Some people just cannot think outside of the oppressed-oppressor binary: you’re either “the Man” the obvious villain or you’re “kept down by the Man” who is “sticking it to the Man,” the obvious hero. As a writer/illustrator put it, criticizing George Lucas’ work: “the OT films were the little guys fighting an oppressor… but in the PT, the Jedi had all the power. They were the oppressors. That “fight the power” spirit was gone.” The Jedi Knights are cool as long as they’re hunted by the Empire of the Sith, because they’re “sticking it to the Man.” But if they’re respected by people, if they’re working with the Senate of the Galactic Republic, they’re “the Man” and the Sith and Anakin Skywalker (or somebody else, this Underdog or Little Guy who is supposedly oppressed by guardians of peace and justice is never properly identified, in order to avoid the easily disprovable specifics) are the one who’re “kept down by the Man,” and by default, they’re the ones who’re “sticking it to the Man,” because in their heads, empowered and respected are the characteristics of Evil. And this reveals a deeply troubling mindset: “fight the power” and being victimized by “the power” is what makes you a moral, ethical, good person, even if that power is held by democratically elected officials with checks and balances or fairy tale monks who dedicate their lives to psychological and spiritual progress and to make sure that everyone is protected and there’s peace and justice in the world.
And herein lies the problem: people who only feel secure in their identity as "Good People" if they're fighting against an oppressive power cannot function without it and sooner or later, their desperate yearning for it will create it - and then, they will never be motivated enough to demolish it.

What have I been saying about the Democrats?
Well, there it is, folks: They're slavers.
Straight from their party line, accidentally slipped from Rep. Jasmine Crockett, they intend for illegal immigrants to be slave labor. Off the books, unpaid or underpaid, untracked and undocumented, taxable slave labor. They intend for these people to live off the books so they won't appear on unemployment numbers. They intend to let these people get all the benefits of a citizen with none of the protections. They especially want them dependent on the state with the ability to vote for the lies the Democrats push about being "for the little guy."
Rep. Jasmine Crockett, D-Texas, a member of the far-left group of progressive lawmakers known as "the Squad," told congregants at a historically Black church that America needs robust immigration because "we done picking cotton." "So I had to go around the country and educate people about what immigrants do for this country, or the fact that we are a country of immigrants. The fact is ain’t none of y’all trying to go and farm right now," Crockett said, garnering a sheepish laugh from a few members of the audience.  "OK, so I'm lying?" Crockett shot back, noticing the awkward silence. "You're not! You're not! We done picking cotton! We are. You can't pay us enough to find a plantation."

Okay, so I might have another mental condition (I already have ADHD, autism, anxiety, etc.) although this one isn’t really a problem. I can’t remember the actual name of the condition but I saw people in videos talking about its existence a few weeks ago. To simply explain how it works: Some people can create detailed stories inside the mind to such an intensity, that they feel it on an emotional level (As if it actually happened, though we know it didn’t). Eg. I create a long story in my head while stimming that involves someone getting hurt, I start crying because I feel like I’m actually there, in that moment. Completely fabricated stories, completely real feelings! My stories last about 20+ minutes (Because that’s my typical stimming/running duration). The interesting thing is that people often do this because of social isolation or otherwise social interaction deprivation (Feeling loneliness and having nobody to interact with for a while). People do it to try and make up for their lack of social interaction, it’s like replacing real emotional communication (Hanging out with a friend for example) with fake emotional communication (The stories). The only real issue with this is I’m doing this more because I’m often lonely…🐦‍🔥🐦‍🔥🐦‍🔥

What makes disability a problematic concept for Jasbir Puar is not only its relation with capitalism but with nations’ attempts to distinguish themselves from others and valorize their past. Which impairments are deemed worthy of entitlements depends on the state’s pursuit of political legitimacy. To determine who is recognized as disabled is to ask who is entitled to resources. As such, disabled bodies can be capitalized because disability entitlement guarantees economic and social inclusion. In other words, disability determination demonstrates both how a state simultaneously legitimizes some bodies and delegitimizes others, and what the consequence is of making such a distinction. Throughout the twentieth century, the distinction between the deserving and undeserving guided U.S. disability policy. The government did not cover those in need, but those who “deserved,” mainly maimed veterans and maimed workers (Scotch 2001; Adams, Reiss and Berlin, 2016). Other people with disabilities fell into the category of the undeserving, who were thought to incur impairments through self-destructive habits such as alcoholism.
— the concept of debility written by chiayulien
(I think the author should also consider that even people who are universally recognized as disabled are often neglected access to resources according to different circumstances. There's no actual guarantee of economic and social inclusion most of the time, it's usually is only present in the politician's discourse but not in material reality.)

"I don't need a reason to hate someone"
A while back I saw a very popular post that said, "You don't need a reason to dislike someone." Actually, you do.
Because dislike or even hatred towards a person without reason is the root of such things as racism, homo- and transphobia, etc. Not only does this sound weird - why would you have a prejudice against someone for nothing? But it creates a hell of a lot of social problems.
To hate/dislike someone, there must be a very good reason: for example, they killed someone you loved, they are cruel, or they deliberately ruined your life.
Following the announcement at SDCC'24 that RDJ would be playing Doctor Doom, Tumblr's flooded with negative posts about his return to the MCU. Some people say they hate him or Tony Stark. I even saw a post that said, "I was so happy when he died in Endgame." I want to ask - what's wrong with you?
If you hate or dislike a person without a good reason - you are an asshole. And that's an understatement.

i feel like we so often see the world through the lens of social media now.
picturesque becomes “instagrammable” instead of beautiful and captivating.
important debates and conflict? save it for twitter, instead of respectfully discussing and disagreeing in real life.
you want inspiration? look on pinterest, not out in nature or art galleries or just in the simplicity of everyday life.
i’m so tired of feeling like being online is the only way to stay connected and even have simple conversations. this needs to change, and i know it won’t.

‧₊˚✧ Surrender ✧˚₊‧
We've all heard that old saying, "It's easier said than done." And it's so true! Everything in life really is. But remember, just because something is challenging doesn't mean we shouldn't speak our truths. 𓍢ִ໋🌷͙֒
We live in a world that's always buzzing with noise and distractions, which can make it really easy to lose sight of the present moment. It takes a little practice and patience to train our minds to anchor ourselves in the present moment. It can be tough to accept what is, rather than what we wish it to be. It's a journey that can feel like an uphill battle at times. It can take a really long time to get used to reality and to let go of the resistance that can feel so strong in our hearts. ‹𝟹
🌸But I want you to know, it's okay. It's more than okay. It's totally normal to need time, to move at a pace that feels right for you. If that means taking it slow like a snail or a tortoise, that's okay!🌸
When you're going through a tough time and dealing with loss, it can feel like the days are dragging on forever, with each moment feeling heavy and sad. Maybe someone who used to be really important to you has left, and you feel like you can't go on without them. It's so important to recognize that the urge to fill that space or bring them back will come rushing in. Guess what? You don't have to fight it. There's no need to rush to fill that emptiness. Take your time and just sit with it, okay? Let yourself feel the pain, heartache, and sorrow.𓍢ִ໋🌷͙֒
Please, take all the time you need to grieve. If you need to, please stay in bed. Let those tears flow. Each wave of emotion is just part of life's journey. It's all part of the process of surrender. When we surrender, we don't lose our strength. We find it! As we surrender, we find the courage to look at our situations with fresh eyes. With this new perspective, we begin to make choices that guide us forward. In your moments of surrender, you'll find the love you've been seeking outside of yourself—right there within you! Remember, healing begins with a choice. We can choose to numb our pain with distractions, or we can choose the sometimes difficult but ultimately fulfilling path of healing. I know it can be tough, but we've got this! ‹𝟹 ⊹ ࣪ ﹏𓊝﹏𓂁﹏⊹ ࣪ ˖⊹ ࣪ ﹏𓊝﹏𓂁﹏⊹ ࣪ ˖⊹ ࣪ ﹏𓊝﹏𓂁﹏⊹ ࣪ ˖⊹ ࣪ ﹏𓊝﹏𓂁﹏⊹ ࣪ ˖

the audacity to claim how everyone's unique & how important they are to cover up the fact that nobody in actuality matters is abysmal.

I often don't reply because I never know what to reply, and I prefer to avoid the stress reaction of joking (Because it's my stress mechanism, and jokes are often… Doubtful)
The truth is that this defense mechanism against stress (It resembles laughter, but it may be worse, because I can often say/write something that I will regret…) and I hate it, yes, sometimes it has its advantages, but in some situations it is very problematic, I know, it may be trivial "If you can't reply to messages and how can you stress about it?", I see it this way myself, but it doesn't change the fact that it happens, I don't know if it's ASD or social phobia, but I'm just not used to a lot of news (And I don't blame the Palestinians for it, I blame Israel , the truth is that they would not be forced to ask strangers for help, (if Israel wasn't the aggressor and didn't force them to do it), I try to suppress it because it seems selfish, because what else can I call this feeling? The problem is that I joke about stress and don't reply because I avoid stress, which leads to me writing something that I will be ashamed of, it's my problem that I don't have a job and a bank account, I don't care that my country is to blame, that I can't have a job because of my grade and that it won't give me a pension because it considers me too "able-bodied" (Because I'm within the intellectual norm…), the truth is that I can only pretend that I have a goal in life, even though this goal is unrealistic
I'm 23 years old, people my age are already independent, and I'm in fucking limbo, other autistics have homes and jobs, and me? I live with my mom and I don't have a job, not only am I useless, but I'm a stain on all autistic people because I fit into the fucking "Autism Speaks" narrative
I can't take part in strikes because traveling stresses me out and crowds scare me, so to autistic activists I'm nothing and I promote the narrative that autistic people are "Stupid"
So not only can't I reply to messages like a normal person, but I'm also stigmatized by autism… Now I'm probably feeling sorry for my fate…
I try to think about myself as little as possible, because when I try, I'm selfish, my avoidance of stress is my biggest flaw (Right after my ability to let people down…), I hate the fact that I joke under stress and it makes it difficult for me to have such a basis the thing of replying (SOMETHING MUCH EASIER THAN TALKING IN REAL LIFE)
Joking about stress and the uncontrollable mean part of me is something I hate
And no, I'm not looking for "sympathy", I just want to explain what's going on in my head and why I don't reply often, but the post, as usual, went in a different direction…

In the disability framework, disability is exceptional, a condition caused by an accident that may affect anyone and for which we should blame no one. Disability framework ignores that most disabilities around the world are generated by wars, capitalism, and colonial occupation. In these cases, entitlement is less likely. Under late capitalism, most people are in the betweenness of able-bodied and disabled in which people are neither recognized as disabled, nor able enough to meet the neoliberal demands.

I think very often about how the world is ending, maybe I'm just absolutely psychotic and everything is going to be ok, but i really don't think so.
The world is ending and there will be people that will live in this ended new world, and I am truly sorry, I'm sorry that i couldn't stop it, I really really tried but I am very tired, I tried to make people listen, I just want you to know that it was already too late when I came here. Yes, this is a personal apology from me to you, from past to future, because I always wanted to have one, I wanted to find one person in the past who knew what was coming, who tried and who failed, and who was really really sorry for doing so.
So this is mi apology, the world is ending and you can't do anything about it, and you don't deserve it, and I am so sorry i couldn't help you.

I swear I'm getting sick of these "supposed" "So-called " Leftists and their fake-ass performance "activism." These assholes had no problems at all throwing Black People and many other valuable minority groups and immigrants within America under the damned bus with a 2nd term of a fully incompetent convicted felon and rapist also a Wannabe Dictator who is currently along with the rest of his heinous administration deeply destroying and fucking up this country in so many ways as well as fucking shit up in terms of international relations and national security.
Especially in regards to the Middle East and his seriously wanting to turn Gaza into a second City of Dubai and make it a place for real estate. Yet these Pro-Palestine fuckers seem to not care about that at all.
I'm so fucking sick of these damn people and their cosplay "activists" act as well as their White Savior Complex bullshit as well.
These assholes have never once given a single shit about Palestinians or Gazans.
And have also deeply Fucked Over the very people they claimed to be allies to.
