I did just read a fic where Neytiri got accused of kidnapping Spider at the grocery store (racism! we are never free!) so that is living with me rn as I think of this ask, so let's try to make a more positive version.

Like I said once before for my modern au, Jake Sully is a retired-veteran-stay-at-home-dad. He is dedicated, he's at all the school sports on time, he's first in line at parent pick up. These are actually just perks because he can park in the handicap spots close to the doors, so he doesn't have as far to wheel. So naturally he does the grocery shopping, because I think the idea of Jake and four kids under five wheeling around a Stop & Shop is really funny.

The kids are usually fairly chill out in public when it's just them and Jake, because one time when they were being crazy a lady told him people like him shouldn't be allowed to watch kids alone and he looked like he might cry for a minute and it scared them all. Lo'ak does not remember this incident, and no one has told him about it so he will still be a little shit. Spider's fresh from his childhood trauma and newly adopted so he's like, very insistent on being held 24/7 so he has to sit in Jake's lap and hold his little stuffed dragon Kiri gave him. He's pretty chill he's just not 100% sure they're not all gonna leave him at Stop & Shop if given the chance.

Jake treats shopping like a scavenger hunt for the older kids, giving them one item at a time in the aisle to grab for him. Kiri and Neteyam are old grocery shopping hats at this point, they know how to fetch things that Jake asks them to get from the lower shelves. It is a silent battle between them to see who can get the most things and faster.

Lo'ak is on strict front of the cart jail because last time he climbed to the top of a shelf and knocked an entire display of cereal boxes down because Jake said no Cocoa Puffs. Now he just focuses on losing one item of clothing discreetly during the shopping trip. No matter how many times it happens, how hard Jake tries to watch him, he will ditch one item. Usually a shoe. Jake will like turn around to grab milk from the freezer and look back at Lo'ak and he's got one shoe. His other shoe is gone forever, into the ether. Neteyam was getting butter and Kiri was staring at the dogfood for some reason, so there were no witnesses. Jake just has to buy Lo'ak new shoes and hope Neytiri never notices.

When they finish shopping every kid gets a small candy for behaving, including Jake Sully. Lo'ak gets mad on the way home that he didn't get to help with the scavenger hunt, but Jake pretends to notice a car behind them has Dr. Robotnik in it and tells Lo'ak to keep an eye on it and make sure he doesn't follow them home. The character design comes from me, I didn’t have really major inspo for the outfit unlike for the Legend Tripper so I had a few vague inspo pics and that’s it, I wanted to have the witchy esoteric lady vibe I felt she had listening to the podcast, hence the pile of necklaces/trinkets with the pentacle of protection, also for the belt the main idea was to make the metal parts the phases of the moon as they’re important when it comes to esoteric beliefs, and for the skirt I tried to redo the Aquila constellation (which I had found the meaning “guidance, psychic work, astral travel”) and also Ursa Major (“healing, protection, survival”) I kept it between random stars and the way the fabric is folded doesn’t really help to actually recognise them ksksks

I absolutely love the update.

I fully thought that your other IF is my favorite but now i don't know.

This update was everything!

I love how you write.

1. I love how you made everyone very human. And relatable. And especially how MC struggles with their job and putting up a front with their family. They provide it's what they do even tho they don't like how they do it. Love how you address that fact and the fact that their brother also has an opinion on things. That there's guilt but also love.

2. If you have a crush on Bruno, their interactions with MC are very adorable!

3. Tris should be protected at all costs. He is just the best kid ever. Sweet and caring and inquisitive like every kid should be.

4. The drama omg. When i tell you the conflict with MC and their "client," aka red-haired hottie Jean is insane. If you choose to have feelings for them, that just adds so much to the dynamic and it's so messy. I love it! But the DRAMA!!! I DIED. i read that whole bedroom scene like 🫣🫣🫣🫣🫣 it was the best thing ever. Not really for MC but omg for the story! Yes!

I'm excited to meet our last RO. And to see the hell happens with Jean. Because... awkward. My MC is over that. Aint no one trying to be a side piece 👀

Sorry, I got distracted lol but there are some grammatical errors and a few coreections in the story i could send you privately If you'd like that butreally it was such a good read. Rather than Red Hood attacking everyone when he comes back, I really want him just to abduct everyone to a nest. The Joker is dead. Tim is family. And Dick is alive.

And it is scary at first because they are going missing one by one. First Tim (it’s a genuine kidnapping there, and when he wakes up he is lectured about hiding the stuff about his parents from him, as if he didn’t get enough of that from everyone when it first came out… but he genuinely thinks he’s dreaming and keeps tearing up at Jason’s scowling face), next is Dick while he was desperately searching for Tim (Jason only had to show himself to Dick and Dick instantly followed him right to the nest). It takes a couple weeks for Jason to get Alfred (mostly because Dick lost his mind every time one of his little brothers tried to leave the nest and Jason had to wait until he was conked out holding on to Tim). And finally, the very next day, the frantic Bruce who wakes up to a nest filled with his family and wonders if he got hit with the reverse of fear toxin.

Jason’s motive? He wanted time with his family and didn’t want to deal with Dick and Bruce arguing with each other about if he was real or not while Bruce tested him. (It did still happen, but Jason had a solid couple of weeks of cuddles with brothers and a day of time with the whole family so it was much more tolerable.)

ksksks revenge plans successfully derailed due to wanting cuddles with his family. ✨💚

Jason's crime lord activities just screeching to a dead stop because he found Tim and... well, only having one bird in the nest just makes it seem sad and empty. Obviously the others have to join, too.

But come on he's gonna be all spiteful about it. Leaving Bruce for last also has the additional perk of making the poor Bat become absolutely frantic and erratic with the terror that is losing all remaining family members in the span of a few weeks.

After so much thought and work put into this, I can finally present to you the TPF Series Poster! It is a general poster for the series, and features things from all 3 seasons. 

I decided to put the most important characters to the narrative there, with them being Chara (the protagonist), Asriel, Gaster, Sans, Asgore, Undyne and Frisk (only in S2 and S3).

But in the future I’ll make a specific poster for each season, so you can expect a poster for season 1 to be pretty close.

I absolutely adore the result of this poster and I tried doing it to the best quality I could. And when I said it took a long time for me to get to this result, it’s because it has! XD I began doing the sketch in May and could only finish it now! lol

But I hope you like this poster as much as you like the series when it’s released. I’ve been making a lot of progress, and let’s say… The ending of Season 1 will be… interesting… very, very interesting.

Depois de tanto pensar e trabalhar nessa beldade, eu posso finalmente apresentar a vocês o pôster da série de TPF! É um pôster geral da série e tem coisas de todas as 3 temporadas.

Pls Nico sulking and being stressed so Toto calls a little family meeting. It was meant to be mostly eith the two Nicos but little Kev and his teddies joined too ksksk. He asks if he can call little hulk Nicholas but it makes the pup whimper and get really stressed so that's an instant no.

Kev piping up that his Nico can be Hulk! Anx Toto is about to ask if there is another option but all pups are nodding in agreement and lil Hulk looks super excited at the name!

(Kev does ask if he can be called spiderman or.something else cool and Toto just chuckles and tells him he can be called Bunny which makes the pup grumble a bit sksks)

I tried doing this thing in Krita, to test some brushes and to get used to the program. 

I gotta say things are a lot easier now that I changed the shortcuts to be the same ones as in photoshop lol (I’m sorry, I grew up with photoshop, the shortcuts are basically muscle memory now XD)

Anyway, I made this doodle of Diva, one of my OCs, with a watercolor like effect (I’ve always wanted to try this thing lol). I hope you like it despite being a bit ugly

Eu tenho que dizer que as coisas tão muito mais fáceis agora que mudei os atalhos pra serem os mesmos do photoshop ksksksk (foi mal, eu cresci com o photoshop, e os atalhos são basicamente memória muscular agora XD)

Enfim, eu fiz esse esboço da Diva, uma das minhas OCs, com efeito de aquarela (eu sempre quis experimentar isso ksksk). Espero que gostem apesar de ser um pouco paia ksks
