Happy mother's day to all the supportive mom's of LGBTQ children, and the mothers who may have once been father's, and the mom's who are LGBTQ themselves.
Happy mother's day to all the loving single mothers whether or not they're single by choice, and to the mom's who've adopted and the godmother's who love and support their children regardless of if they're related by blood.
Happy mother's day to the grieving mother's who truly loved unconditionally, and to the mother's who are currently being grieved by their families, and the mothers who were/are able to manage their families while also facing grief.
Happy mother's day to the mom's who saved their children from abuse and would never dare to repeat that cycle, as well as to the mothers who have faced abuse themselves by a partner or family member.
Happy mother's day to the countless mother's in Palestine who are facing the atrocious being committed by Israel that are killing them and their families.
Happy mother's day to the religious mother's of non-religious children who don't push their beliefs onto their children and make them feel like garbage for not confirming to their expectations.
Happy mother's day to those who've suffered through a miscarriage, and the mom's who've have had to get an abortion for either being unready for a child at the moment or for their own safety and health (or both!!).
Happy mother's day to the disabled and challenged mom's (whether that be physically or mentally), and to the mother's of disabled children, and to the disabled mom's raising disabled children!
Happy mother's day to all the loving, supportive, and caring mom's who truly love their children unconditionally. By default, every mother deserves a mother's day, but if you can't do the bare minimum of loving your children, or think that only the bare minimum is necessary for raising children, then I'm sorry, but unless your child is an actual complete adult monster and that has been confirmed to not be any of your fault, then you don't deserve a mother's day. Otherwise, happy mother's day and thank you for your service 🎉🎂❤️
Oh and happy parents day to all the enby parents! 💛🤍💜🖤

Since y'all seem to like Mama Bear Chilchuck, I raise you Defensive Daughter Izutsumi
Tumblr media
Izutsumi still has cat instincts, so I can picture her getting the urge to basically brush/groom loved ones after injuries. Idk abt anyone else?

In Plan Sight
Jason didn't know what he expected when he woke up but it wasn't this.
that was a small dark-haired girl that looked to be about 4 years old sitting on his couch. Jason has a vague memory of her being there last night but he was very tired and assumed it was one of the street kids that he lets crash in the safe house sometimes.
Jason slowly walks up to her trying to get into her line of sight so he doesn't spook her. she looks up at him with green eyes he feels like he recognizes but can't quite place.
“you need to help me find my mom,” the young girl says with a conviction that you don't usually find on four-year-old's voice.
“Did you get lost or are you in danger” Jason wants the kid to have just got lost.
“Mom said to run and to go to vigilantes in Gotham and they take me to my dad. I don't care about my dad, I want my mom.” so dangerous it was than. Jason really hopes the mom is alive
“Do you know anything about your dad” Jason questioned.
“Mom says he's nice and smart and that he would love me if he got to know me but he also is a little bit stupid sometimes so don't hold that against him.” The girls stumbled over some words like she was trying to remember what her mother said.
Jason suddenly remembers he does not know her name. “What's your name kid.”
“ Eleanor Danielle Nightingale,” the kids sounded so excited to be able to say their full name.
Honestly Jason was expecting the kid to say a nickname but having her full name is probably better.
“How about I make you some breakfast? Have you been sitting on the couch all night?” Jason said as he looked over the couch. There was a smaller bag that was probably full of her stuff on the side of the couch closest to the window.
“I took a nap,” Eleanor says in her tone making it seem like she thought it was obvious. “and I want pancakes.”
“ Well lucky for you I have just the stuff “Jason turns around and heads to the kitchen to start making the pancakes.
—-------------------------------------
Jason got Eleanor set up into his guest room.
Jason looked her up while she was in the bathroom after breakfast. He didn't find anything other than a birth certificate with her full name under a Dahlia Nightingale.
Dahlia Nightingale is even more of a mystery; her age was about 17 when she gave birth with a look similar to her kid which is unsurprising but any history is entirely unknown. All Jason is getting from this file is what her allergies are and her blood type.
Eleanor or Ellie as she insisted on being called has only been to about two doctors appointments both having to do with getting her shots. no information on this mysterious father and absolutely nothing on Dahlia Nightingale.  The family is very obviously hiding which means there's a higher chance of her mom being dead. Jason hopes at least one family member is alive at lest to take care of the kid.

Body hair on women is totally normal and natural. A woman having chest hair is okay. Women can grow a beard or a mustache. Women can grow hair on their forearms. Women can grow body hair. Body hair on women is totally natural. Not just the hair on your legs and armpits but the hair everywhere.

I guarantee if we originally have a son, who ends up coming out as a trans woman, she'll be making music just like her mom. DNA my friend... DNA.

A new Confluence short story, set between the events of the book and the One Heart Together comics!
Told from River's perspective, it's the story of the day Emi first understood that her mom was a combat doll-- and of how the family came away from that moment stronger together.

im really glad we as the trans community seem to be drifting away from posts where some transphobic fuckwit asks a bad faith question about transness and we spend hours gathering sources theyre never gonna click and presenting explanations theyre never gonna read and instead now we're prioritizing our own mental bandwidth by just saying we fucked their moms. I love that for us and i think its a way better use of everyones time

for @litttlittt <3. this was supposed to be a portrait of caroline hill, but litta mentioned tim looking like janet when dressed as caroline and identity issues and angst and things spiraled
something about tim not knowing if he's his mother's child or bruce's or neither's.

TERFs feel ownership over transmasc bodies. We already know they think we don’t deserve to make our own decisions about what to do with them, that we’re mentally ill or delusional or autistic or just trying to escape misogyny. But I also think they look at us and see nothing but themselves. They see their pain, their trauma, what they could have become if only things were different. And they conclude that, therefore, they know better than us. They know what we really need: to be converted to TERFism and detransitioned. After all, we’re ruining our poor, beautiful, fertile “female” bodies that they so covet.
This happens a hundredfold when the transmasc in question is their own kid. My transphobic mother would tell me my body is hers and therefore she could do whatever she wanted with it. She was joking until she wasn’t. TERF moms act as though it’s their own breasts being “cut off,” testosterone being put in their own bodies, their own uterus being removed, without their consent. They’ll tell you to your face they know you better than you know yourself, their words dripping with manufactured sympathy, because after all we’re the same: we’re both “female.”
If you haven’t already, please familiarize yourself with how radical feminism looks and how to spot a TERF beyond them saying they hate trans women. You don’t want to see these people around for any longer than it takes to block them.
