Is been a day however dissasociation has been at a higher rate, so I do believe that despite the outside factors of tiredness, I may be able to have some sort of systemhood progress.

I think formation dates are.. a very interesting thing for systems.
You formed in the colder months of the year? I think thats very interesting. like me! because I just realized, soon I'm gonna be able to go camping!
You know that isnt probably a huge thing.. but it is for me. Because I miss camping with my brothers right? I think it's VERY COOL that I will be able to have that soon.
and yk!! your date of formation can also effect how you are as a person? thats rlly cool I think.
Its interesting to me.

Plurality is so weird sometimes because sometimes you go to refer to yourself and it’s like. I? we? wei? I/we? I/[headmate]? I (blurry)? I (system “I”)? all of these feel subtly different and sometimes figuring out which one to use in a given moment is weirdly difficult

Exploring Spiritual Kin/Exo memories using Journaling

I have used journaling for the past couple of months, read through multiple books on spiritual journaling, and mastered a technique that's helped me with processing exomemories and recording them.
The benefits of Exomemory Journaling
Having a list of proof of memories when you may feel denial
Being able to map out memory timelines as you remember more details and memories over time
Being able to process exotrauma
Being able to map out positive triggers to feel like yourself more
Being able to map out negative triggers related to exotrauma
Validating your own feelings and experiences
Self exploration
Before we go in, it's okay if your memory is vague. It's okay if it doesn't align with canon of any fictional source. These are realities that we have transcended, so our physical brains may not properly translate the code within our souls. There are also so many realities and universes, that the fictional source here might not follow your life 1-1. Don't take it to heart, you are still you, and your life was still real.

First, you want to top this entry off with a date, time, and location. This is pretty standard for journaling, it helps you keep track and have a record
1.Starting Point (Skip this section if you want to retain the details of the memory and can be quite forgetful, come back to it after step 2 instead)
In this section, you want to write down what feelings you felt before this flashback and what feelings you felt during, and the feelings you feel now as you begin writing. Also write down what you were doing beforehand in detail such as where you are, what you were doing, what you were hearing and etc. If this flashback was not discovered through meditation and instead through a random hit of nostalgia, detailing your surroundings might let you find what triggered this flashback. Could have been a lyric to a song, a certain smell in the air, someone you saw might have reminded you of someone etc. These triggers are good to know as they can help align you more with your identity and past life, or maybe map negative triggers you should know about.
2.The Memory Itself
This section is more quoted from a book Journaling for Joy by Joyce Chapman
Close your eyes to get the full perception sense of the visual and sensory details of the memory. Where are you? What are you wearing? What lighting or shadows do you see? What sounds can be heard? What do you smell? Describe your body and how its reacting. Who else is there? What expressions lighten or darken their faces? What do you imagine they might be thinking, what is said? How is this different from or typical of other memories from that life? What is assumed and what goes unquestioned? If possible, does this connect to a period of time/date? What other memories does this connect to?
You want a full, detailed search of this memory to the best of your ability. Trust your gut, you may feel sometimes that you are fabricating some parts of the memory or it may have not went down the exact way you are writing down. That's okay, even if your mind is trying to fill in some spots and make sense of this memory through a translation, the theme around this memory is still real and even if this happened in another way that you can't fully see, it still happened. This is why journaling these memories are important, you may feel vague on the memory now, but later on it might get triggered again and you get the full story. Be patient with yourself.
3.Afterwards
You now have this memory written down to detail to the best of your ability, now let's analyze it using feedback statements. You can start this part with "I now realize that.." or "I learned that.."
What conclusions can you draw from this memory, and during this incident what did you draw from it then as compared to now? How does this memory affect me now?
What does this memory mean to me?
What emotions do I feel as I write these conclusions/questions?
Keep asking questions as they come to you, all the questions you have about this memory. you might not have all the answers now, but as you continue this technique those holes will be filled over time.
In my experience and the experience of many others, writing more has lead me to remembering more, and as I write one memory it may suddenly bring back another and another and another. It's great for self exploration.
A Quick Format
This format is for if you don't bring your journal with you, or are busy, and have a pocket notebook or phone to just jot it down real fast. It's supposed to be quick enough so you can deeply journal on it when you get the time or spoons.
1.What caused this Memory?
2.What was this Memory?
3.How do I feel/What feelings are rising?
4.Details you think are important to remember/write down real quick for later
5.Extra Thoughts about it
Conclusion
Anyways, I hope this helps you guys out as much as it's helped me. Would love to hear your experiences trying this out.
- Vincent Welles

I wonder if systems can be triggered by NPD. Hear me out. A big part of NPD is not having a solid sense of self, even hating yourself. So what if your brain just decides to be different people because it can't decide who to be or because it's trying to create someone that feels more pleasing to others?
I feel like Max and I might have split in order to protect the part of me that I deemed "innocent" and separate it from all the things I hated about myself...
Of course, I also find Max embarrassing. So, potentially, I ripped him off and discarded him like an old mask that I got tired of wearing and no longer wanted to be associated with it for fear of his personality being too "cringey" and "weak".
Either way, I just think it's interesting to consider how having NPD has possibly influenced our system.

Relating a little too much to disco elysiums style of narration and wishing your own thoughts would talk to you like that
THE EMPRESS [Trivial: Success] - "We have a suggestion."
THE TOWER - You can't just say that to a tumblr anon.

there needs to be more ISAT AU fics where Siffrin is a system
#isat spoilers#sifstem#(lol)#i remember when i read the journal in Act 4 about Loop's wish. and i was like. wow. that's extremely Plural#so many actual systems already see themselves in Siffrin/Loop. where are the fics please#you Could have Loop kind of..... share Siffrin's body (because of Wish Craft maybe?). OR you could have an AU#where Loop (and maybe Mal du Pays?) is already part of a system with Siffrin#perfect way to include Loop without the whole time loop story happening#ive seen Maybe 2 fics about this. Star bits have been discovered to come in five colors of pastel yellow, pink, purple, blue and green. These colors are based on this reoccurring (usually pastel) palette that I’ve seen in my dreams repeatedly since I’ve started recording my dreams in 2015, with some examples below.

Blue stars represent introspection and meditation (tastes bitter), yellow stars represent energy and vigor (tastes spicy), purple stars represent creativity and imagination (tastes savory), green represents clarity and focus (tastes sour), and pink represents relationships and connections (tastes sweet).

Green stars have the longest battery life, perfect to power machines or for sanitizing. Yellow is the shortest lasting but most powerful, good for rocket fuel and fireworks. Pink has the most appeal, most wanted as decor and as a food ingredient. Blue is subtle but can have lingering effects, often used in air fresheners or protective wards. Purple is straight up psychedelic, be careful with that stuff.

Big Fish Phantom Shifts
Phantom shifts are often kind of "in the way" for a lot of people. Wings clipping through or bumping into walls. Antlers or horns bonking things. Tails being annoying to deal with when faced with the back of a chair... You get it. I have... a definite problem with this in a very similar way, but it's different than any of the guys in my system with phantom shifts. Namely because I'm a very fucking long fish, made for open water.
My tail at its shortest? Easily 3x the height of my body, if not more. It replaces my legs when I get a phantom shift and I definitely rely on using my cane more in those moments because my legs feel a lot less "real" than they should, and I always feel at more risk of tripping or taking a step wrong. I can still feel my human legs, sure, but they kind of become an afterthought and less present in my mind. Kind of dissociated, less a part of me and more a part of... Something else.
I don't directly feel every inch of my phantom tail though either--more like... There's a sense of there should be a sensation there. I don't feel much aside from where it should connect and curve away from my human body--everything else is a lot less physical. The sense of "this should have feeling" means I don't get hurt or any real direct sensation from it interacting or not fitting in physical objects properly, but it's still a sense of mental discomfort. A sense of "I shouldn't be able to fit here", or a sense of "this should be kinda painful". If I'm in a space where I can't make a logical conclusion to where my tail could possibly fit in a comfortable way, it's like a nagging at the back of my brain telling me to move. Even though I can't physically feel where my tail is or that it would be uncomfortable, my brain knows I shouldn't be able to be in whatever position it is that I'm currently in, and urges me to get to somewhere more comfortable ASAP.
Even though it doesn't cause much physical distress, the tail being so long makes it incredibly annoying when dealing with shifts in the body and performing daily tasks. Walking around outside? Oops, that car just ran over my tail, that should probably hurt. That guy is standing in it, okay sure. It doesn't fit into the car I'm in and my brain can't figure out what to do with that information.
I try to do things in my house? The thing hardly fits in my room, let alone on my bed. Turning around corners can be annoying because my brain will scream about how I'm turning in a way that would hurt my tail. Sitting on a couch is the same issue as the bed. Oops, the dog just walked up and fell asleep where my tail should be, that's bound to have some sort of discomfort.
It's overall not the biggest issue, it's manageable, but it's a weird psychological thing that bugs me sometimes. I'm glad I don't have physical sensation in it because that would be impossible to manage, but having the mental push of "this isn't right, your tail can't fit here" still is... An Experience to have. Most other people in my system can feel a large portion of their phantom limbs, but it honestly makes sense as to why I can't feel mine in the same way--I just literally wouldn't fit in human society. In both of my forms (vast/hunt leviathan and Sebastian Solace), my body is made for open water, not houses, stores or cars.
