⋆ Small achievable goals to change your entire life in 2025 🌸⋆.ೃ࿔.⊹𝄞⨾𓍢ִ໋
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
ׂ╰┈➤ Start cooking more of your meals at home. Incorporate more healthy ingredients in your meals and/or disguise them in delicious recipes!
ׂ╰┈➤ Start working out regularly, at the gym, in the park or just in your bedroom. Any form of activity counts!!
ׂ╰┈➤ Start drinking more water!!!
ׂ╰┈➤ Establish an easy morning and evening routine that you can do everyday
ׂ╰┈➤ Never skip skincare or basic hygiene like showering or brushing your teeth
ׂ╰┈➤ Fix your sleep schedule and sleep 7-9 hours a night
ׂ╰┈➤ Choose to spend less time on your phone and more time outside/with family and friends.
ׂ╰┈➤ Uninstall harmful social media apps
ׂ╰┈➤ Start being productive everyday – read, journal or practice your hobbies more often!
ׂ╰┈➤ Take yourself on solo dates! Everybody underestimates this so much, but I promise it makes such a difference in your mood. Go to the spa or salon, take sunset walks, read at the corner cafe while enjoying a warm pastry!!
ׂ╰┈➤ Start romanticising your life! Candle lit dinners with your family, spa and rest days, buying flowers or that cute dress or doing face masks while reading at night could make such a great difference!!
ׂ╰┈➤ Start complimenting people more often and saying kind things to strangers!
ׂ╰┈➤ Clear out your wardrobe! Find your desired style and get some cute key pieces that go well with anything. Donate old clothes that you aren't wearing anymore!
ׂ╰┈➤ Of course, looks ARE NOT everything in life, but you should try to look as put together as possible in every situation. Use clothes and hairstyles that fit you well, wear perfume, jewelery and accessories, try to have well maintained nails and skin
ׂ╰┈➤ Become well organised by always preparing for a situation ahead of time
ׂ╰┈➤ Experiment with cooking or baking, with your make up/hairstyle, and try out new places or hobbies too!
ׂ╰┈➤ Stop worrying about other people and their opinions. Cut out all the negativity in your life, they might be ruining your progress!
ׂ╰┈➤ Try to become more confident each day, being confident makes the biggest difference in your life of them all!
ׂ╰┈➤ Stop being so hard on yourself! Life is not a race so please remember to enjoy every moment and take it easy and slowly. Results will not be visible immediately but change is on the way and you know it too. Good luck!! <33

When you scroll too much, when you consume too much, when you spend so much time reading other people’s thoughts and watching their lives you start picking up ideas that aren’t even yours. You begin to idealize a life that isn’t meant for you. And little by little, you forget to appreciate your own. Mindless consumption doesn’t just waste ur time it ruins ur mood, damages ur self-image, and changes how you see the people around you. It affects so much more than you realize. Fix the problem now. Limit your screen time and set boundaries for social media. Curate your feed to follow only what truly inspires you. Take regular breaks to disconnect and reflect on your own life , not everything you see deserves space in your heart. Not every thought deserves to live inside you. If you're not careful, you'll start living a life that doesn’t feel like yours and wonder why you feel so lost fix yourself !!!

Proof that you are healing ❤️‍🩹✨
Validation doesn’t validate you – You no longer need outside approval to feel worthy or secure.
Triggers don’t trigger you – You observe emotional reactions without letting them control you.
You respond instead of react – You pause, process, and choose a conscious response.
You no longer chase people – You know your worth and stop seeking validation from others.
You set boundaries without guilt – Saying no feels empowering, not shameful.
You don’t take things personally – Other people’s actions are about them, not you.
You embrace being alone – Being alone feels peaceful, not lonely.
You trust yourself – You make decisions based on intuition, not fear.
You release old narratives – You stop replaying past wounds and let go of victim mentality.
You allow happiness without fear – You stop waiting for something to go wrong when life is good.
You observe triggers instead of being consumed by them – Triggers become opportunities for self-awareness and growth.
You no longer seek revenge or prove points – You value your energy too much to waste it on unnecessary battles.

The universe responds to WHO you are being. NOT what you want. This is because the language of the universe is ENERGY. And your energy is determined by your thoughts, feelings, emotions and actions. So you must change how you are thinking, feeling and acting in order to manifest.

ten habits to adopt for a beautiful life 💭
Tumblr media Tumblr media
+ curated shopping: rather than over-consume in fast fashion and trends, buy fewer, high-quality items. frequent vintage shops, boutiques, or markets where you can find unique, timeless pieces.
+ focus on wellness and exercise: consider activities that are beneficial for the body and calming for the mind, such as yoga, pilates, or long walks in nature. choose activities that allow you to connect with your surroundings and maintain balance.
+ mindful eating: prioritise healthy, whole foods and cooking meals from scratch. organic produce, artisanal products, and perhaps even locally sourced ingredients could be staples in your kitchen. eating is a mindful practice, enjoyed at a leisurely pace.
+ cultural engagement: regularly visit museums, art galleries, and theatres, or participate in cultural events that inspire and enrich their creative spirit. value learning and exposure to the arts as a way to keep life vibrant and intellectually stimulating.
+ reading and continuous learning: develop a well-curated collection of books, including classic literature, philosophy, and art, and dedicate time regularly to reading and reflecting on what you've learned.
+ minimalist technology approach: stay up-to-date with necessary technology, but maintain a minimalist approach to its use. limit screen time, avoid social media distractions, and instead prioritise face-to-face interactions or hands-on activities.
+ intentional socialising: carefully cultivate your social life, with a focus on deep, meaningful connections rather than frequent, casual interactions. you likely enjoy hosting intimate gatherings at home, where you can experience conversation, ambiance, and connection.

stop rushing: slow glow ups last longer ⋆.ೃ࿔*:・ 🩰
everybody’s obsessed with overnight transformations. 30 days to a new body. one week to “that girl.” glow up in a weekend.
it’s cute — until you realize quick glow ups usually burn out just as fast.
Tumblr media
real glow ups? they take time. they’re not dramatic montages with perfect playlists. they’re slow, boring, invisible at first. and they’re the ones that actually last.
here’s the truth: it’s not about changing your whole life in a week. it’s about changing tiny things consistently until your life doesn’t look the same anymore.
no crash diets. no fake confidence bursts. no temporary motivation highs.
we’re not here for a “new you in 30 days” — we’re here for a permanent upgrade.
the slow glow up looks like:
showing up for your 6 a.m. workout even when you’d rather sleep.
reading instead of doomscrolling.
eating one healthy meal a day without making it a whole event.
choosing to rest without guilt because you know you’re building a life, not a highlight reel.
it’s building habits so quietly no one notices until they can’t ignore the results anymore.
Tumblr media
stop rushing. slow glow ups are silent, patient, and rooted. they're the kind that can’t be undone by one bad week or a little failure.
you don’t need to glow up fast. you need to glow up forever.🌷
