Concept: The reason Damian Wayne loves animals is because during his time with Talia, he found a little grey kitten roaming around the training grounds. It was nearly starving, so he kept it and nurtured it back to health. He’ll deny it, but whenever he had a problem that would be frowned upon by his mother or grandfather, he would talk to the small creature. When his mother found out, he was forced to watch his confident’s neck snapped, and was lectured about having “no weaknesses”. It was then, he decided that no animal in his care was going to go through the same thing as that little kitten.
