Headmistress Rosehearts AU: The Aftermath of Riddle's Overblot
((Thank you to the beta readers on Discord for looking over the first draft; I truly appreciate your feedback! And thank you @adrianasunderworld for taking a look over it and your kind words! To the readers: I hope you all enjoy this story!))
Riddle can't take it anymore and Overblots in front of his mother. She is stunned, but snaps out of it and raises her wand. After a couple of seconds of doing nothing, she spins around and orders the students to bring her son back, but the students are already vacating the area. No one pauses; it's like they didn't hear her despite her screaming. Serves her right for turning the school into a prison of suffocation and misery.
But the students are parting away as they walk--they're making way for Trey. And Cater, Deuce, Ace, the Leech twins and Azul, Chenya (who later explains that he had been sneaking in the last few weeks to make sure Riddle was all right), and finally Yuu and Grim. The heathens Headmistress Rosehearts kept away from her son. But they were the only ones willing to save Riddle, their peer and friend.
She initially tries to order them on how to fight, but she gets distracted by Riddle releasing all of his grief to those who would listen. She ends up getting into an argument with him, still trying to persuade him that what she was doing was for the greater good. Her face gets redder with each raw truth that comes out of him; everything she says is rebutted with the reveal of a consequence that had she brushed off. If you pay attention, you may notice something within her breaking.
Finally, the battle is over. She tries approaching her son, but is blocked by Ace and Deuce. "Don't even think about it! You've done enough already," Deuce says. The duo is joined by the Leech twins.
"No," she says hoarsely, then clears her throat. She seemed startled by how soft her voice had become; it was unlike the firm tone she always had. Her wild silver eyes fix on her son. "I need to fix him. I know what--"
"Didn't you hear what he was saying before and while he was Overblotted?" Ace interrupts, frustrated. "He doesn't need you hovering over him when he wakes up."
She glares at Ace, but he doesn't back off. "I have been trained for these situations and I am perfectly qualified to handle this, unlike all of you ignorant children. I will--"
"Yeah, no. We've dealt with this plenty of times and we know he will be perfectly fine with his friends." Yuu has come to stand in the space between Ace and Deuce.
"And you sincerely believe that he would be best around those who have no medical training on treating post-Overblots?"
"We believe he needs to be around those who won't make him feel dread. Seriously, are you blind? You hurt him severely and shouldn't be near him, especially when he's like this! What is it going to take for you to realize that? Riddle Overblotting again?"
Headmistress Rosehearts's face turns from deep pink from the screaming match earlier into a wrathful shade of red. "How dare you say such things, you insolent brat!" The woman lunges at Yuu, who flinches, but she is held back by Ace and Deuce. "You don't know how to raise a child properly! You can't even get that waste of space under your control."
"What did you call me?" Grim bristles and has to be held back by Cater, who whispers something to him.
Yuu's fists clench tighter, blood rushing through their ears, and they barely manage to calm themself down. As much as they want to repay the woman back for all the insults (and unjust punishment while they were at it), this was not the time. They do their best to control their breathing as they reply, their sentences slightly warbling. "He's his own person and he's learning how to be better, one day at a time. Just like your son. Neither are perfect but they are great friends when they're truly themselves and get to explore, if you even care to listen."
"It would be a waste to get her to listen. She lacks the heart to want to," Azul says from behind, shaking his head in mock sadness.
"He only needs to follow what I say!" Headmistress Rosehearts yells. "Every single second counts for who he will become and he will be above all of you. He will be someone you will never touch, and it will be because of my efforts!"
"Your son is not a trophy for you to parade around. He has his own needs and if you keep ignoring them, THIS is going to happen," Ace scolds. He feels a light sense of deja vu and mentally huffs.
The argument rages on, moving to other personal matters. ". . . The rest of your parents don't have even an inkling of the best way to raise a son and it shows."
"Miss Rosehearts, I have always tried to see light in every situation, and listening to you talk about other parents since you took over has enlightened me. It seems that pointing out flaws whether imaginary or harmless, even things they have absolutely no control over, will make you a model parent. If that is your way of thinking, then you are pathetic. It gives the impression that you aren't confident in your own parenting style and keeps even the most soundest of people from wanting to approach you, out of disgust over your paranoid behavior. As brilliant as you are, you are just as abhorrent."
"You tell her, Jade. I'm glad our mama is not like you. There's a reason why she can live in the Coral Sea and not you." Floyd grins at the headmistress, sharp pearrly whites gleaming and something dark and proud shining in his eyes, matching his brother's.
"And my mother is doing her best as a single parent despite all the hardships that come with it. She never did anything wrong and I care deeply about her. That is why I strive to move beyond my past, even if it means accepting every insult that comes my way," Deuce adds. "It's just as Jade-senpai says. You beating down on her and others won't make you any better."
"I know what's best for my son!" Headmistress Rosehearts snaps. "He would not be at the top of his class without me. He would not have obtained his Unique Magic as a child if it wasn't for my parenting. It was all me! His father would have ruined his life if he had his way. He would have become worthless and like every lazy, wretched beast in this school."
"But you left me with pain that caused me to Overblot." There is silence. Riddle is sitting up with the help of Trey and Chenya.
There is something in his mother's face that is hard to decipher, but that's because it's buried under so much fury and venom. He starts to wilt, but the reassuring presence of his childhood friends on either side and Cater behind him lets him continue. "Mother, you may have wanted what was best for me, but you have hurt me regardless. You refused to consider my emotions and needs and that amounted to the first Overblot incident at this school in centuries. I was healing and becoming better on my own afterwards until you took the position as Headmistress. You caused me grief. You caused my friends grief. You forced the school to follow unnecessary rules and punished too harshly. You have caused misery with your oppression and refuse to acknowledge it. That is unforgivable. A ruler must recognize when they are doing more harm than good for their people, even if it means breaking principle. Once I have fully healed, I will not have anything to do with you anymore."
"NO!" She wretches herself away from Ace and Deuce's grip, but the Leech twins are quick to take their spot in holding her back. She is fuming, struggling to get to her son. "I am your mother! You will not leave me like I am nothing. I read every book on parenting, I did my research, I created flawless plans for you to be the best and sacrificed everything for you. I put in all of my effort and tolerated every single pathetic outburst. You have no right to leave me!"
Her eyes become glossy and Yuu wonders if this cold woman will actually cry. Was it out of frustration that she wasn't getting her way? Or her son leaving her? Either way, Yuu wasn't feeling an ounce of sympathy, not after everything the Headmistress did to them, their friends and peers, and her own son. "You will regret leaving me!"
"Hey, did it ever hit you that he doesn't owe you anything?" Ace says. "Yeah, he was born to you, but you were the one who chose to do those things for him. He didn't ask for any of it and he isn't responsible for what you choose to do. He's old enough now that he doesn't have to listen to every word you say, for his own future or anything else."
"I will not listen to an immature miscreant who fails to follow his brother's excellence!" Headmistress Rosehearts starts thrashing as Riddle is helped to his feet and guided away. "Don't you dare walk away from me! I did everything for you! You belong to me! You two! It's both of your fault for making him turn away from his own mother!"
As Headmistress Rosehearts throws accusations at Trey and Chenya for ruining her son, Yuu watches them carefully. Their body language betrays nothing and they don't look back. Yuu notices Cater, walking behind the trio of childhood friends, moving to walk between Trey and Riddle, like he is trying to shield them both from Headmistress Rosehearts.
"Would you shut up already? No one wants to listen to you," Floyd snaps.
Suddenly, she falls silent and all movement stops.
The twins look down at her in cautious curiosity. Darkness has fallen over her face and her cold silver eyes are unreadable. "He won't listen to me because he has been listening to bad influences," she says to herself. "The Overblot was because of all those influences. I let him go too soon, just like how I allowed him free time and he betrayed my trust. I let my guard down and let him be embraced by an incompetent headmaster. I just need to set him on the right path again. Pull him out of this horrid school, teach him, set him right, lock him up until he's ready again--Riddle, Riddle! Come back! It isn't too late to change back!"
Her distress rerises when he doesn't listen. Tears stream down her face, creating a trail of watery ink. The twins are starting to have difficulty keeping her in her place. Azul notices and summons ice to encapsulate her body, an uneasy look on his face from the contents of her ranting. "RIDDLE! DON'T YOU DARE DISOBEY YOUR MOTHER! COME BACK THIS INSTANT! YOU NEED TO BE RIGHTED!"
When he still doesn't turn around, she falls into mumbling. "The incident is because of everyone here poisoning your mind. Because of the bakers' son feeding you all of that sugar. The oversized pest for teaching you to give up. I will bring you back to your senses. Only I can do it because I am strong, I know what I'm doing, and no one can comprehend that what I'm doing is right because everyone is below us. . ."
Those left behind look on in disgust. "Ugh, so annoying! Can I squeeze her already?" Floyd complains.
Jade tries to placate his twin, but he stops mid-sentence. Floyd notices the reason soon after.
There is a dark presence surrounding Headmistress Rosehearts, and everyone present know too well what it means.
Overblot.
The twins quickly jump away. Yuu spins around to the leaving group and cups their hands over their mouth. "Guys! Get Riddle out of here! She's gonna OB!"
Those present want to let her become an ink monster, but then she would be escaping her comeuppance, wouldn't she?
Plus, it would have been a shame to let the footage Ortho and some students had recorded of the whole ordeal--before, during, and after--go to waste.

More replies about the girlies…! And about the Leech parents.
Anonymous asked:
So it’s from AA cup to F cup?
Judging by how they ended up looking, I guess it’s from AAA to FF lol
I am kind of bad at cup sizes though, and also bad at consistency, but at least that was the idea!
Anonymous asked:
How big are the cup sizes of the other genderswapped twst characters (I.e. the staff, Neige, Chenya, Rollo)
I actually talked about their cup sizes as well as what type of bra they would wear in this reply!
But to update: now I think that Crewel is an A and Trein is a C. I don’t know, just feel like it, maybe it’s because of Cruella and Lady Tremaine lol
Also here are those who I didn’t mention: Vargas is easily the biggest one out of the staff, so around D (+wears a sports bra, naturally); Sam isn’t big, somewhere between A and B, and doesn’t usually wear a bra; Crowley is a C… she just is. I can’t really explain any of this lol
Anonymous asked:
Why does it look like fem Ace and Deuce are scissoring each other?
They always are…constantly…even though they’re bad at it…
They aren’t on this sketch though, but maybe Ace suggested it, that would explain Deuce’s reaction lol
Anonymous asked:
When you’re so thirsty, you grabbing your own boob *eyeballs floyd* On a serious note, I can’t get over how well you draw breasts. I get mad just drawing them under clothes 😔
Yeah, Floyd is probably the one to do that all the time without even thinking about it. She likes to squeeze lol
Also, thank you very much, Anon! I don’t draw them very often, so I am very happy to hear that you like how they look. Looking at tons of pictures and art (R18 obviously included hehe) and sketching helped me a lot…
Anonymous asked:
women...... you draw them so fine omfg
Thank youuuu 🥰 I love them
Anonymous asked:
I love the size, shape, and little difference between each woman. Not only in the pretty 👀 but in body shape and hair situation as well. Thank you for sharing such a beautiful (and dangerous) garden!
Thank you so much, Anon!
I am very excited to share, I’ve been thinking about them for so long before actually finally drawing them all… so it means a lot to hear that you like them <3
Anonymous asked:
was looking back through my liked posts and I saw your drawings of meleanor, and of some of the other twst extras, and it made me curious since now that book 7 is coming out in english will you be drawing more or the new characters like prince Levan, or the knight of dawns? Also a bit of a self-indulgent ask because I want to see sebeks hot ass grandfather in your artstyle :>
We don’t play the game, Anon, so the EN release doesn’t really concern us; we haven’t watched book 7 yet at all.
But when we do, I’m pretty sure I will draw at least some of the characters from it! Definitely more Meleanor and definitely Sebek’s grandpa because how fucking dares he be voiced by Koyasu of all people. I kind of wanted to draw him even before that point (just like Meleanor, I couldn’t resist, to be honest lol), but didn’t really have time for him…
Anonymous asked:
do you have any more leech parents thoughts or possible scenarios?
+
Anonymous asked:
I like to think that papa Leech would also be quite happy with Vil, even though admittedly this is based entirely on a headcanon. Since the boys found out in a vignette that one of his favorite movies has Eric Venue starring in it, I like the idea that papa Leech became a big fan of him. I guess this means that more than liking Vil himself (although he is very charming in his own right), he would like the chance to get closer to his favorite actor through their kids relationship
To the first Anon, I’m sorry for the late reply, I’ll share more thoughts in a moment. Starting with the Vil scenario!
I agree with you, second Anon! We talked about it in this reply, but very briefly.
Whether it’s Jade or Floyd who brings Vil to their house, Papa Leech is going to be super excited because he’d recognise the boy instantly. Somehow, their dinner with the Leech parents would end up looking more like a handshake event lol With Papa Leech asking a lot of questions about Eric and stuff. Even if Vil isn’t dating any of his sons, just the fact that he is their senpai would make Papa Leech super excited. Mama Leech would probably apologise for his behavior, but not in a genuine way, but just to make the situation even more awkward for Vil. Thank god Vil knows how to handle it… probably… maybe…
Vil would also make such a pretty betta merman…
But ALSO!!! If Floyd or Jade (or both) bring Idia to meet their parents, Idia would be absolutely terrified; he would be terrified either way, but the Leech parents are especially intimidating and scary. But they would love him a lot! Not only because he is the Shroud’s oldest boy (connections are important), but because of how his demeanor and his frankly exciting sparkly look. They would stare at him without blinking, showering him with attention. And they would tease him a lot, maybe even more that they would tease Riddle. Because Riddle is just an overly serious baby, but Idia? He is so visibly uncomfortable and scared; teasing him is absolutely priceless. Papa Leech would sit very close to him and look very intimidating, maybe touch his hair, ask him what he is so scared of. Ask about which one of their sons Idia likes the most (neither… please let him go…), a lot of other questions that sound like “there is no correct answer, you are screwed either way, but I am having fun, so you’ll at least survive maybe”. And then Mama Leech would tell Papa Leech not to freak out this poor boy, start stroking Idia’s hand, talk to him in a sweet motherly tone that doesn’t sound even remotely comforting. Somehow… these two are even worse than Jade and Floyd…
A couple of very short HCs!
Mama Leech is a huge gossip. She knows everything about everyone.
Mama Leech doesn’t cook, but it’s a secret, because she wants to keep the image of a perfect traditional wife.
Papa Leech used to operate on land too when he was younger. He still does sometimes, but very rarely.
Papa Leech thinks Azul is a great influence on his boys and wants them to learn everything they could from this friendship before getting rid of him (if he stops being such a great influence).
While the family bond is strong, the entire Leech family is aware that one of them might betray the rest at any given moment. That doesn’t mean that they don’t cherish family tradition and history.

Classpecting TWST: Heartslabyul
After basically an eternity, I have finally gotten back into the mood for TWST character analysis and classpect. Therefore, I am briefly emerging from my swamp to slap this on the internet before retreating back to my hermit hut.
For everyone who wasn’t here years ago for my previous classpect posts, please check the classpect tag on my blog for more info on what the hell this is. Spoilers for chapter 1, chapter 5, and some personal stories. No knowledge of Homestuck required to read. This post will be using quotes from Kanade Musing’s translation of the original Japanese version of the game.

[Image description: A banner containing a picture of Riddle, the symbol for the rage aspect, and the words “Riddle Rosehearts: Maid of Rage”]
Right off the bat, I can’t think of any 2 aspects that could fit Riddle better than rage or doom, which both have to do with limits/rules. Rage focuses on stubbornness and “no,” while doom focuses on systems and caution. To me, the distinction between the two seems to be like personal vs universal. Anyway, Riddle’s strict self-discipline and adherence to the rules obviously relates to one of those aspects.
How exactly does the concept of limits/rules factor into his personal growth? The conflict in chapter 1 revolves around Riddle going ridiculously far with enforcing the rules in his dorm. From Trey and the post-overblot flashback, we learn that Riddle’s behavior stems from his mother being extremely controlling and teaching her son to value the rules & success over his desires & happiness. At the end of the chapter, Riddle apologizes to the dorm and becomes more lenient with enforcing the rules.
Ah yes, the good old days of less than 30 episodes a chapter. This is a refreshingly straightforward story compared to basically everyone else, which means that I’ve already narrowed it down to 2 classpects: maid of rage or maid of doom.
Maids, the active creation class, make their aspect, as shown by Riddle enforcing the rules amongst his dorm. In terms of their personal journey, a maid is first controlled by and reliant on their aspect. Their moment of development comes when they rebel against their aspect and finally claim it for themself. For Riddle, he is first controlled by the rules, like when he has to throw away the tart Ace made when he actually wanted to eat it. However, in the end, he rebels against his mother’s teachings and starts thinking about how he can work towards his own goals rather than blindly upholding the rules.
The question now is whether Riddle’s aspect is rage or doom. After some thought, I believe that rage suits him better. First of all, rage deals with negative emotions like hate and fear. Those emotions characterize the interactions we see between Riddle and his mother, from her vehemently declaring that sweets are poison, to her outrage at Riddle hanging out with Trey and Chenya. You can also see it in Riddle in his destructive anger and his despair at not having friends.
Secondly, rage deals with refusal and denial. It is the opposite of hope, the aspect of belief. Prior to and during his overblot, Riddle stubbornly denies that he is wrong. Just look at these lines from episodes 1-23 and 1-24:
Riddle: Are you saying that I’m wrong, too? Even after I did my best to protect all those strict rules?! Even after I’ve endured so, so, so many things! I won’t… I will never… I will never believe it!!!!!
Riddle: HAHAHAHAHAHA!! I do not need anyone who defies me in my world. I am my world’s absolute ruler. My world itself submits to me! I will not tolerate any answer aside from, “Yes, Lord Riddle.”!! It’s off with the heads of everyone who defies me! AHAHAHAHAHAHA!!
Riddle: I’m the only one who’s always right!! If not, then all that I’ve worked for was…!!
Doom, which deals with caution, death, and acceptance, does not seem nearly as relevant to Riddle’s personality and struggles as rage is. Therefore, Riddle is most likely a maid of rage.

[Image description: A banner containing a picture of Trey, the symbol for the mind aspect, and the words “Trey Clover: Heir of Mind”]
I’m gonna start out with some pieces of dialogue from episode 1-17
Cater: Are you really okay with this…?
Trey: ……….. There’s nothing I can really do…
and episode 1-19
Trey:  … I understand why you’d think of him as a tyrant, and I understand that the way he does things is a little wrong, too. But, I… I still can’t find it in myself to go against him at all.
Ace:  ………. Now that I know more, I understand completely now. The reason why Prefect Riddle is like that… It’s all your fault…
Ace:  If you think that the Prefect’s making the same mistakes as his parents, then tell him directly. Fix your mistakes. What’s gonna happen to him if you just feel sorry and spoil him? So you’re just gonna watch everyone hate him and alienate him from a distance?
I feel like these lines encapsulate Trey’s problem in this chapter. He knows why Riddle acts the way he does and he knows that what Riddle is doing is wrong, but Trey hasn’t done anything to fix it. Therefore, in terms of Trey’s classpect, I currently believe that the class that fits him best is seer.
Seers, the passive knowledge class, invite understanding of their aspect and through their aspect. For Trey, in chapter 1 he provides the 1st years with knowledge on apologizing to Riddle and Riddle’s upbringing. Also, a seer’s main problem is their struggle to understand and use the information that they have. In Trey’s case, he doesn’t know how to handle the situation with Riddle, so he ends up just giving advice to the rule breakers instead of actually confronting Riddle.
Now, we need to do some more investigation to figure out what aspect he is.
Trey has a obsession with dental care because his parents, who work as bakers, did not want all the sugary treats he grew up with to negatively impact his health.
Trey has many younger siblings and he often treats his dormmates like younger siblings too.
Despite how Trey’s brotherly behavior suggests a romantic and selfless outlook on things, he can actually adopt a rather practical and self-serving attitude as shown in his lab coat and dorm outfit personal stories.
Also in his dorm outfit personal story, Trey lets the other students try and utterly fail at making cakes to teach them how difficult baking really is instead of just telling them that their cake requests are unreasonable.
Trey is perceptive and was able to figure out that Cater dislikes sweets by observing him.
Trey’s unique magic, “Doodle Suit,” overwrites qualities (ex. taste, unique magic, color) of things or people with something else.
Going back to Trey being a seer, what exactly does he know and invite understanding of? Trey holds knowledge about Riddle, baking, dental care, Cater’s dislikes, and dealing with siblings. How the hell do all these things relate to each other?
Actually, hold on. Is he a seer? Cause I’m realizing now that he could also be a sylph, the passive creation class. Sylphs are typically known for getting involved in others’ business and fixing what they think needs to be fixed. For Trey, he offers advice to the 1st years, he tries to calm Riddle when he’s angry, he makes sure Unbirthday Party preparations stay on track, and he tries to enforce good brushing habits in the rest of his dorm. Giving up on fixing the Riddle situation might just be him failing as a sylph.
I’m kind of stuck there now, let’s consider aspect for a bit. Though his unique magic does relate to space, I don’t think his aspect is space, time, light, or void. Whatever his class is, it seems to mostly relate to concepts like harmony and healthiness. Therefore, the 2 main aspects I’m considering are heart and life,
Life would relate to his nurturing nature, his concern for dental health, and his relationship with food/baked goods. Heart would relate to his management of others’ emotions, his unique magic which basically alters the identity of something, and his turmoil with the Riddle situation relating to their relationship with each other. Now that I’ve listed these out, I’m gonna say that his aspect fits closer with heart due to that relating better to important things as well as the pun there with Riddle’s name being Rosehearts.
However, it is also important to consider the opposite aspect of mind. The thing is, about half of this post was written more than 2 years ago. Back then, I ended up putting Trey as seer of heart. However, looking back, I really don’t feel like that fits with my current understanding of his character. So, I am going to argue against my past self’s reasoning now.
Trey’s relationship with Riddle is indeed a big part of his character, and the events of the main story did induce some character development in Trey. However, Trey is his own person who is not defined by Riddle and who has his own problems and areas for personal improvement outside of Riddle.
What his own problems are can be seen in his personal stories and his appearances in event stories. A recurring theme with Trey is how he stubbornly denies that he is anything more than average. In his gym uniform story, he deliberately tries to get average grades in flying class, then proceeds to pull off maneuvers in an emergency that has Vargas praising him. In the port fest event, he makes an excellent chowder for the class’s booth, and then brushes off the others’ praise for it. In the 2nd Vargas Camp event, he comes up with a successful strategy for defeating the monster (Vargas) and then, again, brushes off the others’ praise for it.
So many of his efforts go towards blending in and hiding his true capabilities. Going back to chapter 1 of the main story, his main problem is that he hides what he is truly thinking about Riddle. Together with stuff from the bullet points up there like his “practical and self serving attitude”, I don’t think this behavior is something to do with what his class is like my past self did, but I think this is a symptom of his aspect being mind.
Now, after looking at the possible classes to pair with that, I believe that Trey’s classpect is heir of mind. Heir, the passive manipulation class, really seems to fit Trey. Trey seems to naturally default to putting up a mask, since he is often misinterpreted by other characters to be more caring about others than he actually is. He has a goal of not standing out and getting into trouble, and he does stuff like aim for average grades and shy away from going against Riddle as an extension of this goal. These two things seem to be examples of him being embroiled in or manipulated by “mind”, as an heir of it.
Then, as shown in his Starsending Robes personal story where he convinces Riddle to get the dorm a food processor that it doesn’t really need or his ceremony robes story where he successfully stalls Riddle while Cater fixes the roses at the dorm, he is great at getting what he wants through manipulation, but it is not very focused/deliberate like active manipulation would be. He did not make a premeditated plan to talk Riddle into getting a food processor for the dorm, but he happened to stumble on Cater and other students struggling in the kitchen and took the opportunity to bring up a food processor in conversation. In fact, Cater and the other students join in the conversation to back Trey’s sales pitch up without even knowing Trey’s true thoughts on the matter, which seems like a obvious example of inviting manipulation of mind. Therefore, I’m pretty sure that Trey is a heir of mind.

[Image description: A banner containing a picture of Cater, the symbol for the heart aspect, and the words “Cater Diamond: Bard of Heart”]
First, here’s a link to my Cater analysis, which contains my evidence and reasoning for my interpretation of Cater. You only need to read it if you’re curious about how I came up with this summary of him:
Cater’s puts up a constant happy façade to hide his inner sadness. He blends in with the crowd by following the latest trends and acting like a peppy cheerleader towards others. Because of family issues and constantly having to move, he has built up a strong resistance towards trusting others or forming close bonds with others.
Based on his deception, his blending in, and his unique magic “Split Card” which basically allows him to fragment himself, Cater’s aspect is most likely mind or heart. Mind deals with apathy, conformity, and masks, while heart deals with emotion, showing off, and identity.
For classes, I’m going to eliminate page, sylph, and the theft classes cause those don’t seem relevant. I don’t think he really rebels against anything so witch is also out, and the way his personality was shaped by nurture instead of nature doesn’t make heir seem likely either. Finally, though he puts up a mask, it’s more of a way to avoid attachment than hide insecurities so he’s probably not a knight. The remaining options are mage, seer, prince, bard, and maid.
Pairing those up with aspects (and also throwing out seer in the process) leaves us with mage of mind, prince of heart, bard of heart, and maid of mind.
I think the best way to decide between these 4 classpects is to focus on what Cater’s biggest problems are and how he as a person would change when those are resolved.
First, I feel like one of his biggest problems is how he pushes others away. He hides the depressed mandrakes he made in his lab coat personal story, and it is Trey who has to deduce that Cater doesn’t like sweet food rather than Cater telling him that. Second, the other big problem he has is how he not only refuses to acknowledge his problems to others, but also to himself. Even when he is completely alone, like at the end of his ceremony robes story, he still insists on maintaining his happy, life of the party persona.
The natural resolution to these problems would for him to be more truthful with others and to himself, revealing his “heart” and reducing his reliance on his masks, his “mind”. The resolution to his personal journey is really not a change in his relationship to “mind” but a distancing from “mind” and towards “heart”.
Therefore, I think that his true aspect is heart, and his specific classpect is bard of heart. I feel like the way that he lies to himself about his feelings and his overall laid-back nature aligns more with the passive destruction that a bard brings about than the active, focused destruction of a prince. With no other options remaining, I’m locking in my final answer for Cater as bard of heart.

[Image description: A banner containing a picture of Deuce, the symbol for the hope aspect, and the words “Deuce Spade: Heir of Hope”]
Deuce is a very earnest and “act first, think later” kind of guy. Though he is hard working, his enthusiasm and naivety can lead to him go about things in not very thought out ways, which makes me think of him as having an opposite attitude to the lazy but calculating Leona.
An issue he is very conscious of is how he is quick to anger and get into fights, which is what led to him being a delinquent in the past. Now in high school, he is trying his best to change his ways and be an honors student out of a desire to help instead of hurt his mother.
He is pretty hard on himself about this, but in chapter 5, Rook and Kalim help him see that his approach to things isn’t necessarily bad, leading to him accepting himself and developing his unique magic during the overblot fight.
Overall, his personal journey and character development seem to really revolve around the concept of going with your instinct versus strategizing. However, it doesn’t seem to be in the heart/mind way which is focused on rationality and expressing or hiding one’s true self. Instead, Deuce’s behavior comes more from an drive to get things done and push forward towards his goals regardless of what stands in his way and what others may consider unrealistic odds. His unique magic, “Bet the Limit”, is all about taking a bad situation where facing down someone who is stronger than him and is winning and flipping it on it’s head by retaliating with an even stronger version of the magic they’ve used against him.
Therefore, I believe he is strongly involved with the hope and rage aspects, with the hope aspect being the most likely of the two, so I am going to proceed with the hope aspect for now
So, for classes, the main thing we have to consider is how Deuce interacts with Hope. His personal journey is basically first he rejects hope because it caused him anguish because of his mother, then he realizes how he can use hope in a good way and accepts it. However, I do not think his relationship with hope was really destructive. Unlike someone like Cater who buries his “heart” as far down as he can, Deuce still does things based on hope. He acts according to his ideals and instincts, he’s just ashamed of it afterwards. Therefore, I don’t think Deuce is a prince or bard.
Therefore, I think one good possibility is heir. Like an heir would, Deuce naturally connects with core parts of the hope aspect such as trust and “doing” rather than “stopping”. His unique magic is based so much on his intuition that after he uses it he isn’t even sure how to do it again, which seems quite heir-like. Connecting his class to his personal journey, his challenge was to redefine his relationship with hope into a more healthy one instead of letting it pull him down bad roads like his delinquency, which kind of seems to fit with heir based on what tiny bits of memory I still have left of John Egbert’s character development in Homestuck.
I’m not 100% sure about that though, so another possibility is seer. As the passive knowledge class, the challenge of the seer is to reach a better understanding of what their aspect is and figure out what the right path to follow. This looks somewhat similar to Deuce’s case, but after some thought I don’t think seer fits. After figuring out the course of action to take, a seer tells others about it instead of taking action themselves, and Deuce is the only one here doing stuff with his hope. I don’t think Deuce is a seer or even a mage, because understanding/comprehension doesn’t seem to be a major thing with him.
 Deuce could be a page. However, the problem is that he didn’t try to be better at hope or anything like that, he avoided hope. His behavior just doesn’t mesh with a page’s. Deuce could also be a rogue. He does struggle with owning his spontaneity/hope, but he never does any giving of it to others. Finally, going over the rage aspect and possible class pairs with that, nothing seems to really match up given how hope-based Deuce’s final character development and unique magic is.
So, in the end, the best fit I can think of for Deuce is heir of hope.
Tumblr media
[Image description: A banner containing a picture of Ace, the symbol for the breath aspect, and the words “Ace Trappola: Sylph of Breath”]
In contrast to Deuce’s honesty, sense of duty, and occasional naivety, Ace is shrewd, independent, and has a talent for deception.
Ace often looks for the most efficient, corner cutting way to do things, such as in the 2nd part of his dorm uniform personal story where he decides to focus his rose painting efforts on the ones that are most in view.
One of his hobbies is doing magic/card tricks.
Though Ace puts himself first a lot, that doesn’t mean he doesn’t care about others at all.
Ace is not afraid to call people out if he thinks they’re being unfair or doing something harmful, such as in the dialogue I quoted in Trey’s section in this post.
Though Ace insists they he just hangs out with Deuce, Grim, and the player character out of pity, he shows a lot of care for them, such as in chapter 4 when he makes the long trip back to NRC because of the distress call the player sends when they’re held captive in Scarabia. Ace’s Halloween costume personal story is specifically about Lilia and Malleus commenting on how much Ace cares about his friends, complete with flashback scenes of stuff like Ace giving up his omelette at lunch to stop Deuce and Grim fighting over Deuce’s omelette.
Another cute example of how Ace acts aloof is in his dorm uniform story, when the hedgehogs go missing. At first Ace just tries to find the hedgehogs quick so Riddle won’t punish him for forgetting to lock the cages. However, once he actually starts to worry about if he can get the hedgehogs back, his mind automatically goes to how distressed Riddle was about the hedgehogs. He starts begging the hedgehogs to come back with him because Riddle will be really worried otherwise, even though Ace had previously made fun of another student for talking to the hedgehogs since they can’t understand human language.
According to the wiki.gg Twisted Wonderland wiki, throughout the main story, Ace apparently shows a talent for wind magic.
Given these facts, the first thing I want to consider for him is the breath aspect. Though his occasional contrarian attitude could look like witch-like behavior, given other parts of his character, I feel like it is more a manifestation of his aspect rather than his class. He insults people and expresses unpopular opinions as an assertion of his freedom and lack of attachment to others. Therefore, compared to other aspects, breath (and its opposite, blood) seems like the most relevant one here.
Now, to figure out what his relationship to breath might be. I’m just gonna copy paste this dialogue down here too cause I think it’s a good example of how Ace operates.
After hearing about Trey and Riddle’s situation, Ace is able to quickly figure out what the essence of the problem with Trey and Riddle’s relationship may be, figure out what should be done to solve the problem, and succinctly communicate that to Trey. This ability immediately makes me think of the knowledge classes (mage & seer) or sylph.
What’s also interesting about this is the exact advice Ace is giving. Looking at this while thinking of the breath and blood aspects, what Ace is saying can be interpreted as him telling Trey that he is too restricted by his feelings for Riddle, (aka blood) to tell Riddle what he needs to know, so Trey needs to make the hard decision to step back (aka move towards breath) and confront Riddle.
Based on this, I think that Ace’s tendency to call people out for stuff is a result of him being a sylph. As the passive creation class, sylphs are known for meddling in other people’s matters and “healing” any lack of their aspect. For example, this advice that Ace gives Trey can be seen as an example of Ace “healing breath” by trying to introduce more objectivity to Trey and Riddle’s relationship, which in this context means more breath.
His feigned apathy towards his friends and the feelings of others ties into how a sylph can have a very fixed interpretation of their aspect, which can lead to problems when others challenge that interpretation. Ace seems to view attachments to others in general as something negative. Not just concrete relationships like friendships and romance, but also simple empathy and care, like that which the random student in Ace’s dorm uniform personal story shows to the hedgehogs when he babytalks to them. In the story, Ace pointedly notes that the hedgehogs can’t understand them, discouraging the guy from talking to the hedgehogs. This is an example of Ace going too far as a sylph and micromanaging breath here to an unnecessary extent. Therefore, Ace’s challenge is to learn when to limit his pursuit of freedom and recognize that some personal connections are alright to have.
The idea of Ace being a sylph of breath really felt right to me, so there is a decent probability that something else that I didn’t notice fits him better, but I’m gonna go with the ~vibes~ and settle on sylph of breath.
It was close, but basketball club didn’t end up as blood club. It’s just blood-and-breath club now I guess. Freshman breath player gets bullied by a pair of sophomore blood players. Hah.
Anyway, bye.

I saw your blog navigation and HOL UP NEIGE'S A VAMPIRE???
Honestly I don't think so since the only one we have evidence to back up is Chenya, Neige has no signs of being a vampire unless we're being bamboozled here.
Alright enough talk, I had an idea that if reader was someone who was curse/blessed with immortal? They just basically live forever unless physical accidents happen/murder. I'd liked to see how the residents would react when the mc can't die from old age.
If not that's fine, I'm going back to my corner and do research
Haha, I mentioned it briefly here, but in the main AU, RSA are all also vampires (alternatives we’ve discussed has also been vampire-hunter!RSA). I guess I should’ve stated it more explicitly in Neige’s post, but that’s kind of one of the main things that stands out about him. Based on his personality + behaviour, you’d really never guess he was a vampire if you didn’t already live with a ton of them. He doesn’t really act differently to a human, so you probably wouldn’t notice/would forget about the fact that he’s a vampire.
I think the residents would have two reactions to it. Firstly, some of them may be a bit envious. They’d all been forced to become vampires in order to stay alive/extend their lives, but you get to be human? They wouldn’t want to resent you, but the part of them that regrets becoming a vampire does (namely Epel, Trey). Secondly, they’d probably think it was a miracle. Some of them are really greatful:
- Jack, who doesn’t want you to have to live like them, to become a blood-sucking monster, but selfishly wants to keep you with them forever
- Leona, Jade & Floyd, and Rook all secretly wish to keep you human forever, so they’ll be able to keep drinking your blood. If they didn’t have a choice, they’d want to turn you, but this is really the best of both worlds for them.

Hello Mr. Vil,
I am Kibby, just a lil fox minding my own business while I am at the forefront of my master's blog. I seem to recall my friend Chenya mentioning me briefly, but what better way to introduce myself to you than to first come here myself
I would have properly introduced myself, but stuff happened to keep me preoccupied. Better late then never I suppose, I do hope we can get along
Tumblr media
(This be Kibby, she's a lil kitsune that accompanies me/my sona. I think I saw in a post response where the chenya blog did mention Kibby, but I never got the chance to come here to send and ask, sorry!)
Yes, I recall. Che’nya mentioned you when going over a list of royals.
It is good to meet you Kibby.

RSA Bound
Authors note: got brain rot about an RSA au for the twst boys because i'm always a sucker of character development for the sake of others.
Characters: All the dorms (all of them this is a really long headcanon essentially)
Warnings: some weird behaviors (for obsessive thinning and such) but nothing graphic
----
Rsa vs Nrc
Chenya was a youth of mischief and poetry, often coating his messages with flowering language and sweet deceptions so RSA never really knew what to make of his many tales when coming back from their rival school. But when one day he announced they had stolen away a poor unsuspecting victim, unease was immediately aroused.
Some claimed Chenya made it up, to spark some sort of unrest in calm as he was bored, though it was rare that Chechnya outright lied so many were on board with at least trying to offer a hand to the poor person instead.
Chenya snickered as he watched his classmates fumble out explanations on why they needed to go to the NRC right now. Of course, the first time he had met you their predictions were not far off but now? He doesn't think he's seen villains melt so quickly in another's presence. (But he wouldn't miss a chance to see you, so he opted to sit in the corner and observe.)
“Wha-” Crowley’s mouth flapped open not far off from a goldfish as RSA’s principle demanded a new event. “What are you talking about? Me? Holding a student hostage?”. You briefly flashed to his mind before he dismissed it. It couldn't be you, after all, he was such a gracious principle and you were so well taken care of! (Not to mention some powerful students had grown fond of you and he really couldn't risk taking you away from them.) “No no no you've been mistaken my good sir but-” a brief idea sparks in his head,” how about we organize a transfer program instead?”
Of course in his haste to try and alleviate the situation and save whatever face he has left he offers to allow you to traverse schools for a few semesters. It's a quick discussion, messy in theory with loopholes riddling the communication, and by the end, it ends up in a full transfer competition. Whichever school you preferred you would stay.  Just to loosen the rumors. He thinks.
Staring into the eyes of enraged powerful villains he thinks he may be, had messed up. Just a little.
Dorms reactions under cut!
Heartslabyul is fuming! They're petulant on glares and subtle degrading remarks throughout the entire process, glaring at the paperwork as if their collective anger could somehow burst the papers into flames and prolong your leave. They walk you to the gates of RSA dutifully on your first week, making sure to leave their marks on you in front of the surprised heroes.
Riddle is angry at everything about the entire procedure. He lets out an angry puff of air as he escorts you to the gates, glaring at the few students who dare to stare at you. The audacity they have to steal you away, next time they try this it's off with their heads. (Literally) His lips meet your hands in a sort of reverence before he departs.
“I'll see you soon, if you need anything don't hesitate to reach out.”
Trey is a lot calmer, the sole reason why Crowley hasn't ended up in a ditch by his own dorm's hands (although he'd be lying if he didn't sometimes get the urge to strangle the crow himself.) He's sad to see you go but doesn't want this to be any more stressful for you so he's careful to hide his feelings behind a smile, bidding you adieu at the door.
“Take care of yourself for me? I'll bake you something nice when you get back.”
Cater never misses an opportunity to post, although a lot of his posts now highlight a sadder tone and snarky nature towards an unseen figure. Man crows are kinda annoying, right? Anyways y/n is leaving today :(( praying that they come back soon! He makes sure to have some sort of communication before dropping you off.
“Don't be a stranger ok? For real, I'll miss you”
ADeuce is sobbing the entire way through, both of them having almost plastered the principal to the wall when they heard the news. You had become a tight trio and having you gone (or even the prospect) leaves an empty hole in the middle. It's almost frigid and they're probably the most clingy when it comes to communication, often sending good morning and good night texts.
“Hey, you can't forget about us!! Remember no new friends!”
Savanaclaw is far more hostile in their approach, with no real image to uphold but their strength they make sure to show their prowess when making Crowley's life a living hell. He's never without some sort of scratch or peace with their constant pranks and predatory gazes from across the schoolyard. Savanaclaw escorts you on your second week, forcing a few last head pats before they let you go.
Leona tries to not let his disappointment at you leave show, but it's a bitter experience having something ripped from him again. A familiar hole of abandonment opens in hers and he is especially tasty throughout the program, the only thing keeping him from truly lashing out is the fact that you hadn't done this by choice. Before He lets you go he grips onto your arm one last time.
“Herbivore… don't befriend other people so quickly. See you.”
Ruggi is much more emotional, openly letting his disappointment show, and is probably the sole reason Crowley has come to school with pink glitter in his hair without fail. For the rest of the time you are in NRC he's clinging onto you, draping over your shoulder and offering to accompany you on chores. As he lets you go at the gate he nuzzles your cheek quickly.
“See you later ok? That's a promise! Shishishi”
Jack is devastated, not having any energy to truly express his anger but clearly lacking his usual respect for authority. Much like a dog watching its owner depart for the first time he's heartbroken and a little lost without you. (He makes sure not to fall behind though, he doesn't want to disappoint you when you come back.)
“You're coming back, right? Ah sorry, I didn't mean to push, but I'll miss you.”
Octavinelle is an emotional mess, they even had to close down their precious lounge for a while due to Floyd and Jade wreaking havoc in the halls and Azul completely going unresponsive. They're desperately trying to look for loopholes the entire way around but eventually have to come to terms with the fact that you'll be staying away for a while. They're sticky at the gates and the RSA students have to practically pull you away.
The leader of Octavinelle is a title he has to uphold with authority, but when the news hits him he weeps in his pot for days on end, only coaxed out when you reach in for him. He hates the fact that you're leaving, he hates the fact this was done without your knowledge, he hates Crowley for doing this to you both. He's going to have to give him strict guidance in how to properly yield a contract. But for now, he leaves you at the gate, barely able to keep it together.
“Don't stay away for too long… when you come back I'll have the twins cook something for you.”
While usually, he calms his brother's temper he can't help but lash out at himself during the time that you're gone or packing. There is no need for calm when it's so obvious that the school needs to be disciplined for sending you away like this hm? It's unforgivable, but even amidst his rage-induced gaze, he's gentle with you as he escorts you to the gates.
“Alright, here we are. You're coming back of course so there's no real need for tears.”
Floyd is crying one minute and angry, tearing into an unsuspecting victim the next, citing the point of his emotional stability (or lack of it) to the loss of his shrimpy. The stone walls are riddled with holes and eventually, the dorm had to suspend him in fear of the entire building collapsing to water if he had continued. You're late for your next class when he brings you to the RSA refusing to let go of you until his brother comes.
“Wahhhh it's so unfair!!! I'll be sure to strangle that crow for you!”
The usually chipper Scarabia is oddly silent during the days of your departure. There is no music nor dancing, no feasts or light but rather a sort of mourning. The lack of their eccentric dorm leader only leads to ongoing turmoil. Though they do not outwardly threaten harm, the lack of their usual light suffocates the shadows in the school. Crowley ends up having to beg you to fix it before you go, and they're only truly back in “working condition” when allowed to take over for the next week.
When the news first hits him Kalim sits blankly on his bed, staring at the wall until Jamil comes in to scold him for almost being late for class. But when he gets into class he can hardly concentrate, part of him feels bad for his performance yet another part cannot bear to care. It's only when he realizes his behavior is affecting others that he comes back to a bright smile, because surely if he can stay useful to you'll come back to him! He hugs you tightly at the gate but departs with a bright smile.
“Ah sorry sorry! I'll throw a huge party when you get back so come home soon!”
Jamil is exasperated at the onslaught of reactions from the others but can't bring himself to judge too harshly as he acknowledges the pang in his chest. It seems you've been sneakily asserting your place in his heart huh? Well, distance makes the heart fonder, but don't stay away for too long.
“It won't be long, so don't think you can run away. Ah, but don't worry it's not like I'd ever hurt you.”
Pomefiore prides itself on prestige so there's no actual outward change in their dorm, still picture perfect and aesthetic. The change rather is behind closed doors and the concoctions of plans they have to make you stay theirs. More emotional fits, languid and heartfelt conversations, and gifts than usual seem to flood your way (even more than scarabia) during their reign of your schedule. There is a sight to behold when they leave you at the gate as if to mark you something that doesn't belong at RSA.
Vil is already plotting the demise of a certain bird, evident in the array of potions that litter his usually tidy desk. That being said he doesn't let his labors show as his improbable makeup and care hide any sort of fatigue. He can't have his potato seeing him a mess before they leave after all. He leaves a lipstick stain on your neck before he departs.
“Don't stop the skincare potato, I expect you to uphold yourself without me.”
Rook is a composed and distinguished gentleman, so of course, he wouldn't let his gruesome path be seen by your soft eyes. (Crowley has had years shaved off his life by the random arrows plunged right next to his legs.) He is artfully vengeful with his endeavors yet he's perfectly cordial as he brings you to the gate.
“Bon voyage mon ami! Don't forget to wander back home afterward.”
Epel is fuming the entire way through and if vil hadn't threatened to revoke the day he could go with you to the RSA he probably would have joined the twins on their ramage. He's tamer in his wrath towards the principal but that's because if he doesn't keep himself on a tight leash he might just kill him.
“Alright this is where I have to go but you know, don't be a stranger now!”
Ignihyde was already a secluded dorm, so really no one noticed their change, other than of course then changes themselves. Security and cameras seem to double around the school, tracking and following your movements and Ortho is obsessively at your side. There's barely a time when you cannot hear an incessant whining near your ear or the glaze of a camera out of the corner of your eye. Though they don't show themselves until your departure they do take it upon themselves to physically guide you.
Idia stands awkwardly at the gate with his brother, not bothering to look up at the scandalized faces of fake heroes. They already had everything so why did they get you too? It's so not fair and he's wrecking them the next time he sees them. But for now, he's more focused on your smile as you wave goodbye.
“If I had a pomegranate you'd be stuck with me forever you know? … Just kidding.”
Ortho becomes what can only be described as a human security camera, he almost follows you inside the school until you kindly remind him he's not a student. He's near tears as he makes you link pinkies with him.
“Pinky promise you’ll come back ok?? “
No dorm is muddled with fear such as Diasomnia, the air around them is practically suffocating as they roam the halls. The doors creak louder, there is hostile laughter in the air even when there is no one present. Danger reeks as their rage seems to converge into a tsunami of what can only be described as a near-death experience. No one deserves to have rest if you were put in such a position to be taken away from them, there is an unspoken lesson amongst the rubble.
Malleus is not pleased, at all. There isn't a single soul able to speak in his oppressive aura as he broods on his bed. He still attends classes but many wish he would stop as they can practically taste the dirt they'll be buried in as he cascades through the door. The stone under his feet is left cracked as he leads you to the gate.
“Child of man, do not keep me waiting.”
Lilia is more playful in his markings, gleefully making light of the tidal wave of injured students flooding the nurse's office. He's often seen flitting around in the background, plotting with the winds and speaking to the earth. (Or rather something underneath it.) You swear as he drops you off you can feel the tremor of the earth with your feet.
“Of course this is temporary, so rather than goodbye it's fun!”
Silver is on the outside no different than usual. Sleeping away the days and nights, trapped in slumber and almost looking peaceful. Only Diasomnia s, or the way he sleeps is no longer a refuge but a curse plaguing him as you leave. He drops you off and just like a proper knight promises your safety.
“If you're in danger please call, I promise I'll answer.”
Sebek insists that the loss of the human isn't at all something that he's concerned about, which is a comical statement as he screeches at the others about their conduct. (because what if you take this as the last image to RSA and god forbid likes them better???) You're the last thing that he assumed he'd swear his loyalty to but he supposes it's fine if Malleus-sama approves of you so don't keep him waiting.
“I won't forgive you if Malleus- sama is troubled by you so uh- stay safe! That's an order!”
It's not long of course until Azul finds a loophole in the crudely made trade. You had to attend classes there, but it never said there could only be one student in the program.

May I have this request as a scenario pls?
Years after graduation, Riddle becomes a lawyer (Surprisingly his mom agrees after conviction🤣) He's successful in work. He's independent enough to move out. Everything seems going well. Yet, he feels down coz drifting apart from his fds(Trey/Chenya)
Waiting by the Window
Word count: 778
A/N: Yay my first Riddle request UwU, high five fellow Riddle simp 😏
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~🌹~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The night’s breeze kisses Riddle a welcome home as he hauls open the door to his apartment. He locks the door behind him lightly, now all is still and silent inside, the busy day has been left in the past.
He loosens his tie, lines his shoes in the right place and perches his briefcase beside the coffee table. He is dying for a cup of tea right now, he cannot be bothered to neatly stow the briefcase away in his room.
Until about two years ago, someone was always there to brew him tea when he needs it. Back then, his mother finally agreed to allow him to move out upon graduation of law school, on the condition that he had better not throw mud on her — and the family’s — name.
He supposes he carries that end of the promise quite well. Now a junior associate at a renowned law firm specialising in magic criminal law, top on the list to be promoted senior, he is earning enough to cover his own expenses without having to ask his mother for financial support.
He sets the kettle on the stove, and a low rumbling sound fills the area as the stove heats up. The way his shoulders relaxes causes him to briefly realise the silence made him tense.
He thought he was quite used to silence back at home, but at home there had been rustles of pages turning, whizzes of pen against paper, and every now and then his mother would remind lovingly that one study session has ended and it was time for the next.
At home he could wait for a rustle in the bushes outside, a whisper of his name, a knock on the window, giggles, humming, voices of children sneaking around under the adults’ noses.
He finds himself in front of his room’s window — the night’s breeze lacking fragrance of roses tickling his scalp — when the boiling screech pierces his memory.
Tearing his fingers from the sill, Riddle rushes to switch off the stove. As if on autopilot, he prepares the tea leaves and pours in the water and mixes in a few drops of honey. And in the silence of the stove’s dying vroom, he hears unbirthday parties, chattering peers, the loyal friend who accompany him and him alone, and the thief snatching a slice of tart off his hand while evading their sight.
A sip of tea and he’s back in his apartment. The bitter flavour sinks warmly in his stomach and it grounds him to the here and now. He chose this path, one of the first and few big life choices he chose for himself, and he doesn’t regret it at all. Not at all. He’s merely… unaccustomed to parting with someone, that is all.
The first time was too sudden, too frightening, and none of them had a say in it when his mother dragged him away. He cried for hours, cried into his papers and books, cried even as his mother hugged him, and so she slapped him instead.
And that was it. He was wrong, giggles and humming and knocking on windows were all wrong and parting was right. He could convince himself that it was just a dream, it was never supposed to be real.
But it’s different this time. He chose to leave for his profession, and they patted his shoulder and ruffled his hair when he so happily announced it. He doesn’t regret it at all.
He’s merely… still a little bit childish. Still a little bit needy. Still a little bit unaccustomed to the bitterness that sinks in his stomach, the unmistakable fact that no one can give him back the time he lost in childhood.
Perhaps he never quite grew out of wanting things he cannot get. Which isn’t right. It’s not like him to think about what isn’t right.
He must be very tired, worn out from work. He sets down the teacup and lies on the sofa, crumpling his shirt but he can iron it later. What would mother say to taking a nap so late in the evening?
But her rambling voice is drowned out now, and he thinks about the friend who would drape a blanket over his shoulder and whisper “rest well”, and simultaneously another who would be scheming to doodle on his face.
He must be tired, he must close his eyes.
Take him away, like you did so long before. The window is open and he’s thinking of you. And in that land of wonders, all may frolic like children, never too late.
“… Long time no see, Trey, Chenya!”
🥀Background🥀
Sidonie was born into a family of powerful mages that can trace their background back several centuries. Their primary skill is in shape shifting and among her descendants is a woman known as the Rose Witch. While not as revered as the members of the Great Seven, the Rose Witch is well known for being the origin of a famous Shaftlands legend. It is said that the Rose Witch, disguised as a beggar woman, offered a rose to a cruel prince in return for shelter from a stormy winter night. The prince coldly turned her away and so she revealed her true form and used the rose to cast a powerful curse on the prince. The Rose Witch’s story has been told countless times over generations and even inspired a highly acclaimed film in which Vil’s father played the prince that she cursed.
Sidonie’s family takes great pride in their connection to the Rose Witch and Sidonie in particular dreams to one day be as powerful and magically skilled as she. In the present day, Sidonie’s grandparents run a flower shop in the Queendom of Roses and are famous for their roses that bloom and remain beautiful long past the time a rose would normally wilt. Magical rose cultivation is yet another part of the Rose Witch’s heritage and it is from her that Sidonie inherited this magic. It is a magic that has also been inherited by her sisters and they grew up helping their family run the flower shop.
As a child, Sidonie’s closest friends were Trey, Chenya and, for a very brief time, Riddle and Farron. Of these four, she grew the closest to Trey because he would often visit her grandparents' flower shop (which was right across the street from his family’s bakery) and their younger sisters were also schoolmates and friends. They first met when Trey came into the flower shop hoping to buy some flowers for his sick mother. Sidonie was briefly left alone and decided to give Trey a half dozen roses for free, adding another to the bouquet as a gift from her to him. They briefly drifted apart in middle school but rekindled their friendship once Sidonie entered NRC.
Like Danica, Sidonie was initially disappointed with her dorm placement, wishing to be sorted into Heartslabyul. Along with her desire to be in the same dorm as her old friend, Sidonie’s grandmother is an NRC alumni and was sorted in Heartslabyul as well. In fact, when Trey heard that Sidonie had been accepted into NRC, he gifted her a beautiful rose brooch to celebrate (prematurely) her acceptance into Heartslabyul. Unfortunately, fate had other plans and when Sidonie approached the mirror at her orientation ceremony, the mirror determined her soul to be suited for Pomefiore.
For a while, Sidonie felt very out of place in her dorm and did not get along well with her dorm leader at first. Her unwillingness to use cosmetics did not go over well with him and she considered most of her upperclassmen superficial and pretentious. Many of the stories she has heard about the Rose Witch have painted Sidonie’s perception of people who pursued beauty or had wealth, assuming that those who did had ugly souls. She began to take pride in being not like the other Pomefiore students and the fact that she supposedly valued inner beauty above all other forms. Ironically not realizing that such pride was another one of the prince’s vices.
However, Sidonie wasn’t completely alone in Pomefiore. Among the other freshmen who entered Pomefiore with her was Farron, another childhood friend. Soon she also caught Rook’s attention, who took her under his wing and they became fast friends. In time and through his friendship, Sidonie slowly grew to appreciate Pomefiore and came to realize that many of it’s students were as beautiful on the inside as they were on the outside. Though she still occasionally clashed with Vil, they eventually developed a begrudging respect for each other as well.
Throughout her second year, Sidonie has adjusted well into life at NRC and has come to find her place in Pomefiore. She becomes a mentor to Danica and helps her also adjust to life in the dorm. They become close friends and Sidonie takes to trying to protect Danica from the more insidious happenings of their school.
🥀Appearance🥀
Sidonie is a very attractive young woman, though her beauty is quite unorthodox within her dorm. Besides lip balm, unless she’s wearing her ceremonial robes, Sidonie uses absolutely NO makeup or cosmetics. But her refusal to use beauty products seems to only heighten her ethereal grace that many claim is the result of her benevolent heart.
She has long natural chestnut colored curls and bright emerald colored eyes. She has a very soft “peaches and cream” complexion and a beauty mark right above her right eye. At 175CM, she’s little on the taller side (and appears taller because of the heeled shoes she wears) and has an elegant shapely figure.
Sidonie wears her school uniform with an open blazer and her necktie tied in a bow. On her tie she wears a little rose brooch that was a gift from Trey, celebrating her acceptance to NRC and the premature assumption she’d be sorted in Heartslabyul with him. She also wears pantyhose and black pumps that add 7CM to her height.
~~~
🥀Personality🥀
At first glance, Sidonie is a good-natured young lady who is always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need. She is one of the most competent amongst the sophomores in her dorm and is often given tasks that neither Vil nor Rook can find time for. She is well-liked and respected by many of her classmates. However, though often polite, Sidonie is also not afraid to speak her mind and is the only underclassman in her dorm willing to answer back to Vil when she feels it’s needed.
But while Sidonie tries to be a good person, she is not without her faults. She has a mysterious air to her and tends to be very secretive. She can also come off as a tad judgmental since she has pretty rigid standards on morality, especially in regards to beauty. Also, surprisingly enough, Sidonie can also be prone to fits of jealousy, especially towards girls she feels are getting too close to Trey (especially Vidaria).
As mentioned, a life hearing the stories about the Rose Witch has greatly painted Sidonie’s worldview and she is sometimes guilty of making sweeping generalizations about people based on a few details. She’s particularly guilty of this in regards to her relationship to Vil and while they are on better terms now, in her first months in NRC, she absolutely hated him and soon developed the ambition to one day replace him. She still desires to be Pomefiore’s dorm leader but she understands now how hard Vil works for their dorm and knows that her chance to rise to the top will come in time. Her sweet face belies burning ambitions and intense passions.

🥀Unique Magic🥀
“This rose is your destiny...
Your soul unmasked...
Blooming revelation...
Harbinger of Truth”
Sidonie’s unique magic is called Harbinger of Truth. If anyone touches one of her especially blessed roses, it allows her to look into a person’s soul and, if she wills it, turn them into physical manifestations of their souls.

🥀Other Skills/Talents🥀
🥀Music ~ Sidonie is very musically skilled and often duets with Farron when he’s playing piano in the Pomefiore lounge.
🥀Gardening/Botanic Magic ~ One thing she enjoys is tending to the gardens surrounding the Pomefiore castle. Though 90% of the plants are poisonous, she’s carved away a small corner reserved only for her roses.
🥀Potion Crafting ~ Since learning the requirements to become Pomefiore’s dorm leader, Sidonie has worked tirelessly on improving her potionology. It’s her primary focus with her science club activities.
🥀Art ~ Sidonie loves painting, especially with watercolors. It’s a hobby that Rook turned her onto while helping her with an art project in her freshman year.
~~~
🥀Trivia/Lore🥀
(A/N: This section will be further updated over time)
Sidonie’s name means “captivating” in Hebrew.
Rook’s second nickname for her is “Mon Sauveur” due to her picking up the slack at the times he can’t fulfill his role as vice dorm leader.
Although she isn’t a big fan of milk chocolate or sweet candies, she really likes dark chocolate and more “refined” tasting desserts like mont blanc, matcha cake, and her favorite, crepes suzette.
She spent her first birthday at NRC learning how to make matcha cake with Trey.
Rook is embarrassingly obvious about shipping her and Trey with each other, but at the same time, also ships the hell out of her and Danica.
~~~
🥀In Canon Adventures🥀
🥀Prologue ~ Sidonie was placed in charge of the welcome reception for the Pomefiore freshman along with Farron and other sophomores. She also spent a good amount of time after the orientation stalling for Rook as he went to retrieve Danica from Scarabia. For more details about Sidonie’s prologue adventures, read here.
🥀Book  1 ~ Because of their close relationship, Sidonie was the only person Trey confided in about what was happening at Heartslabyul. She was far more kind understanding about his inner turmoil than Ace and tried to advise Trey about how to talk to Riddle about his poor behavior. But by that point Riddle was too far gone and in the aftermath of his overblot and Trey’s guilt on the matter, Sidonie was the latter's greatest support. It should be noted that while Sidonie frequently brings Danica to Heartslabyul when she goes to collect roses, she made a point of keeping her kouhai away from that dorm (and from Riddle) during this period.
🥀Book 2 ~ In the previous year, Sidonie played in the interdorm spelldive tournament and through her efforts, Pomefiore cleared second place after Diasomnia. She had plans to play again but sadly, she was targeted by Ruggie and fell down a flight of stairs. Her incident was so bad that she was bedridden for several days and couldn’t walk, meaning she missed the tournament and was not made aware of Leona’s overblot. All she knows is Pomefiore came in fourth place this time.
🥀Book 3 ~ Sidonie knew better than to get involved with Azul or his schemes but ended up becoming involved after all albeit indirectly. After the Tweels approached Danica, Sidonie immediately advised her against making a deal with Azul despite Danica’s desire to/desperation to pass her exams. Sidonie ended up going directly to Azul and all but ordered him to stay away from Danica, using Vil’s fondness for her and threatening potential conflict between the dorms if Vil found out. To her surprise, Azul agreed and the Tweels left Danica alone but still tried to tempt Epel and other Pomefiore students. But thanks to her, Rook’s and Farron’s efforts, they managed to convince most of the Pomefiore freshman to stay away from Octavinelle. Sidonie passes all of her exams with flying colors and is unaware of Azul’s overblot.
🥀Book 4 ~ Sidonie returns to the Queendom of Roses for winter break and spends time with both Farron and Trey. During Book 5, she heard mentions of what happened at Scarabia from Taima and Iman but as of now is not fully aware of all that happened. For more about her Book 4 adventures, read here.
🥀Book 5 ~ Vil initially selects Sidonie to take part in the VDC on Danica’s team because of her vocal talent and the calming influence she had on Danica. Unfortunately she clashes with Iman and Vidaria (particularly the latter) and takes issues with some of Vil’s actions. She eventually leaves the team and helps out with the science club cafe during the festival. Sidonie is not aware of Vil’s overblot but she DOES know why NRC Tribe lost the VDC because Danica raged about it in a Pomefiore group chat that they’re both a part of. For more about her Book 5 adventures, read here.
🥀 Book 6 ~ During the crisis with STYX, Rook temporarily places Sidonie in charge of Pomefiore as he goes off to search for Vil. For more about Sidonie’s book 6 adventures, read here.
🥀Other ~ During the Endless Halloween Night event, Sidonie teamed up with Rook, Trey and Sebek to help retrieve the students kidnapped by ghosts.

🥀Relationships As Of Book 5🥀
Tumblr media
A ~ Trey and Sidonie were friends before entering NRC, since they were children. They’re both mutually pinning for each other and are clearly more than friends but far less than a couple. Who knows when either one of them will make a move, maybe they’ll figure it out by graduation…
B ~ Sidonie has always been wary of Azul and in Book 3, manages to keep Danica for getting caught up in his plot.
C ~ She and Vil have a very complicated relationship that is pretty civil on the surface but extremely contentious underneath. Sidonie has no issue speaking back to him and while he respects that, he can find it annoying at times. She’s especially vocal when she feels Vil is pushing Epel and Danica too hard, especially the latter. There is also the underlying implication that she has designs to become dorm leader herself and her devotion to honing her potions is her way of preparation to dethrone him. Though for now, they remain civil to each other, amiable even at times, but Vil is all too aware of the ambitions that hide behind her gentle demeanor. It can also be implied that his personal interest in Danica is as much about making sure she doesn’t get too close to Sidonie as it is his desire to be closer to her himself.
D ~ By contrast, Sidonie’s relationship with Rook is very amiable and warm. They’re in the same club with Trey and the three make a very odd but very fun trio. She gets a little annoyed with him at times when his antics occasionally embarrass Vil and the dorm and when he teases her about her mutual crush on Trey but otherwise they have a good relationship. Unfortunately, it does take a slight hit in Book 5 when Rook breaks Danica’s heart and when in Book 6 Rook abandons Pomefiore to search for Vil, forcing Sidonie to temporarily become dorm leader. The aftermath slightly strains their friendship but they are able to mend fences quickly and when Vil decides to replace Rook in favor of Sidonie, Rook convinces Sidonie to take the position with his blessing.
🥀Sidonie’s Relationships With My Other TWST OCS🥀
Tumblr media
A ~ As of this moment (2/8/23), Sinclair does not yet have a bio but I will remedy that soon. All that needs to be known now is that he and Sidonie have a rather complex relationship that is two parts awkward amiability and five parts sexual tension. Sidonie certainly finds him interesting/attractive but because of his past actions and her more genuine feelings for Trey, she’s wary of getting to know him on a closer level. Sinclair on the other hand has slowly been trying to get closer to Sidonie as part of a larger scheme of revenge against Riddle and Trey. Weather or not he’s interested in Sidonie on a deeper level is currently unknown but he frequently suggests to her that he and her are not as different as she might think.
B ~ Sidonie meets Danica on orientation night after the Pomefiore welcome reception. She finds her sulking alone in the garden and offers her a single rose as a token of friendship. Rook arranges for Sidonie to be Danica’s mentor but in truth, they are practically the best of friends. She’s slightly wary of when Danica begins developing feelings for Vil but otherwise she does her best to protect her kouhai and supports her as best as she can.
C ~ Another one of her besties. Farron and Sidonie were childhood friends and attended the same kindergarten before Farron was sent to an all boys primary school and Sidonie to an all girls school. They’re quick to rekindle their friendship at NRC and in their second year, take Danica under their wing. Farron really admires Sidonie’s natural beauty and Sidonie loves the outfits Farron designs. He’s currently working on designing and creating a gown “befitting her ethereal grace”.
D ~ The only one at NRC that Sidonie outright hates is Vidaria but the feeling is very mutual. They both envy each other for different reasons and have a very strong rivalry that for a long time was one-sided on Sidonie’s part. For more about the feud between them, read here.

I've loved your non-romantic/platonic content that you've done so far! Adding on to that list, could I please request a short story surrounding MC, Ace, and Deuce? An accident occurs which ends in MC turning into a little kid and now it's up to the two boys to put their differences aside and babysit their friend until she's back to normal. Girl pronouns plz! Lol I can only imagine the chaos that would ensue. If you don't feel comfortable with this ask you can skip it! Thx for reading :)
I am always up for platonic content and shenanigans! Long story, so the rest is under the cut!
Warning: Minor spoilers for side stories (briefly alluded to)
Length: ~2.3K
Tumblr media
“It’s this one!” Deuce declares with unfounded confidence.
“No, it’s not!” Ace rebuttals despite not making it past page 10 in his textbook.
“It’s mine!” Grimm shouts even though he most definitely does not understand the experiment at hand.
The magicless student can only sigh. Deuce and Ace suck at potions. So when the two bicker about what to add to their cauldron, the prefect doesn’t even blink an eye. Deuce mispronounces an ingredient, Ace corrects him, but neither are even talking about the right thing. She can practically sense Crewel’s glare despite her eyes remaining on the cauldron, cautiously waiting for bubbles to appear so she could add the indigo milk cap mushroom.
What is added next to her cauldron is not the mushroom in her hand but a random root Grimm throws in. In Deuce’s haste to catch the gremlin, he spills over his own cauldron and some of their potion spills into hers.
“What are you doing?” she asks, but it’s too late. The mixture in her cauldron is boiling profusely and suddenly envelopes her in a cloud of smoke.
“Funya! MC, are you okay?” Grim inquires. Deuce and Ace also call out her name but there is no response. When the smoke clears, everyone in the room is left speechless.
The potential beast tamer hasn’t moved but an inch but she’s at least two feet shorter and with rounder cheeks and wide eyes.
“WHAT?” she screeches in disbelief, suddenly too short to even reach the cauldron, “Fix this!”
And this is how the group’s long catastrophic day begins.
Adventure 1: The beginning
“What?!” Grim shouts. If looks could kill, Crewel’s glare would have toasted the monster.
“Yes, it is hard to predict when MC will return to normal because you carelessly threw together that potion. It should wear off in a day, but there’s no guarantee,” the teacher explains through gritted teeth. The bell rings but the quartet barely registers it.
“Go to the headmaster! It’s not my problem anymore,” Crewel declares.
Unfortunately, as most meetings with the headmaster are, the conversation is fruitless.
“Hah? We’re supposed to babysit her?” Ace asks.
“Yes! It’s your fault, is it not? Take care of her until the spell wears off,” Crowley declares.
“Isn’t there any way to break the spell?” Deuce inquires while nervously glancing towards MC.
“It’s hard to tell because you added in unknown amounts of various ingredients,” Crowley answers before muttering, “It takes too much time! I need to know what happens next in my novel.”
“Tch, what a lazy adult,” MC comments with a bored expression. She figured this would happen. She can’t even recall a moment when the headmaster had actually been helpful.
“What did you say?” Crowley demands. Deuce immediately picks up MC and heads for the door.
“Nothing! We’ll take care of her! See you later headmaster!” Ace explains while the two boys dash out of the office. They book it out of the hallway and then set her down on the ground.
“Hey! What was that about? It’s usually Grim saying stuff that gets us in trouble, not you,” Ace comments.
“Don’t tell me…Now she acts like a little kid too?” Deuce wonders.
Adventure 2: Stranger Danger
“Oh? Ramshackle prefect, you seem to be caught in quite the predicament.” MC glares at the Octavinelle dorm leader in return. Ace and Deuce are in the midst of calling Cater and Trey to ask for advice, giving Azul the perfect opportunity to approach her.
“I have an offer for you,” the second year begins.
“No.” MC is firm in her answer and has no intention of making any deals.
“Are you sure? I treat children well,” Azul adds but it only results in her frowning. There’s suddenly a glimmer in her eyes but before Azul can deduce what it means, MC begins shouting.
“STRANGER DANGER! STRANGER DANGER!”
“Stop that!” Azul insists but his wide eyes give away his flustered state. With a smile that looks a little too much like Chenya’s, MC continues her call for help. Soon enough, Deuce and Ace rush to her side.
“Stranger? That’s Prefect Azul! Have you forgotten him?” Deuce inquires with a look of concern. MC decides this is the perfect time to practice her puppy eyes and simply looks up at Deuce, wide eyes and with a pout.
Azul silently admits defeat as he forms a tight-lipped smile accompanied by some false pleasantries before exiting the area.
“I’m hungry!” she announces before anyone can question her further.
“Yes! Let’s go eat!” Grim agrees.
Adventure 3: Sweet Dreams
Getting lunch is a surprisingly painless affair. Though Night Raven College students could be quite self-centred, even they balked at harming a little girl. MC easily orders her favourites before sitting with her friends, though she has to sit on her knees to be at a comfortable height compared to the table.
“Wow! It’s true!~” Cater chimes while taking a seat at the table.
“How are you feeling?” Trey asks.
“Okay! It’s kinda weird but at least it was easy to get lunch,” she replies while taking a bite of her food.
“Now you really look like my minion!” Grim declares. MC shoots the monster a glare but doesn’t give him a response.
“You’re actually a little kid, huh? So, what do you wanna do when you grow up?” Ace teases.
“I want to control all the ghosts and have an army,” MC answers nonchalantly as if she had been discussing the weather.
“What?” Trey asks, slightly taken aback. Wasn’t this the person who was gullible enough to think that oyster sauce went in tarts?
“A ghost army,” she repeats confidently.
“Anyway! Aren’t you lucky? You get all these handsome guys to help you today!” Cater interjects, not wanting to unpack why the prefect wanted an army of the dead.
Her gaze scans the table before looking up at Cater, eyes wide and expression void of malice, and asks, “Where?”
Grim howls with laughter while the four Heartslabyul students try to recover from the blow to their ego. It’s definitely going to be a long day for them.
Adventure 4: Smiles and stares
“Hey wait!” MC whines. One disadvantage of becoming short is that her stride decreased accordingly, thus her struggles to keep up with her classmate’s pace.
“Just walk faster or we’ll be late for class!” Ace retorts, glancing up ahead to see how far away the next building is.
“AHH!” Ace turns around to see MC a couple of meters behind him face-first in a patch of grass.
“Uwah! Are you okay?” Grim asks while flying above the fallen girl. Ace groans at the predicament. Deuce ran ahead to warn the other teachers of MC’s unfortunate condition so the redhead was the only babysitter at the moment.
The situation only worsens when MC begins to sit up, knees scraped, eyes glistening with tears, brows furrowed, and lips pressed tightly together. Ace’s eyes widen at the sight.
“Please don’t cry,” he mutters under his breath before trying to think about how to soothe kids.
“Oh my, that was quite a fall. You’re okay now though, right?” Jade asks while extending a gloved hand. His face is calm, showing no signs of concerns or worry with only a placid smile to demonstrate any emotion. MC stares at his face, analyzing his expression for a few moments. After finding the answer to her unsaid question, she accepts his hand and quickly sniffles before nodding.
Ace watches in amazement as all signs of pain and panic vanish from her expression. He decides not to question her mood change before ushering the prefect to their next class.
Adventure 5: What came first? The egg or the chicken?
“You have to!” Deuce insists.
“NO!” MC shouts back, sitting firmly on the ground. Deuce is startled by the force of her words but stands his ground.
“It’s for your own good! Kids need exercise!” Or at least that’s what Cater told him before going to light music club.
“You can’t move me an inch!” MC retorts.
“I’m older, you should respect your seniors,” Deuce adds, doing his best to retain some level of patience.
“At least I know where chickens come from!” she rebuttals and Deuce feels at a loss for words. It is certainly not honour student behaviour to yell at a young girl but the first year is at his limits. He came to NRC to learn about magic, not dealing with children!
“Let’s play tag,” Jack suggests. Being the only one with little siblings, he is quickly enlisted to help. While disappointed in Deuce and Ace’s carelessness, he didn’t want to risk MC’s safety by leaving her in their care. Thus making him a reluctant member of the babysitting team.
“Tag?” MC echoes before a bright smile forms on her face. “Can it be teams?”
“Sure,” Jack agrees nonchalantly.
“Jack and I are on the same team! We get to chase Deuce and Ace!” she declares gleefully.
“Huh? I didn’t agree to this,” Ace interjects.
“We need even teams!” MC responds with puffed cheeks.
“Too bad, so sad!” Ace replies without remorse.
“This is our fault Ace. Plus we promised the headmaster to take care of her. As Heartslabyul students and men, we can’t go back on our words!” Deuce declares. Jack’s firm gaze and Deuce’s blazing spirit give little room for negotiation and Ace sighs in defeat. Ace really does hate alchemy class from the bottom of his heart.
Adventure 6: Idiots, all of them
MC closes her eyes and enjoys the breeze while resting. Deuce and Jack had gone to the cafeteria to get drinks for everyone after several rounds of tag while Ace lay on the ground to catch his breath. It was quite entertaining to see the fastest first years engage in a game of tag and even more fun to watch Ace try to avoid his inevitable fate. Agile as he was, Ace couldn’t run fast enough to outdo Jack with his insane stamina and speed. She giggles at the memory.
“Bonjour petite princesse!” Rook looks down at the little girl with a shining smile. Her eyes snap open and follow the source of the cheerful voice.
“Isn’t it delightful to see a new side to your friends? Like escorting someone on their first dance, like watching a lazy lion transform into a beast for the sake of the hunt, like observing night flox bloom under a full moon!” Rook beams but MC merely shrugs in response.
“Yeah but I’ve also seen Ace fall off his broom, Deuce compliment plants, and Jack mistake onions for a chemical leak.”
“Oh? Is it not like having several princes tend to you?” he inquires.
She scrunches her nose in thought before replying, “If my prince got stuck in a tree and I had to go save him.”
“Dear me, and I thought you were une petite princesse mignonne [1]! Perhaps that was a misunderstanding,” Rook remarks though he doesn’t seem displeased with the discovery.
Adventure 7: Mandatory nap
“Let’s go to the infirmary,” Ace suggests, “MC needs a nap and it’s the closest building with beds.”
“I’m the one that needs a nap?” she asks while side-eyeing her tired friend.
“She hasn’t even run for 3 hours,” Jack comments.
“Kids need naps! Plus, who knows what the side-effects of the potion are?” Ace adds, “We shouldn’t take any chances with her health.”
“You do need proper sleep to grow strong!” Deuce concurs.
“Sure, sure,” she concedes. When they arrive at the infirmary, there is no staff in sight. Ace guides her to a bed with an expectant smile.
“Well, go to sleep now!” Ace announces.
“It doesn’t work like that. I’m not sleepy,” she responds.
“Just lie in bed and close your eyes!” Ace insists with a huff.
“Shut up. You’re so noisy,” a voice growls. Leona appears on the other side of a room divider. Jack lets out a sigh, disappointed but not surprised by his dorm leader.
“I was having such a nice nap and now I’m… hah?” His sentence trails off as he eyes the little girl before him.
“Well,” you launch into an explanation of what happened, Leona shooting a judgemental look towards Deuce and Ace midway, before concluding, “It should wear off by the end of the day.”
“Tch, what an annoyance. I’m going back to sleep, don’t be loud,” Leona warns before flopping back onto the bed.
“How do you fall asleep so fast?” MC inquires. Leona glares at her, lips pressed together to form a thin line, but he lets any threats die in his throat.
“It’s nap time. Count sheep like a good herbivore until you fall asleep,” he instructs before turning his back towards the group. More than she’d like to admit, her small body requires rest and what better excuse than this? Besides, it’s not like magical history homework was particularly appealing, so she plops onto the bed to rest.
“I’m exhausted. Taking care of kids is tiring,” Ace says before falling onto another bed.
“It’s been a long day. I’m glad MC is okay, though. Haaah…I’m sleepy,” Deuce murmurs before resting on a different bed. Jack doesn’t comment but quietly begins his homework while keeping watchful eye on the little girl, not that he’d admit it if asked.
Adventure 8: The End. For now, anyway
She stretches after waking up, pleased to find her body back to its normal size. Ace snores lightly, Deuce’s mouth is agape, and Leona is nowhere to be found.
“Are you feeling okay?” Jack asks.
“Yeah, I actually feel pretty good!” Their conversation awakens their friends.
“You’re finally back to normal! I’m relieved,” Deuce interjects.
“You’re a lot of work for a minion, ya know? You’re lucky I’m so great,” Grim comments.
“That was a pain! You owe me big time!” Ace adds. MC shakes her head and wonders if she has the greatest or most chaotic friends.

lol remember my last ask on the vigilante/spy au hybrid, imagine if fem!mc turned into a femme fatale because of this aka james bond meets catwoman or black widow meets catwoman sort of thing? oof and how the dormleaders would react to this kind of mc
TBF BW is already a femme fatale in comics at least. In MCU, it was just in IM2. Based on the prompt list.

Riddle Rosehearts
Riddle was raised in a secluded way and not having friends other than Chenya and Trey and even they were banned from being friends with him by his mother. He is getting used to the friendship concept recently and is in the learning process.
He falls for (Y/N)’s words and actions at first, thinking that that’s how the friendships work. Though he doesn’t go too far to do what she has asked him and questions her behavior as well so he asks Trey about it.
Riddle is furious when he learns that is not how friendships work and feel betrayed. He avoids (Y/N) as much as he can. But he learned to be a more forgiving person after his overblot episode so he is likely to forgive her if she genuinely apologizes and changes her ways. Otherwise, it is impossible for them to be friends.
🦁🦁🦁🦁🦁🦁🦁🦁🦁🦁🦁🦁
Leona Kingscholar
Leona doesn’t interact much with (Y/N) nor does he actively seek her out. He spends his time napping anyway. He is also a beastman who has more advanced hearing and senses than humans.
One day, Leona woke up from his nap time when (Y/N) was around and heard her tell a blatant lie to someone else without showing any lying signs such as getting hotter or increased heart rate. He doesn’t mind it until it repeats again.
Leona doesn’t care what (Y/N) does or how she behaves as long as it doesn’t involve him but he will have his guard up when (Y/N) talks to him or someone from his dorm.
🐙🐙🐙🐙🐙🐙🐙🐙🐙🐙🐙🐙
Azul Ashengrotto
Azul the Shady Man senses something off about (Y/N), the way she talks, dresses and behaves. He is most likely to see her façade since he has a similar mask. So he asks the twins to follow her around.
The twins don’t anything on her because she somehow managed to get away from Floyd’s hug and avoid looking into Jade’s eye. This just makes her even more intriguing and suspicious.
Azul calls for (Y/N) and offers her a job to get people to make a deal. He doesn’t know her full caliber but he understands some of her skills which would be useful for his contracts and anything can be a business opportunity.
☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️
Kalim Al-Asim
Kalim has a good heart and likes to believe others are the same or they have a chance to be a better person.
Kalim is likely to believe everything (Y/N) says and thinks her actions have good intentions all the time, ignoring manipulative tendencies.
Jamil will get between (Y/N) and Kalim but Kalim will tell him that he has faith in her and that she could be a better person.
👑👑👑👑👑👑👑👑👑👑👑👑
Vil Schönheit
Vil is a world-famous actor and model. He has encountered a lot of people who tried to take advantage of him and his status so he is used to that type of treatment.
When he sees (Y/N), he knows that she has been trained physically based on her muscles and all the topics she talks about. He also noticed her manipulative tendencies as well and finds her suspicious.
Vil asks Rook to follow (Y/N) around but it is futile as (Y/N) manages to dodge him. Because of the first plan failing, Vil brews a potion that will make her tell the truth so he would know who she really is. Though it is not certain if it works for her.
💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀
Idia Shroud
Idia is in multiple fandoms and reads graphical novels (manga is certain and comics if they exist in TW).
He can learn about anyone in a matter of seconds and he researches about (Y/N) once she tries to get close to him. He learns the way she talks to everyone and how she has behaved since she arrived in TW.
Once Idia learns (Y/N) is a femme fatale just like the ones he read and watched, he is ecstatic and nerds out. He doesn’t care if she is dangerous or anything. He is just excited that he met someone who is like a came-out-of-fiction.

Malleus Draconia
Malleus is crown prince and centuries years old fae. He was taught about how humans can be deceptive and how many people would try to manipulate him in order to get the favors of royals.
Malleus finds it amusing when he observes (Y/N) get away with something naughty and use her charms to get what she wants. He even indulges in her games when she acts towards him that way until to a point. Then he gets angry at her.
Briefly, Malleus enjoys it when she does her thing to others but it is best if she does not test him and wake the dragon.
