Another good day I’d say! Had Greek yogurt,granola,chia seeds and white chocolate buttons and bananafor breakfast and a chicken burger (123 cals for the burger😍) and a salad with mustard and red sauce for dinner it tastes like McDonald’s burgers 😜, this isn’t an Ana account or recovery account just pure healthy meal inspo. Loosing weight the healthy way should always be encouraged 🫶🏽
I also had 2 ice lollys and a bar of chocolate. I am still in a calorie deficit and I’ve done 7k steps. Slow and consistent, I’m starting to like my body a bit better now than I can see my ribs and my collarbones, so much fat to lose from my stomach but when I eat I’m so much less bloated it’s more comfortable 🫶🏽🌺🦋🍒
