Obsessed From Game

thinking about meeting a yandere through a game. For the longest while they actually weren't yandere for you. You just stumbled upon meeting them in the game during a certain quest in the multiplayer game, and decided to work together to progress.

You and them kept meeting on the game so you both decided to start talking on discord for easier progress of the game, less restrictions with the chat, and would be good for informing whenever one or the other might be offline for a few days for one reason or another.

Months pass and you and them get closer and closer. It eventually comes to a point they want your number and say they often don't have their discord notifs on their phone so they wont be able to respond or say anything until much later. So you eventually do.

With more time he seems to be going to bed earlier and earlier having to shorten your gaming sessions whenever he doesn't have work, but does the morning after. At least, that's what he's told you.

Little do you know how he's trying so hard to find your location to get you for himself sooner or later. He hates cutting the sessions short, but he doesn't want to have his job affected from when he plans to eventually find a way to kidnap you. Gotta keep a high paying job to keep you comfortable after all~ and it's also hard for him to try to dig more into research while having to play a game and talking to his obsession AKA you.

He's rather far away, but still in the same country so that greatly helps with him. He also remembers what state you said you're in, but with how limited you seem to be on the internet he can't find much or really anything about you. He won't give up though, and will find you eventually. Then you can game and play together so much more! (also while being in his lap-) The fantasies he's had are admittedly not all innocent, but who can blame him? He knows some of what you look like, but he wants to see the whole thing that you refuse to show him. Of course he hasn't asked, but he's not about to ruin his chance and chase you away by bringing those questions up.

Try as you might, you have no idea what's coming. You better enjoy it, because he's not gonna let you go once he's got you.

Having thoughts of The Party being touchy as all fuck after everything.

Like you cannot enter nor leave any kind of hang out without a hug, high-five, pat, or anything from everyone you were hanging out with.

And then, suddenly, you aren’t able to leave without a kiss or hug of some kind from Steve.

It started after the bullshit that was the Starcourt Mall. The kids were leaving Steve’s house from a DnD session maybe 2 months before the Byers left for Cali.

Dustin was taking forever to pull his shoes on and get out the house to his moms car and everyone was complaining. It was one of those rare times where Steve wasn’t the one carting them all around— they all had their own rides.

Dustin got his shoes on and Steve handed him his bag and— without thinking— pressed a kiss to the top of his hat before waving him out the door.

The rest of the kids are silent until Mike speaks up bitchily “what about us, asshole?”

Steve has no idea what they mean until El points to her head with a grin. Steve deals out head and forehead kisses for everyone and waves them off to their respective rides.

And then it just— sticks. At first it’s with just the kids whenever he sees them. He’ll usually greet them with a hug or an exasperated sigh and then say goodbye with a kiss to their foreheads.

Not even Mike complains. This is the kind of shit he never got while growing up— might as well make the best of it.

And then it migrates to Robin as well, and the Nancy is joining in on the hugs (they’re still too awkward for the kisses but the hugs are enough for now).

And Steve never holds back, not even in public. Again, no one complains.

And that’s how Hellfire finds out about the kissing arrangement (that might be the title of this if I make it an actual fic). They watch as Steve presses a forehead kiss to Mike, Lucas, and Dustin before waving them off and then presses a kiss to Max’s head and giving her a tight hug.

The guys try to make fun of the kids for it but none of them are embarrassed.

“It’s Steve, dude. He’s like a mom.”

“The kisses are actually really comforting.”

“It’s a Party thing.”

And then the fuckery of 1986 and Vecna happens and suddenly Eddie’s in on the hugs and pats and high-fives.

And then.

And then.

He’s in on the kisses.

Steve doles out the kisses like usual one night after Hellfire and gives one to everyone— including Eddie.

And Eddie panics and gives Steve one right back.

And then the kids are going feral about wanting to give Steve a kiss too.

And Eddie leaves during the chaos.

And then they don’t talk about it.

Until Steve and Eddie do it again.

And the kids accept is as the new normal; you have to give Steve a kiss back.

And then Steve and Eddie have an excuse to kiss each other on the foreheads and cheeks and noses.

One night they’re hanging out, just the two of them at the trailer after Wayne left for work.

Steve had greeted Eddie with a tight hug the moment he’d gotten in the trailer. Eddie had squeezed back just as tight if not tighter.

Steve was getting ready to leave, and on instinct leant in to kiss Eddie, but Eddie was also leaning in to kiss Steve. So they meet in the middle and accidentally kiss on the lips.

And then the new normal for Steve and Eddie is kissing on the lips goodbye.

Idk, just Steve being a very touchy feely person makes me so happy

Imagine not being able to go shopping with Task Force 141. The first time you went group shopping it was just with Kyle and Johnny, but you quickly realized it was a mistake because the two went in on buying your groceries despite you insisting they didn’t have to. At first you think it’s a one time thing, the guys were just being nice, but after a few other trips with them you have to be careful on mentioning going to the store with them around, or else they will hound you to join and pay for everything. One time you slip up and ask if the guys need anything and ofc Johnny is jumping up to put his shoes on and Kyle’s reaching for his keys, but you’re at least quick enough to tell them no. Despite their pouty faces you’ve got your foot down, stating as much as you love the princess treatment you’re not gonna run them poor cuz of their choices to spoil you. Surprisingly Simon and Price say they’ll join you, the team running low on some basic supplies anyways so you’ll probably need the extra hands to help unload the car when you get back. You appreciate the offer, and are a bit relieved, because surely these two would be much stringent about their funds. Turns out, you do need help unloading, but not because of the groceries, because the two older men bought practically anything you even dared glimpse at, and you’re left there flushing still sitting in the car with your hands covering your embarrassed face while Simon calls for Soap and Gaz to come help, Price patting you on the shoulder and proceeding to rip the long receipts to shreds as he gets out the car, not even giving them a glance.

when soldiers outside the 141 find out, they call him precious and self-obsessed, a vain pretty boy too preoccupied with his reflection to focus on the enemy. no wonder how he got his callsign. price has given up telling him to leave them on base and just teaches him to individually wrap them so they don’t rattle against each other and give himself away

what they don’t know is that each product contains an ingredient that when mixed with any number of the others, creates potent chemical bombs. he was caught unarmed once, he won’t let it happen again
