So my 4 day fast turned into a 5 day fast 😁
And after 5 days my weight has gone from 282 down to 274.6 this is the lowest i have seen since before i had my son almost 2 years ago. This makes me want to just keep fasting cuz the refeed will make it go up 😓 but hopefully wont be too much and get right back on track, i will be breaking the fast this afternoon. Just 6 more hours to complete a full 5 days which is when i'll be breaking later today

DAY 1:
I don’t normally do a f00d log, but since I’m trying k3to I thought this would be a good way to keep consistent.
It’s hard to f@st or eat below 500 c@l now that my family has voiced concern. “I’m worried you don’t e@t.”
I think I played it off— but for a while imma need to e@t my meals in front of them. That’s what I did today and I feel so f@t having to eat so many grams of f@t but that’s part of k3to apparently? I’m going to m3al prep when I have extra time this week, but I’m going to eat all my f00d in front of family to offset any w0rries or suspicions then I’ll be able to e@t less and keep my f@ts without them worrying.
I went on a 3 mile walk today— but my watch died so it didn’t count my steps or c@lories burned!!!! But I’m going to guess around 150cals burned on the walk or so. I also worked all day so I was up and moving 10 hours straight so I don’t know how much I truly burned. ˙◠˙

Weight loss for pattern tards
I have noticed recently that I cannot commit to any workout or diet challenge that does not feature a numerical pattern. This Sunday I will begin a daily workout comprised of a mile sprint, ten mile walk, one hundred push-ups, and one thousand crunches. 1, 10, 100, 1000. I’ll do this each day until failure.
The accompanying diet is as follows:
Breakfast- Glass of whole milk
Lunch- Any amount of raw fruit or vegetables
Dinner- Plain filet of choice

I’m going to do it. I’m going to try k3to. I have to fit one dress size smaller in two months. I have too. I have the dress, and now it’s go time. I’ve never tried keto. But I’m going to see how it goes, I think it may be difficult because I’ve been vegan for 7 years. But I’m going to try to incorporate eggs into my diet because they are good for keto.
