I want to be clear that severely cutting off humanitarian aid to any civilian population around the world because a resistance group -which has been labelled a terrorist organization by an occupational force and its' imperial supporters of mass genocide -because this said 'terrorist' group had members allegedly 'apart' of the October 7th, 2023 attack... is a form of COLLECTIVE PUNISHMENT.

Denying basic necessities to Palestinian people -from the lack to inadequate access to food, water, medical supplies and treatment, electricity and fuel for months now -has already been/remains a crime against humanity that the IOF has rampantly been committing.

The UNRWA is supposed to provide health care, relief and social services -and involves itself in emergency responses during times of crisis, and so much more... so by cutting funds because of what I mentioned above, you're effectively saying ALL Palestinian people are terrorists who must be punished when they have done NOTHING. And any person who reduces this to a mere 'coincidence,' you are surely missing the point here.

The EBU has allowed Israel to participate in Eurovision 2024 despite the genocide in Gaza, claming that it is 'an apolitical event that unites audiences around the world through music' despite removing Russia in 2023 due to the complaints of other countries.

Last year's Eurovision has been about showing support of Ukraine because they needed help, Palistinians need help now too. We have to show these organizations and countries that we aren't going to just stay silent when people are literally being systematically starved and dying on the streets.

My name is (Y/N), I am emailing you in relation to genocide of Palestinian's at the hands of Israel. I find Australia's support of Israeli forces in Gaza shameful and disturbing. I am worrying everyday about the on going atrocities happening on children and their families as the death toll sky-rockets and we see Israel stopping water, food, fuel and electricity to Gaza. Your government continues to be complacent while the world watches. 

I demand 

• The Australian Government withdraws support for Israel's genocide. 

• The Australian Government withdraws support for Israel's occupation of all Palestinian lands. 

• The Australian Government uses its powers to call for Israeli ceasefire and end military attack on Gaza. 

•  The Australian Government to impose sanctions on Israel in response to its committing war crimes in Gaza. 

• The Australian Government cuts diplomatic relations with Israel.

On 13th October in Perth (Boorloo), Western Australia, a fifteen year old Aboriginal boy, Cassius Turvey was walking home from school, wearing his school uniform, with friends when a car full of white adults pulled up and brutally beat him with a metal pole and a machete. Cassius later suffered seizures and strokes and was put in an induced coma. He died 8 days later. The 21-year-old white male Jack Brearley wrongly blamed the children for smashing his car windows. The WA police commissioner callously stated that Cassius was “in the wrong place at the wrong time” and dismissed it as a “case of mistaken identity”, as though that justifies it. This would not have happened to a white child. It is a hate crime. Vigils are being held across the country and the Blak community are hurting.

Cassius was much loved in his community. He had a pay-what-you-can lawn mowing business. He liked to dance and was strong in his Noongar Yamatji culture.
