John Constantine sighed as he made his way to the JL meeting room . He had stopped in front of the door when a shiver ran up and down his spin and he felt breathless. He felt such a heavy force the felt like he was being crushed, almost like he was drowning. he glanced around the hallways unsure if a powerful demon was sneaking up behind him or not before he shook his head and took a deep breath before opening the door. He steps in and sees the team had already taken their seats and batman stood at the front of the table. The feeling intensified and John froze again.

"Bloody hell! It feels like death in here!" He hissed glaring towards batman. He heard a small gasp  and a small head poked its way from next to where superman was seated

"Take that back!" A white glowing haired child said appalled pointing a finger at him

"What the fuck? Are we babysitters now too?" John rubbed a hand over his face, today was really not his day and he just wanted to get drunk already back in the house of mystery

"Take it back john" batman said shortly after, not looking up from a tablet he was holding. The flash stiffled a giggle and wonder women folded her arms

"What? Your not being for real right now bats?" John said reaching for a seat and sitting in it heavily as the feeling in the room didn't ease up

"It feels like damn death in here! You lot can't tell me you don't feel it!" John said glancing at every team member, the boy had sat back in his seat sheepishly hidden behind supermans massive form again

"It's a sensitive topic at the moment" superman said with a small smile as he seemed to move to pat the boys head

John groaned, so ready to go home.

So usually the story would be danny ending up in gotham and meeting the bats first, but what if he had meet superman first

So danny freshly half dead at 14 decides how long and how far can he fly? He ends up in Smallville where he encounters a 14 year old Clark Kent, high above the town in the clouds. Danny questions if the boy is also a ghost and Clark laughed and said he didn't know what he was, that he wasn't human and that his ma and pa had found him.

"So how did you die?" Clark spoke slowly not sure if this was a sensitive subject, danny gave a small laugh and looked at him

"OH uh from fixing one of my parents inventions, it's no biggie" danny reassured, bumping shoulders with Clark as they sat on a pile of hay barrels

Danny hangs out with him for a couple of hours and he likes the boy, an honest kind farmer's boy. So over a couple years danny and Clark would fly over and hang out, they were the best of friends and were inseparable. By then all of Danny's friends back at home have aged and moved on, his parents none the wiser never pointed out how danny was still so young looking and short, making it a lot easier for danny to play it off.

Clark had learned of his background, when his ma and pa showed him the crashed ship and the fortress showed him about krypton and the disaster, how he was the last one of his race, danny totally understood as he was the 2nd kind of his own race. when Clark became 20 danny encouraged his idea of moving to metropolis and becoming a news reporter, danny understood Clark wanted to do more, help more and he wouldn't put him down for that.

Danny had also became the ghost king of the infinite realms and the ancient of space. It was comical that a beef cake Clark would still hangout with tiny baby danny, they almost looked like father and son, which danny kicked Clark at that statement.

A little soon after superman had helped create the justice league and he couldn't stop telling danny everything! It sounded amazing, danny was mesmerized, super heroes with a tower IN SPACE! What a dream come true. Danny sadly wasn't allowed to be around Clark when he was supermaning it with his super group of friends, but they've started to noticing... things happening around superman👻

Maybe ill do some more idea writings? if you guys are interested.

IM NOT GOOD AT STORY TELLING.

Danny has to attend gotham University for a program/whatever and he usually bumps into Tim often, but with the sudden appearance of a white headed meta arriving in gotham and batman getting paranoid tim usually spends his nights analyzing photos and clips of the meta. He sometimes catches himself staring at the new student danny because he sorta looks like the meta, to his embarrassment danny would give a giggle and snap him out of it. Tim gets to know danny, he likes how calm and down to earth he is. Tim starts to realize when his heart beats alittle faster and his face goes a little warm that he LIKES danny, he likes when he prattles on and on about space and about ghost. Tim decided he would invite danny over to the Wayne mansion and introduce him to his family. stupid him he would face palm because he forgot danny has black hair and blue eyes, perfect Wayne adoption bait.
