switch to lukewarm or cool water for the final rinse. this helps seal conditioner into your hair and invigorates your body.
towel-dry slightly before applying moisturizer to your body. moisturizing right after the shower helps seal in hydration.
as humans, we don't like to admit when our habits are up to par. you must master the basics! how are you supposed to grow if you lack a strong foundation?

I'm one week clean of weed again. I relapsed a while back, I was feeling bad, and I had no one to talk to about it, so I relapsed and fell into my old ways. I spent a few months in a vicious cycle of getting high, being nonproductive, then feeling bad about it and getting high again to forget it. I'm proud to say that I'm doing better now, and I'm getting to my productive version of myself which is the version I love the most. That's all, hope ya'll have a great day and say no to your addictions, focus on bettering yourself instead.

So I've been following your channel for years and ik you watched LPS popular and mean girls like most people with a childhood, but was there any other inspiration? Like what inspired you to change the story so much so that it is what it is now?
Im assuming the story you're referring to is Focus (previously Camp Riverwood) since LPS Popular and Mean Girls were the main inspiration for it
Honestly, as I was rewriting the series, I think I found the most inspiration from my own experiences and feelings, mainly through the finishing years of high school especially since all the characters are in their senior year. I took inspiration from my own hardships and applied it to some of the characters, especially ones like Gwen, Melody, and Monica.
I think all my stories take some inspiration from my own experiences, even without me realizing it. It's not always intentional projecting, but sometimes taking insp from reality makes the characters feel more realistic and relatable. It helps me flesh them out.
So, mainly my high school years are the inspiration I suppose! Not being in school anymore, it's hard to find that inspiration, so I'll probably find more ways to get motivation for these characters. I'm sure I also took inspiration from other media I liked at the time, but my memory on that is foggy

A thing I really need to write down somewhere (like here I guess) so I remember it when I am struck with seasonal depression is that one of the activities that I am still able to take part in and enjoy is playing lightweight board/card games.
I just spent the last hour teaching my mom to play Sprawlopolis and now my mood is honestly the best it's been in weeks. I'm gonna make a list of bad mood/low motivation friendly board and card games in my collection (the ones that aren't too difficult and don't require a lot of set up and are mostly solo games) so that it's easier to remember the next time summer tries to eat my brain.
