🐠So I’ve been playing Dreamlight Valley lately, and in the midst of simply enjoying the game I can’t help but have my crossover shipping urges provoked. 🪐 Like, imagine if you will…Ariel and Jim living in a village together.

🐠Don’t get me wrong, shipping tendencies aside, I desperately want Treasure Planet to be incorporated into this game. It’s my favorite Disney movie, and I’m tired of it’s existence being completely ignored.

🪐But just like imagine the Jariel capabilities …we’d have Ariel and Jim Hawkins canonically existing in the same universe!

🐠Like, imagine them visiting at the pond. Jim originally going to fish in the peace and quiet, but got distracted by the curious mermaid in the water, pestering him with questions about his home world and his voyages into space.

🪐Imagine them both being equally fond of WALL-E. Jim relating to technological side (and being a bit of loner himself) and Ariel having an equal curiosity and fondness of collecting things most would call mundane.

🐠Imagine WALL-E being the bridge to the two of them. Imagine going on a quest with WALL-E to set the two of them up. (Listen WALL-E’s a hopeless romantic, he’d know what’s up!)

🪐The only problem is that, you know…Eric’s already there, so…

🐠But eh, that’s the curse of being a crossover shipper…Even when their worlds finally connect, canon will stick to it’s guns when it comes romance.

🪐Not gonna stop me from dreaming, though! 😎

Here she is!!

This is my Disney Dreamlight Valley OC Tanya. She's honestly one of my favorite game OC's(aside from Enid) as she reminds me of my mom!

Here's some stuff about her:

37 years old

Used to be very self-conscious about her patches

Prefers comfy clothing casually, but also loves dresses

Bit on the chunkier side, but can absolutely deck someone(mining a ton of gemstones can do that to a person)

Knows Yoruba as a second language

Bisexual

Calls people "sweetie" often, especially kids

When around people she cares about, she's very physically affectionate

Her closest friends in the Valley are Remi, Scar, Elsa, and Wall-E. Her friends on the island are Zack(Angels of Death(he's reformed)) and Pico(Friday Night Funkin')

Despite being a good people reader and pleaser, she has social anxiety(inspired by my sister)

Has an ex on the island(they're not on good terms, and he's tried to get her fired twice)

Works at a pub in as a bartender(which is where she met Raven)

I wanted to say this for a while but was nervous that no one else would want this. Yet I did find at least one other person who also wants this cross over.

Twisted Wonderland X Disney Dreamlight Valley

Now hear me out a few people have already written some stuff for the house of mouse so it can work.

Although we don't have them yet, I can imagine if we get a Queen of Hearts in Dreamlight Valley she would probably talk about her rules which could surprise the Heartslabyul dorm members might even impress Riddle.

I think having the cooking system would be funny for other to see you dump ingredients into a pot and good food coming out.

Bonus if we have still have the outfit and farming. Easy way for MC to get food and maybe some extra cash. While the clothing is to surprise others and to not worry about cash for clothing.

A Voyage Across Worlds

Let's play a game. You fall asleep and transmigrate into the world of the last movie/TV series/novel/game you consumed. What world would you be in?

Twst/DDV AU? [OB!Characters]

Has anyone ever done a Twisted Wonderland/Disney Dreamlight Valley AU? A reader that comes from DDV, who knows and even grew up with all of the seven (I know not all of them are in the game, but they surely can be added with time), and the reader just keeps on talking about them as if they were friends. The scandal!

Riddle would collar you as soon as you dared to speak so casually of the Queen of Hearts, but once you showed him some pictures of you and the Queen going on tea parties, he would be so sorry for it. He would be fascinated with you because if the Queen was that close of a friend with you, surely it was for a good reason!

Leona would be somewhat impressed. I mean, Scar isn't one to be friendly with anyone, so you getting along with Scar would make him want to find out how interesting you truly are.

As soon as Azul hears that you are friends with Ursula, you are getting promotional coupons for Monstro Lounge. You want something that isn't on the menu? He's got you covered! Someone is annoying you? They will be taken care of! Of course, all of it comes at a cost. Azul wants to know everything about his greatest idol, Ursula!

Kalim would be fascinated to learn that you know any of the seven. He would want you to spend the day at Scarabia just so you could share all your childhood tales with them. Kalim might even host a party so that everyone could come together and listen to your stories. In the middle of all those tales, you notice that whenever you bring up Jafar, Jamil seems to be somewhat more interested in the topic.

By the Seven! Vil wants—no, he needs to know all the details. Is she as beautiful as they state in the stories? Just like Kalim, you spend most of the time telling everything to Vil like some gossip. He will be doing your makeup while you talk. Rook joins to ask you about Snow White, and you swear that you had never seen Vil roll his eyes so badly at someone.

Idia wouldn't be very interested in the subject. Or would he? He can't deny that it is kind of impressive you knowing the Seven and even being friends with all of them. He'd probably overhear some of your stories through some cameras, and soon Ortho would catch him being so enthralled in them that he would invite you over to meet his brother in person. Much to Idia's dismay.

This literally means you know Malleus's grandmother, you totally have her blessing for the two of you to get married. He would be so surprised! And when you go into full detail with various stories, he can't stop but hear them, almost as if he is looking at some gargoyles.

When you return to Dreamlight Valley and meet up with the Seven, you talk about all the boys you have met that oddly resemble each of them. Slowly, this seems to turn into a betting game between the Seven to see which one of the boys you will end up with. Each one of them will hold your attention for as long as possible to talk about their favorite, and they will sabotage everyone's ideas.

You will be having a tea party with Riddle, the two of you laughing at some silly stories you were telling him. The Queen of Hearts is so giddy and happy, and then it starts raining heavily, ruining the tea date. Maleficia grins at The Queen of Hearts for ruining her plans.

One day, you are napping with Leona in the botanical garden, enjoying such a peaceful moment. He is reaching for you, trying to take you in a hug when suddenly a bucket of water is dropped on top of him! Oops! You look at the student in question, and for a second, feel that their eyes had a weird tone of color to them but didn't question it as you watched Leona run after them. There you have Jafar mocking Scar's lazy tactics.

Eating lunch with Azul, the two of you talk about school-related stuff, his hand getting slowly closer to yours on top of the table. But before he can hold it, he starts coughing, needing to excuse himself to the bathroom. The Evil Queen laughs, having tampered with Azul's food, and Ursula can only watch as she plans her revenge.

Jamil and you are cooking; he is teaching you some of the dishes from Scalding Sands. You watch as he places his hand on top of yours, trying to demonstrate how to correctly cut the vegetables, and then a fire starts! Jamil apologizes millions of times, for this had never happened before. And Jafar rolls his eyes as he hears Hades's laugh behind him.

Helping you pick out some clothes, Vil decides that the best option would be making custom clothes for you. He takes your measurements, touching your soft skin with the excuse of getting the right fit. The intimate moment gets interrupted when a thunderbolt sounds outside, and you watch as Vil's face pales, he had nicked himself with the needle, piercing his perfect skin. He leaves you there alone for the next few moments, as The Evil Queen takes notes on how to ruin Maleficia's day.

Malleus and you are walking around the school campus at night on your typical stroll. There is a small lake next to the two of you, your hands touching from time to time as he slowly gains the courage to fully take hold of your hand. However, a fish literally spits water on him, ruining the moment. Maleficia needs to hold her own magical powers before she fries Ursula.

I didn't write about Scar and The Queen of Hearts sabotaging the dates because, to be honest, I don't know what they could do. I believe Scar would heavily focus on talking about how Leona is perfect for you in every aspect, flaunting his wealth and good looks. The Queen of Hearts would also have a similar approach, she would invite you to have some tea with her while speaking of Riddle's charm and his composed gentleman ways.

Óscar’s full name is Óscar Horacio Madrigal.

His first name means “dear friend” and his middle name means “time”. 

He is the oldest child of Mirabel Madrigal and Bubo Marquez.

He greatly resembles his father, and has his brown skin, nose, and hair. Somehow, he did not inherit either of his parents' need for glasses.

He is seventeen years old.

He has two triplet sisters, Beatriz, younger by fifteen minutes, and Lidia, younger by thirty minutes.

He likes both boys and girls, but is single.

His gift is mediumship. He can see and communicate with the dead souls who can’t/ won’t move on to the afterlife. The Encanto finds this weird and off-putting (because Catholic), and so shuns him. Everyone expects him to hate his gift because of this, but he actually loves it. He likes getting to hear stories from the dead, and help them move on.

His door portrays him standing with his arms out, while many glowing skulls surround him.

His room has wood floors and black walls, but the walls are painted with gold and yellow marigolds. Many sconces and candelabras are hung on the walls, and there’s a seance circle permanently on the floor in the middle of the room. His bed and other amenities are pushed up against the walls.

His symbol is a glowing skull.

Mirabel understands what it’s like to be shunned by the Encanto for a gift/lack thereof, so the two get along great. She’s always there to cheer him up.

Bubo on the other hand is very much A Dad, and tries to bond with his son in various Dad ways, such as fútbol (which Óscar is not into). But he tries.

He and Beatriz are amicable, but are very different people, so don’t hang out.

Lidia can, has, and will beat people up who are mean to Óscar, much to his horror.

He hangs out with the other “outcast” cousins: Sofía, Fuega, Zoe, Hugo, and Andrés.

He gets along best with Pedro, Bruno, Dolores, and Sofía.

Because Pedro’s soul inhabits Casita, Óscar regularly talks and hangs out with him.

He likes to entertain the souls of the dead city children who didn’t make the pilgrimage to the Encanto.

He often looks like he’s muttering to himself while using his gift, which started the rumor that he’s actually crazy.

He looks a lot like Bruno, and is called “Bruno’s twin” sometimes.

He can become possessed by spirits if he does a seance. He mainly does this with Pedro, for emotional reunions with family (and to stop arguments). 

His favorite colors are burnt orange, maroon, gold, and mahogany.

So I've never played Disney Dreamlight Valley in my life but I'm seeing lots of it's content here on Tumblr and as someone who adores The Lion King, is a Leona stan, and has always dreamed of platonically befriending Scar (and Simba because he is a good kitty™), the idea of Scar being this tsundere giant house cat that canonically considers you a friend honestly fills me with joy

Like I have so many Yuu & Scar (and Simba and Bagheera) headcanons for the house of mouse au because I love the Disney kitties so much

Do you ever wonder why Mickey changes so much over the years?

Wanna know more about the silly au I have made recently about this concept? I'll put the lore dump under the read more!!

The whole au revolves a more horrific explanation as to how and why Mickey gains so many redesigns with the upcoming years, and what happens to each old design when replaced with the new one !!

( The concept is lightly inspired off of this video. )

To give a brief rundown, Mickey has starred in shorts since his creation, yet still changed even then. But what really happens to those Mickey designs that go unused? Well, the answer may not be the one you want.

Each Mickey is created with an intended purpose for their shorts, and when a new design rolls in, the old one must be discarded, as two Mickeys cannot exist at once unless given extremely specific circumstances. How are they discarded?

It's a race agaisnt time. Each one of them has their own run time before finally a dark yet twisted entity, most of them know as the Black Rabbit, finds them to eliminate them, via Killing them and disposing of the body to make room for the newest Mickey Mouse.

This is the Black Rabbit design for the au. A familiar face and person that is often unrecognizable either way.

Unfortunately, thanks to a flaw in this process, the current Mickey may remember it's past lives, and how it may have died brutally to the Black Rabbit.

This all dates back as far as Plane Crazy.

Each one of these Mickey designs has to a certain degree attempted to escape Death itself, or delay it, yet none have been successful.

Cut to the present, and two designs have found themselves in excruciating circumstances as it stands.

Paul Radish (Mickey Shorts) Mick,

and the Dreamlight Valley Mick.

Both the designs to have stood alive the longest, but as it turns out, a new Disney product is on it's way that offers the cartoon Mouse a new design.

It's at this time they're already both aware of what may happen, but one of them won't go down without a fight.

As both remember their previous lives, Dreamlight advises agaisnt fighting agaisnt a cycle clearly made in their disfavor, yet it doesn't feel fair, does it? Why should he die, even if he is forgotten or an unused design or concept? Why must another dictate how long he should get to live?

As much as Mickey Shorts' Mick may want to delay the inevitable, it won't stop the Black Rabbit from reaching him eventually. He hopes he can one day find a way to break this twisted cycle.

The cycle that plagued each one of his past lives and perhaps even many other toons in his position.

22 / 250 days of productivity • June 18th (yeees, i took a selfie using my laptop as a reflective surface, do NOT judge me)

hi! i've been dead to the world for the past couple of weeks basically. i'm okay! been super depresso so i'm not great, but i'm definitely okay!

so i wanted to come back, first to thank you all (whatever reason you guys had) for getting this blog to 200 followers! i very much appreciate that even my chaotic content has found its viewers 🩵

and i also wanted to make a comeback for other reasons. i may not be feeling great but i get these flashes of good feelings, like fleeting moments of happiness, and i just think there must be something to document even if i feel mostly bad... so i hope y'all are here for it (it being me desperately trying to see the good in myself and the world)

today i

kind of blew my mom off because i've been a ball of rage since saturday, so i just stayed home alone

jammed a bit on my guitar and tried to be okay with my strained voice

wrote down a couple of pages of study notes

went for a long walk (i took the longer route to avoid a bridge full of teenagers, so yeah...)

played Dreamlight Valley because i hate the game but i'm absolutely addicted to visiting it daily

and as you can see i've been making some digital notes on the Kant-book i read a while back, cause i thought, hey why not use time on this... at least i have sufficient simple notes if i ever end up actually interested in this freak

SRY about the chaos, i will be normal at some point. not now but like in october maybe? hang around and let's find out!

📺: Terese i Kassan, omg i've been enjoying swedish tv so much recently. found out about this show, saw Emma Peters, who i LOVED on På Spåret and i was hooooked. it doesn't have a great rating and i can understand it - the humor isn't for everyone but i've definitely grown fond of this show after a few episodes and i can't wait to watch more

Devoted update

+the simp's orgin story

Changed up the Devoted's design, with it having more bird features, as well as how they see themselves.

Again, since the devoted is connected to Raven's self-loathing, I can imagine that while it doesn't care much about itself, it also wants lots of attention. It needs others to care for it to know its worth.

And since Tanya has a similar entity of her own roaming in the valley, it's safe to say that she is fully aware of why it's here.
