Warnings: She/Her pronouns used for the reader, mentions of blood, voodoo?, Angel Dust being a horn-bag, Reader is referred too as Madame to the public. Vox and Alastor feud because I live for it.

Within, the grand foyer unveiled itself, revealing a sweeping staircase adorned with a rich, mahogany handrail in stark contrast against a black and white color scheme. Crystal chandeliers, dangling from lofty black ceilings, cast their brilliance upon white walls adorned with ornate mirrors. Plush Victorian-era furnishings, upholstered in rich black and white fabrics, adorned the parlor rooms, establishing cozy settings for guests to assemble and engage in enriching conversations. Each room murmured tales of a past era – intricately patterned black and white wallpaper, frames gilded in black to showcase classical art, and a subtle aroma of aged wood and lavender lingering in the air, harmonizing with the monochromatic elegance. The guests walking in all marveled at the details of the mansion.
Charlotte and Vagatha both stepped in, Charlotte in awe of the detailing. A shadow figure bent down slightly to offer her a drink, to which she happily took.
“Vaggie this is all so beautiful. I hope I can make a good impression.” Charlotte said, turning to her partner to ease her nerves. Vagatha just smiled, a hand on her shoulder lovingly.
“You’re gonna do great babe, besides, there’s so many people here, if one likes it I’m sure other people will get on board too.” Vagatha said.
“Or they can laugh at you if one person points out how ridiculous it is.” Husk said, chugging his drink before placing it back on the servers tray.
“Thanks for the kind words Husk.” Vagatha said sarcastically. He just shrugged, looking towards the bar area which was practically calling him over.
Upstairs in your room, you stared at yourself in the mirror as your shadows made the finishing touches on your outfit. Draped in a long, elegant black gown that gracefully embraced your commanding figure, the fabric cascaded like shadows. Delicate chain motifs intertwine with the dress, creating an alluring dance of darkness. A chain belt cinches your waist, a subtle nod to your captivating ability to ensnare and command over your shadows. Completing the regalia, silver chain cuffs adorn your wrists, reflecting both power and refinement.
“Madame, the guests are all in the lobby awaiting your arrival.” One of the shadows said. You nodded, stepping down from your showcase, winking to yourself in the mirror before chuckling to yourself. A shadow approaches you, bowing in respect before holding out a tray with your drink, a contrast to your dark colors. You take the glass in your hand, another shadow lightly putting a thermometer in your drink so it’s the perfect temperature for you, fifteen point five degrees Celsius. The liquid is a light yellow-ish green, Lafite-Rothschild, an expensive French wine you tried in 1906 when you were alive. Lifting it to your lips, you take a long sip and sigh, the spicy and earth notes, mixed with a hint of tobacco and red Barrie’s dance on your tongue like a performance of Gavotte. You pull back with a sigh, setting the glass down, a perfect Ridel Vinum Bordeaux, personally crafted for you as the bottom of the glass is a Smokey black, fading into clear glass towards the top.
“Let’s get this Gala started shall we~?”
In the lobby, guests were socializing amongst themselves. Velvet, Vox and Valentino had split for a short while. After the incident outside, the two overlords wouldn’t stop tantalizing the picture box about his fit of frustration dealing with the Radio Demon. From the lobby, there were large crystal doors revealing the back exterior of the house. The greenery was just perfect, with cobblestone flooring revealing another bloody fountain. Vox stood with his drink, speaking to some sinner he couldn’t remember the name of, about how well his business was going.
“You ever get,” Vox asked, eyeing one of the shadows who stood in a corner, white eyes soulless as they held out drinks to guests. “Creeped out by those, things?” Vox asked, turning back to the sinner. He just scoffed.
“Please, they’re always around and as far as I know, harmless.” The sinner said. At that, a shadow appeared between the two, taking their empty glasses and replacing it with new, full ones. Vox tried his hardest not to seem alarmed at this, and took the glass silently, sipping his drink slowly as it floated away. It was then he took in the shadows appearance. They all looked the same. Tall figures, Smokey outlines, but no feel or hands, just a faded end to their limbs. Their eyes were white and soulless, almost as it they were vacant, a shell of what they used to be. There were no facial features, just two white circles and a thin white line for their mouth. Each one however, had a light Smokey chain around their chest, wrapped in the shape of an X.
“What are the chains for then? They’re pretty much smoke, what do they need chains forever?” Vox asked. The associate laughed, but before he could answer, another overlord stepped in.
“They have chains because they’re claimed souls.” Fredrick Von Eldritch says, his sister Bethesda in toe. The two grin, a shadow following behind them with a tray of their drinks. “If you get invited to the gala long enough, you get a personal one.” He said with a wink, gesturing to the shadow behind the two.
“They’re quite cute once you get used to them.” Bethesda said with a smile, cooing at the shadow lightly. Yet, it still remained expressionless.
“Actually, now that you say that.” The sinner says, looking around for a moment. “It’s been awfully quiet with a laugh track being played.” He says, referring to Alastor. Vox just rolls his eyes.
“Who gives a shit about where that old timey freak is?” Vox asks. Fredrick and Bethesda snicker to each other, catching Vox’s attention.
“Probably hunting for his dear Madame.” Bethesda said dramatically, laying her head on her brothers shoulder and batting her lashes playfully. Fredrick and the sinner laughed at his sisters antics, but Vox grew serious.
“What does that mean? He knows her?” Vox asked, to which Fredrick scoffed, finishing his drink before reaching for another off the shadows server tray.
“Of course he does. She died before him, and they’re the closest overlords in time period. Well, aside from Zestial and her.” Fredrick explained. Vox didn’t say anything else, instead looking to the red ‘moon’ of hell, before glancing at the blood fountain. He had heard rumors about being at the Madame’s table, and how she gave the inside to all her projects and plans before the next extermination. Apparently, this year was supposed to be ‘different’ as people had been talking.
“When does this dinner start anyway? We’ve been standing out here for two hours.” Vox said annoyed.
“In a few minutes, Madame will make her grand entrance. She will socialize with the guests as it is polite to have one on one time with them. Then she will spend the rest of the time while the orchestra gets together deciding on contenders to sit at her table.” A shadow walking by said, stopping to stare at Vox. “Madame is always watching.” It then said, turning to serve other guests. Vox said nothing, instead turning on his heel and making his way inside the mansion. How could someone feel suffocated outside? Fredrick and Bethesda said nothing, watching him go, but sharing a glance between each other before making their leave too, leaving the sinner all by his lonesome.
Inside, Charlotte and Vagatha conversed about how she could get people behind her project.
“Maybe if I sing-“
“Please no. These people are too…” Vagatha said, glancing around the room. Everyone seemed too, fake. Vagatha knew Charlotte being herself around these people would do absolutely no good to the hotel, and though she hated telling Charlotte these things, she knew her kindness would be frowned upon, and made fun of. “Serious for that kind of thing.” Vagatha finished, taking a sip of her champagne. She settled for champagne in a flute while Charlotte drank water, wanting to hydrate herself in hopes to calm her nerves.
“I heard that Madame might be making her entrance soon.” Charlotte said nervously, looking around. She half expected her parents to show up, but knew how they rarely liked getting involved in overlord affairs. She’d be surprised if they showed up.
“Then when she does you can try to pitch your idea to her.” Vagatha said supportively. Charlotte just smiled and nodded, hoping someone would listen to her. She had tried practicing on two sinners moments ago, to which they both laughed and called her delusional. The defeat was beginning to get to her, and she hadn’t even started yet.
With Velvet, she began studying the interior of the old-styled mansion. She was trying her hardest to not be too rude about it, but of course she had her comments, but ultimately kept them to herself. Cramoisie, your fashion line, was the top fashion brand in hell, everyone wanted a piece of it. Velvet had never had an article for herself, despite trying her hardest to get something, anything, even a sample. But people feigned for it like drugs. Velvets line was successful sure, but with your validation and guidance, she could become perfection, the same way you were. Everyone in hell looked up to you, shit, you had even gotten Lilith’s praise as she was photographed wearing a custom piece you designed for her. Your work was art in its purist form, and Velvet kept a close eye on her other colleagues to make sure they didn’t fuck your chance up. Velvet had her assistant hold samples and sketches of designs Velvet had been working on, wanting to show you her best work in hopes of winning you over. She could brag about having you support her line, and her fans would die of excitement. Maybe, she could get you to design her a custom piece, or Velvet could design one for you. The possibilities were limitless, if you agreed to meet with her of course. But that was all the more reason why she needed to make sure she had a seat at your table tonight. She needed to get close to you.
“Are you fucking high?” Velvet whispered to Valentino, who just chuckled softly at her.
“What’s the matter hermosa? Just enjoy the Gala, we’re here to have fun right?” He asked with a giggle. Velvet huffed, deciding to find Vox, hoping he could straighten Valentino out. Valentino would not fuck up her chance tonight.
Near the large staircase in the middle of the room, Alastor stood, glass of whiskey in his clawed hands. He smiles, humming to himself while quietly back up into a wall, careful to scan the room quickly before he disappears into the shadows. Then, moments later, appears in a room separate from the gala. It’s a study, your study. Alastor takes a step forward and quickly the shadows in the room seemed to deepen, casting larger, more dramatic silhouettes that seemed to dance on the walls. The interplay of darkness and light only heightened the mysterious allure of the study. In the midst of this chiaroscuro ambiance, Alastor found himself surrounded by an atmosphere that mirrored the complex nature of the figure depicted in the portrait hanging above the fireplace, which was in the far back wall of the study. It was the only light source in the room. Black wooden shelves lined against the tall walls, showcasing famous pieces of literature, all hand picked and to your liking. The fire place, crafted with dark marble, commanded his attention. Above the mantel, a striking portrait of Madame hung, capturing his focus, like a trance. The image portrayed a being universally admired, yet equally feared; someone who elicited both admiration and intimidation all at once, you.
“Hm, hiding now are we?” Alastor asks with a grin, tutting lightly. “That’s not very proper of you Madame~” He says, calling out to you. Seconds later, a dark shadow appears in the corner of the room, taking up the entire corner, before a shadowy figure steps out. Similar to the servant’s out in the lobby, Alastor’s eye twitch’s slightly.
“Oh don’t be so pissy. You know no one gets to see me before my entrance.” You say, the shadow expressionless, but Alastor can hear your tone through the figure, taunting him. He sighs, setting his staff on a slant along his foot.
“And here I thought I could connect with an old friend.” Alastor said with a chuckle, staring down the shadowy figure, hoping his gaze would ease you to show yourself to him. But alas, stuck in your ways, you didn’t show yourself, instead laughing, though the figure did not open its mouth, making your ‘shadow a-presence’ all the more eerie.
“If you really want to speak with me it can wait until my entrance. I should be done soon.” You say, before Alastor just smiles, tossing his staff from hand to hand.
“Well if you’re really going to make me wait, mind you speed the process up a bit? You know it doesn’t take much to make you look breath-taking.” Alastor compliments, but earns a scoff from you.
“Oh please, don’t start with me ‘Radio Demon.’” You mock, before the shadow figure begins to step back.
“Wait, a moment before you go.” Alastor says, standing his staff on the floor. The shadow figure stops, before you speak again.
“Make it quick. You know how much energy it takes to keep this up.” You say.
“So, about this hotel business. I know she’s planning to talk to you about it.”
“Yes the idea you tell me so much about.” You say sarcastically. Alastor had told you bits and pieces about the princess’s project, but didn’t tell you what it was for exactly, leaving you to wonder how important it really was if even he wouldn’t speak on it.
“Well you know how much I crave entertainment. Is it possible to make a request for the seating arraignment tonight?” Alastor asks. You laugh, figure still unmoving.
“Humorous to think you even have a seat. You’ve been gone for what? Seven years?” You say with a scoff.
“You’ve been gone decades my dear, you didn’t even show up to your last twenty gala’s, having your pity shadows do it for you. I doubt you should be speaking on the matter.”
At that, you chuckle to yourself before the shadow begins to back into the corner, black smoke enveloping the corner like a cloud. “I presume you would be correct. Well, I’m off now. Don’t sneak into my quarters again.” You say finally before disappearing. Alastor just grins, stepping into his own shadow, joining the other guests.
The shadows had slowly but, eventually ushered the guests into the lobby, everyone gathering around the staircase as the shadows lined up against the railings, the orchestra playing the music you had specifically requested. You were about to make your grand entrance, something you hadn’t done in centuries. Everyone stood around, awaiting your arrival, the shadows momentarily disappearing to give the guests more space to crowd around. Candles lit along the walls, as well as floating lights appearing going up the staircase. There, the shadows took their place, two on each step on opposite sides, facing each other. The music picked up, the lights focusing at the top of the stairs. Black smoke began to roll down the steps slowly, the anticipation for your arrival growing. The music gets calm for a moment, a larger shadow figure standing at the top of the staircase. It’s larger than any of the other shadows in the room, standing at fifteen feet tall. It speaks in a monotone voice, but loud and commanding.
“Thank you all for your attendance tonight. The Crimson Gala is held once every year to start the new year with all those who survived the extermination. This being said, Madame would like to say her personal congratulations for not being apart of the bloodshed this year. While the past years she has used me to say that she will unfortunately not be in attendance, I am pleased to say that tonight, along with all the new guests, she will make her grand entrance. Presenting to you, the prowess of darkness and queen of shadows, Madame.”
The lights shine bright, and the shadow vanishes quickly. Velvet shushes Vox and Valentino, eyes practically bulging out of her skull to see you. Alastor just stares, waiting in anticipation. Charlie claps her hands quietly to herself while Vaggie just smiles. Rosie sips her glass, eyes waiting to see what outfit you’ve put together this time. At the top of the staircase, a large black smokey circle opens at the bottom of the floor, smoke swirling upwards slowly in a tornado form, smoke getting quicker as it swirls around itself. It gets larger, and guests closer to the stairs have to back up a bit as the wind picks up. Carmilla turns her face to the side, not wanting the wind to mess up her hair too much. Finally, the music picks up again, the peak point in the song, which lasts eight seconds, before the smoke falls to the side in one swoop, leaving you in the midst, now on display for all guests to see. The music continues, the chains against your dress glistening under the light. The music continues the play as you take steps down, looking at the guests. There’s a serious expression on your face, but somehow neutral all the same. Your shadows had added last minute black lace gloves, which went up to your forearm. The bottom of your dress had a lace trimming, as well as the bodice being laced with trim along the bust area. The jewelry was a simple black diamond crystal on a metal chain around your neck, paired with black diamond earrings. The cuff links on your hand remained all the same though. Finally reaching the end of the steps, everyone clapped, now finally being graced with your presence.
Velvet was in awe, staring at you with wide eyes like a child being gifted the most precious thing. Her excitement grew enormously, watching you shake hands and socialize with guests. She had never seen you before, after you had gone ghost for centuries, hardly anyone had photos of you. Hell she didn’t even know what you sounded like.
Charlie was so excited to meet you. She hadn’t seen you in, forever, and was now finally excited to be seen as your equal. Well, that was what she had hoped at least. Having seen a portrait of you in her parents' home when she was younger, she learned of the close relationship between Lilith and you. The anticipation had built over the years, and now, finally, she looked forward to being seen as your equal. Her hope was to hopefully get your support for the hotel, aiming to elevate her standing in the eyes of others. With your backing, she believed people would take both her and the redemption project more seriously, fostering a genuine desire for redemption. Maybe it would even work.
Husk smiled as he watched you socialize with guests. He was glad to finally see you back out again. He never knew why you went into hiding of course, but he never had the balls to ask, so he just stood quiet. When you disappeared, it was after a particularly rough extermination, and he knew something had happened, he just didn’t know what. Since then, the world only had glimpses of you to go on. Some sinners were starting to think you were a myth, since you never showed your face at the Crimson Gala, especially since you were the host.
Vox was taken aback, a sense of confusion and unease settling within him. Your presence had caught him off guard; he had anticipated something different, perhaps an older figure. The unexpected impact left him feeling uneasy, realizing the gravity of your influence. It dawned on him why Velvet had stressed the importance of making a favorable impression. Apart from Zestial and the twins, you stood as one of the strongest and most enduring overlords. In Vox's mind, securing your alliance was imperative for the success of his company. Your potential support would make his endeavors foolproof. Everything had to be flawless – not for any personal reasons, of course, but solely for the sake of his company. He needed you.
Making your rounds to guests, you began to get closer to your colleagues. With a wave to Stolas, and a nod to Zeezie, you run into the Radio Demon himself, Alastor. He grins, sharp teeth getting you. He smiles and nods his head, and you nod back. Alastor takes in your stoic expression, before carefully taking in your outfit.
“My, my, Madame, you’ve truly outdone yourself tonight. Your choice in attire is as captivating as ever – a perfect blend of elegance and sensibility. Quite the spectacle for the grand event, don’t you think?” He asked, holding his arm out to you. You take it, and the two of you walk around the lobby together, conversing.
“Well you don’t look to bad for yourself. Maybe going into hibernation was perfect for you.” You say back, and he grins.
“You’re too kind darling.” He says, dead heart quickening. He puts a hand to his chest, mocking fragility. “Your words leave me breathless my dear.” He says with false dramatics. You roll your eyes and smack his arm playfully.
“Oh please, your ego is quite large enough already, yes?” You ask. He doesn’t say much else, but instead, gently moves you to the side while you look at your shadows, now waltzing around in the middle of the lobby, putting on a performance.
“Did you plan that?” Alastor asks. You shake your head.
“No, but the music is perfect for it, so I let them be. They’re already trapped with me, I might as well make them useful.” You say, and Alastor just hums, a laugh track playing. However, as the two of you walk, his track screeches to a halt upon seeing Vox approach the two of you.
“Madame.” Vox says, nodding his head. His expression is serious, and though you’ve heard of him, you’ve never seen him.
“Ah hello. Vox I presume?” You ask, free hand reaching forward to shake his own outstretched hand. The two of you shake hands, and Alastor can’t ignore the way he fights to keep his smile. Why he could just shove his staff right into that flace faced fuckers scree-
“Alastor, I suppose you’ve met Mr.Vox before, correct?” You ask. Alastor nods with a smile, and you notice the way it stretches almost painfully across his face. It makes you uneasy, but you ignore the feeling. He’d surely tell about what this is about later on in the night you supposed.
“Why yes we have! I’ve made him loose his signal quite a few times.” Alastor says with a laugh, his laugh track playing. Vox doesnt say anything, though he doesnt have too as his eye twitching had given enough away. The two clearly did not like each other. Than again, you had felt the same way about Alastor when you first met him, so the feeling was understandable.
“Madame, a dance?” Vox asked, turning his attention back to you. You thought for a moment, before untangling your arm from Alastors and nodding to Vox, taking his outstretched hand to you and leading you to the dance floor, which now had a couple other sinners dancing as well. Alastor held onto his staff tight, but relaxed as you discreetly slid him a card. In white with black lettering, cursive font. Seat number five. He was invited to your table. Guaranteed a seat. That was enough to have him back in light spirits, now searching out his dear friend Rosie to share the good news.
Velvet had been looking for you all over, her assistant close in toe. She had tried her hardest to get to you when you initially made your enterance, but alas you had been too overcrowded with people for her to get to you. She had heard rumors about how you hated rudeness and disrespect. That meant no interruptions, and no loud speaking, or vulgar language. She was sure to keep herself in check, and that meant her colleagues too. So, naturally, you could imagine her shock upon seeing Vox dancing with you on the dance floor, black dress twirling at your feet. You looked so regal, so elegant, flawless. She wanted to be just like you. She waited patiently on the sidelines, waiting for the dance to end. She could see the two of you having a conversation, but couldn’t pinpoint what about.
“So, I presume you’re one of the, newer overlords?” You asked as the two of you danced. Vox chuckled, leading you slowly.
“New? Well, maybe to you I would be. I heard you haven’t really left your own head for quite some time.” Vox says lowly. You nod, letting him dip you.
“Yes that would be correct. So what are you supposed to be exactly?” You ask, quite unsure of his purpose. Overlords are meant to have a strong leading purpose in hell, so what was his?
“Well, you’re looking at the head of Vox Tech. A software company.” He says, and you hum in understanding.
“So modern technology.” You confirm, and he nods, pearly whites shining brightly back at you.
“You’re looking at the future Madame.” Vox says, spinning you quickly, before bringing you close by your hip.
“Interesting. So, what’s your social influence?” You ask. Vox thinks for a moment, before laughing to himself.
“People have televisions in all their homes. Any piece of modern technology comes strictly from me. With a little mind control, there isn’t any influence I don’t have.” Vox says, noticing a sinner walk by with a smart watch, to which he holds a finger up to you, sending himself through it, and then to another sinner with their smartphone, making his way around the room in seconds before he’s back in front of you, stepping in time for the next number. “See? Nothing I can’t do.” He says with a wink. You nod slowly, looking around the room. Being back out in the spotlight after being gone for so long makes you feel a bit, behind. But with an overlord like this in your circle, maybe this could be a way for you to keep up with the current world, get you back up to pace. The dance finally comes to a close, and the two of you bow to one another, before you summon a card, handing it to Vox. Seat number nine. Vox grinned at you, giving you a nod. You nod back, before looking at another sinner who’s asked to speak with you. With that, you leave Vox at the dance floor, white card in hand. His spot at your table was secured. But, this made his emotions churn even more. What was this feeling he had? He was happy yes, but for the companies sake. But, maybe for once, he could mix just a little business with pleasure.
Charlotte had lost her partner at the bar and had been looking for her for quite some time. However, instead of finding Vagatha, she found you instead. You had seemed to be finishing a conversation with Vox, and though she disliked him, she took her chance the moment she saw you walking away.
“Excuse me, Madame- Miss- Um.” Charlotte said quickly, causing you to stop in your tracks. She got closer to you, now a few inches away. It was then she realized how tall you were compared to her. You were easily around seven feet, or just under that. With your heels that was. You looking down at her made her feel intimidated, small, like the child. But, feeling her nerves rise, she began to ramble again. “I know you probably have a lot to do tonight and I don’t want to take up your time, I just want you to hear me out, if that’s okay with you of course.” Charlotte said quickly, pausing to inhale. You narrowed your eyes at her, snapping your fingers and causing a shadow to appear next to you, singular glass on the tray. It was the same tall shadow from earlier, with the same drink. Again, using testing the temperature of the drink, before nodding to you so you could take it. You lifted the glass to your lips, maintaining eye contact with Charlotte as you drank the wine in one go, putting it down on the tray with a sigh.
“Go on.” You replied, now intrigued. You knew who she was. “You’re the girl with the hotel? Lucifer and Lilith’s child, correct?” You asked. Charlotte smiled, stars appearing in her eyes as she gushed.
“You know who I am?” She asked surprised. You nodded, cracking a small smile for the first time tonight, causing many eyes to stare in shock. You hardly ever smiled. In fact, there were three counts ever of you smiling in hell. Once, when you first got to hell, killing and claiming territory, and smiling once you finally settled down. The second being after World War One, when so many souls came to you seeking ‘help’ yet only being met with contracts. Third, being just before the extermination you disappeared after. You had gone through your belongings from Earth that managed to get brought to you from the surface, and was looking at family photos with one other overlord. Zestial. Now, at the gala, here was Lucifer’s brat, as some would call, making you crack a grin at her giddiness.
“Of course I know who you are. Do you forget I know your mother? You’re practically a niece of mine at this point.” You say, motioning at Charlotte to walk with you. “Now, what is this hotel I’ve heard about?” You ask. She beams at this and follows excitedly.
“OkaysobasicallyIhavethishotelandit’scalledthe’HazbinHotel’whichisforsinnerswhowantobebetterandredeemthemselvestotryand-“ You stopped her, allowing her to take a breath of air after rambling for so long. You lead her outside, finding a nearby bench to sit on. With how quickly she spoke, she needed all the ‘fresh’ air she could get right?
“Why are you speaking so quickly? Also, sinners who want to better themselves? Where would you find those?” You ask with a laugh, the same tall shadow appearing with a glass for you. Again, you sip on your drink as Charlotte collects herself together.
“Usually if I explain slowly people cut me off and I never get to finish, so I’ve gotten used to just saying everything as quickly as possible so they don’t cut me off and actually listen to what I have to say.” Charlotte says, again rather quickly. “Like I was saying; the Hazbin Hotel is a place for sinners who want to better themselves to possibly try to get into heaven through redemption, and I know what you’re thinking, we’ve all died and got sent here, but I believe people can change and that everyone deserves second chances.” Charlotte explained. She saw the look of confusion on your face, and began to speak again. “We already have two residents, who are making strides to be better people every day with group activities and I believe it’s working. If I could just get other people on board, people like you on board who actually believe in my cause, then we can get rid of extermination and maybe save some people here.” Charlotte explained. You thought for a moment, and the fact you hadn’t laughed in her face yet gave her some hope that maybe she had gotten through to you. You stood up, setting your empty glass on the tray before the shadow disappeared.
“Honestly,” You said with a sigh, looking around, your eyes landing on your shadows serving other guests. “The entire project sounds delusional.” You said sharply. Charlotte looked down at this, defeated, before standing as well.
“Well, thank you for hearing me out I guess. You’re the only other person who has aside from Alastor. So, thank you for your time.” Charlotte said, turning to walk back inside the gala, head hanging low with tears brimming her eyes. Maybe it was the connection to her mother, maybe it was because she reminded you of her mother. But, something had to change.
“I didn’t say we were done speaking Charlotte.” You said sharply again. She stopped and tensed up at that, before turning around, wiping a tear that slipped down her cheek.
“W-what?” She asked. You stepped forward to her, putting your hands flat together before smoke encased them. Then seconds later it was gone, and in your hands was a white card. You handed it to her with a nod.
“It sounds delusional. But, maybe someone will like that about you.” You said. She read the card, face dropping once she realized what it meant.
“So, so I can sit with you tonight? I can pitch my idea?” She asked excitedly. You nodded, patting her shoulder.
“Yes you may. I’ll allow you to have your time. You get thirty minutes, there will be overlords and royalty there, I’m sure someone is bound to take an interest in it.” You say. Charlotte squeals excitedly before jumping up and down, clapping her hands.
“Oh my goodness! Thank you so so so much!! You won’t regret this I swear!” Charlotte said, and you just nodded.
“Of course I won’t. I don’t make mistakes.” You say, before walking past her. “Oh, and thank Alastor for that. He was insistent you be present at my table tonight.” You say to her. She’s left standing outside in shock, watching as you walk back into the lobby to socialize with other guests.
It seemed Velvet had finally caught you, rushing her assistant to follow you as she made her way over to you.
“Madame, you look absolutely breathtaking tonight! Your presence here is like a beacon of individuality and charisma,” she exclaims, eyes sparkling. You look her up and down for a moment, stopping in your tracks to listen to her. Something feels, odd about this one. “I’ve been ardently following your unique style for ages, and it’s truly an honor to be in your presence. The way you effortlessly blend boldness with subtlety, it’s unparalleled, truly outstanding. Now, I’ve ventured into a daring new fashion brand, and I can’t help but envision you as the unrivaled star in my collection. Picture it: the illustrious Madame, gracing the world with a revolutionary expression of style. This would be the perfect way to make your way back into the public eye, and of course you would look ravishing doing so.” Velvet said, her assistant handing you sketches of Velvets designs, and photographs of some of her work on her models. “So, what do you say Madame? Will you be the luminary of a new era in Hell’s fashion?” Velvet says. You grow quiet for a moment. Aside from Rosie, you’ve had no other overlord come into the fashion realm, and Rosie is only partially in it as a side hustle, but everyone knows it’s your thing. The designs are things you would never wear, bold and odd colors together, like a child’s clothing line.
“Is this for children?” You ask. Velvet nearly chokes and her assistant tenses up.
“No Madame. It’s modern fashion.” Velvet says cautiously. She knows what she’s doing. Correcting you. No one ever does that. You don’t need to be corrected because you know what you’re looking at. A sad fashion designer who wants you to slap your name on her sloppy work so if it goes up in flames it’s your reputation taking the fall, not her’s.
“So all your models look like they came from a whore house? Correct?” You ask. Velvet’s jaw drops and her assistant hides a laugh. Velvet, inhaling softly, tries her hardest not to cry on the spot. You’re her idol. She can’t fuck this up.
“No Madame! Not at all!” She says, showing you a design she had made personally for you. Based on your other collections, she knows your favorite color is black, so that’s a plus. All she had to do was add a bit more, of her flair to it. It was a black jumpsuit, with a fur coat that dropped down to the knees, black with white fur around the edges of the coat and the cuffs. The sketch wasn’t half bad, and quite frankly better than the others. Maybe it was the forgiving mood Charlotte had put you in. Velvet hands you the design and you skim over it, taking in the details, the hair and eye makeup, the shoes and jewelry notes written on the side. The sketches aren’t bad, but modern fashion isn’t your fashion.
“I’ll consider it. Do you mind if I keep these?” You ask. Velvet shakes her head, handing you the folder from her assistants hands.
“Please, take whatever you’d like Madame!” Velvet says. You nod, flipping through the pages.
“You’ll hear from me soon. In the meantime, I want new sketches of these designs. Modern fashion is fast fashion. Nothing stays memorable that way. You want to be good?” You ask her, and she nods quickly. “Then be better. Modesty and elegance are what people strive for. It radiates power, and everyone is greedy for that. If you can sell that through an item, you won’t ever go out of style.” You say, handing her back the folder, keeping the sketch she’d done for you. Well, at least you liked something. Vevelt nodded her head and watched you walk away, letting out a sigh of relief.
“Um, miss?” Her assistant asked.
“What?” Velvet asked annoyingly.
“She left a card on the folder.”
At that , Velvets eyes snapped down at the folder, before she screamed in excitement. Seat number six. She was invited to your table. Mission accomplished. Now, with only six seats left to fill, you were off to talk to your other guests. The night had proved to be interesting, and you knew your encore would not disappoint.

“You’re sure the flight is still running late?” You plead, head in your hands as the tech lead, your publicist, and your manager sit apologetically on the other sofa in your trailer. “We can’t send out a car to go grab them from the airport as soon as they land?”
“Getting off festival grounds will be hard enough, not to mention battling the traffic of incoming guests,” the tech guy reminds you with a shake of his head, exhaling deeply as his radio crackles, another warning that you need to be on stage to sound check. In a matter of hours, you would be headlining the biggest music festival in the country, and both your guitarists were stranded hundreds of miles away. They should have known better than to take a gig right before the festival, but you let them do it anyway because it was only a 30 minute flight between the airports. But, after a stray bird flock nearly downed another passenger plane, the tarmac was backed up for the time being. “Can you try asking around to see if someone can fill in for them?”
“And maybe hire them instead,” your publicist mutters under her breath, seething. You shoot her a wry smile, absentmindedly fidgeting with the plug of your in-ear monitors.
“The band is out trying to find guitarists, but it’ll be hard to ask someone to fill in because of scheduling issues and the number of stages there are this year.” Your manager takes a peek at her watch and looks at you with regret. “You need to go soundcheck, guitarists or not.”
“We have a drummer, a bassist, two keyboardists, and a vocalist. You’re gonna make them go out there with a jazz band and expect them to sing the biggest pop songs on the planet?” Your publicist, bless her heart, voices what you’d been dreading since you got the call from your lead guitarist. It was the biggest test to your professionalism since your career took off and you silently wished you’d paid attention to those tour bus guitar lessons. “How bad would it be to push back the set, even thirty minutes?”
“Bad, very bad. There’ve already been more delays than anticipated that aren’t music related,” the tech lead replies with a grimace. Your publicist curses under her breath and gives you a look telling you to get on stage. “And, it’s too late to fly in guitar tracks, even if we had them.” Shit. You’d just have to trust your team to figure something out, you figure, grabbing your sunglasses from the coffee table and exiting the trailer.
The rest of your band is already plugged in by the time the golf cart drives you to the main stage where you’d be performing. The ruthless summer sun competed with barely any clouds, blazing anything in its sight and leaving you breaking a sweat, even in the shade. A stage hand slips a wireless pack onto the waistband of your shorts and the click of the volume knob brings you the dweedling sounds of your band. The audience lot is relatively empty, thankfully, save for a few brave souls who were taking care of sound. Steeling your nerves, you shoot the audio tent a thumbs up, pop in your in-ears, and wait for the click track to run.
CLICK! 2-3-4. CLICK! 2-3-4. Intro, 2-3-4. 1…2…1-2-3 and–
The synth intro of your walkout song rings concerningly quiet in your ears and you tap your in-ears a few times, signaling the sound tent with a thumbs-up until the rest of the keyboards are audible. Not a great start to sound check, but that’s what this time was for, right?
CLICK! 2-3-4. CLICK! 2-3-4. Drums and bass in. 1…2…1-2-3 and–
Nothing.
The click continues its monotonous beat and you vaguely make out bass at the bottom of your mix, but you and your drummer look at each other with the same confused expression. She taps her ears, shaking her head.
“W-Wait, wait, wait. Can we stop, please?” You speak your request into your mic, disheartened to not hear your own voice in your mix. The synths stop abruptly, as does bass, and a dozen tech people rush onstage to fix various audio problems. “This is a nightmare,” you mutter, wiping the beads of sweat accumulated on your forehead.
“It’s always mix issues, isn’t it?” As if your irritation couldn’t increase, your eye twitches on its own when you register the voice of the person standing at the bottom of the stage. All shining white hair and dark, round rimmed sunglasses, Gojo Satoru was the last person you wanted to be interacting with. To say he looked good would be an understatement and your eyes look for any place to focus on other than his chest under his unbuttoned shirt. “For what it’s worth, you sound pretty on the mic.”
“What do you want?” Your voice is tired already, as is your entire body. Figuring out who would replace both your guitarists had sapped your energy and doors weren’t even open yet. “I don’t have the time nor the energy to debate with you today–”
“Heard you were looking for guitarists,” he cuts in and you narrow your eyes. The last thing you needed was your Billboard chart rival mocking you and your current situation. “Oh, c’mon. Don’t look at me like that. You and I both know you’re in a less-than-ideal spot right now.”
“Choose your next words very wisely, Gojo,” you seethe, using every ounce of your willpower to remain civil. “If you’re here to tease me, I don’t wanna fucking hear it.”
“I wanna help you,” he says before you’ve stalked out of earshot. “I can fill in for your lead and Suguru can play rhythm. I’ve already talked to him about it and he’s down. We’ve got the chords alright, but if anything funky happens, we’ll just follow your bassist. We’re pros for a reason, aren’t we?”
“I don’t need your help, Gojo,” you lie, desperately looking around for anything to get you out of this conversation.
“Thought I told you to call me Satoru when we were at that awards show.” His voice was always velvet smooth, disarmingly charming, and you hated the way it drew you in like a moth to a candle.
“I don’t remember that; and, if you did, I still don’t care.” We’re back on, says a voice through your ears. Starting the click on your cue, lead.
“Seems like you don’t remember a lot about what happened that night. I wouldn’t mind recounting it for you since it seemed like you had so much fun,” he baits coolly and you fall for it, storming back to the front of the stage and looking him square in his pretty face. Memory remnants of dancing in colorful strobe lights and running your hands through his hair appear in your mind’s eye before you can stop them, and it must register on your face. “Ah, so maybe you do remember what happened if you’re this angry about it.”
“We’re rivals, Gojo,” you hiss, your vision close to going scarlet. “We’re not supposed to be buddy-buddy, and what happened at that afterparty was a slip of my better judgment.”
“We’re not supposed to be, or you’re scared to be?” His question hangs in the air and you have no choice but to glare at him, waiting for him to back down when you know he never will. After a long pause, he sighs, raking his fingers through his hair. “Look, I know you’re in need of guitarists and I just wanna help. Consider it a favor.”
“Favors need to be paid back,” you counter skeptically, “and you’re the last person I want to owe.”
“Not my kind of favors,” he says, more genuinely than you’re used to him being. “Just…think about it, yeah?” You don’t have time to dwell on why he was being so nice to you, though, as you give the audio tent a thumbs-up again. CLICK! 2-3-4. CLICK! 2-3-4. Intro, 2-3-4. 1…2…1-2-3 and–
By the time you’ve suffered through soundcheck, changed into your stage outfit, and inhaled more setting spray than should be considered healthy, the sun has become a laser. Gojo is nowhere to be found, thankfully, and you spend the rest of the time before your set pacing your trailer like a caged animal. There wasn’t any room in your mind to think about the crowd, the heat, or the extensive team counting on you to make it a worthwhile show. All that you could focus on was your lack of guitarists and the proposition from your #1 enemy in the music industry. Before you could cross from the kitchen tile to the living area carpet for the umpteenth time, the door threw itself open to reveal your breathless manager.
“We found guitarists! Let’s go, before they change their mind,” she commands. You thank the music festival gods for whomever she found, even happier knowing that it couldn’t be Gojo and Geto because their band had just finished on the other largest stage. “You ready?”
“As I’ll ever be,” you answer uneasily, still reeling from switching panic-mode into show-mode within minutes. “Let’s just hope they’re good.”
This next artist needs no introduction…
The golf cart parks sidestage.
Dominating the pop charts for twelve straight weeks, taking the industry by storm…
You wink at the handful of screaming fans that spot you before ducking backstage.
And nominated for the most prestigious awards in the music world…
The stagehand slips the pack onto the waistband of your pants and hands you a mic.
Performing live and streaming around the world… [CLICK! 2-3-4. CLICK! 2-3-4. Intro, 2-3-4. 1…2…1-2-3 and–] Make some noise for–
“Yo, Satoru. You got an extra pick?” Your synths come in at the same time you whirl around, heart dropping into your stomach when you see the two guitarists behind you. You recognize Geto with his signature black hair tied up in a bun and catching rays of sunlight reflecting off the turtle shell body of his electric guitar. The limited interactions you had with Geto were pleasant, but the same couldn’t be said about the other musician fishing a pick from his leather pants. “Thanks,” Geto says as he sticks the spare in his pocket, clocking your shocked expression and giving you an apologetic shrug. “Sorry we’re a little late, the set ran a little long because this dumbass wanted to do another encore. I made the golf cart guy race over here, though.” He motions in the direction of your temporary lead guitarist, who unsuccessfully tries to clean his sunglasses with his fishnet shirt. “Oi, hotshot. Get ready, we’re on soon.” CLICK! 2-3-4. CLICK! 2-3-4. Drums and bass in. 1…2…1-2-3 and–
“They’re smudged,” Gojo pouts and you act without thinking, snatching the glasses from his hands, wiping it on your own costume, and handing it back to him without meeting his gaze. “Oh. Thank you,” he mumbles, sticking them on his face and trying to catch your eye. There were too many things happening at once for you to worry about him.
“Mhmm. Thanks for filling in,” you choke out with no trace of malice, the pressure in your forehead and chest becoming suffocating. The gravity of your performance crashes down on you in one disorienting wave and you blink in an attempt to clear the sudden blurry spots in your vision. Hundreds of thousands of eyes, waiting on you, watching you, worshiping you. The biggest performance of your career thus far, and you were going onstage prepared with nothing but a terrible soundcheck and two rock stars that probably didn’t give a shit about pop music. It was too much, it was all too much–
“Hey.” It’s him, breaking through the static as the click fades into the background, any panic replaced by the feeling of your biggest rival lightly touching the side of your face. He wipes a stray bead of sweat from your forehead, and you’re close enough to see every shimmering fleck of turquoise in his eyes. The crowd noise is staggering, but all he sees is you. “You look beautiful.”
“Satoru,” you whisper, barely able to verbalize your panic. He understands anyway, confidence radiating from his body.
“I’m with you. I’ve gotcha,” he reassures you, letting you mirror him as he takes a deep breath. “You trust me?” CLICK! 2-3-4. CLICK! 2-3-4. Guitars in, vocals enter. 1…2…1-2-3 and–
“I-I do.”
“Great.” His grin is dazzling, heart-stopping. All of him, he’s yours. “Let’s have some fun, then.”
—
You sleepily blink open an eye as you register the ringtone for your publicist playing on the nightstand. Outstretching a tired arm, you find it a little hard to move with the other occupant of the bed securing you against his chest. You mutter Satoru’s name, unsure if he’s awake yet; he grunts with his eyes still closed and you figure it’s unconscious, the way his muscles tighten around your waist to pull you closer. You groan as the phone screen blinks off, then on again with another insistent call.
“Satoru, you need to let me go.”
“I already did that once,” he mumbles into the pillowcase, “and I’m not making that mistake again.”
“I need to pick up the phone, baby. It’s my publicist,” you counter gently and it’s his turn to groan, reluctantly peeling away to rub his eyes. “Thank you,” you say sweetly, pressing a quick kiss to his cheek before answering the phone.
There you are. Good morning, Sleeping Beauty, says your publicist, her incredulity obvious.
“Mhmm, good morning to you too. Everything okay?” You squint against the morning sun breaking through the windows of Satoru’s loft, the city skyline casting rainbows on the walls.
Everything’s great, just wanted to let you know what’s been happening media-wise.
“They figure out where we are yet?”
Not yet, no. But, you know how these things go. They’ll find you eventually, so savor the time you have with him now. Right now, you have a lot of late-night outlets asking for interviews and a few charity ball performances lined up. It’s all stuff you can handle, don’t worry. Aside from the scheduling talk, her warnings were things you already knew. It was weeks before social media users finally settled down after Satoru and Suguru joined you on stage. Satoru had even convinced you to create a burner account so you could scroll through all the edits and fancams of you two. Now that you’d reconciled your feelings about Satoru and agreed to let you two make up for all the time you lost to your stubbornness, it was relatively peaceful. On another note, I did see a pretty cute reel counting all the times he looked at you during your festival set.
“Yeah? And how many times was it?”
More than you looked at him, which is saying something, she chuckles. I’m still reeling from how chaotic the crowd was when those two walked out with you. You’d think there was a fire breaking out, or something.
“They were pretty loud, weren’t they?” You smile softly at the memory of strutting out in your boots with Satoru and Suguru on either side of you. “I think they went crazier when Satoru started soloing, though.”
“I’m not called the best for nothing, sweetheart,” he murmurs from behind you with a smirk. “These hands are worth millions, and you get them for free–”
“Okay, that’s enough from you,” you cut in before he says anything more. “Please, ignore him.”
What’d he say?
“Nothing important.” Your cheeks heat and you shoot him a look over your shoulder, only to be met by a self-satisfied wink that makes your heart race.
I’ll take your word for it. What’s your plans for today?
“Breakfast, probably, and then maybe head down to the shopping district.”
That’s pretty public, no?
“I don’t mind. I’m ready for whatever they throw at us,” you shrug, honestly feeling like you couldn’t care less about being seen with Satoru. You look over at him again and find boyish, giddy excitement written all over his face. He was yours and you were his, mind, body, and soul. Let the cameras come, let the tabloids rave, let the fake fans criticize, you think to yourself.
As long as you two were together, you were untouchable.

Tumblr media
The day had been long and chaotic, as they often were when you ran with the Batch.
But finally, after what felt like an eternity, you and Wrecker had some time to yourselves. The rest of the squad was busy either tinkering with equipment or gathering intel, which left you and Wrecker with a rare opportunity to escape for a little while.
"Hey, wanna go check out the village?" Wrecker asked, his tone eager and bright, "Tech said they got some kinda festival goin' on."
You nodded, unable to hide your smile. If that meant you got out of folding clothes and cleaning weapons, you definitely were not going to decline the offer.
It was impossible not to feel a little lighter around Wrecker. After all, you had been harbouring feelings for him since… well, since the moment you met him. His enthusiasm was contagious, he was kind-hearted, good looking and always seemed to know how to cheer you up on your low days. He was the perfect guy for you.
So, it was safe to say you were definitely eager and looking forward to spending some time alone with him. "Yeah, let's go!” you replied happily, grabbing your gear and following him out of the Marauder.
It was a short walk and the weather was beautiful and as you got to the village, you were both happy to see how alive with activity it was. Multi-coloured lanterns hung between buildings, casting a bright, vibrant glow over the streets. The sound of music and laughter filled the air, and vendors lined the main square, offering a variety of goods and treats. Wrecker’s eyes lit up at the sight, and you couldn’t help but chuckle at his wonder as he pointed to everything the two of you should check out.
You spent the next couple of hours wandering through the village, checking out the stalls and watching some of the local performers when there was a moment when the two of you.
Watching an incredible musician that had you both stunned into silence and both standing side by side, you inhaled a sharp breath as his fingers just briefly moved across your own but nothing more. You wondered if Wrecker had noticed but he didn’t seem to make much of a reaction. And when the musician had finished, he smiled down at you and led the way to the next spot.
“Hey Wreck, look over there.” You grin, pointing to a particular game that was right up his street.
“Haha! Shall I show these boys whose boss?” He gleamed, flexing his muscles and cracking his back with a roll of his shoulders to prepare himself.
“Go do your thing.” You encourage as you both approach the game where participants had to swing a heavy hammer to ring a bell. Standing back, you watched in awe and total amusement as he effortlessly sent the bell clanging to the top, drawing cheers and applause from the crowd.
Your heart swells as he gushes over the praise from the others, not particularly used to the high praise about his abnormal brute strength. “That was awesome!” Wrecker grinned as he jogs back over to you. There’s a shy look on his face suddenly as he hands you a small prize he’d won—a simple, carved wooden figure of a sweet little clone trooper. “For you,”
You took it, feeling a warmth spread through your chest. “Thanks,” you said softly, your heart skipping a beat at the way he looked at you, his expression tender.
As the evening wore on, the two of you grabbed some food from one of the vendors—a couple of skewers loaded with a mix of savory, spiced meat and roasted veg. You found a quiet spot near the edge of the village to sit and eat, watching as the sky turned shades of orange and pink. The conversation flowed easily, as it always did, and you couldn’t help but feel a strange sense of contentment. It was almost like… no, you shook the thought away, not wanting to get your hopes up. But it really did feel like a date.
The sun had long since dipped below the horizon by the time you decided to head back. The walk back to the Marauder was peaceful, the night air cool and crisp. You were lost in thought, reflecting on the day, when Wrecker suddenly stopped in front of you.
“Hey, uh, can I… can I tell you somethin’?” His voice was uncharacteristically nervous, and he shifted from foot to foot, not quite meeting your eyes.
You frowned slightly, your heart rate quickening. “Of course. What’s on your mind?” Great. This is where he drops you into the dreaded friend zone and you have to act totally fine about it.
He took a deep breath, as if steeling himself, before finally looking at you. “It’s just… you make me feel somethin’, ya know? Like, I’ve always been happy hangin’ out with the squad, but with you… it’s different. Better, even. Like today, it was just us, and it felt… right. Like, I didn’t want it to end.”
Your breath caught in your throat as he continued, his words coming out in a rush, as if he was afraid of losing his nerve.
“You’re always lookin’ out for me, even when you don’t have to. And I—I love how you laugh, and how you get all serious when you’re fixin’ stuff, and how you never treat me like I’m dumb, even when I mess up. You’re really attracted too so I’ll just say it. I… I don’t think I’ll ever love anyone as much as I love you.”
For a moment, you were silent, your mind struggling to catch up with what he’d just said. Wrecker looked at you anxiously, clearly worried about your lack of response. You just couldn’t find the right words.
“I feel the same way,” you say after a few moments, finally finding your voice but with your voice barely above a whisper. “Wrecker, I—” You paused, searching for the right words as fireworks erupt in your stomach. “I love you, too. More than I ever thought I could love anyone.”
Wrecker’s face lit up with a mixture of relief and joy. He reached out, his large hand hesitating just inches from your face. “Can I kiss you?”
You smiled, your heart pounding in your chest. “Yes, Wrecker. You don’t have to even ask.”
He didn’t need any more encouragement. Wrecker closed the distance between you, his lips meeting yours in a gentle, tentative kiss. It was soft, almost delicate—so different from the rough, tough exterior he usually presented to the galaxy. You melted into him, feeling his warmth, his strength, and most of all, his love. Your hand cupped his scarred cheek, fingers brushing over the texture as he hums against your lips in soft appreciation.
When you finally pulled apart, both of you were breathless, but there was no mistaking the happiness in Wrecker’s eyes. Or your eyes for that matter.
“I don’t ever wanna be without you,” he said quietly, his forehead resting down against yours.
“You won’t be,” you promised, your hand finding his and squeezing it tightly. “I’m right here. Always.”
And as you walked back to the Marauder, hand in hand, you knew that this was just the beginning of something pretty great.

Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
it was a busy night for you as you were responsible for getting the shareholders to agree to your boss's new business branding contract. the party was filled with six-figure company owners, investers, and tech developers. any rich person you can think of was there that night.
the music was loud, and the warm, ambient lighting made your company building look more inviting than it did during work hours. you made your rounds around the room talking to each person, charismatically hypnotizing them into eventually signing the contract. of course your girlfriend, mina, was clinging to your arm the whole time. you had a glass of champagne in your right hand, sipping it every once in a while, with mina to your left side, desperate for a taste of your attention.
you had been so busy trying to make your boss happy, you paid no mind to the fact that you were wearing the perfume mina loved on you, and the tight, figure-fitting dress that mina loved, oh, and how could you forget about the black lace panties mina knew you were wearing when she saw you bend over to lace your heels earlier?
everything about you was driving mina absolutely crazy that night, she couldn't help but feel the bulge under her skirt grow just from a simple look at you. just hearing you talk business and using big finance words that she knew nothing about was so attractive to her. she wanted nothing more than for you to just fuck her right there while you whisper in her ear with that same sultry voice of yours.
mina was growing restless by the minute. the uncomfortable throbbing between her legs growing increasingly unbearable the more she stayed by you. but of course, you were too wrapped up in your money making mindset to notice your girlfriend's neediness.
"y/n.. i don't feel good, let's just go home please." mina whined in your ear and hugged your arm tighter. "i can't leave yet mina, i still have to talk to a couple more people. can you hang on for another hour?" you were slightly concerned about her, but even more exhausted from putting on a fake persona with those stuck up assholes. mina shook her head and gave you a small pout while she grabbed your hand and moved it down to her crotch, letting you feel exactly where she wasn't feeling good. "need you..", that was the moment you realized what you were doing to your poor needy girlfriend. you were the reason she was feeling so uncomfortable. "mina, i'm working. i'll make it up to you when we get home yeah?" you moved your hand out of her grip, kissing her on her forehead and leaving to go talk to yet another rich snob.
mina watched as you walked away nonchalantly, basically seething with anger and sexual frustration. she smiled to herself when she thought of the perfect plan to get your guaranteed attention. she confidently walked over to a random girl in the corner across from where you were standing, making sure she was in your line of sight.
you saw mina in your peripheral and shot quick glances at her while also maintaining eye contact with the ceo in front of you. you saw how she laughed loudly at that girl's jokes, grazing her arm with light touches. mina was way closer than she needed to be to her, and then it clicked. she was trying to make you jealous. you scoffed as you took a sip of your drink, staring daggers at mina blatantly eye fucking that girl in front of you. eventually you had enough of her antics, excusing yourself from the conversation and speed walking over to your girlfriend, grabbing her arm with force. "so sorry to bother your extremely interesting conversation, but can i just steal my girifriend away for a bit?" you asked with the biggest, fakest smile on your face, not really giving the girl a chance to answer.
your grip on mina's arm was enough to cut off circulation, making her slightly whimper. you dragged mina all the way to an empty office a few doors down from the lounge, shoving her through the door and slamming it closed with her against it. "you're such a needy fucking slut that you couldn't even let me do my job for five minutes without having to take care of you first huh?" your breathing was heavy and you enunciated your words with a squeeze to mina's throat. mina whined at your degrading words, feeling like she could burst at any moment.
you ran your hand over her groin, rubbing gently and observing how her eyes struggled to stay open. "y/n- please. need you to fuck me." you hummed at her pleas for your touch, enjoying how desperate she was for you. "you're gonna make me fuck you right here? in this very public office? i bet you're too fucking horny right now to even care if we got caught right baby?"
sliding your hand under mina's skirt, you pulled her cock out of her pink panties, moving your hand down her length and back up to the tip, teasing it with your thumb. "fuck y/n, f-feels good" she bit back her moans and dropped her head down. you spread her precum around her whole cock, feeling it twitch in your hands. "aw, is my poor baby gonna cum just like this? so needy and dumb." mina ground herself by gripping the hand you had on her hip, unable to contain the loud moan she let out. "you can't be too loud love, you don't wanna be seen like this do you? getting handfucked in public. how humiliating." you shushed her with a deep, hungry kiss, moving down her jaw to her neck, holding back the urge to mark her up just yet.
"should i mark you right where everyone can see? hmm? let everybody here see how much of a pathetic slut you are?" you whispered right in mina's ear and felt her knees get weak against you. she whined and shook her head, squeezing her eyes shut when she felt your pumps getting faster. mina gripped your exposed shoulders and dug her nails into them. she was practically only focused on cumming at this point, grinding herself on your hand, relying on your strength to hold her upright. "please, please, y/n, gonna cum, fuck- please" her frantic begs were like music to your ears, but they only encouraged you to give her the opposite of what she wanted. just when you felt her getting close, you stopped your movements and laughed at her confused moans.
"be patient, love. you wanted my attention so i'm giving you all of it now." you kissed her cheek and waited for her to calm down from her denied orgasm. after you decided it was long enough, you adjusted your dress up to expose your thighs and pressed them tightly together, grabbing mina's cock and sliding it between them. chants of your name immediately fell from mina's lips as you watched as her head fall back onto the door behind her. you slowly grinded yourself back and forth on her length, relishing in the intimate skin to skin contact. you could tell mina was close again, already sensitive from her previous stimulation, so you moved your hips faster, gripping mina's throat again, squeezing lightly. "i bet that bitch you were feeling on earlier can't fuck you like this."
soon after you said that, you felt mina cling onto your hips, clawing at your flesh as she finished and moved you along her cock herself to ride out her high. her moans were stuttered and she could barely form a single word other than your name. you kissed her and laughed at how she was unable to kiss you back. "let's go home." you said smiling, carefully tucking mina's cock back into her panties for her. you slid your dress back down and kissed her one more time on the lips before grabbing her hand and opening the door. you both took the back way out of the building, sneaking into your car. the contract wasn't even that important anyways.

could you do some hcs for platonic 141 and a techie/hacker reader? i’d love to see your take on their friendship with someone like that :) also love your work, thanks for making so many cool hcs and scenarios 🥰❤️❤️
I like this. This is good. 😄 Also thank you! I hope you enjoy your headcanons.
141 with a hacker/tech oriented teammate
Ghost 💀
Ghost is somewhat of a hacker himself. In the 09 game Ghost is the 141's hacker. Simon is in love with computers and codes. It's something of a hobby.
So when he meets you and discovers you are also a whizz with computers he's thrilled.
You two are both set up to work together and this is what brings you closer, bonding over your your shared skill set.
Sometimes you'll go to Ghost if you are having a particularly difficult problem, and him vice versa.
And despite Simon knowing everything there is to know about a computer from it's chip, to it's processing hardware, to the INS and outs of connecting wirelessly to and encrypted computer- he cannot figure out his own fucking phone.
Yeah yeah, laugh it up. He knows how to use it but sometimes he's socially inept.
"Sergeant. Johnny just sent me a link to this site... He put a smiley face emoji, and a... Heart?? Is this a threat?"
You take one took at the url and cringe. "Just ignore it. Don't click on it. I'm going to restrict Johnny's network access right now!"
Simon nods, not questioning it. Though he is curious what this site it. Knowing Johnny it can't be something innocent.
Simon also loves to spend his free time making complicated encrypted codes for you to puzzle through. If you're feeling bored he'll flip you a USB and tell you to clear the malware in an hour.
It's always fun.
And it's really what got the two of you close in the first place.
Simon always reaches out for your help in missions first.
"Y/n, can you open the door, it's blocked?"
"Is it online?"
"Bloody- yes it's online."
"Is there a key card for it??"
"Yeah... But I don't want to go look for it."
You chuckle. "Alright big guy, give me 2 seconds."
Johnny is scared of you two.
He came into the kitchen one morning and heard you using foreign 16 letter words and strange alien language while reading a book on computer engineering with Ghost. Worst part was, he spoke the strange language back!
Johnny thinks your aliens for a half minute until you define the words for him and he's good to go.
Simon knows you're a hacker, but he also tried to figure out your other hobbies. Like, maybe you take long walks around the neighborhood in the morning?? Or you play volleyball. Something like that.
He spends most of his time with you. He just likes hanging out with you in general. And after you rigged up a PS5 to the old ass TV in the common room it's been nonstop fun off duty.
He takes it upon himself to train you. You're both skilled but if there is something you aren't sure of or haven't faced before in your military training you'll go to him. And he's always willing to help.
Overall, Ghost really likes you. And he admires your skill. One day you might be as good a hacker as him 😉
Soap 🧼
You and Johnny are much more similar than you might think. Johnny does a bit of his own hacking when it comes to delaying a bomb, rewiring them or defusing them all together. So he knows a good thing or two.
He does a little bit of hacking, nothing spectacular like you or Ghost though.
Definitely asks you to hack the PS store so he can get more game points.
Asks you about video games in general. Yes, sure, your hacking is very professional and you use it for the missions but what about videogames!?
You find that jimmy rigging things for Johnny is just the best way to show your love. He came to you one afternoon asking if you could make one of his headphones play music and the other receive comms. From the others.
Silly Johnny.
Will ask you to somehow get the Christmas lights in his room connected to the main power. He is very disappointed when you tell him that electrician is a very different job from technician.
Will probably ask you to teach him some more advanced hacky stuff when he can. Definitely doesn't ask you for help pranking the recruits when it's tech involved. And you definitely don't occasionally help him.
Johnny is a bit scared by all the computer books on your shelf and all the big words inside. Your equally as scared by his quantum mechanics books and all his explosives manuals.
It's equal honestly.
He is like Ghost in the sense that when he could just ask you to do something for him instead of looking everywhere for something.
"Y/nnnnnnnn" he whines.
"What's up Johnny? Are you in the building yet??"
"No, it's locked and I don't know the code."
"Is it written down somewhere??"
"Y/n, could you just.... Open it??"
You chuckle. "Give me a minute buddy."
The door clicks and turns green. "Yippee! 😁" And in he goes.
You've found you need to wipe his phone every other month and set him up with an antivirus you need to remind him to pay for. Because he connects to any and all networks without a care.
MacDonald?? Connected. Ghost's hotspot?? Connected. Some random printer with one bar?? Definitely connected.
He's just kinda dumb like that.
You set up a little class for him about malware just to remind him.
You've started restricting his phone time so he can only use it for 4 hours a day before it completely shuts off. Just to tease him. Until he goes to Price and tattles ☹️
Johnny just thinks it's cool as shit. He didn't know it was an actual job for you? Like that's dope!
He likes to find different computer kits for you. The type of guy to dig old computers from the garbage and unpack it to get to the mother board.
If he finds a chip in there or a hard drive obviously he's gonna ask you to open it so he can snoop.
Johnny thinks your talent is really cool. He thinks you're really cool. And when you sit down and play video games with him even without all the hackers skill he still has fun.
Occasionally you are surprised when Johnny pulls out a super smash bros move so insane no one would ever attempt it in their right mind and wins.
So you both surprise each other with your different skills. You teach Johnny about computers, he teaches you about science and big things that go boom.
It's a nice partnership. Johnny would give this relationship 5 whole stars!!
Gaz 🧢
It immediately interests him. He's no hacker by trade, he has as much skill in the concept as Johnny does. But it really does catch his attention.
Wanting to spend a lot of his time alone, sometimes he enjoys just sitting there and watching you click away on your computer.
You even teach him a few things. Sometimes he'll feel like pointing out a code he's unfamiliar with or something else you do, and you're always happy to teach him.
Gaz is much quieter than the others, so you decide to make up some better headphones for him when on base so he can get the full quiet atmosphere experience.
He really like the glowing keyboard you have. (You know the one) he really likes it.
He isn't one to use you as a cheat code but sometimes you just like to spoil him. He doesn't want to ask you for unnecessary help when you are helping Captain Price across the building.
"Bloody hell, where is that stupid passcode!?" He looks around the desk, scattering papers in a hurry. If he doesn't get in this computer he would definitely be caught.
"Having some trouble Gaz??"
"I'm fine. Where is Captain Price at??"
You hum. Suddenly the computer in front of him flickers onto a loading screen and freezes. Several lines of code flash over the screen.
"Don't worry, using the wireless connection you set up earlier..."
The computer flashed on, past the passcode screen. "All clear sergeant."
He can't help chuckling. "Thanks."
He's 100% in the know of where to find all the best books and will often scan your shelves to see if your missing a volume of anything or if there is a new book he could get you.
He tries to make stuff for you. Like little computer decorations. It's a hobby of his making little decals and stickers, so your computer is glamorized in all of Gaz's little gifts.
Gaz isn't as interested in your computer sciences as Johnny, but he's also the only one you'll find lounging in your office at 2 in the morning reading one of your coding books because he couldn't sleep.
You flick on the lights in your office, startled when you see someone sitting in your chair. You sigh in relief when you see it's on Gaz, passed out with your heavy textbook open on his chest.
"Aw, buddy." You come over and gently tip his hat down, pulling the book from his arms. You slip a bookmark in it and place it on your desk for later.
He's much too heavy to lift him, so you drape a throw blanket over him and turn the lights off. You can do your stuff later.
Gaz thinks you're really cool. He likes to hang out with you and learn more about you. And you like learning more about him.
You're the type of friends to lay on his bed for hours saying nothing but happy in each other's presence. You could be on your computer and he can be reading. But each other's presence is what makes the interaction special, even if you don't talk.
Gaz is glad you came to the team. Your a good asset and a good friend.
Price 🥃
Your skills were what attracted Price to you first. He wanted you on his team once he heard of your level of skill. It would be nice to have two techies at his disposal.
But he didn't expect how well you'd get along with his soldiers. You were a tight knit group almost immediately, he couldn't ask for it differently.
He admires how much you care for the others, and how you're willing to use your skills to do seemingly silly things for the boys.
You're very smart, and he loves when you info dump on him. He's old enough that most of the topics you bring up he is familiar with. Maybe not a genius but you get used to certain terms and trades when you've been serving as long as he has.
And you're always surprised when he has a little tidbit of information to add to the conversation.
Now don't get me wrong, Price is very technologically aware. He can set off a missile by the flick of his wrist and shut down enemy hardware within an inch of his skin. But he doesn't know what to do when Facebook crashes.
Whether he overthinks it or he's just kinda stupid, you'll never know.
You might just be the hacker but he's always asking your opinion things. "These are electric doors, what would be the best way to get them open without attracting attention??"
Always gets your opinion.
He is the dad who will get you everything you need to further your hobby/job in the task force.
He always gets you new books and cool looking hardware.
"Knock knock."
You close your laptop halfway and pull off your headphones. "Come in."
Price smiles when he comes in, seeing you all set up on your bed. "Hey kiddo."
"Hey captain, need something?"
Price sat down and looked at what you were working on. "is that the new game Johnny has been ranting about you making him??"
"Yeah, it's just a simple code like the Google dinosaur game, I don't know why he's so excited 😅"
"Well, maybe these will help?" He pulls up a bag full of a couple books you'd been talking about buying of they weren't almost 50$ each.
"Price??" You pulled out the books. "Oh thank you."
"Any time." He ruffles your hair.
Literally the most supportive dad.
Sorry but you are his child now. He has adopted you into his little found family.
Again, he really likes letting you talk to him about what you're doing when you're on your computer.
And you've saved his butt more than once with your quick skills.
"I've got the wires set up y/n, it's your turn."
"I'm on, give me two seconds."
"Good, we don't want them to get alerted, Johnny and Gaz are near the west hall."
"Aaaaalright..." You are quiet for a moment. "Ok, cameras are blocked, you're free to move around."
"Copy that sergeant."
Like I said, supportive and protective dad.
You've been amazing support for the team both as a teammate and a friend. Overall he's really glad that you're a part of the team. Very valued, very loved.
He's glad he met you.

Being Prowl’s Human Buddy and accidentally getting sent to the Shadow Zone
SFW, platonic, Human reader
IDW/G1
It is a true miracle to even be considered as Prowl’s Buddy.
True miracle.
Prowl is protective of his Buddy.
“Hey, I’m going out to the movies with some friends.”--Buddy
“Which friends are we talking about?”--Prowl
“The ones I met in club two months ago? They invited me over with some mutual friends.”--Buddy
“Oh… those friends.”--Prowl
“Yeah, those friends?”--Buddy
“Just take this before you go.”--Prowl
“…Prowl this is a taser and a walkie talkie.”--Buddy
“A taser that can bring down a gorilla and a direct line to my comms.”--Prowl
“…”--Buddy
He knows that they can handle themselves in situations but will put himself in it at the first sign of danger. He does care about Buddy even if he doesn’t out right say it. He hates it when Buddy gets involved in dangerous situations because of him.
“Buddy what you did was irresponsible and out right crazy! How could you go out in the field and try to get Starscream’s attention. You used a rock for Primus sake!”--Prowl
“Hey! One, I hit him in the head, which was a good shot from where I was mind you. Two, I did it for a good reason! He was going to shoot you! You didn’t see him, I did! I bought you some time to react!”--Buddy
“… Just leave the heavy hitting to me... Dismissed.”—Prowl
“Yeah, yeah I’m going.”--Buddy
“Buddy.”--Prowl
“Yeah Prowl?”--Buddy
“…Thank you…”--Prowl
“No problem Prowl.”--Buddy
Now to the fun part.
The Autobots had recently gathered some sort of Decepticon tech and were trying to figure out what it was. The twins, Sideswipe and Sunstreaker, were tasked to move the tech to Wheeljack’s new lab. Buddy was on the desk with their new noise canceling headphones working on some data pads. Prowl was making sure the way to the lab was clear for the twins to get in.
They was complaining, which was mainly Sunstreaker about needing a wax afterwards, when the tech started whirling to life.
“What did you do?!”--Prowl
“I didn’t do anything!”--Sideswipe
“Don’t look at me!”--Sunstreaker
“What’s going on! Oh Primus—HIT THE DECK!”—Wheeljack
Everyone ducked for cover, as a stray beam of light began springing around the walls. Everyone was covered… except Buddy who was bopping their head to the music they were listening to.
“Buddy! Get down!”—Prowl
The beam hit them on the top of their head.
Poof! No more Buddy.
Lucky for Buddy the beam didn’t hurt or cause any discomfort. They just noticed that it had gotten a bit chilly and dark. Seeing this as the perfect opportunity to catch up with some sleep, they pulled their jacket and decide to take a nap with the music on. Hopefully Prowl wouldn’t be too mad if they took a nap. It was a slow day anyways.
Prowl in the meantime was about to have a glitch and spark attack at the same time.
The only reason he hadn’t so far was because Buddy was the top priority right now. He immediately gets the twins to go and get Perceptor to help Wheeljack look at the tech.
It takes a bit, but the two scientists eventually figure out what had happened to Buddy.
“The device was created to take anyone to the Shadow zone. A brilliant piece of engineering if I do say so myself.”--Perceptor
“Percy, not now.”--Wheeljack
“… the shadow zone…”—Prowl
“Yes, the shadow zone…”--Perceptor
“…”--Prowl
“I think you two finally broke Prowl.”--Sideswipe
“Sideswipe.”--Prowl
“Nope he’s fine.”—Sunstreaker
They manage to rewire some bits and the beam comes out again.
Poof Buddy is back!
They are on their back sprawled out. Prowl thinks they might be dead and dashes over to look and moves them gently. His helm had millions of thoughts going faster than Blurr on circuit boosters.
“Buddy? Buddy! Buddy wake up! Wake up! Wake up please!”—Prowl
Buddy wakes up to sudden movement. They wake up to see a bunch of distressed looking Autobots and a scared looking Prowl. He just holds Buddy close for a bit before carrying them to the medbay to make sure everything is okay.
“Hey Prowl? Look I’m not in opposition to the hugs, but are you okay? I feel like I missed something important.”—Buddy
Buddy doesn’t really get to know what happened. They want to continue to nap with those sweet headphones. Prowl is considering no more headphones allowed near the lab.

ipre theater thots
loosely based off of this poll. sorry, this got away from me. i was a theater kid for years (i still am, i literally made a bunch of friends larp as wizards two weeks ago)
Davenport: Producer and Stage Manager. Personally more experienced in opera than musicals, but answers the call when the need for a manager arises. Keeps everyone focused and on schedule. Has final word on what choices the art department gets to make. Sometimes does solo performances on his own time.
Merle: Choreographer and Director. Leads the ensemble into meditation every rehearsal before warming up. Talks with each member of the cast one-on-one. Sometimes leaves the script open to interpretation. His artistic vision sounds bonkers in concept, but illuminating in execution. Why are there so many plants? Don't worry about it.
Magnus: Lead Actor and Set Builder. He brings the energy every single night. He doesn't need to be micc'ed up because his natural voice projects well enough. It takes a bit of time for him to memorize the script, but he devotes his heart and soul to it. He claps loudly for the ensemble when he's in the wings. He cries at the emotional numbers. Built all the sets by hand.
Lucretia: Co-stage Manager and Supporting Actor (not for lack of chops, only because she spreads herself very thin.) Knows the script like a second language. Mainly reserves her Director Voice for backstage when things get chaotic. Enjoys performing the musical numbers because no one knows she can belt, until she does. Standing ovation girlie, but bashful about it.
Lup: Co-lead Lead Actor and Costumer. Only willing to do the role if Davenport lets her include cold sparks and fog machines in the set budget (he finds a way.) No one knows when she took measurements for the costumes, but they're ready by dress rehearsal and they fit perfectly. Helps the other actors figure out their groove. Great at engaging the audience.
Angus (special edition): Child lead and stagehand. The sweetest little singing voice you ever did hear. Everyone is going to rue the day his voice starts cracking. A heartbreaker of a performer and a speedy backstage assistant.
Taako: A MYSTERY. He's wearing a fancy scarf and roaming all over the place. He's talking about the Art of the Theatre. He's listed on the billing of lead actors and NO ONE knows what his role is. He remembers all the little things that everyone forgets: clothes pins, a hot glue gun, and electrolytes. He's got a walkie-talkie. Only the managers and tech are supposed to have walkie-talkies. Hello, this is Taako speaking, over.
Barry: Usually Tech. He's got a beautifully choreographed queue of lighting designs and stage effects. He's got an immaculately labeled pad controller and a ready-to-go Excel spreadsheet. But on opening night, Lucretia informs him he's in the orchestra pit.
Barry: ...But I'm lighting tonight.
Lucretia (via walkie-talkie): And our percussionist twisted his ankle tripping over a stage light. You're in the orchestra now, compadre.
Barry: (with increasing emphasis, decreasing conviction) But. I'm. Light. Tech.
Taako: E N T E R T H E P I T B A R O L D
Davenport: Taako, get off this line.
During intermission, Magnus asks him to help lift the ensemble dancers onto the set scaffolding, and hold it steady. Barry agrees, thinking he's in the clear after that. But the second the music number ends, Merle tells him that one of the support roles had to leave, so now he's the understudy.
Barry (longsuffering): I am just. the light guy.
Merle (gesturing to Taako in the balcony, having a ballgame playing with the lightboard): well, in two minutes you're the showstopper guy, so you need to go out there and stop the show
Lup (emerging from nowhere, slapping a red, hooded robe on Barold's shoulders): Knock 'em dead!
Barry: D:

Can I request a Hunter or Anakin (you can choose) fic, where they walk in on the reader practicing a dance?
If you need a song for the dance, I got you:
Hello!
Of course I can! I hope you like it! <3
[Hunter x gn!reader]: I had no idea you could dance
----
Tumblr media
----
Summary:
After a long mission, the Bad Batch go back to Pabu to rest. Hunter can't wait to see you again, but he was surprised when he walked in on you dancing to a song.
WARNINGS: None, really. Fluff, established relationship, soft and flustered Hunter. A bit short but I hope you like it!
Requested by: @kombatkid
Enjoy!
----
"We're finally back!" Wrecked excitedly said.
Tech pushed his goggles.
"We know, it was unnecessary of you to tell us because we are also going back to Pabu." Tech implied, rolling his eyes.
"Hey! Party crusher!" Wrecker complained.
"I am simply stating a fact." Tech responded.
Hunter sighed.
"Will you two stop it?" He asked, pinching the bridge of his nose. The only thing the clone wanted was to arrive at Pabu, hug you, and spend some nice quality time with you.
It was the only thing he wished for in that moment.
----
Upon arriving, Hunter suspected you'd be waiting for him at your shared apartment in the upper part of the island. He breathed in the smell of the salty water that surrounded the isle. It usually gave him sensory overload, especially when it stormed. But seeing as it was a sunny and radiant day, it wouldn't really affect him much.
After Shep welcomed them again, Tech and Phee decided to leave the latest treasure caught in the Archium, while Omega and Wrecker headed down for a race. 'The one who loses has to swim in Pabu water at night!' Omega had yelled, before Wrecker and her starting heading to the shop that sold the closest thing to Mantell mix.
Meanwhile, Hunter walked towards your apartment. He heard a very small amount on music coming from the small cottage, but he figured it could be because you were cleaning, or singing it, or just listening to it.
Upon entering the apartment, his hearing perked up at the significantly loud sound of a hip-hop tune.
He left his stuff at the counter on the kitchen, and walked towards your shared room.
"Cyar'ika?" He asked.
He figured the music was too loud for you to hear him, so he decided to knock on the door.
However, it was open, and Hunter's jaw dropped at the sight. He stared at you through a small gap between the wall and the door.
You, dancing. And not just dancing, but giving everything you had into the song.
He stared at you, gulping loudly as your body; your soul, moved the way the song wanted to.
Your legs were doing an amazing job at keeping up with the music, almost always leaving the ground to jump or slide.
So were your arms, that swayed alongside the beat. And so was your torso, connecting both legs and arms. Your body itself was responsive to the music, and it looked almost natural.
Since when we're you able to dance like that?
Hunter stared, his face turning a shade of pink at the sight. You had been together for around 4 months, and yet he had never seen you dancing. He was so surprised, his arms dangled as if he was hypnotized.
He accidentally opened the door, and mentally slapped himself for doing so. Great: now he would be seen as a stalker if you found out about him staring at you while you danced.
You suddenly stopped, eyes widened. You turned off the music. "Uh...hi." You whispered.
Hunter took a deep breath, trying to make his heartbeat stop beating so fast.
"Hey." He said, with a flustered smile.
"How long have you been here?" You asked, your cheeks red.
"Enough time to realise that you're an awesome dancer." He responded, scratching the back of his neck.
"I thought you would be back later today. You're early." You responded, changing the subject, your face still red.
Hunter let out a playful huff.
"Don't ignore my compliment." He replied, walking to your room, wrapping his arms around you as he smirked.
"I'm not an awesome dancer. I'm just a good one." You shrugged off.
"Liar. But I'll take it." Hunter replied. "But really, you never told me you could dance. I didn't think you even liked it." He said.
"Its just a hobby. But now that you've interrupted me, I won't practice for like a whole year." You replied.
Hunter smiled.
"Pretty please?"
"No."
He chuckled softly.
"Well, one year will have to do then." He said, shaking his head.
You smiled back, the heat dying down.
"Oh, shut it, you."
----
I hope you like it since it's my first request and I don't know how it went ;-;
Reblogs, shares and comments are highly appreciated <3

Christmas with the Bakusquad (Headcanons!)
made it early because I might not be active during the holidays 😞!
• Mina is the one that cooks the food like ,,she makes the food that give Christmas vibes ..Cookies,Muffins,Cake,mainly sweets but Kirishima tells her to cook real food ,knowing if they ate all that they would end up with cavities 😓! .Mina gets the Christmas spirit and always takes it very seriously, she saves up a lot of money to get all her friends something, buttt in results she doesn’t have enough to get her anything 😥!(im pretty sure the guys got something ofc).
what did mina get the boys?
Kirishima -A bunch of Nike stuff, and a huge teddy bear…maybe a couple of love things in there because why not?
Kamanari-She would definitely get him shirts that’s his style and another teddy bear !! (Definitely got him a pikachu plush)
Sero- Definitely got his ass some headphones because he always playing his loud music ,OUT LOUD!! (and a bracelet)
Bakugou-She got him a bunch of all might posters and probably got him braclets as well ..maybe thru some Nike socks in there..
(Ofc they all loved it bcs it’s Mina how could they not appreciate the only girl in the group?)
•Sero plays the music of course,a bunch of Christmas songs and his own music (he listens to Lil Tecca you can tell me otherwise !!,,maybe Drake too 🤫!) but he plays the music and helps wash dishes and make the food..he also got a bunch of movies they can watch after they eat.Overral he’s just chilling and listening to his music 😎!
What did Sero get them?
Bakugou-Got him some shirts (his style)and maybe a all might poster 😭
Kirishima-A bunch of workout stuff and also maybe some Nike things?

100 - Sleep Token
The Summoning
(Take Me Back To Eden, 2023)
The meteoric rise of Sleep Token caught us all by surprise. At the start of 2023, the mysterious masked band were one of the metal underground's buzziest names. Led by enigmatic vocalist Vessel, they were a band to watch, for sure, but firmly attracted the niche passion of a cult following.
Then came the song that would change everything. On consecutive days in early January, the band released two singles from their third album, Take Me Back To Eden: the burning, crashing Chokehold, followed by The Summoning - and it was the latter track that would turn them into an Earth-conquering, expectation-shattering phenomenon.
Veering between depraved tech metal, soulful vocals and shimmering electronics, an enormous, hymnal chorus gave way to an Earth-shifting breakdown and screams. Intricate and groove heavy, The Surmoning was more like three songs seamlessly crafted into one genre-fluid modern masterpiece. And it still had its trump card to play: a bendy, thirst-trap, funk outro that went viral on TikTok, turning the internet intoalusty Take1 puddle. Suddenly, Sleep Token were the most talked-about band on the planet.
"THERE ARE HINTS OF EARLY SLIPKNOT THERE."
COREY TAYLOR
"It took me three listens of [The Sumroning] to realise that when they do that whole psychedelic section at the end, that it's actually the same chorus as it was before, only in a completely different way," Evanescence's Amy Lee told Revolver. "And I love it even more that. I thought they just went a whole new direction and wrote a new part, and then I was like, 'Wait, that's the same...but not at all'."
Sleep Token weren't the most obvious choice for a commercial breakthrough. The success of The Summoning, an unconventional, seven-minute, brutal shapeshifter, bucks just about every music industry trend there is.
"It's going to a lot of different places, and I think there isn't any other band out there right now that's able to do that," Judas Priest frontman Rob Halford said earlier this year.
The Summoning set a chain reaction in motion that was unprecedented in modern metal. In just a few weeks, the band saw their Spotify figures jump from the thousands into the millions. To date, the track has been streamed more than 123 million times on Spotify and 19 million on YouTube. On release, Take Me Back To Eden went straight in at No.3 in the UK and was the most streamed metal album of 2023. When the band announced a show at Wembley Arena, tickets sold out in 10 minutes.
Earlier this year, they left the metal-heavy roster of Spinefarm Records for RCA, the home of mainstream megastars Justin Timberlake and rapper Doja Cat.
"In heavy music, or even in just rock, even in the last decade or 15 years, there's so few stories of bands ever breaking through," says Health bassist and producer, John Famiglietti, who supported the band at Wembley and sees Sleep Token's success as proof metal still can resonate on a massive scale. "This is one of the few times I've seen a band go from a fucking club to an arena in six months. And I don't know the last time that happened."
It's worth pointing out that in the social media era where celebrities and artists are more accessible than ever, Sleep Token have achieved all of this on their own terms. To date, they've barely done any press, while their masked mystique is all part of the allure. Last year, fans reacted with outrage when bassist III's identity and birth certificate were allegedly leaked online, seemingly leading to a decision to wipe the band's Instagram.
"There are hints of early Slipknot there," Knot vocalist Corey Taylor told The Allison Hagendorf Show in 2023, thinking back to the early internet days before Slipknot removed their masks. "At first, we were like, 'Nope. You get nothing. This is what you get, you figure it out. We'll let the music speak for ourselves.
Today, Sleep Token are being mentioned in the same breath as potential future Download headliners Ghost, Gojira, and Architects. The only difference? Sleep Token have managed to ascend to the same level as those bands in a fraction of the time. Metal needs new superstars who will push things forward, innovate and keep the scene relevant - and with Sleep Token we have a band we can believe in. DL

Omg hiii!! I am in more need of Sid stories so might as well request one could you do a Sid x reader where it’s before a show and he wants some help with the face paint and the reader she helps him and it’s just a cute soft fluffy moment between them
yes yes yes! love this! I’ve wanted to write more Sid but I can’t seem to think of any scenarios! Please write if you have some ideas so my light bulb can start working again hehe. a/n; my favourite Sid mask is honestly his gray chapter mask. it’s so awesome, almost cyborg like, and with the metal plate it’s just become my favourite!

“paint me like one of your french girls?”
-
The hum of anticipation buzzed through the backstage area, where the familiar stench of rotting masks, sweat and metal filled the air.
It was the usual chaos before a Slipknot show, with crew members rushing about and the distant sound of drums being tested on stage. You’d poked your head out minutes earlier to get a look at the filled venue. The unbelievable crowd was a sea of smiles, some old, some young. But they all had one thing in common; they’d come to see fucking Slipknot. You could still hear the audience humming from the backstage room and it never ceased to amaze you, how far the band had gotten.
But amidst the frenzy, you were with Sid, tucked away in a quiet corner, away from the madness.
Safe to say, Sid wasn’t feeling it today.
He was sat crouching down, fiddling with some cables from his turntable. He was a genius at music, but he was your own personal and private handyman. The man could fix just about anything. Cars, tractors, motorcycles; he’d even managed to fix your damaged laptop once. There wasn’t a thing the man couldn’t do. But, there he sat, cursing under his breath in frustration. Somebody had messed with his turntable setup and he was forced to take matters into his own hands, seeing as the tech was sick. He knew how to, that wasn’t the problem. But he was fed up and annoyed that he had to deal with technical issues that could’ve easily been avoided.
Sid was wearing his black suit. The one with the red accents and patchwork.
You watched him intensely. His mask was on the floor next to him. You couldn’t see his face because his back was facing you, but you could feel the frustration reeking from him.
“Fifteen minutes, people!” A staff member yelled. “Fuck,” Sid hissed. You bit your cheek and took a step forward.
“Anything I can do?” You asked carefully. He could tell you to piss off, and you wouldn’t take it personally. But he didn’t. Sid turned around and forced a smile on his lips.
“Can you actually find my paint? I think it’s in my black bag,” Sid said. You nodded and swiftly, you made your way to his black travel bag, which he brought everywhere. You fished around and found the black paint. On your way back to Sid, a victorious ‘yes!’ was to be heard.
When returning, Sid was standing up, mask in hand and smiling at you, the frustrated look, long gone.
“Figured it out?” You asked him. He nodded and opened his arms. You met his embrace and wrapped your arms around him, letting his fold over you.
“Yeah. I’m punching Rick for leaving me to deal with that, the next time I see him,” Sid said, referring to his tech. “Wasn’t he like, really sick?” You asked, chuckling. Sid shrugged, “Probably too much Taco Bell.”
You grinned at his joke and shook your head. “Don’t be rude. The man just likes his burritos.”
Sid pulled you in for a kiss, his taller frame bending down to reach your lips.
“Paint me like one of your French girls?” Sid asked. Silence fell over the two of you before you both erupted in laughter. “No, seriously. In the last two shows, the paint has looked like shit. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. It’s just black paint,” Sid said and shook his head.
“Sit down,” you said and put a hand on his shoulder, pushing him softly towards a chair. He sat down on the chair and you plumped down right on top of him as if his lap was your own, personal seat. It was.
“I think you should do three layers,” you said and opened the container of black face paint. You dipped your index finger into the creamy mixture and wiped it over Sid’s chin. “My patience is non-existent,” he responded.
“I know,” you scoffed with wide eyes, having experienced his impatience well over a hundred times before. He grinned and shrugged his shoulders.
"Hold still," you murmured, your voice soft, almost teasing.
He chuckled, the sound low and comforting. "I'm trying, but it's hard when you're this close, ya know?"
You could feel the heat rise in your cheeks, but you didn’t let it distract you. Moving to his eyes, you gently brushed the paint around them, filling in the gaps his mask left exposed. His eyes never left yours, and you could feel the intensity of his gaze, but it didn’t make you nervous. It was like he was grounding you, making you feel steady even when your heart was racing.
"All done," you finally said and leant back to admire your work.
Sid grinned, his teeth gleaming under the new layer of paint. "Thanks, babe," he said, his voice a mix of gratitude and something softer, something just for you.
He leant forward and captured your lips in a quick, tender kiss, his hand gently cupping your cheek. It was a small gesture, but it was full of the unspoken connection you shared, a moment of calm before the storm that is a Slipknot show.
When he pulled back, his mask was back in his hand, ready to be put on. "You wanna do the honours?" he asked, holding it out to you.
You took the mask from him, carefully pulling it over his head. As you secured it in place, you couldn’t help but feel a sense of pride, knowing you're the one who helped him transform into the wild, enigmatic Sid Wilson the crowd was about to see.
Sid was everything you wanted. He was crazy when he wanted to be, but he was also beautifully kind, calm and sympathetic. You wanted to hide him away to be yours forever and always.
"Go kill it out there," you whispered, your hand lingering on his chest for just a moment.
Sid gave you a nod, the intensity in his eyes now fully masked by the terrifying persona he wore on stage. But before he headed out, he leaned in close, his voice low and full of affection. "I'll be thinking of you, Y/N."
And with that, he was off, disappearing into the chaos, ready to give the performance his fans were waiting to witness. But even as the crowd roared and the music started to pulse through the walls, all you could think about was the warmth of that kiss and the softness behind the mask, a softness only you got to see.

Blackout
Penelope Garcia x Reader
Summary: During a city blackout, a frustrated internet outage leads to an unexpected visit from Penelope Garcia, your tech-savvy neighbour.
Word Count: 1k
The city was plunged into darkness, the only glow coming from the lights of emergency generators and the distant stars in the night sky. You sighed in frustration as they stared at their unresponsive laptop. The internet had gone down, and it seemed like nothing could fix it. After futile attempts to revive their device, you decided to call the internet service provider, hoping for a quick solution.
As you were stuck on hold, the frustration grew. That's when a knock on the door interrupted the monotonous hold music. Opening it, you found Penelope standing in the hallway, looking both worried and excited.
"Hey! I heard you were having internet trouble too. Mind if I come in? Maybe we can figure this out together," Penelope said, already slipping past you and into the apartment.
You couldn't help but smile at Penelope's boldness. "Sure, come on in. I've been on hold with the company forever. Maybe you'll have better luck getting through."
As Penelope entered, she took a quick glance around the dimly lit apartment. "Nice place you've got here. A bit lonely without the internet, though."
You chuckled, "Tell me about it. I was in the middle of something important when everything crashed.
With Penelope's help, they attempted to troubleshoot the internet issue, but it soon became evident that the problem was beyond their control. Penelope, however, seemed unusually nervous, avoiding eye contact and fidgeting with her phone.
"Is everything okay?" You asked, sensing that something was off.
Penelope took a deep breath and confessed, "Okay, so, this might be my fault. I was working on a little project, and I may have accidentally caused a minor blackout in the neighbourhood."
Your eyes widened in surprise. "You caused this blackout?"
Penelope nodded sheepishly. "Yeah, I was experimenting with some tech stuff, and things got a bit out of hand. I'm really sorry."
You couldn't help but chuckle at the unexpected turn of events. "Well, it's certainly one way to meet the neighbours."
As you and Penelope sat in the dimly lit apartment, the conversation between you flowed effortlessly. You shared stories and laughter and discovered common interests that made the blackout seem like a stroke of luck rather than an inconvenience. The initial awkwardness dissolved, replaced by a genuine connection that neither of them expected.
Penelope couldn't help but feel a sense of relief and comfort in your company. She had liked you from afar for quite some time, and now, fate had brought them together in the most unexpected way. You, too, found Penelope's quirky charm and enthusiasm contagious, making the blackout feel more like an opportunity for connection than a technological disaster.
As they continued talking, Penelope couldn't shake off the nervous energy that had been building up inside her. She glanced at you, wondering if now was the right time to express what she had been contemplating.
"You know," Penelope started, her voice a mix of playfulness and sincerity, "despite the chaos and the darkness, spending time with you has been the highlight of this blackout. It's like the universe decided to play matchmaker tonight."
You smiled, feeling a warmth spread through them. "I have to agree. Who would've thought a power outage would lead to such an interesting evening?"
Penelope chuckled, her eyes meeting yours. "Well, sometimes the best connections happen when you least expect them. And speaking of connections," she paused, taking a deep breath, "I was wondering if maybe, once the power is back and everything is back to normal, you'd want to go out on a date with me?"
Your heart skipped a beat at the unexpected but welcomed proposition. "I'd love that," you replied, unable to hide the excitement in their voice.
Penelope grinned, a mix of relief and happiness evident in her expression. "Great! I promise the next time we meet, it won't involve accidental blackouts. How about we make it dinner? Just the two of us."
You nodded, feeling a surge of anticipation. "Sounds perfect. I can't wait."
As Penelope got up to leave, she turned to you with a playful glint in her eyes. "It's a date then. And who knows, maybe we'll have a good laugh about this blackout when we look back on it."
You walked her to the door, and with a warm smile, Penelope said, "Until then, stay out of tech experiments gone wrong, okay?"
You chuckled, "Deal. Looking forward to our date, Penelope."
And with that, Penelope walked out into the dark hallway, leaving you with a sense of excitement and anticipation for the unexpected but promising connection that had formed during a blackout.

Bob’s Burgers accurately showcases making a shop out of something you desperately love.
Bob, burgers and fries. Me, monsters and mail.
To succeed at anything, you have to roll a natural 20. Any other result sets you back. You can roll as many times as you have resources.
I took the day off and sat by the lake and ate chocolate and lemons and sandwiches and aside from one photo and music left behind all tech and notebooks and ideas.
I came back home.
I sat down.
I figured out business things that have been locked together for literally years.
It happened about as quickly as it took me to write this.
I accept that my life will never be linear or make sense or follow a guided path.
Thank you for being here and sharing the beautiful nonsense.

I wrote a lil fanfic about Damian learning to love from his family, I like to think it was gradually and he figured out how he loved each them
Love
Love is an unusual concept,
we say we love food, animals, material things, music and people.
I don't get it, loving people, was always an outlandish idea.
I thought I loved my mother but know that I look back on it, she brainwashed me into thinking that what is was.
Then I met this group, clan a family if you will.
Everyone was imperfect and I thought I was above them.
But I soon realized I was no better than them, I had my flaws and instead of punishing me they embraced it.
I think this was my first time feeling love,
we're I didn't have to pretend to be the best,
to show that I'm worthy of of it,
but they showed me that I'm worthy of love no matter what.
Father showed me by giving me materialized things, giving me art supplies and books and the latest tech.
Grayson took me places, such as the zoo and to museums, took me out to get ice cream or our once a month brother dinner date.
Todd never seemed to care, or so I thought, he would bring me strays when he found them just walking the streets.
Drake, it took him time far longer than the others to adapt to me and I don't blame him. But he was always by my side whenever I had nightmare, it didn't matter if he hates me or not.
Cain was always nice, quiet but when she did talk it meant something and she showed me through her actions, whenever someone in the family was mad at me, she would come and comfort me. Sometimes never speaking a word, just there for comfort and when she did talk she made me feel better.
Gordon, wasn't an official part of the family but it felt like it, she was more of the affection type always giving hugs and forehead kisses and making jokes about the people she loved, it was annoying as hell but once I got used to it I started to appreciate it.
Thomas, not an a official part but still there, he is the most normal-ish out of the family, scared of me but non the less one of my favorites, he showed me by almost getting in a fight with 13 year old racist kid who teased me of my Arabic decent.
Brown was the one to make you gifts, they were ugly but she put her heart and soul into and that's what matters. I would never tell her this but I have a secret box in my room filled with her ugly gifts.
Kyle, is more of mother than my real one will ever be, she's kind and sweet and when I don't want socialize at events will calm me down and take me into another room. She'll make us food and give pennyworth a break, she can stop fights in seconds and the best person to watch a movie with.
And finally pennyworth or grandfather as I should say. The most efficient man I have ever meet, cooks the meals, gets the children ready, tend to the house garden and pets, and makes sure to patch us up at the end of patrol, my favorite in the family.
I love my family more than I'd like to admit.
I love our idiotic actions and stupid fights.
I love our movie nights and going out on patrol.
I love each and everyone one of them.
Though I would never ever tell them under any circumstance.
But I have feeling they know
and I'm okay with that.

Hobie Brown Headcanons
Tumblr media
Hobie owns his own flat and lives alone but most of his friends stay for prolonged periods. This has led to him basically having several unofficial roommates. All of his friends also have a key to his flat.
Like most spider people, at least as far as i'm aware, Hobie did seek higher education however dropped out before he could obtain any degrees. When it comes to what he went to school for I cannot really decide but the possible ones are science related, tech related, or art related.
Hobie can sense vibrations more easily with his webs due to his familiarity with music and talent for it.
In canon his gwen stacy was a popular musician but tragically died (like most gwen stacys). I feel he has probably gone to plenty of her concerts or even knew her in highschool but never met her one on one and was not a close friend of hers. As such her death didn’t scar him like it does most spider people but rather inspired him to fight harder as well as is what possibly set him on his path more.
What led to his recruitment into spider society was possibly due to Miguel wanting to keep an eye on him. Hobie can be very unpredictable and is incredibly resourceful which makes him both a great ally and difficult enemy. You would much rather have someone like him on your side at arms length than against you and at your throat.
Hobie’s aunt may is not his actual aunt but a woman who took him in when he was young. She has no relation to him but is still family to him. Between saving the day and kicking bad guys butts he often crashes at her place when he is too tired to go the whole way home.
The shoes he gave gwen were his when he was younger (there is no way they are the same shoe size). He typically keeps an assortment of old clothes around in case anyone needs something so he has something that might fit.
From the moment he found out about Miles he was plotting to keep Miguel from manipulating or hurting him. He did the same with Gwen and Pav.
Hobie is a natural older brother figure. He looks out for the youth as well as his own, doing what ever he deems necessary to keep them either out of harms way or giving them the tools to deal with the harm themselves.
