"So I'm thinking that we could change the training schedule and move it up a few hours? Since none of us are really awake at that time, I don't think makes sense for us to practice early when we just go right back to sleep afterwards."

Tim nodded absentmindedly to Kon's words.

"And I feel like we should also switch up the routine and— Tim? Are you listening?"

Tim blinked and then said, "What?"

Kon sighed. "Are you listening? I was talking about the training schedule in the morning."

"No, sorry, I was distracted." He paused and then looked at Kon again, distracted. "Uh, is she supposed to be....?"

He gestured vaguely.

Kon looked down and blinked at Dani, who was still attached to his back like a koala with her teeth digging into his shoulder. She seemed to be dozing off, but thankfully not drooling onto him. His jacket was halfway pulled off of him though, which looked comically slutty.

"Hm? Oh yeah, she likes biting me. Apparently, her fangs get itchy? She can’t hurt me either, so I’ve been her go-to target. Didn't you notice it? She sits underneath my arm when we watch movies to chew on my arm."

"Like a dog," Tim said, amused before he looked thoughtful again. Then he asked, "Can I try?"

"I'm not a chew toy," Kon grumbled, but he obliged, tilting his head to the side. Just as Tim ducked his head down towards his neck, the door opened and Bart raced in cheerfully, arms spread wide.

“Hey guys—!” He froze.

They all stared at him, even Dani who had woken up and was now blinking glowing, green eyes at them like a cat. Three people, all in suggestive but also just plain bizarre poses, stood in the middle of the room and stared at him like he was the weird one.

Bart slowly backed up. He laughed nervously and pointed a thumb behind himself.

“Ooh-kay, I’m just gonna go— bye now!”

Every time Tim starts spiraling into depression and starts becoming Evil Gun Batman, Clockwork sends Dani a note to annoy Tim unti he gets distracted and forgets what he was thinking about.

Tim growled to himself. He and Young Justice needed to get stronger. He needed to be able to protect them, but the amount of enemies they encountered was only increasing as the age of heroes grew stronger, almost like a horrifying correlation.

He needed to make more plans.

He needed to make sure his team would be safe.

He needed to make sure that their enemies could never rise against him—

A weight dropped onto his lap and immediately started grabbing at him.

Tim jumped from the surprise before he scowled.

"Spirit! What are you doing?!"

"Incendiary," Dani said cheerfully, still groping him for his belt.

"Spirit! Get off!" It took him a few moments to register what she said. "What? Why do you need my incendiaries?!"

He squirmed away from her touch, her fingers unintentionally tickling him.

"I'm going to start a fire!" She said brightly. He struggled to get away from her and her wiggling hands, but she trapped him in place with her weight, successfully able to reach for his belt and look into it.

He grabbed her by the hoodie and wrenched her back, but she just phased through her jacket and pulled off his belt with a triumphant cry.

"Dani!" He snapped, although he couldn't help but laugh. He grabbed at her but she slid off of his lap and danced out of his reach with a beaming smile.

"Catch me if you can! And if you don't hurry up, Bart and I are going to make s'mores with these!"

"Use a match! Not my incendiaries! You pyromaniac!" He chased after her, laughing as she dodged his attempts with her own giggles.

Neither of them noticed the otherworldly being watching that world with a careful eye.

Clockwork gave a sigh. Thank goodness his daughter employee was able to successfully divert a crazy world dictator again.

Now he only had to worry about who would take her hand in marriage...

"I didn't wake you, did I?" "You expect me to stay in bed when my girl ain't there with me?" He says, coming behind to rest his face against your neck. A pleased hum escapes you, exposing more of your neck as he inhales your scent, lets his head fall further into you while he embraces you. The scruff of his beard tickles, and you make a mental note to ask him to trim it in the morning, but for now this is good enough. His voice is low when he speaks. "Smells good, what're you makin'?" "Hot chocolate," you answer, eyes darting towards the counter. "Saved you a mug." The bright red cup draws his attention, but not enough to pull him away from you right now. He leaves a small kiss against your exposed skin as gratitude, nuzzling up and down your face like a dog does to it's favorite human. "God, I love you. Have I told you that before?" You love it when he's like this, at peace. Too long he's forced to be someone he's not, and it makes your heart swell to know that you're the only one that can turn this beast of a man into a puppy. "You might have mentioned it once or twice." you laugh. "Would you love me more if I told you there's a blanket in the living room with our names on it?" His groan makes your spine tingle, large palms squeezing at your sides. "Marry me." "We're already married Logan," you smile, only to be interrupted with another groan. "Marry me again honey—I'll buy you two rings this time."

I have failed to mention in a post as of yet that this AU doesn’t take place in the Pizzaplex—the setting is a smallish arcade/playplace much more akin to the original FNaF location. In the 2000s. Moon n Sun own and run the joint.

Anyway since y/n is literally their only employee, it would become pretty obvious very quickly who’s leaving notes in Mr. Sun’s locker 🫣.
