set of personal affirmations that resonate with you. Repeat them to yourself every morning and evening as a daily ritual. This practice will reinforce positive beliefs about yourself and your abilities.
4. Improve Your Physical Health
Taking care of your physical well-being is a vital aspect of boosting self-concept. Exercise regularly, not just for physical benefits but also for the mental and emotional gains that come with it. Engaging in physical activity releases endorphins, reduces stress, and builds self-discipline, all of which contribute to a stronger sense of self-worth.
Create a balanced workout routine that you enjoy and can stick to consistently. Whether it’s yoga, running, weightlifting, or dance, find what resonates with you and keeps you motivated. Pair this with a nutritious diet that fuels your body and mind, helping you feel energized and confident.
Remember, discipline in maintaining a healthy lifestyle not only improves your physical appearance but also enhances your mental resilience and self-discipline. These are foundational qualities that contribute to a greater sense of life satisfaction and fulfillment.
Pro Tip: Set realistic fitness goals and track your progress. Celebrate small victories along the way to stay motivated and recognize how far you’ve come.
5. Cultivate Self-Acceptance and Reject Self-Pity
Finally, the ultimate goal is to cultivate a mindset of self-acceptance and reject any form of self-pity. Pity is a toxic emotion that disempowers you and feeds into a cycle of negativity. Recognize that your worth is intrinsic and not solely dependent on external validation or appearance.
Understand that you have the power to transform your life through consistent effort and self-belief. Your value is not determined by how you look or by the opinions of others, but by your inherent qualities and the actions you take to improve yourself. Embrace the fact that you are wonderfully made, unique, and deserving of love and success.
Pro Tip: Practice gratitude daily by acknowledging your strengths and achievements. Keep a journal where you write down three things you are grateful for each day. This practice will shift your focus from self-criticism to self-appreciation.
Remember that the journey to a positive self-concept is ongoing and requires patience and commitment. As you embark on this path, know that you are not alone and that every step you take towards self-improvement brings you closer to becoming the best version of yourself. Keep your head up, stay true to your values, and be proud of the person you are becoming.

Uncovering Astrological Meanings: Following Your Life's Journey Through Stars and Symbols
Tumblr media
The North Node is symbolic of a person's life's progress and evolution's path. It represents the knowledge and encounters that a person is bound to have and incorporate into their journey.
Your North Node's location in the second house indicates that you should cultivate a positive relationship with your money, material belongings, and self-worth as part of your growth and evolution. It suggests that the anxieties and concerns you are experiencing in these areas may have originated from experiences you had in a previous life. Developing an independent sense of self-worth is one of the most important lessons you will learn.
Scorpio frequently corresponds with the Death card in tarot, which represents metamorphosis and rebirth. But you've seen quite correctly that an eagle can also stand in for Scorpio. The World card of the tarot deck, which stands for completion and fulfillment, frequently features this artwork. It stands for the unadulterated, innate, and occasionally strong aspects of this sign. However, when Scorpio develops and matures, it becomes the magnificent and strong eagle, a symbol of transcendence, spiritual transformation, and the capacity to fly to tremendous heights.
Those who have Venus in a water sign—like Cancer, Scorpio, or Pisces—have an aura that is permeated with heightened sensitivity and emotional depth. They have a natural capacity to make people feel at ease in their company by fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere. They are able to handle social encounters with ease because of their diplomatic and sensitive character, which constantly keeps others' needs and feelings in mind. Their innate empathy allows them to comprehend the feelings and viewpoints of others, which frequently makes them great confidants and listeners. They may be hospitable, but it's important to respect their limits. People with the sign of Water Venus place a strong importance on emotional security and can get uncomfortable if they feel overpowered or invaded.
Pluto, the planet of metamorphosis and profound psychological processes, affects every generation's collective consciousness. A thorough investigation of the hidden spheres of the human mind, including the field of mental health, develops when Pluto is in Scorpio. Mostly born in the range of 1984 to 1995, the millennials make up this Pluto in Scorpio generation. It is true that this generation has been instrumental in raising awareness of mental health issues in public discourse. They have brought attention to problems like anxiety, depression, and a variety of mental and personality disorders, recognizing the significant effects these illnesses may have on both people and society at large.
People who have their Sun in Gemini frequently stand out for their innate intelligence and sharp wit. Their minds are always searching for new information and pursuing diverse interests. Gemini suns are known for their rapid and easy conceptual learning, which frequently gives them the appearance of being inherently intelligent. They have a talent for taking in information and drawing connections between different areas, which can result in a broad knowledge base in a variety of fields. Even though some Gemini suns might not have given traditional academic environments much thought, this does not imply that they are intellectually inferior. Instead, they frequently exhibit intelligence in less conventional ways. They are adept at changing with ease.
Lilith in the eleventh house is a fascinating placement. Because Lilith is located in the 11th home, which is a home of groups and organizations, it can create complicated dynamics with regard to social relationships. Lilith is a representation of our deeper, more hidden wants and impulses. People who have Lilith in the 11th House frequently find themselves in a precarious position. Even if they may have a great desire to participate in group activities and be a part of social groupings, they frequently encounter obstacles or unfavorable reactions from others. As a result, even though they are making an effort to connect, they may feel alienated or excluded.
The North Node (NN) and the Midheaven (MC) have important symbolic meaning in astrology, signifying several facets of a person's development and life path. The Midheaven, or Medium Coeli, is a symbol for our public persona, objectives, and aspirations. It represents our aspirations for ourselves in light of other people's acceptance and acknowledgment. It speaks to our goals and the kind of difference we want to make in the world, which is why it is frequently connected to our professional or vocational choice. Conversely, the North Node signifies the direction of evolution of our soul. It indicates the traits and encounters that, irrespective of social approval or other people's expectations, our soul longs to grow into and cherish during this lifetime.
Saturn's placement in the second house provides fascinating information about a person's attitude toward material stability, self-worth, and belongings. A person may have challenges or barriers in building a sense of material stability, according to the placement of Saturn in the second house. They may experience insecurities and emotions of shortage, which makes them cautious with money and resources. One way this may show up is a propensity toward thrift and financial caution. In addition, for those with this location, self-worth could emerge as a major theme. Individuals could struggle with emotions of inadequacy or unworthiness around their assets or money.
Saturn bring up some important topics and difficulties pertaining to convictions, knowledge, and philosophical endeavors when it is in the ninth house. It can be difficult for those with Saturn in the ninth house to find a philosophy or belief system that truly speaks to them. When it comes to their personal ideals, they could feel unsatisfied or doubtful, and they might start to mistrust the veracity and accuracy of various belief systems. This may result in an ongoing quest for purpose and a need to establish a strong basis for their ideas. Additionally, this placement may show itself as a propensity for inflexible or dogmatic thinking.

Ok, I know She-ra reboot wasn't your fandom, but you allowed allows to rant about it in your ask box, which I thank you for.
So, we all come from different cultures and have different beliefs. We can't all collectively agree on what Adora and Catra are to each other. But we will take some facts. So, they were two orphans that grew up in a foster home environment and had the same foster mother, but we all know they saw Shadow Weaver was a literal mother, they just never explicitly called her mom. Now, one thing was is that Catra and Adora were very close as children and growing up, that Adora being the sweetheart she was always tried to include Catra even when Catra pushed her away. Catra is a cat girl so she slept by Adora's feet, they apparently even showered together? (Idk how true that is, I think someone who worked on the show said that, I don't remember it being in or mentioned in the show, if anyone wants to come enlighten me) ok, so we get it. They were very close growing up.
Ok, now here's my gripe with the trope. So ND Stevenson revealed early on that Catradora would be end game. A lot of people had their beef with that, especially since some felt the show didn't show any character growth for their romance. So they end up together at the end, they kiss and credits roll.
So, I looked it up. The trope doesn't exactly have a name? But it's "we were very close as children, got separated for a bit, but we reunited to date now", yeah a mouth full. I wouldn't call it childhood romance tbh. I've seen this trope used in other shows and media. I don't like that trope. More examples are star vs the forces of evil, but you know, we'd had to watch Star and Marco be with other people first. But it's different since they met at 14 and 15 and were roommates for a bit before Star returned to Mewni for a bit and they kissed before the finale.
There's a lot of animes with this trope too. Kizaiver, Your Lie in April, Blue Spring Ride, A Silent Voice. Sorry, just tried naming some popular animes from the top of my head.
Ok, I don't understand this trope. I'm sorry, I just don't find it realistic. When I've seen "real life" examples, turns out they just had history together in 8th grade and sat at different tables never speaking to each other, but met at 26 and got married later. Ok sorry, this is weirdly specific. Just I feel like this trope isn't real or applicable to real life. I feel like some people just want to emphasize and put importance to their relationship in a way that's not true or wasn't there.
So here's how it applies to HB. So Viv really saw some cute fanart and incorporated and changed the story up for it????
Ok???? But like....the ship is still so bad....
It just feels so forced and feels like she went this way cause she saw it a few times in other works.
Ok, sorry for the rant. I just truly feel like some creators pull stuff out of their ass to try making us ship bad ships.
Thanks for the insight into Catradora. I think regardless of how two characters meet, whether they knew each other as kids or not, it's not going to be a good ship if the writing isn't there.
Honestly I think Stolitz was never going to feel natural or sincere -- why none of her canon ships ever really do -- because Vivzie doesn't seem to get why one human being loves another. Her understanding of it stalled early on in her yaoi fic days and never went anywhere beyond that. They're gay, that's enough for Viv.

A Baby Witch's First Grimoire
Grimoire Entry 3 - Water & How it's Used in Witchcraft!
Tumblr media
Types of Water
When performing witchcraft, you'll often notice the use of different types of water in various spells. This can range from Sun Water to Moon Water and everything in between. Throughout my journey as a witch, I've discovered several kinds of water that I plan to incorporate into my practice soon. Some categories of water even have their own subclasses. Water, being a powerful element, can be imbued with different energies and intentions, making it a versatile tool in spell work. It serves as a symbol of purification and renewal. Understanding and utilizing these different types of water can enhance the effectiveness of your rituals and deepen your connection with the natural world.
Sun Water
Sun water is water charged by the sun, radiating warmth and comfort, increasing energy, and manifesting positivity. Whenever I think of sun water, I think of energy, positivity, relaxation, happiness, and divination with the gods. Sun water also has a special subclass known as eclipse water, which is charged during an eclipse and carries a powerful, transformative energy. To me, eclipse water brings a deep sense of relaxation and introspection.
Using sun water in your practice can enhance spells and rituals for personal growth, joy, and connection with your god. To create sun water, place a jar of water in direct sunlight for several hours to absorb the sun's energy. You can use this water in many ways, such as in cleansing baths, anointing tools, or watering plants to give them positive energy. Eclipse water is made by leaving water outside during an eclipse, capturing the special energy of this event. Both sun water and eclipse water can add a powerful boost to your magical practice, bringing new energy and depth to your spiritual journey.
Moon Water
Moon water is water charged by the moon, bringing tranquility and peace. When I think of moon water, I think of tranquility, relaxation, cleansing, clairvoyance, divination with the goddesses, scrying, purity, and magical energy. Moon water comes in many different forms. One subclass of moon water is based on the moon's phases. This includes full moon water, new moon water, waxing and waning crescent moon waters, waxing and waning gibbous moon waters, and quarter moon waters. Personally, I only use full moon and new moon water in my magical practices, but you can use any of these as you see fit.
Another subclass of moon water is based on the different full moons that occur throughout the year. These include storm moon, snow moon, crow moon, pink moon, milk moon, hay moon, red moon, harvest moon, blood moon, oak moon, cold moon, blue moon, and black moon water. Each type of moon water has its unique energy and can be used for specific intentions in your magical practice. Using moon water in your rituals and spells can enhance your connection with lunar energies and bring a deeper sense of peace and clarity to your spiritual journey. Whether you are using it for cleansing, divination, or simply to bring a sense of calm, moon water is a versatile and powerful tool in your magical arsenal.
Rain Water
Rain water is water collected from the environment during rainfall, making it a versatile type of water for spells. Whenever I think of rain water, I envision a variety of uses: cleansing, prosperity, clarity of mind, clairvoyance, relaxation, wealth, creativity, and much more. Rain water also has several subclasses. One subclass is environmental waters, which includes river water, spring water, lake water, marsh water, pond water, waterfall water, and even mud. Each type of water brings its own unique intention and energy. Another subclass is weather waters, such as storm water and hail water.
Using rain water in your magical practice can enhance spells and rituals by connecting you to the natural world and its powerful energies. Collecting and using different types of environmental and weather waters allows you to tailor your magical workings to specific needs and intentions. Whether you are seeking to cleanse your space, attract prosperity, gain clarity, or boost creativity, rain water and its subclasses can be a valuable addition to your spiritual toolkit.
