Get Your Morning Started 🤍
I bet you already read dozens of morning routines but maybe I can offer you a few different tips and tricks with my step by step morning routine.
waking up early is essential to make the most out of the day. If you aren‘t an early bird, try different kinds of alarm clocks (light, nature sounds, etc).
After waking up make sure there is some water on your nightstand and drink it. Start hydrating!
Try to avoid your phone as long as possible - no one needs your attention that early in the morning. Be considerate and put your attention on yourself!
Don‘t make your bed. Srsly! Open your window and air your bedding first. Making your bed right after getting up is a safe place for mites. While ventilating the bedroom you can go the bathroom, prepare your drinks/breakfast, journal or meditate. Make your bed 30 min after leaving your bed.
Meditate. Light a candle or incense sticks. Roll out your fitness mat and choose between guided meditations or non guided meditations (I recommend guided for beginners, you can find some on YouTube or Spotify) meditation is key try to stick to it daily!
Journal for organisation and personal growth. 5 to 10 minutes only (!!!) there are many journals out there, I personally use the 5 Minute Journal but any journal would do. You can use a plain notepad and look up journaling ideas on pinterest I really don‘t want you to spend money on stuff you don‘t necessarily need just for the aesthetic.
Move your body honey! Do a YouTube workout or go for a run. Walk your staircase up and down do whatever you feel like doing but try to ignore your lazy bum trying to make you skip this. Get stared on this one you can thank me later.
Breakfast, baby. Nutrition and hydration is non-negotiable! Have your vegetables and fruits, drink your coffee or matcha, don’t forget to drink your lemon water. Don‘t skip breakfast to loose wait angel. Your organs need the calories to function during the day so treat yourself with love and consideration.
Keep calm and moisturise. Quick shower or wash to get ready for the day. Skincare is everything. I’m currently investing (and testing) Korean skincare for myself but a few products are key: cleanser -> toner -> antioxidant serum (vitamin c) -> eye cream -> moisturizer -> sunscreen
Make up and dress up. Find your personal style you feel comfortable with and you‘re good to go. You can look up outfit capsules on pinterest for wardrobe ideas. In terms of make up I personally think less is more. Mascara, lip oil, some rouge on the cheeks and vaseline and you‘re fine. I personally prefer a sleek hairstyle.
Listen to podcast. This step is easily combined with breakfast or getting ready. I‘m currently listening to Confessions by Anastazia but I’ll probably make a playlist with my fave podcast episodes from various podcasts and share it with you.

whether it's the void state or just guided meditations ; it seems like meditating is a pretty helpful thing to learn when wanting to shift/meditate. for some, they shift instantly and for others it helps them sleep better but noone ever really explains how to meditate so here's my attempt at a beginner's guide as someone who uses meditation 24/7 !
in my eyes, meditation is not only helpful for manifestation or shifting but is also just a good way to unwind after a really long day - it can be a bit scary if you aren't used to it so don't worry if you're a bit intimidated ~
as a disclaimer, i will say that meditation is all based on what works for you and what you can personally handle ! for some, they meditate for hours and for others they do 5 minute sessions - figure out what works for you and stick with it !
1. clearing your mind
this isn't a needed step but it's something that helped me a lot when i was first starting meditating and that's clearing your mind a bit before you start. you can listen to music or even watch a show, just relax a bit beforehand and don't think about anything that would cause you stress. my way of doing this is i usually write down what i want to achieve during the meditation first (am i shifting? am i just meditating to relax? am i planning on meditating and then sleeping afterwards?) and then listen to music to relax and address any thoughts or things that i feel like would distract me whilst meditating (ie : overdue assignments).
11. choosing ur method
do you like listening to music peacefully, can you focus well with it? — make a playlist of songs that you can meditate to. are you better at following instructions and can focus better on that? — find a guided meditation (personal tip ; go with a shorter one first that is just for the sake of meditation so you can get used to it). you can choose ambience, white noise or even just listen to nothing ! it's all based on what works for you ; if you don't know what works for you, test out different methods.
111. focus !!!
something that seems to be the hardest for most people is focusing, having to sit down or lay down in a position and focus can be a bit hard BUT one way of making it easier is some basic breathing exercises & i'm not talking about the ones where you hold your breathe for 20 seconds - i'm talking about the ones where you simply take deep breaths. spend as long as you wish, allowing yourself to relax until you feel like you're calm enough and then jump into what you're meditating for. for example , lets say you're meditating to manifest a day off school :
if you dont feel calm, take a few deep breaths until you feel a bit emptyheaded & allow yourself to get comfortable in that space (comfort is key !!!)
focus on wanting your day off & live in the end in whatever way you prefer (visualisation, affirmations etc) for as long as you wish !
you can drift away from your thoughts here and there and that's okay ! just don't panic and go back to focusing as you wish
remember that there's not one way of focusing , go with what vibes with you !
1111. don't think of time
now that you're focusing on what you're manifesting for, you may be thinking "how long has it been? am i on track?" — rather than worrying about the time, don't even think that time exists. allow yourself to live in a timeless space, it doesn't matter if it's been 5 minutes or 5 hours — time doesn't exist.
v. enjoy it
for whatever reason you're manifesting for, enjoy it. don't turn it into a stressful task, don't worry if you're doing it the "wrong" way — enjoy yourself & allow yourself to meditate. you cannot meditate wrong, so don't worry about that possibility and unwind.
EXTRA TIPS :
♡ if you're worrying about being disrupted during the meditation, meditate early in the morning/late at night
☆ scared of getting muscle cramps from lying down a certain way? do some stretches beforehand !
♡ struggle to be still for a set amount of time ? choose a repetitive motion and use that to replace being still (i personally rock side to side a lot, it won't make it harder for you to meditate)

Using CSB - Easiest Guide to Levelling Up
I get asked very often how one should use CSB. I’ve created these templates multiple times but I believe that this is the simplest version of what I can give you.
If you’re a beginner who is just starting their level up journey; or if you struggle to be consistent; you find yourself resetting often; then this simple guide is for you.
1. Make a list of all the goals you have in your life. It could be anything - health, wealth, mental health, beauty, anything.
2. Create your SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats). Define your strengths and weaknesses well.
3. Revise your goals again based on your SWOT. Define them as short term (0-3 months) and long term (3 months+).
4. Decide three goals that you want to tackle now. 2 short term and 1 long term.
Example:
Short term: finishing the last sem of uni; finding a job; reading 2 books this month; completing an online course.
Long term: losing X amount of weight; consistently meditating, etc.
5. Build a habit stack. Define a time for all your 3 goals. Start with 3, no matter what. You’ll build your way up slowly - the upper limit should not exceed 5 at a time.
Example:
Morning: reading
Afternoon: doing an online course
Evening: working out
5. Set a weekly target. Set a monthly target.
Example:
Reading: 3x week.
The only time you can increase your goals or increase the intensity is if you meet 85% (0.85) of them in a month.
Example: reading 3x a week
Total number of days in a month: 12 days (3 days * 4 weeks)
Minimum number of days: 10 days (approx 12* 0.85)
Only if you reach your minimum goal of 10 days can you increase your goals/ intensity. How would you do this? You could perhaps increase reading days from 3 to 5 a week; or number of books from 1 a month to 2 a month.
What happens if you don’t reach the 85% target? Then you stick to the original target (reading thrice a week) until you achieve your 85% monthly consistency goal.
6. Monthly revision
Keep a diary where you note down your progress/ use a habit tracker to keep a track of everything. You need to ask yourself 3 questions at the end of every month:
1. Do the tasks I’ve chosen play a key role in the person I want to be? OR, do my tasks line up with my goals?
2. Am I meeting the 85% target for all 3 tasks this month? If no - why?
3. Can I take on one more task? (Simple yes/no)
This is also a good time to check in and ask yourself - are these the goals I still want to stick to? Should I change my goals?
7. Dealing with discipline, motivation and rest days.
You need to keep your tasks simple initially for the discipline to kick in to avoid procrastination.
The motivation will come when you define your end goals.
You need at least 1 rest day a week/ 2 rest days a month (depends on you) where you do nothing but just chill and relax.

Well , as you all know, I finally manifested my dream life (success story coming soon) , i finally have all of my desires but even if my blog is about loa, its also about SELF IMPROVEMENT.
So here is the habits of a master manifestor and a successful student /person/ect.
WAKE UP AT 7:00 or before
Even if you are tired. This will help you naturally develop a good sleeping schedule because you will be tired earlier. and sleep earlier. Thanks to this you are also gonna finish all of your assignment earlier and have more time for yourself.
SLEEPING EARLY
Whats up ? You're dumb? Sleep early. It helps w weight loss/maintenance. Makes you prettier. Make you look fresher . Makes you smarter w a better memory. And so much more. Sleeping early=sleeping more = pure benefits.
WORKING OUT
No. Working out isn't just for a perfect /skinny body. Working out helps with mental and physical health. So please, at least stretch. ( workout ideas for beginners; a simple warm up in the morning is perfect . If you want something more intense and you wanna burn calories I recommend to you a cardio/ HIT workout before taking your shower. Any 5 minutes workout or less is good but try to add more and more minutes everytime!)
MAKE TIME to affirm/meditate/spirituality
Give yourself every morning and night at least 20 minutes to affirm and visualize your desire or whatever you are manifesting in your 4d . Also meditate about you already having it ( no need to guided manifestation. Just slowly breathe till you feel calm/sleepy and think about the desire you already have).
DRINK water
Drinking water have MANY benefits such as : weight loss, reduce fatigue and increase energy, flush out toxins, improve skin complexion and more! Make hydrating fun with tea or lemon water.
EAT well
Not eating can kill you and eating too much too. Eat enough food ( till you feel satisfied but not full, it's not healthy) and try to eat healthy food (at least half of the plate should be vegetables. Also try to reduce processed food , cook & eat at home) .
DO things that put you in a good mood
Start your day by doing something you like , something that put you in a good mood for the day. Its really good for mental health, realising stress & being more positive through the day & what could happen in it.
READ a lot
It helps with a better vocabulary, developing imagination, better grammar & honestly just a very good habit.
LEARN something new everyday
Honestly anything even if its just a random fun fact or a weird diy but never go to sleep without learning something new. Even if it is something small or that you don't consider " useful ".

Hey, I’m really sorry to dump this onto you. I really apologize. I don’t know who to talk about this anymore.
I’m 26. Struggling with the void state. I basically messed up my entire life and career and I only found out of the void state like 8 months ago. But I find myself getting so frustrated.
I know it’s easy and it’s basically us. But I can’t seem to grasp this and achieve it. Do you have any tips about this please?
hiya, you really don’t need to apologize! I totally get you and it can take some pressure off when you talk out your worries;
I understand where your frustration comes from, it took me 4 years to finally get any results in my journey, I was just so desperate to get out of here I kept persevering even when I felt like giving up
I don’t know if you want to use the void state to shift or manifest something here but let me tell you something!!
even if it takes you 10 years to get your desires, after you get them, those years will feel so insignificant and short lived compared to the life you live after
why does it matter you messed up your life and career when you can fix everything overnight? the 3D be damned, it’s so irrelevant I literally just laugh when I think how powerless it is compared to me or you
I suggest you take a step back and relax. find the source of your frustrations and address it. treat everything with indifference and keep persisting. even with not entering the void yet, you can manifest a better life here and now. when something negative comes my way i manifest it away immediately, I don’t stay sad or stressed for more than 10 minutes. even if I fail entering the void or shifting, I remind myself I have all the time in the world to achieve it
entertaining the void is very easy: you just need an alternate state of consciousness (hypnogogia, lucid dreaming, sats etc) and intention. you don’t even need to have a positive mindset or fully believe it. if you’ve read my post on how to I entered the void, I mentioned how I didn’t think I can enter the void without doing yoga nidra then entered it a few minutes later because I simply wanted to get into the void
your thoughts create your reality. just state what you want, keep persisting and watch how your desires come to you
repetition and persistence are the keys; you don't have to fully believe the things you want to manifest, you just have to persist with the new thought
if you desire something, just immerse yourself in the idea that it's already yours in your imagination. affirm it, feel it, and don't let the current reality bother you. focus on your imagined reality (4D), persist in it, and over time, your outer reality (3D) will align with what you've imagined. that's when your desires come to life
here is some advice I can give regarding the void and manifesting, but I’ll also link some posts I hope you’ll find useful:
—the void state is nothing special, it’s just a deep meditative state just like when you zoom out in class and can’t hear, see or feel anything
—meditate; find a meditation you find comfortable doing and do it any time you can (I suggest doing it at least one time per day, especially in the morning). I like doing wim hof breathing method and listening to white, pink and brown noise. you can also use guided meditations on youtube. meditation can help you also release stress
—affirm daily for your desires. even if you get negative thoughts, ignore them and continue affirming
—be delusion regarding your desires. even if it feels icky at the beginning, keep on persisting
—if you can lucid dream use it to get into the void. it’s so easy and quick

So as seen on my last post I have had a really rough couple of days (weeks), so bad that I'm not going to school tomorrow. So I'm taking this as an opportunity to reset and seriously get it together.

Wake up at 9:30 - I'm setting an alarm since I don't think I should stay in bed too long due to having have been in bed almost all day today and this isn't too early or too late either
Meditate - I'm going to be following Lavandaire´s 5 Minute Guided Morning Meditation for Positive Energy
Stretch - I'm going to do OppServe's 5min Stretch for a Fit Body, Nice Posture, Body reShaping: A Beginner Routine. WARM UP/ COOL DOWN
Eat a nutrious breakfast

I'll be going to the gym and be there for around 1h and 30mins since that's what I usually do. I have a very clear routine that's been helping me recently that involves body machines (idk how to say it in english 😭 the machines with weight and stuff), cardio and a simple youtube workout

so you're my only hope and i really wish for your advice. it's humiliating to say my story but i really need help. so i was misdiagnosed with schizofrenia (i 100% know i'm healthy) i need to lie that i have schizofrenia because my mother needs money. and here comes my desires : revision and desired age/grade level and maaany more. i have no responsibilities literally zero! the way i manifest is i walk around my room and viseualise, affirm and overall manifest which is fun but the thing is do you think i should build healthy day routine instead of just pacing around my room all day long? could you provide me a routine? thank you for help because yall are saving me for real. it could be even self care habits to do every day anything to avoid pacing around

so to build a healthy routine and schedule for urself. doing so builds discipline. im gonna give u some healthy habits, a morning and evening routine, and resources for those things. a good place to start tho is making a weekly agenda that changes with the week, something to switch things up every week. just make one 💗💗💗

—healthy habits🩰⊹ ⋆⁺₊⋆ ♡̴ ⋆⁺₊⋆
♡ moving ur body/pilates - i personally do pilates and i recommend it to literally everybody. but the basic idea is to move around (and that does not mean pacing in ur bedroom) i mean get ur blood flowing and get moving. it doesn’t have to be pilates it can be running, a sport, dancing, yoga etc
here’s a link to one of the pilates workouts that i recommend if ur a beginner : 
♡ get a hobby - some hobby recommendations: if u are good at writing try poetry, try teaching urself how to draw or paint or sculpt, learn how to dance, learn how to play an instrument, learn a sport, learn languages, become a good cook, write stories, start a blog, learn to sew or crotchet, learn tech, read lots of books, watch/listen to lots of podcasts. literally just get busy 
♡ meditating and journaling - this is so good not only for ur mental health but it can also improve focus and keep u grounded. keep a journal or start meditating every day

♡ self care - i LOVE self care. literally practice self care every single day. take care of ur nails, skin, hair, lashes EVERYTHING. be super intentional with ur self care bcuz it tells our brains that we are worthy of effort and it’ll LITERALLY make u feel like a princess. 
♡ manifesting - you mentioned that u wanted to do some revision so something that i recommend for revising is using SATS. or state akin to sleep. once ur in state akin to sleep go back in ur mind and revise whatever u want. or just do SATS before bed every night. this is such a powerful manifesting tool

♡ sleep - aim to get between eight to ten hours of sleep a night. you’ll look better, feel better, and your physical and mental health will just skyrocket 
—morning🌸⊹ ⋆⁺₊⋆ ♡̴ ⋆⁺₊⋆
♡̴ first thing in the morning, fix ur bed 
♡ open the blinds/windows if the sun is out, this all depends on what time u wake up but if the sun isn’t out just skip this step 
♡ stretch for a couple minutes 
♡ write down at least three things that ur grateful for (don’t write down what u aren’t grateful for AT THAT MOMENT, literally just write down three things that ur grateful for right then and there) 
♡ brush ur teeth and use a tongue scraper 
♡ have a glass of water with some lemon slices 
♡ take a warm shower and moisturize 
♡ skincare routine 
♡ put on an outfit that makes u feel pretty 
♡ if u get nauseous when u eat breakfast then try eating something light, but if that doesn’t work then listen to ur body and just skip breakfast. if that’s not the case tho eat a balanced breakfast 
THEN GET TO WORK ON YOUR AGENDA THAT I MENTIONED IN THE BEGINNING<3 
—evening🍥⊹ ⋆⁺₊⋆ ♡̴ ⋆⁺₊⋆
♡ take a warm shower and moisturize 
♡ 30-60 minutes of self care and pampering 
♡ make a yummy dinner that’s nourishing 
♡ read for 20 minutes or watch something that enriches u 
♡ evening yoga 
♡ drink water 15 minutes before bed 
THEN GO TO SLEEP AND HAVE SWEET DREAMS <3 
this is just an idea, or a basic guideline to follow if u need it. customize it to ur specific needs and day-to-day life. im so excited for all ur desires to manifest cuz u deserve it! mwah 💗💗💗

Shifting method:
Locking doors
So I have only seen this method used once on a guided shifting meditation video and I haven't seen it posted anywhere else, so I'm going to put it into text for more people to see.
The method details are below the cut:
I have seen this method used before as a means to permashift, in the sense that you are attempting to lock yourself into your DR so that you can stay there for days on end, or forever even, but still be slightly tethered to your CR, with the option to return to your CR if you choose. This method may be a little too advanced for beginners, especially if you are attempting to shift to an extremely different DR from your CR.
I recommend listening to some type of noise to help clear your mind and to block out any interruption from the world. I personally listen to pink or white noise, but use whatever relaxes you and clears your mind the best. 
Lay down in bed and meditate for a few minutes. Clear your mind of anything and everything. Start visualizing your body from your POV in any way that feels most natural to you; whether that means you see your full body below you as a glowing light, a kind of wispy collection of atoms, or if you see your full body exactly how it looks in your CR. It isn't entirely important about what you visualize, as this is just to represent your consciousness. You may not even visualize yourself, instead choosing to interpret the static in your head as the void you are a part of. 
Take a few minutes to get used to where you are. If you have a body, walk around and look at your hands. If you are a trail of light and atoms, then float around, see if there is anything to explore. If you don't have any representation of your consciousness, then simply allow the static to move around you, forming shapes. The void is mostly black, but moving through it sparks the chance to see flashing lights and blob figures, symptoms of shifting. Allow your physical body to feel like it's floating or sinking; this feeling is different for everyone, you may even just start to feel numb. 
While in this state, start thinking about your DR. Who are you, what is your name, what do you look like, do you have any family, friends, or a significant other? Are there any important dates that will be taking place when you wake up in the morning? What is your DR self doing right now in bed? Are you nervous because you start a new job tomorrow, or it's the first day of school? Is tomorrow your birthday? Get yourself into the mindset of your DR self. 
While you are thinking about the details of your DR, begin to visualize something in the distance. Something far away that you have to go towards. Keep thinking about your DR while also making affirmations; I am shifting. I am (DR self name). I am (DR self age). I am shifting. 
When you start to get close, you notice it is a door. The door embodies your DR. There is a hook in the middle of the door that holds a key. As you grab the key off the hook, keep saying your affirmations. Unlock the door and go through it. Once you are through the door, change your affirmation to the past tense “I have shifted.” Lock the door and put the key on the hook on this side of the door. 
Continue on your journey, thinking about who you are, what you are doing, facts about you. Recite everything you know about your DR that your DR self would know; what did you have for dinner last night, what are you looking forward to tomorrow, are you nervous, excited, or scared? After a while you may feel the need to lay down, you have traveled a long distance and you are starting to feel sleepy. As you lay down, start to bring your consciousness into your DR. feel the bed you are in and smell the air. Without opening your eyes, start to remember the layout of your room from where you are lying. Where is the door, are there any windows, what other furniture is in the room?
Continue these thoughts until you fully drift to sleep. Make yourself believe you are in your DR bed. Where else would you be? You know exactly where you are and exactly who you are. If you hear something, what was that? Maybe a sibling in your house or an animal outside. Make everything connect and make sense for your DR. Make yourself believe it until it becomes true. If you fully expect to wake up in your DR, then your consciousness will believe it too.

Daily Check-in - July 24, 2023 🎀
Day 2 was a little different than yesterday, mainly because I had to work an 8 hour shift today, and it wore me out 😭 I still managed to do my morning routine and part of my night routine, so I am really happy with how today turned out regardless!
🩷 What I Ate Today:
Breakfast - A two good vanilla Greek yogurt bowl with cacao and cashew butter granola, a sliced up banana, chia seeds, and some peanut butter! And of course, a cup of coffee and water
Lunch - Salad, topped with Tuna (mixed withavocado oil mayo), small pieces of sharp cheddar cheese, and shredded carrots, and a bowl of watermelon
Dinner - Low carb quesadilla, three air fried Tyson chicken strips, more watermelon, and another coffee
Other - I tried these new electrolyte tablets that were recommended to me, and while I did not like the taste, I noticed a difference in my energy and how I overall felt going back to work after lunch
Water - currently 72oz, but I have another bottle of water on my desk that I plan on finishing by the time I go to sleep
🩷 Workout - Pilates Abs + Nighttime Stretches

This was the first one I *attempted*, and I found it a bit difficult to keep up with mainly because it was my first day back to exercising after a three week break. I did enjoy the format and the exercises were pretty beginner friendly! 8.2/10

This is the next one I did and I really enjoyed it! I loved the movements themselves and while I do wish it had actually been 10 minutes, it was super easy on the body! 9.7/10, I recommend

I had to stop halfway through this one because I am not fit enough to keep up with a chloe ting ab video just yet, although I loved the exercises included and I absolutely love her vibe in all her videos! 8/10

I ended the night with the same stretch video as I like the hip stretching, and it's currently a bit of a challenge since I'm not very flexible right now. 9.3/10
Tomorrow - Lower Body Pilates!

Overall, Day 2 is considered a success! I can't wait for tomorrow, I genuinely look forward to the things I get to do each day, especially now that I'm on this journey and documenting it. I look forward to being able to look back one day and be proud of how far I've come!
