There are four things Idia loves the most. Number 1, you, number 2, Ortho, number 3, games, and number 4, candy. So, if it was another person, he'd hold a grudge against them for eating his candies, but.... with you? You're in his top 4. And so is candy. So two of his favorites in one? Absolutely fantastic. As in, you eating his candy? Approved.

You'd sneak into his room, take a few of his bite-sized pomegranate candies and pop them into your mouth. Then, you'd notice Idia enter the room, his stardust eyes widening at the sight of you. Strangely, his mouth waters and the flames of his hair burn hotter than before.

You, on the other hand, took full advantage of Idia's acceptance! It was your little plan to tease Idia. You'd stalk up to him, snickering as you'd peck his cheek. Retrieve the candy if you can, Mister~! If you're with Idia, another thing to note is that he's competitive. So challenging him will just rile him up more. He'd then grab your chin, tilting your head up. If I can? Oh, I sure can.

Then, he'd crash his lips against yours in a bruising kiss, his tongue sweeping inside your mouth to retrieve the candy. Then, with a triumphant grin, he'd bite into the candy, all the while maintaining eye contact with you. It's sweet. (Ahm ahm, suave who??)

Oddly, you'd find yourself the pink one instead of Idia this time.

Ortho Shroud:

As the darling he is, Ortho would just share all his candies with you! After all, both of you go on scavenger tours inside Idia's room together, snack on his candy together, so naturally, Ortho will allow you to eat his candy. So, enjoy!

It doesn't feel right. You said you'd share everything with him, yet you sleep with this strange book of rough papers close to your chest. You don't let anyone read it, and when he asks about it, you just giggle and say it's something super special to you. And— And it's been troubling him a lot. The mere thought of some mortal blackmailing you with material and you keeping it hidden away in the book makes his blood boil with protectiveness and murderous intent and— (okay, we hear you. Yes, he completely made the scenario up. And no, he— he hasn't been watching True Twst Crime. Not at all. Hmph.)

So, naturally, when he saw your sketchbook laying beside your seat as you went off to fix your hair, he peeked. And then, his fiery eyes sparkled with awe as he took in your brilliance. There were— not one, not two, not three— 10 different sketches of him in different positions. It was absolutely mind-blowing. He'd browse through the art, chuckling at your previous failed attempts. Then, he'd keep the book away as if he never touched it, but the flutter inside his chest and the flip his stomach did at each drawing was foreign.

Later, you'd pick your sketchbook up to draw again, only to find each of your sketches signed with the most beautiful green ink and a rose kept between the pages, with the following phrase at the bottom of the newest sketch you made.

"To thee, my secret admirer,

I gift a rose to for your every effort.

And another surprise awaits,

For you to come to my room at night, I shall wait.

Sebek Zigvolt:

What? What does you hiding this suspicious diary have anything to do with him, huh?! Well, apparently, everything. Before he knew it, he found himself dying to see what's inside (privacy who?). So, obviously, he opened up his most trusted website, Twsteddit. There, he put up his question. "My liked but not liked mortal has a thing they're hiding. What to do?"

And of course, his most popular response was to show dominance and have his way. But mama didn't teach him that (aww), and Lord Malleus wouldn't be pleased if he disgraced him in any way! So naturally, he chose the second best option.

He'd storm upto you, trying to fight for the book. Hey! Sebek, you can deffiiniiteeelllyyy not open my book, okay? You'd giggle teasingly (this was an elaborate plan by you, you evil mortal.) He'd huff, snatching the book from your table as he'd clear his throat, opening it to "inspect it". Before he knew it, he was bright red.

It was filled with all sorts of dreams you had about Sebek in them. Cutesy dates, night outs, everything! At the back, you had a few sketches of Sebek too. How cute!

Though, he turned the tables on your silly little stunt. Because now, a copy of your sketch of him resides beside the Malleus portrait in his bedroom.

Bonus: Lilia Vanrouge:

When Lilia would find your sketches of him, he'd photocopy them to distribute them across NRC, put up missing posters for his own self saying " Have you seen Lilia Vanrouge? Well, now you have. <3", and display the art collage on billboards. Yes.

School Trip With Diasomnia + One Bed Trope:

It was such a wonderful day! NRC had taken the students on a trip, and of course, you went along too. Malleus' invite was misplaced (...), but you dragged him along before he could sulk. Of course, the possessive dragon fae wouldn't leave your side. You had to physically stop him from pulling you onto his lap during the trip. The ride to the destination was filled with Malleus asking you questions about this strange motor vehicle they all were sitting in, the others playing music during the ride (causing Malleus to instinctively fold his pointed ears due to the loudness) and you dozing off on Malleus.

Now, here is the tricky part. As soon as it was announced that you'd be staying in pairs of two per room, you flared up in all hues of red and pink. On the other hand, Malleus chuckled ominously. Everyone's names were put into a lucky draw box and passed around, one person had to pick one chit. You picked yours while Malleus picked his. You had his name on your chit, and he had yours! It seemed almost pre-planned. (Yes, it was. Yes, Malleus manipulated the chits using transform magic so when you'd pick your chit, every chit would have his name and when he would pick his, every chit would have your name in it. No, you don't need to know that.)

When you and Malleus would enter your room, you both would zoom in on one major thing. The. Single. Bed. God, was this trip going to be your last trip??? The adrenaline rush is real! You're sharing a room with Malleus. And a bed too. While you're having your little daydream attack like a bride before her marital night, Malleus stands there proudly, clearing his throat as he saunters to his side of the bed. (He definitely did not sneak to the reception to tell the manager to arrange a single bed in their room.)

The day passed with fun activities, sightseeing and tours. Though, the true test has now begun. The night. Malleus was laying on his side of the bed with a triumphant smile as he watched you move into your side of the bed. Your pink cheeks made you a vision of loveliness. Oh, how he wanted to—— (let's keep this family friendly. Maybe.)

Your attempts at dividing the bed borders were in vain because before you knew it, you were snuggled against his chest, your arms wrapped around his back as his face nuzzled your neck.

Safe to say, you both wouldn't be sleeping the night away.

Lilia Vanrouge:

Now, this cheeky vampire fae was the LIFE of the ride. Blasting music, pestering you and sitting beside you the whole trip, telling you all about the times he visited this destination when it wasn't even made, for conquests and— (we get it, Commander Lilia.) When you guys reached the resting spot, he would jump out and drag you along to explore.

You guys wouldn't get a single minute of peace, wanna know why? Lilia made the entire tour plan weeks before you guys even visited. That famous hot spring down the hill? Overrated. The one by the corner is much better, check. The local sweets store nearby? Check. The souvenirs hotspot? Check. Cave exploring? Hmmm, also check. After visiting all these spots and clicking a lot of cute pictures with Lilia, it was time for the most awaited attraction. The cave exploration!

As you and Lilia walked inside the cave, you heard the bats flap around the cave, the eerie atmosphere heightening your curiosity. As you turned around to show Lilia a mysterious carving in the cave, you gasped at the empty space beside you. Lilia?! This— This ain't funny. Lilia, where are you— AAAAHHHHH!!!!!!! The cave would echo with Lilia's devious cackles as he'd fold in half while laughing, tears running down his face as he removed his souvenir scary face mask from his cheeky face.

After this stunt, you tried to be upset with Lilia, but those darned cherry puppy eyes would always make you fold. As you both bickered (mostly you on the receiving end) and made your way to your room, you'd notice the single bed. You'd look at Lilia to see if it's one of his pranks, but he's already ahead of you, jumping onto the bed with wild abandon to lay face flat on the left side. With a wild grin, he'd beckon you closer as if you're the only one bothered! (He set it up, obviously he's not bothered.)

As much as you'd like to complain, you can't disagree with the fact that the warmth of his chest paired with the fluffy feeling of the bed and the sweet sound of his lullabies gave you the best sleep you had in a while.

Sebek Zigvolt:

Going on a trip with Sebek is a throwback to the Diasomnia Tries to Impress You headcannon. When you asked him about the trip earlier, he had said something along the lines of this trip being a hindrance to him, for his focus was on protecting Malleus. Yet, you were stunned to see him walk towards you with a pinkish hue to his cheeks, clearing his throat as he slides into the seat beside you for the trip. He'd then go on to loudly tell you about Malleus' attributes and how he was the most majes— wait, no, www.dating.101.com told him that speaking about others will dampen interest.

So, he'll instead whip out all sorts of snacks to eat and hand over to you, saying that weak people need to eat or else they'll be blown away by a particularly strong wind (his mama told him that when he wouldn't eat food. Any issues?) You'll snicker at his antics, grabbing his hand so you can eat from it. This'll make him burst into flames! After a long ride, the destination finally arrives. To show off his strength, he'll pick up both of your and his luggage with one hand to showcase his talent. Yes, be impressed. (Told ya it was a throwback.)

Sebek wasn't unprepared, though! He took tips from Lilia to make a super interesting date— NO!!!! A— A super interesting TRIP plan. Yes. (Bleach thy eyes, human.) He'll try to impress you by taking you to the animal attractions as he feeds the crocodiles with a proud smile. Then, you drag him to the hamster patting zone. Safe to say, Sebek was absolutely mortified when these chubby little animals started nibbling on his fingers. You found them so cute, though! Then, he'd huff and drag you away to the shark enclosure, showing you the newly discovered magical shark breeds and telling you about them with vigour! (He was almost scouted by the locals as a tour guide for his enthusiasm.)

After this tiresome, adventurous yet fun day, you'd both return to your room. Sebek was already reddened from the newly discovered fact that you'd have to share rooms, but his jaw dropped when he saw the single bed in the middle. (This was your doing by the way, you cheeky little pipsqueak. Our Sebek is innocent here.) You'd burst out laughing as Sebek stuttered from the redness. You'd then climb onto bed and make a barricade in the middle, teasing him that you want to protect Sebek from yourself as you can't trust your nightly self.

This would ignite a flame of competition within him, as he'd reach over the barricade to grab your chin, pulling you close. "Do you think I'm not man enough, human?" (S-Sebek? o//-//o) It was then your turn to blush. Let's just say that you really found out how manly Sebek was that night. (Okay. Maybe not so innocent anymore.)

Silver:

A trip with Silver is always as cozy as his presence. During the ride, Silver would comfily sit beside you, giving you the window seat as you'd excitedly look out. You prepared all sorts of snacks for you both to enjoy during the ride, so you'd feed him snacks as he'd smile against your fingers. Then, you'd tell him the latest tea and he'd listen attentively, before dozing off as you reach the last bit. And when I tell you that the sunlight made his silver hair shine an iridescent hue and made his skin shine like glass, I meant it. (Cinderella who? It's Silverella here.) You'd take a few pictures of his charming sleeping form and snuggle into his arm, taking a nap.

When you guys would reach your destination, Silver would grab your hand as he led you to the hidden gem he got to know from Lilia! The cozy, shaded spot underneath the large magical eucalyptus tree, surrounded by pixies and cute animals. He'd take you there and spread a picnic mat there, setting out the food beautifully before pulling you onto his lap, wrapping an arm around your waist as he'd rest his chin on your shoulder, smirking as he felt you squirm in his arms, listening to you giggle as you ate from his hand. He'd chuckle, nuzzling your cheek.

Then, you'd notice the flower fields behind the tree you both were shaded underneath, rising to run off to pick a few flowers. Silver would wait patiently, his eyes never leaving you. You'd then return with two perfectly made flower crowns in your hands, placing one on top of his head and the other, before you could place it on your head, he'd take it from you to do the honours himself. You'd snicker as you pecked his cheek, teasing him for having princess like visuals, only to get kissed stupid by Silver. He'd then press his forehead against yours to whisper, "not so much of a princess now, am I?" (Okay, charismatic Silver, we see you.)

Before you both knew it, you were surrounded by cute little animals. Baby squirrels, little birds, chunky hamsters and porcupines, and many others! They'd cutely sit on your shoulders and curl into your lap, innocently nuzzling against Silver's cheek. God, how adorable! After clicking some pictures and brawling with Silver over the camera, you'd stop by the pond to feed the cute fishes in there.

After a cozy day out with Silver, you'd both return to your room, only to realize that the typical one bed trope has occurred. You'd suddenly turn pink, curling into a ball on your side of the bed to fix your blushing form, then feel the weight of Silver's strong arms engulf your torso, making you the little spoon. That night, you slept soundly.

Diasomnia When You Get Hurt:

You're a clumsy little thing, aren't you? You keep on getting hurt. This time, you tripped and fell face first into the magift ground and twisted your ankle. As soon as the news of you getting hurt reaches him, it's over. Malleus will drop anything and everything he's doing and will teleport to your side in an instant, his lime eyes the most worried you've ever seen them be. Then, all hell breaks loose.

He'll start to inquire about who was there, what happened, why it happened, when it happened and how it happened. Malleus will SQUEEZE the people around you dry for information while stroking your head simultaneously. He'll then look at the infirmary physician with a gaze so cold, contrasting with his curled lips as he communicates with his eyes. Cure her or face the consequences. And while you're at it, don't touch her unnecessarily, for it'll defile her purity. And, and no. Malleus is NOT jealous. Hmph.

If you don't attempt stop him each time, he'll just grab your ankle and cast a healing spell. You don't want him to overexert himself, you see! It's just a twisted ankle! Though, that doesn't stop him. He does it anyways. And then, with a smirk on his face as he leans in, he'll say, "you greatly underestimate me, love, for such trivial matters don't cause me to overexert myself."

Malleus will, for the next week, not leave your side for even a second. He just needs an excuse to lift you into his arms, keeping you close to his chest as he roams around. You wrap your arms around his neck, feeling the dragon flame inside his throat comfort you with its warmth. You can't reason with him! You just healed me! It's a precautionary measure. You'll get tired! Faes don't get tired. Aren't I heavy??? You're a feather.

He'll arrange your favourite comfort foods (even the ones you... don't remember telling him about???) and even watch those cheesy romcoms (unnecessary drama. Just admit thy love and kith.) you enjoy watching with you. Anything to make you feel better.

Lilia Vanrouge:

This time, you collided against the library aisle and fell down in a heap of books. Yes. That's literally what happened. Clumsy you. As soon as Lilia heard of this, his protective father mode was on. Instantly teleporting to you, he'd first sigh at your antics before pulling you out of the heap, picking you up bridal style as he fought between the urge to laugh at the sheer absurdity of the situation and worry about you. For the time being, he chose the latter. Carefully holding you against him, Lilia would then teleport you to his bedroom, carefully placing you on the bed.

Now, it's time to laugh. He'd burst out laughing, wiping his tears as he tries to comprehend just HOW one can find themselves in such a situation. The sight was truly comical! After his teasing, laughing fit and your adorably riled up expression, he'd press a kiss to your lips as he reaches for his faerie ointment to heal your bruise.

Why don't you take me to the infirmary? Hmph! I used to be a doctor as well, back in the day, during war. Right, but won't it be easier to get the physician to do this? Hush! You doubt my abilities? I'm truly wounded. Lilia would then sigh melodramatically as he dabbed at your bruise. Then, he'd press a kiss to it, watching your cheeks heat up slightly. What's with you and physicians? You're just so eager to be touched by some man claiming to heal your bruises, aren't you? You'd then burst up in pink, squealing in anger at his laughing form.

While you rest after that... little stunt you pulled back in the library, Lilia was in the kitchen. With this ominous information, you prayed that he just went to plate a takeout bag. To your dismay, he didn't. He returned with the most diabolical mixture soup thing. It glowed purple, the steam neon green with fish skeletons, unknown substances and herbs in it. You gasped in horror, watching as Lilia brought it to your lips since it'd 'heal you from within'. Time paused and everything became slow-mo. And then you fainted.

To this day, Lilia doesn't understand why he's being shaded for his cooking! This is oppression. How is he not allowed in the kitchen anymore? It was so delicious, though! He ended up finishing it all while you were unconscious. What? He was hungry.

Sebek Zigvolt:

Today, you spilled your coffee on your hand and burnt it slightly! As soon as Sebek heard of this, he went into denial. No. No. Huh? Absolutely NOT! You're, you're just some weak lil' human. Yeah. That's what you are. So, so you shouldn't be getting hurt. No, wait. That doesn't make sense. Nothing makes sense. AAARRGHHH! He'll start pacing around, going into deep thought about why you got hurt, and most of all — WHY DOES HE CARE, DAMN IT!!??

He'll then run to you at the infirmary, preparing himself for the sight of you on the stretcher being carried by paramedics, bandages mummifying you. What he was met with, was the sight of you peacefully sitting on the bed, the doctor applying ointment to your hand. Perfectly fine, except the burn on your hand. He'd then run to you, grabbing your shoulders as he shook you. What did you do to yourself this time, human?! I had to ditch my duties at Master Malleus' to come see you, and— ahm. Ahm ahm. That's not what he meant.

His beet red face at the sight of you laughing at his reaction was truly comical. Then, after he tried to compose himself, Sebek started his inquiry. This is purely so he can look out for such events for Master Malleus. So, now tell him every. single. detail. Huh?! What do you mean you got burnt by coffee? What a human thing to do. And, why were you even drinking coffee???

You'd then tackle him in a hug, his face heating up again as he tried to create words. Yet, his supposed hate for the hug was contradicted by his arms tightening around your waist. After you'd pull away, he'd throw a bouquet of roses and a pair of gloves at you, his face red. It's not like he got you roses to make you feel better and gloves with inbuilt faerie ointment to heal you faster. Then, he'd sfiffly hug you.

While you heal, Sebek would huff at you, yet his seemingly nonchalant demeanor was betrayed by his refusal to let you even touch your books— or anything, for that matter— until you healed. He'd buy you your lunch, do your work for you, give you notes, help you do everything. Why would he do this? N-Noblesse Oblige. It's not as if he wants to do this since his heart aches at the sight of you in pain. (Lilia's lessons worked!)

Silver:

This time, you fell from your horse at the equestrian club activities! Silver was a little distance away, but as soon as he saw this, he raced over to you instantly, helping you up. He then proceeded to examine you with the most worried yet gentle expression. You were the one who got hurt, yet you truly felt bad for making someone as gentle, sweet and caring as Silver concerned! He'd then roll his sleeves, reaching down to pick you up effortlessly into his arms bridal style. You'd try to tell him that you'd be okay, but he was adamant. You're not supposed to be walking after that fall! Just hold onto him tight and let him take care of you.

The princely knight would then gently lay you on the infirmary bed and sit by you, stroking your hair and holding your hand as the physician checks your ankle movement. After keeping your temporary crutch aside, Silver would help you sit up, kissing your forehead as he'd call his little animal friends over to comfort you. Before you knew it, you were being pampered by him. Seated on his bed, surrounded by tiny little birds sitting on your shoulders and baby squirrels nestling in your lap, a bowl of steaming mushroom risotto made by Silver's very hands in front of you.

After eating the delicious meal, you'd notice that Silver's bedside table has a lot more things than it usually has. A cup of delicious coffee, your favourite snacks, and other things! He'd then sit beside you on the bed, stroking your back as he gently massaged your hands. Then, you noticed another thing. Silver, did you take your daily naps today??? No, I did not. Why? I wished to take care of you.

Upon noticing your endearingly guilty expression, Silver would let out a laugh, wrapping his arms around you as he'd hug you tightly. And it's safe to assume that he wouldn't let you do a single task! Just rest and indulge. No need to worry about your NRC tasks. He'll help you do them after you recover and give you notes. He'll also teach you to be more careful around horses, since you seem to get hurt so easily.

Then, he'd tease you for being so delicate. From Diasomnia, Silver had the most calm reaction to you getting hurt!

Diasomnia Gives You Flowers:

If there's one thing to note, it is the fact that flowers and Malleus have a love-hate relationship. Yes. Sure, these mortal little colourful plants are beautiful, and he had to study the language of flowers in his royal studies too, but it's always been strange to him how a flower can represent more than one feelings. So, when he decided to give you some flowers (he wants to spoil you, any issues?), he got stuck with a few options. He COULD give you some rare breeds from Briar Valley, but would you like them? No idea.

Malleus would eventually decide on a bouquet of Ghost Orchids and White Xeranthemums, wrapped with a black paper and decorated with a pretty lime ribbon bow he tied himself! These orchids symbolize mystery and purity, while the Xeranthemums (immortelles), we'll get into them later...

He'll follow you around the campus like he does when something's up (his excuse being that he's a Prince and Princes don't need to explain where they go), and pull you away during break time. He'll clear his throat, fix his blazer and hand you the bouquet of flowers, trying to appear sophisticated and unaffected, but the glimmer of excitement in his fiery eyes betrays him.

So. Do you fancy the bouquet I have presented you with? He'd ask. You'd nod eagerly, smelling the flowers as you smile at him. Do you happen to know what they symbolize? You shake your head, looking up at him. He'd then chuckle, cupping your face as he pulls you closer with one arm. The White immortelles symbolize everlasting love. Even if I am to outlive you, darling, you're not getting rid of me so fast. For my love for you is undying.

When you take the bouquet to your dorm, you notice a little thing about your bouquet. Even after a week passed, they never wilted.

Lilia Vanrouge:

When it comes to romance, we all can agree upon the fact that Lilia is second to none! After all, living for 7 centuries teaches you something, doesn't it? And, of course, gift-giving is a part of romance. And that includes flowers, too. Lilia has always had a fondness for flowers, they really set the mood! So, naturally, this vampire fae will give you flowers really often. And you're not complaining, are you?

Lilia will fill your space with flowers, and when I mean fill, I MEAN fill. From your hair, to your pocket, to your pouch, to your desk, bed, table and what not? When you ask him about it, he'll just cackle deviously and peck your cheek with the words that he's just a man in love. No, he's a fae in love. Yes.

Lilia's pick is usually a bouquet of red roses! Nothing out of the world, he's a sucker for classics, you see. And, there's just a strange beauty in looking at these simple flowers and then realizing that these very flowers have been passed down from generations and generations of people, yet their symbol remains unchanged. True, eternal love. Throughout history, they were used for this! And preserving the legacy just feels so bea— okay, he'll stop now. (Sshh, maybe not.)

He absolutely loves getting your reactions on his gifts. They're always so adorable. You, being the sweetheart you are, always keep the flowers neat and perfect in your desired spot. Sometimes, you'd ask Lilia to put it in your hair. Ahh, you're both so romantic. You both deserve a 1900s movie. (Maybe 1700s, actually.)

He'll also pull you away from history class sometimes to give you flowers and go on campus dates! (10/10 do not recommend, got detention from Trein for a week.)

Sebek Zigvolt:

Now, here's where the chaos starts. Sebek basically woke up and chose violence. He spent the entire night searching about "what to gift a person you like but you don't like as this person is the most annoying person ever but you can't seem to look away but don't want to admit it and just want to hand a gift to" and "what to gift a person who isn't Master Malleus but you like anyways", and "am I crazy for wanting to give a gift to some annoying mortal? Short answers." He's down BAD.

He'll fix his uniform, worship his portrait of Malleus as an early morning good luck, and head over to the florist store near NRC. Now, wait right here. Why did he apply extra cologne, hair gel and iron his uniform with extra care today? Get a life, Sebek, it's not like you're going to your wedding! It's— it's just a human. Yeah. Yeah.

Don't ask me how, but the results of his searches last night resulted in him deciding upon a bouquet of 7 Calla Lilies. 7 because Malleus' name has 7 letters as good luck, Calla Lilies because they're pretty. And they represent beauty. To hell with it, all flowers are the same! They— They all are just scented things. Any will do.

He'll walk into the store and boldly order his specified flower bouquet. The florists would exchange glances and ask, are you sure about this choice? He'd huff and nod. The florists would snicker and hand him his hard earned bouquet. Sebek would then storm off to your dorm like a typhoon. He'll loudly shout your name, his face a tomato, as he hands you the flower bouquet in a second.

Now, here's the tricky part. Poor Sebek didn't read that Calla Lilies symbolize beauty, purity AND marital bliss, but they also symbolize death and resurrection. So, not leaving the chance, you melodramatically fold in front of Sebek, lamenting. "Ahhh, thy peasant has been forsaken by Lord Sebek! For he has wished upon me death and resurrection for a cycle of death!"

Sebek would turn beet red as he'd pull you to your feet, stuttering as he interrogates you chaotically. What the absolute H-HELL are you saying, human?!?? You'd then giggle and kiss his cheek. "And, Lord Sebek has also wished upon me marital bliss~?"

Safe to say, Sebek gets teased by you for this everyday.

Silver:

As the sweet and calm man he is, Silver would enjoy giving you meaningful yet loving gifts! And as Lilia's adoptive son, he inherited the romance too. And of course, that includes his love for flowers as well. Silver observes you a lot more than you think he does, so he's well aware of what scents you prefer in flowers while also keeping in mind the different meanings of each flower he relates with you, as according to him, a bouquet is a conversation of unsaid words.

Silver's preferred flowers to place in his bouquet for you are lavenders with a few jasmines here and there! They both are aromatic, just how you both like them, and have a fragrance of the perfect intensity. Not too light to slip by, not too heavy to induce headaches. A perfect, medium intensity, comfortable for naps.

He'll place them in your room, especially by your bedside table, so you can bask in its scent as you cuddle with him. Lavenders symbolize purity, devotion and calmness, while jasmines symbolize love and beauty. Both of these blooms are so Silver-coded!

Each time he gives you a bouquet, you preserve a few flowers from the bouquet to keep for yourself, as of course, bouquets are conversations of unsaid words, no? And you'd like to keep the chat logs to imagine and giggle to yourself. You bagged a gem, really!

Diasomnia When You Get Hurt:

You're a clumsy little thing, aren't you? You keep on getting hurt. This time, you tripped and fell face first into the magift ground and twisted your ankle. As soon as the news of you getting hurt reaches him, it's over. Malleus will drop anything and everything he's doing and will teleport to your side in an instant, his lime eyes the most worried you've ever seen them be. Then, all hell breaks loose.

He'll start to inquire about who was there, what happened, why it happened, when it happened and how it happened. Malleus will SQUEEZE the people around you dry for information while stroking your head simultaneously. He'll then look at the infirmary physician with a gaze so cold, contrasting with his curled lips as he communicates with his eyes. Cure her or face the consequences. And while you're at it, don't touch her unnecessarily, for it'll defile her purity. And, and no. Malleus is NOT jealous. Hmph.

If you don't attempt stop him each time, he'll just grab your ankle and cast a healing spell. You don't want him to overexert himself, you see! It's just a twisted ankle! Though, that doesn't stop him. He does it anyways. And then, with a smirk on his face as he leans in, he'll say, "you greatly underestimate me, love, for such trivial matters don't cause me to overexert myself."

Malleus will, for the next week, not leave your side for even a second. He just needs an excuse to lift you into his arms, keeping you close to his chest as he roams around. You wrap your arms around his neck, feeling the dragon flame inside his throat comfort you with its warmth. You can't reason with him! You just healed me! It's a precautionary measure. You'll get tired! Faes don't get tired. Aren't I heavy??? You're a feather.

He'll arrange your favourite comfort foods (even the ones you... don't remember telling him about???) and even watch those cheesy romcoms (unnecessary drama. Just admit thy love and kith.) you enjoy watching with you. Anything to make you feel better.

Lilia Vanrouge:

This time, you collided against the library aisle and fell down in a heap of books. Yes. That's literally what happened. Clumsy you. As soon as Lilia heard of this, his protective father mode was on. Instantly teleporting to you, he'd first sigh at your antics before pulling you out of the heap, picking you up bridal style as he fought between the urge to laugh at the sheer absurdity of the situation and worry about you. For the time being, he chose the latter. Carefully holding you against him, Lilia would then teleport you to his bedroom, carefully placing you on the bed.

Now, it's time to laugh. He'd burst out laughing, wiping his tears as he tries to comprehend just HOW one can find themselves in such a situation. The sight was truly comical! After his teasing, laughing fit and your adorably riled up expression, he'd press a kiss to your lips as he reaches for his faerie ointment to heal your bruise.

Why don't you take me to the infirmary? Hmph! I used to be a doctor as well, back in the day, during war. Right, but won't it be easier to get the physician to do this? Hush! You doubt my abilities? I'm truly wounded. Lilia would then sigh melodramatically as he dabbed at your bruise. Then, he'd press a kiss to it, watching your cheeks heat up slightly. What's with you and physicians? You're just so eager to be touched by some man claiming to heal your bruises, aren't you? You'd then burst up in pink, squealing in anger at his laughing form.

While you rest after that... little stunt you pulled back in the library, Lilia was in the kitchen. With this ominous information, you prayed that he just went to plate a takeout bag. To your dismay, he didn't. He returned with the most diabolical mixture soup thing. It glowed purple, the steam neon green with fish skeletons, unknown substances and herbs in it. You gasped in horror, watching as Lilia brought it to your lips since it'd 'heal you from within'. Time paused and everything became slow-mo. And then you fainted.

To this day, Lilia doesn't understand why he's being shaded for his cooking! This is oppression. How is he not allowed in the kitchen anymore? It was so delicious, though! He ended up finishing it all while you were unconscious. What? He was hungry.

Sebek Zigvolt:

Today, you spilled your coffee on your hand and burnt it slightly! As soon as Sebek heard of this, he went into denial. No. No. Huh? Absolutely NOT! You're, you're just some weak lil' human. Yeah. That's what you are. So, so you shouldn't be getting hurt. No, wait. That doesn't make sense. Nothing makes sense. AAARRGHHH! He'll start pacing around, going into deep thought about why you got hurt, and most of all — WHY DOES HE CARE, DAMN IT!!??

He'll then run to you at the infirmary, preparing himself for the sight of you on the stretcher being carried by paramedics, bandages mummifying you. What he was met with, was the sight of you peacefully sitting on the bed, the doctor applying ointment to your hand. Perfectly fine, except the burn on your hand. He'd then run to you, grabbing your shoulders as he shook you. What did you do to yourself this time, human?! I had to ditch my duties at Master Malleus' to come see you, and— ahm. Ahm ahm. That's not what he meant.

His beet red face at the sight of you laughing at his reaction was truly comical. Then, after he tried to compose himself, Sebek started his inquiry. This is purely so he can look out for such events for Master Malleus. So, now tell him every. single. detail. Huh?! What do you mean you got burnt by coffee? What a human thing to do. And, why were you even drinking coffee???

You'd then tackle him in a hug, his face heating up again as he tried to create words. Yet, his supposed hate for the hug was contradicted by his arms tightening around your waist. After you'd pull away, he'd throw a bouquet of roses and a pair of gloves at you, his face red. It's not like he got you roses to make you feel better and gloves with inbuilt faerie ointment to heal you faster. Then, he'd sfiffly hug you.

While you heal, Sebek would huff at you, yet his seemingly nonchalant demeanor was betrayed by his refusal to let you even touch your books— or anything, for that matter— until you healed. He'd buy you your lunch, do your work for you, give you notes, help you do everything. Why would he do this? N-Noblesse Oblige. It's not as if he wants to do this since his heart aches at the sight of you in pain. (Lilia's lessons worked!)

Silver:

This time, you fell from your horse at the equestrian club activities! Silver was a little distance away, but as soon as he saw this, he raced over to you instantly, helping you up. He then proceeded to examine you with the most worried yet gentle expression. You were the one who got hurt, yet you truly felt bad for making someone as gentle, sweet and caring as Silver concerned! He'd then roll his sleeves, reaching down to pick you up effortlessly into his arms bridal style. You'd try to tell him that you'd be okay, but he was adamant. You're not supposed to be walking after that fall! Just hold onto him tight and let him take care of you.

The princely knight would then gently lay you on the infirmary bed and sit by you, stroking your hair and holding your hand as the physician checks your ankle movement. After keeping your temporary crutch aside, Silver would help you sit up, kissing your forehead as he'd call his little animal friends over to comfort you. Before you knew it, you were being pampered by him. Seated on his bed, surrounded by tiny little birds sitting on your shoulders and baby squirrels nestling in your lap, a bowl of steaming mushroom risotto made by Silver's very hands in front of you.

After eating the delicious meal, you'd notice that Silver's bedside table has a lot more things than it usually has. A cup of delicious coffee, your favourite snacks, and other things! He'd then sit beside you on the bed, stroking your back as he gently massaged your hands. Then, you noticed another thing. Silver, did you take your daily naps today??? No, I did not. Why? I wished to take care of you.

Upon noticing your endearingly guilty expression, Silver would let out a laugh, wrapping his arms around you as he'd hug you tightly. And it's safe to assume that he wouldn't let you do a single task! Just rest and indulge. No need to worry about your NRC tasks. He'll help you do them after you recover and give you notes. He'll also teach you to be more careful around horses, since you seem to get hurt so easily.

Then, he'd tease you for being so delicate. From Diasomnia, Silver had the most calm reaction to you getting hurt!

It was finally New Year— the time to celebrate the beginning of a brand new year, as well as Lilia's (supposed) birthday! During New Year, Malleus and Lilia would often take a trip back to Briar Valley to look over things and celebrate Lilia's birthday, but this time, the two were at NRC since Lilia missed his club mates and other friends! Surely, a year away from Briar Valley wouldn't hurt, right?

So, this new year, he spent it with you on his lap, his arms wrapped around you as he idly stroked your hair after Lilia's birthday celebrations. Even the sight of you brought a smile to his face. Surrounded by his warm aura, you didn't even notice when you were pulled into dreamland. Not for long, though!

The sound of loud fireworks and the emptiness next to you woke you up, your eyes noticing Malleus standing at the terrace of his room, his sword clutched in his hands. Fireflies illuminated the area around him like fallen stars, his back towards you. As you made your way to him, you noticed his astonished expression. "Malleus?"

His lime eyes flicked to you, an ephemeral glint in them as he lowered his sheathed sword. "Child of Human. What's the matter?"

You softly scooted closer, looking at the beginning of the hour long firework show. "I noticed you weren't beside me when I had awoken, so I found you here and came to see you. Is everything alright?"

He looked away from your beautiful gaze, choosing to look at the glittering welkins above. "I mistook these colourful blasts in the skies for war blasts. My deepest apologies for causing you worry, dearest."

Your eyes glinted with affection at his nonchalant yet grumpy face, betrayed only by his twitching, reddened pointed ears. Instead of passing a comment, you decided to let him watch it instead. As you waited in silence, large fireworks littered the skies like a colourful tapestry, making intricate patterns in the skies. Malleus' eyes widened, his mouth falling slightly open as he gazed at the display. "Marvelous. Such unrivaled perfection. What is this beauty?"

You beamed at his expression, his pointed ears perking up slightly as he carefully gazed at the fireworks. "They're known as fireworks! Every year, the entirety of Twisted Wonderland does firework displays to celebrate new year. Have you not seen this before?"

His eyes widened with an almost child-like excitement, before he masked it with his usual expression. "No. This never happens in Briar Valley, for it is a land of eternal darkness. Fireworks, you say? They're... absolutely stunning."

His eyes darted from one firework to the other, his pointed ears bending slightly to lessen the loudness. "Dare I be so bold to utter that I wish to try this?"

Your eyes widened in excitement. "As in, try to light fireworks? I want to do so too!"

He placed his sword away, returning to your side as he cracked his neck. Then, taking a deep inhale, Malleus let out a gust of green flames, a low growl escaping as well. Your eyes widened before you burst out laughing. As he noticed the flames reach the skies, he turned to you, a proud smirk on his face as he pointed to his little display. "Look. Child of Human. Fireworks."

You wiped your tears as you looked at him. "How unconventional of you."

Then, one of the rarest expressions crossed his face. A pure, unadulterated grin as he swept you into his arms. "Unconventional, I agree. If anything, this makes me wish to witness everything with you again. I wish to have all your firsts. I want to create our own reality."

You embraced him back, placing a kiss to his jaw. He turned his head, capturing your lips in a fierce yet passionate kiss. It was then, he knew two things for sure. The fact that he found a new thing to do with you on new year, and the realization that the hollowness of his heart had been filled by your ethereal presence. And third, that Lilia arranged the fireworks this year!

What Do The Twisted Wonderland Characters Smell Like?

Twisted Wonderland:

Riddle Rosehearts:

As a lover of crimson roses, Riddle's scent would be an obvious mix of red roses and strawberries, with a hint of vanilla. It's a sweet and delicious fragrance which blends in with Heartslabyul's aura seamlessly. It almost has a candy-like feel to it! Riddle's scent isn't too strong or too light, but it's appropriate. It suits him a lot as well! You find his scent to be really warm and comfy. And, of course, like the tradition goes with every single character, you smell like him to some extent, too.

Trey Clover:

Since Trey is our beloved baker, his scent would be a delicious and buttery blend of vanilla, cream and nuts! You can make out some cinnamon too. It's one of the coziest scents you've smelled in a long time, and it's absolutely scrumptious. It's subtle, yet warm. Trey's scent reminds you of eating Mont Blanc on a winter day by the fireplace. And, to say that you love it, is an understatement.

Cater Diamond:

Now, we know that Cater is a burst of energy, so his scent would most likely be a bright, strong and easy scent! Something like oranges, bergamots, vanilla and cinnamon. It's a super tangy and citrusy scent! You love how it isn't too strong, it just adds to the scent's appeal. It's a really fun scent, and you find yourself stealing his perfume to apply it yourself too! His scent reminds you of an energetic day at the beach. Ahhh, you love it!

Ace Trappola:

Ace's scent would be a mix of tart cherries, vanilla and jasmines. As in, something tart yet sweet, resembling his favourite cherry pies. It's such a delicious scent, you're hooked! It suits Ace very well. Ace's scent is normal in intensity, not too much or too less. It's somewhat overwhelming at first, but when you get used to it, it quickly becomes a favourite. And, after all, who would mind smelling like a walking cherry pie? Ace wouldn't!

Deuce Spade:

Our beloved model student would probably have a musky blend of vanilla, blueberry and orchid as his scent! A floral yet delicious scent. It's light, easy and fresh to the senses, and very Deuce-like! You love it a lot. It reminds you of a walk through the gardens. You can smell his scent clearly when you're hugging him tightly, consoling him because of his revelation that store bought eggs aren't fertilized. Don't worry, Deuce, things happen!

Leona Kingscholar:

This lion beastman's scent would most likely be a mixture of sandalwood, cedar, spices and a lot of musk. As in, a super earthy, woody, sweet yet somewhat spicy scent! It suits him very much. To you, his scent is a really cozy one. Of course, it's really strong. You can smell it even if you're a mile away from Leona! Though, I'd say that's more because his scent has marked everything you own, and you yourself too! Leona doesn't regret that, though. What? Lions are territorial. So is he.

Ruggie Bucchi:

Ruggie's scent would be more tangy than woody. It would probably be a mixture of bergamot, vanilla, sandalwood and, of course, musk. You often tease him for smelling like a pastry. Yet, you love his scent! His scent isn't as strong as Leona's, but it's just the right amount to be noticed. Sometimes, he might even smell like a donut! You're in love. His scent reminds you of home. After a long day, laying with him in bed as you both snack on donuts and hot cocoa, surrounded by his fragrance, is just a vibe!

Jack Howl:

While Jack may seem like a really woody type of person, his scent is actually more sweet! Of course, a bit of sandalwood and a lot of musk remains, but it also has pear and lime notes. It's a rather refreshing scent! It reminds you of a cool breeze on a clear day. You absolutely adore it when Jack turns red after you tease him about it! He's such a darling.

Azul Ashengrotto:

Like the merman he is, Azul's scent would be a mixture of strong aquatic notes, with a few hints of lavender and incense oriental. Basically, a very addictive yet fresh marine scent. It's your favourite! It's really strong and suits him very much. In simple words, it's a very elegant scent. You love to bask in it when you wrap your arms around him or when he plays with your hair. Truly, it's a perfect scent!

Jade Leech:

This refined merman would probably have a strong aquatic scent with an emphasis on mint and peppermint. It's a truly refreshing fragrance! It's not overwhelmingly strong, but it's not light enough to go away either. It's a comfortable intensity, and you're in love with both the scent and the wearer. After a shift at Mostro Lounge, he'll pull you into his arms, kissing you as you close your eyes, melting against him and taking in his intoxicating scent. Truly Idyllic!

Floyd Leech:

This mischievous merman would have a scent which has strong aquatic (non-negotiable.) notes with an edge of citrus and sea salt. It's the most refreshing fragrance out of all of Octavinelle. When you smell it, you know Floyd's nearby. It's super strong. Like really, really strong. You love it a lot. Hell, you even visit him during Mostro Lounge shift hours to sit and bask in his scent! Even though your own self smells like him, wrapping your arms around him and smelling the scent straight from the source is truly another feeling. Spectacular!

Kalim-Al-Asim:

Since Kalim is an optimist, his scent is also very optimistic! It brightens up the area. It's probably a mix of coconuts with the Arabic fragrance called Oud. This mixture creates a woody, sweet and refreshing scent! It's not an overwhelming scent, even though it's super strong to last throughout a humid day in the desert he's used to. You can physically feel yourself brighten up when you walk past Kalim. Though, it's most pronounced when you're laying in his bed with him! It's such an addictive scent, you just can't get enough!

Jamil Viper:

Like Kalim, this cunning viper's scent is a mix of strong, muskier oud, but with hints of white musk and jasmines. It's a very pleasant fragrance! You really love it. It's more pronounced when you hug him or sit on his lap as he combs your hair for you. Thanks to this, it's technically your scent too. The entirety of Scarabia is a very fragrant dorm, yet Jamil's fragrance stands out to you as the best. It's a very warm yet strong scent, just like the wearer!

Vil Schoenheit:

Being the successful actor he is, Vil has to smell good at all times. His signature scent is most likely to be a mix of flowers with hints of bergamot and lemons to add a bit of a citrusy edge. It's a very appealing scent! Plus, it's super strong, it has to be so the paparazzi don't whisk it away! You can smell it even if you're 2 steps away from him. It's oddly light to smell, though. It's a very well-thought fragrance. Light enough to not overwhelm you, but strong enough to last. And, naturally, all your things smell like him too!

Rook Hunt:

This cunning huntsman's scent would probably be a heady mix of English roses and lavender with a musky edge! It suits him very much. It's almost intoxicating to the senses, but again, Rook mixes his scent with pheromones (why not?), so obviously! You love to wrap your arms around him and bask in his stimulating scent. He pulls you closer, and before you know it, your own clothes are full of pheromones now. The guys at NRC will be attracted to you more! Though, that just means Rook can practice target archery now. Bullseye. Magnifique!

Epel Felmier:

Epel's scent will obviously be apples. Yes. A sweet and light apple scent with hints of musk! It suits him very much. Like Vil, his scent is not too strong but not too light either! It's really beautiful to smell. You can clearly smell it when you hug him or sit with him to watch him carve apples, and it's a really delicious scent! And of course, like the others, his scent is on most of your belongings too! You don't mind, though. Now, you have a fragment of him wherever you go!

Idia Shroud:

This brooding gamer's scent would most likely be a mix between blueberry candy or pomegranates. Something sweet yet slightly tangy at the first whiff! It's super stimulating and boosts your energy whenever you're with him. It also has a few smoky incense-like notes due to his fiery hair, but that just adds to the fun! It's most enhanced when you're sitting in his lap to play games with him, or when you bury yourself in his covers. It's truly a fun scent!

Ortho Shroud:

This little robot doesn't really have a strong fragrance, his is super light and fresh to smell! It's most likely similar to Idia's candy-like one due to Ortho staying with Idia at all times. When you pat his head or tackle him in a platonic hug, you can make out the slightest hints of citrus too. So cute!

Malleus Draconia:

This Fae Prince would most likely have a scent similar to a mix of coffee, lily-of-the-valley and sandalwood. Something woody yet pleasing to the senses. It's always enhanced whenever you wrap your arms around him and hug him. To you, it's a safe scent. And, due to this endearingly territorial dragon fae, it's technically your scent too!

Lilia Vanrouge:

Unlike Malleus, Lilia's scent would be more like a fruity mixture with hints of floral notes in it. Something fun yet sweet. Similar to a mixed fruit candy! It's really pleasant. It's everywhere, now! Your bed, your clothes, his own clothes, his room, your room, your items, his items, your hair and what not! Though, it's a cozy scent for you. It's reassuring, since you know that whatever may happen, you have this scent to return home to.

Sebek Zigvolt:

I'm convinced our boisterous half-fae's scent would be citrus. No buts. Citrusy, with bits of bergamot. Basically, a sweet and sour mixture. Yet, it's really refreshing to the senses each time you smell it. It's also how you know when Sebek tries to follow you around with the excuse of keeping you in check! It's an overwhelming scent sometimes, but you love it nonetheless. And the person who it belongs to as well.

Silver:

Silver's scent is as soothing as his presence is, and by that, I mean something light yet comforting like vanilla and lilies. It suits him very much! Whenever you feel moody, you just nestle yourself against Silver's chest, seeking solace in his warm embrace and familiar scent. He'll wrap his arms around you, stroking your hair as you both drift off to dreamland.

How Does Diasomnia Laugh?

This Fae Prince, as brooding as he seems, is a total darling when with you. He laughs quite often, especially around you, as Lilia stated! Malleus' laugh is elegant, rich, sonorous, refined and rumbling, just how you picture a dragon to be. His voice has a certain undescribable timbre, which just adds to his appeal. It's quite deep too, and while eliciting such a laugh from him is rare for others, it's easy for you. Give him a quick kiss and try to run, he'll grab you effortlessly and toss you onto his lap, nibbling at your ear. Your squeal will make him laugh.

Often times, when he's done with his classes, he'll try to follow you around the campus like the territorial dragon he is. He'll stalk you full-on! And the funniest part? He thinks he's discreet. While he has the ability to blend in with the shadows and has displayed this on multiple occasions, it's rather difficult to stay hidden from you. It's as if you have a Malleus-radar! When you catch him, he'll look at you like a deer caught in headlights for a millisecond, before clearing his throat and clasping his hands behind his back. Then, you'll hear his perfect yet strained laugh as he tries to nonchalantly shake his head. You also laugh to see his next move, and it's a full minute of this back and forth. Then, he'll clear this throat again, trying to discreetly slip out before you tackle him in a bear hug.

According to Lilia, little Malleus was a sweetheart! His laugh was squeaky, tiny and adorable. All he needed was a poke to his fat cheeks or stroke to his tiny little horns to make him squeal and laugh. Malleus refuses to believe that, though! He's oddly defensive.

Lilia Vanrouge:

As the happy individual Lilia is, he laughs freely and frequently. His laugh is fresh to the ears, loud and often mischievous! It's quite infectious too. Unlike Malleus, it's not that hard to get Lilia to laugh! Just a quick offering of tomatoes or a kiss to his cheek will do. He enjoys a good treat— after all. Other times, Lilia will let out a devious cackle, foreshadowing an even more devious action. Yet, when reminiscing about the past, his laugh will be soft, affectionate, calm and soothing to the soul. You can swear it has lullaby-properties!

Lilia will often tackle you in bear hugs, laughing at your adorable expressions as he strokes your hair like one would stroke a kitten's fur. He also finds it fun when you're being moody and loves to rile you up, laughing at your little reactions. In his defense, he just finds you so adorable! Anything you do can elicit a laugh from him. In this case, he's similar to Malleus. Actually, it's the other way around. He raised Malleus, so Malleus is similar to him! Yes, now it's correct.

Other times, this cheeky vampire bat fae will relish in and laugh at your astounded reaction at the sight of his countless medals and awards for his service at Briar Valley, both recent and old! Yes, by recent, I mean the past 2 centuries.

Sebek Zigvolt:

There's no way you can ever, ever ignore this loud crocodile half-fae. Like, no way ever. He's the loudest guy you know! So, naturally, Sebek's laugh is boisterous, loud, prideful and open. He doesn't even attempt to keep it quiet, he physically cannot! His laugh is refreshing in its own way, though. You enjoy listening to him laugh, even if it's while he boasts about Malleus and his qualities, often forgetting to speak about his own before you remind him that you're not Malleus' partner! Then, Sebek will turn beet red and scoff, mumbling something like "you're not compatible with Master Malleus, know your place." And no, he. isn't. jealous.

When you're closer to Sebek, you'll hear a very rare laugh of his which is soft, gentle and even beautiful. It always tugs at your heartstrings. It's then you lunge at him, wrapping your arms around his neck as he turns beet red again, which, mind you, he says is an instinctive faerie reaction to nonsensical things. Yet, this contradictory half-fae never once told you to stop your surprise hugs. It trains his reflexes, you see. Don't be delusional. It's, it's not what you think.

Sebek's mother disagrees, though! Baby Sebek used to have the most adorable, high pitched laugh. Just a poke to his creamy cheeks would be enough to get him laughing, his two tiny fangs showing. And, like Malleus, Sebek isn't convinced.

Silver:

The sweetest, most charming laugh from the entirety of Diasomnia has to belong to Silver. Perfect like the birds during spring, this handsome knight has the most melodious, soft, gentle and affectionate laugh. Often times, you'll notice the little birds and squirrels rush to him whenever he laughs, comfortably nestling on his shoulders and lap— on yours, too. Silver finds this super cute. He's usually quite serious, but with you? A total cinnamon roll. It doesn't take a lot to make him laugh if it's you who does it. If you kiss his lips and run off, he'll laugh, easily catching up to you to pull you back into his arms.

Silver will laugh when he notices your shocked face as he shows you his hands, calloused from sword training. Though, your turn to laugh is next when you notice his surprise at the hand cream you squeeze into your palms, applying a generous coat to his hands. Then, you'll bring his hands to cup your cheeks, leaning in for a kiss. This elicits a charming chuckle from the princely knight.

Lilia has some unique anecdotes, though! Apparently, Silver's laugh has remained the same as it was as a baby. His laugh used to be the most infectious, innocent and sweetest thing in Twisted Wonderland. It still is.

This beastman right here will never leave a chance to not show off or attempt to impress you. Leona won't even bother to be discreet! Sometimes, he'll offer to play a round of chess with you. And then, he's going to beat the hell out of you in chess. Just when you think your pieces are safe? His pieces give you a checkmate. Leona will then unabashedly lean in, a shit-eating grin on his face as he flicks you with his tail for being a cute lil loser. Then, you'll notice his ears twitch, and that's your cue. When this happens, you need to pet his ears. Period.

Other times, he'll try to impress you with his knowledge and power. You don't know the name of that herb? Oh, that's a loveleaf. Can you lift that chair? He'll lift three. Believe it or not, he'll also try to impress you with his hair. Yes. When he's laying on your lap, Leona will purposely spread his hair out on your lap so it tickles you and makes you want to neatly place it. And to do that, you need to start from his scalp. That, in turn, will result in you touching his ears.

During sports, Leona will impress you with his killer magift skills. Especially when he knows you're watching him. He'll throw the magift disk with exceptional, unnecessary force, so much so that the disk flies through the hoop and into the far distance. Then, he'll lock his eyes with you and give you a knowing smirk and peace sign. "I know you've been watchin' me, herbivore." Ahhh! He's so effortlessly impressive!

Ruggie Bucchi:

It's a known fact that this sneaky little hyena beastman will try his best to impress you every second of the day! You're at the cafeteria to buy food? No need! He'll buy it for you. 'Menchi Katsu Deluxe with Iced Tea', right? You want a drink from the vending machine? He'll be there before you, trying to effortlessly whip a drink out from the machine and toss it to you. Everyday.

Other times, he'll be present everywhere you go. You go to Mr. S' Mystery shop? He's there as a worker. You go to literally any place on Sage Island? Somehow, Ruggie is always working there. Of course, he wants to impress you with his competency and large number of jobs! During magift, he'll also do a few unnecessary cool movements to catch your attention.

Then, whenever you're around a water body, Ruggie will try to impress you with his fishing skills. It's almost as if he's a professional! In a few seconds, he'll catch a gigantic fish and then some. His hyena ears will then twitch, signaling that he expects a pat from you. Please, be impressed!

Jack Howl:

This cute wolf beastman will be super discreet in his impress-you plans. He'll start by trying to impress you with his knowledge in class, casting exceptionally difficult protection magic spells during magic practical class. His nonchalance is betrayed by the excited glance he casts towards you whenever he gets an answer right, before he clears his throat and pretends to work.

Afterwards, he'll try to show off his impressive stamina by running for a long, long time in track-and-field club activities, just so you notice. When you do, he tries to make it look effortless, reaching to drink some energy drink as he shrugs it off as "child's play". He'll also throw in a few complicated warm-up exercises to show how physically active he is. Other times, he'll purposefully walk past you with his numerous cacti in his arms, trying to impress you with his love for nature and cacti.

When you're both in a snowy area, he'll try to impress you with his snowboarding skills. Left, right, perfect jump, he'll do all sorts of moves while snowboarding. As much as he tries to hide his glee at your impressed face, his wagging tail and twitching ears give it all away.

Rather than afraid, he's more confused and eager for love. Malleus is confused since he doesn't have experience with romance and will try to do anything and everything he believes will work to make you happy, while he's also eager to start this new chapter of his life with someone worthy of his affections (you). The thing this Fae Prince fears isn't love itself, it's the thought of losing or outliving you.

Lilia Vanrouge:

Not really! Lilia is a romantic individual, and he'll show it in every action of his. He'll lovingly stroke your hair, cup your cheek, press kisses to your face, wrap you in his embrace, arrange candlelight dinners for you, give you presents and plan for the future with you. Though, Lilia isn't one to throw around the word "love" meaninglessly. When he says it, he means it. Like Malleus, he's afraid of losing you the most, as he's already lost far too many precious people in the past. This time, he'll surely keep you.

Sebek Zigvolt:

Love is chasing Sebek, but he has always been faster. When I say Sebek FLEES from romance, I mean it. This crocodile half-fae will full on lament when he realizes that he has fallen in love since he's 100% sure it'll distract him from his duties to Malleus. After moving past this stage, he'll slowly realize that he's grown so attached to you that he can't imagine a life without you. That's the scariest part. If something were to ever happen to you, Sebek wouldn't remain the same.

Silver:

Instead of being afraid, Silver is more intrigued by the notion of love. He wants to explore this strange emotion with you and make you happy. He wants you to keep smiling, laughing and being joyful forever. He swears to love you so deeply that it'll baffle his own self on how he can put so much strength behind an emotion. He's also quite romantic when he's fully understood the fact that he loves you. He'll pamper you and take care of you. Just like the others, what scares him is the thought of being unable to protect you.
