Kryptonian Fentons
Because Superman calls himself the Last Son of Krypton. Other living Kryptonian families in the galaxy don't talk to him or look for him. He wants to feel special, so make him feel special.
So Danny learns from his Mom and dad when he learns he is an alien. Best day ever!! Jazz said she was sure Superman didn't mean it that way, but she hadn't thought of looking for him either.
Maybe he really does feel that way, but it's not healthy to do so after others have been found. Like his cousin Supergirl.
The Fentons don't even mean it the mean way or thinking badly about it. But when they found out about him, and he said he was the last of his kind. Well, if he wants to be the last, let him be the last. They are busy with their work and being parents, teaching Jazz not to fly in the air.

Biologically everybody's kid
So! Have you ever seen those Prompts or Headcanons where Ghosts and Ectoplasm are Unstable and like to change alot? Specifically based on the Hosts Beliefs and such?
Well, imagine this.
Danny is a part of the JLA, and one day he needs to get a Blood Test done. It's just a normal Physical, so that they know how to help him if he ever gets hurt, or to see if he has any health concerns that need to be addressed.
They get the results of the DNA Tear back, and find that it tested positive for Amazonian DNA.
They are confused. Why did Phantom never mention that he was an Amazon? Diana is feeling down because he is a member of her same Race and never told her.
Then, they test again just to see if it was accurate and it comes back as Yeti DNA.
Now they are confused.
They test it again, and it's Dragon DNA.
Again, and it's Kryptonian DNA.
Again, and it's Batman's DNA.
Again, and they find traces of the Speed Force in his DNA.
Every time they test the DNA again, they get a different result, telling them that he is Half Human Half something else that is constantly changing.
They are confused, Danny is not aware of any of this, and Batman is already calling Dibs.

Prompt 336
Danny might’ve maybe gone into reincarnation. Y’know, for fun! As a treat! In another world so he can return to his after this vacation with no consequences! It’ll be fun! It’ll… Oh. This… isn’t ideal.
He’s not supposed to have most (or any) of his memories back, but apparently a clone with downloaded information does something when mixed with reincarnation. Enough that he’s curled up because his head hurts. There’s too much information for his brain, even if his Core is trying to take the edge off.
Everything is loud, and this body hasn’t breathed before and he’s struggling to do so and- And there’s a hand on his shoulder, voices unintelligible amidst the many other sounds even with his own hands over his ears. His face is wet- tears? And he wants to go back in the tube now-
He’s getting picked up- has he gotten picked up before? Maybe? It’s hard to untangle what he remembers from Before and what he remembers from this life. It hurts to remember things he shouldn’t be able to, so he buries his face against the bright colors and cloth that muffles the noises and tries not to cry more.

Danny is Jon Kent.
Danny was in English class when it happened. A portal opened under his desk and he fell into it, desk and all. When he was able to get his bearings of whatever he’d been dropped into, he was considering going ghost, but something deep inside of him told him to wait and watch. That his ghost half wasn’t needed yet. So he did.
He looked around. He noticed a teenager, around his age, that was dressed in a gray, black and red costume with a R on the chest, who was standing next to a blonde guy in a long trench coat.
“There you go, Batbrat. One Jon Kent for ya. Don’t kill this one, eh?” Constantine winked and teleported out of the room after clapping the ‘Batbrat’ on the shoulder.
The teen turned to him, walking over slowly. Danny was unnerved. He didn’t know who ‘Jon Kent’ was, or why he was summoned, but he didn’t want to have to defend himself with his English final and a pencil. He pulled the hidden Fentonbat from his pocket and extended it, aiming it at the teen.
“Don’t come any closer.” Danny hissed, “Who are you and why was I summoned here?”
The teen tilted his head. “You don’t recognize me?”
“Am I supposed to?” He kept the bat steady in his hands, but he doubted that it would do much against the teen. Something in him told him that the teen was more highly trained than he was and that he could decimate him without any effort.
The teen reached up and pulled the mask off of his face, looking slightly hopeful. “My name is Damian Wayne.” The teen looked him up and down, “The Jon Kent of my world is dead and you will take his place.”
“Alright, look, uh—Damian, was it? First off, I’m not Jon Kent, don’t even know who that is. Second off, I’m not taking some dead teens place. No way. That’s just creepy and it’s not happening.”
He was starting to get creepy vibes from Damian, and the only other person that creeped him out like this was Vlad, and Vlad was… well, Vlad.
“The world is in danger. Superman is going mad with his grief. He needs his son.” Damian looked into his eyes, “And I need my best friend back.”
“That’s a whole lot of nope from me.” He backed away, but found himself with the desk blocking his retreat. “Look, I’m honored but uh, my sister will get worried if I don’t come home and trust me, you don’t want that.”
“You don’t have a sister.” Damian took a few steps forward.
He stepped around the desk and kept it between him and Damian. “You’ve got the wrong guy! I don’t know who Jon Kent is! My name is Danny! Danny Fenton! And for once in my life, can you please send me back to school so I can take my English test?”
“I thought we would be friends in every universe.” Damian mumbled, “But I guess I was wrong.”
“Cool. Cool. Cool. Uh, quick idea, sending me home sounds fantastic.”
“The world needs you, Jon. I need you.” Damian frowned, “But if you won’t go willingly, I will force you.”
Loosing his temper, he spat: “I’m not Jon, you arrogant ass—“
He was cut off when he saw Damian pull a glowing green rock from his pocket. Instantly, Danny fell to his knees, dragging the desk down with him as he fell. He clutched his chest, making it feel like it was hard to breathe. He lost unconsciousness.

Culture Shock
Look, Danny knows not all of the ghosts from the Zone are human, ok?
Skulker is an alien, Wulf is from another dimension, and Frostbite's ancestral world don't even have planets.
You can meet any ghost from any world and any time period, it's only one of the infinite weird things about the Realms.
So it wasn't a big deal when Danny asked Walker to teach him his mother tongue. Just an attempt to reduce the communication error with the guy, and maybe an effort to get to know his Zone neighbors better.
Generic ghost speak can only get them so far after all.
And ok, Danny wasn't expecting to get actual language books and fucking homeworks from the warden, but whatever. Walker is stuffy like that. It's actually pretty sweet of him to give Danny all of these materials, and Danny can appreciate that.
It might have, unfortunately, slipped Danny's mind to ask more about Walker's origins. Although to be fair, learning an alien language wouldn't be a problem normally, it shouldn't be.
If not for that cursed Fenton luck.
How in the realms is Danny supposed to know Walker is Kryptonian??? Walker acts nothing like Superman, how is Danny supposed to connect the two dots?!
Shit, how do he even start to explain this when Superman is knocking on his dorm window??

DCxDP Fanfic idea: The Cousin
Clark had always known that Krypton was an entire planet with more than just a few cities scattered about, but it was a very distant knowledge that he grew up with.
Yes, it was sad that he was among the few Kyptonians left in the universe, but Clark has always considered himself human before anything else. He was Jonathan Kent and Martha Kent's son long before he learned of his identity as Kal-El.
It made him feel guilty that he preferred being Clark Kent to Kal-El, but it was the honest truth, as mean as it was.
Kara had once accused him of not understanding what it mean to have lost their home planet like she did. She often pointed out that his Kryptonese sounded like someone who had learned it as a second language. She also claimed that he was only pretending to be Kryptonian in another argument, and the worst was when she stated he wasn't Kryptonian enough. She raged because she was mourning the loss of her planet and people, and lashing out at him was easier.
He knew that, but it still stung, though not in the way she wanted. It stung because of the guilt: He agreed that he was prouder to be considered an Earthling than a Kryptonian.
He couldn't help that English rested more comfortably on his tongue or the scents of Earth's food were far more appetizing than the meals Kara made (As close to her family's recipes as she could. There were some spices Earth similarly couldn't substitute)
His rocket ship was his parents' attempt to stuff as much of their culture as they could into it before their people were wiped out. He tried hard to learn everything they managed to save, but he didn't connect to it as strongly as he did in history class listening to the USA's humble beginnings.
He felt guilty about that, too.
When they found Kon-El, he let Kara give him a name, only to later discover what Kon in Kryptonian meant. By that point, the clone had built an entire identity out of the name, and seeing his cousin's smug smirk made his insides turn.
He didn't like the clone, but he didn't think the boy deserved that. Though Clark should have done something, eventually, he would help rebrand the name, shifting the translation of the more modern (or it was before Kypton was no more) to an older Kryptonian one. Although Kara acted like he was destroying more of their culture, Clark felt it was better this way.
It was a struggle to be trapped between two worlds, but Clark knew which one he would choose every single time.
Then Bruce found the boy.
As usual, Bruce kept an eye on all major powers, including up-and-coming heroes. He first gained wind of the young hero in Amity Park from a young Wes Weston, who posted daily about Phantom. Since Phantom seemed to fall under the jurisdiction of the Justice League Dark, Clark didn't pay much attention to him.
Bruce had eyes on the young hero and had sent Robin to offer training and support, but the boy seemed much more interested in staying in his own part of the world and fighting the dead. Clark could respect that.
All heroes had an area that was undoubtedly theirs, and Phantom picked the most haunted place in the country to protect. It made sense. Months went by with Bruce occasionally bringing up the boy in meetings, to either update them on his work or praise the child for his missions in that weird, emotionless way Bruce talked as Batman.
Then, one day, Kara barged into the meeting, about to argue for her right to join the Justice League, when her eyes landed on the hologram of Phantom, which was frozen in place. Her mouth opened and closed, eyes wide, before she blurted out, "You found someone from the house of Lor-Van!?"
"What?" Clark sat up, recognizing his mother's maiden name.
"Look at his chest! That's the Lor-Van symbol!" Kara screeched, hope starting to bloom in her eyes. "He's your cousin, Kal. Likely from your mother's young brother! I heard he was attempting to make a rocket on the other side of Kypton, but I never knew if he was successful....but he must have! He has your mother's eyes!"
Clark feels like someone kicked him in the chest. His voice cracks as he asks, "There were other refugees from Kypton?"
Whatever glee was on Kara's face died a painful death as she turned away, hiding her tears. "Not everyone believed Uncle Jor, but not everyone thinks he was lying. They just didn't make it."
The silence in the meeting hall is heavy. Clark is only half aware of his teammates shooting unsure glances between the two aliens until Bruce clears his throat. "If Phantom is truly of house Lor-Van, I think it's time to approach him again, especially since he's a ghost. Anyone with magic can take control of him."
"Oh," Kara's voice is small. "He didn't make it either."
Clark leaps to drag Kara into a hug. She goes willingly, but doesn't hug back as she stays stiff as a board, hiding her face in his chest. "He should have been your age. Makes sense why he's still a teenager."
He doesn't know what to say to make her feel better. Nothing will feel better when you lose your entire world.
"We could go meet him, " he offers instead. Clark feels Kara move her head against his chest in one brisk nod, but it's enough for him to excuse himself from the rest of the League. They wave away his apology, offering to come with them for moral support, but Clark feels it's something he and Kara should be able to handle on their own.
She's crying on her way back to Earth, aiming for the part of the planet that houses Amity Park. Clark could have just had the Zeta beams from the Watch Tower, but he felt a flight would have done her some good.
"I don't know why I'm sad," She laughs wetly. "It's not like he's my cousin. He's a cousin of a cousin. I just thought...."
"I know," he tells her, pretending not to see the flooding tears behind her. Maybe we can find out what happened to him."
Maybe he was raised on Earth before his early death. Maybe Phantom is like me. Clark says, but he hopes. Even if it were a ghost, it would be nice to have someone understand.
The two Supers don't say anything else as they re-enter Earth's skies, and they can spot a ain't green glowing monster fighting against another smaller white glowing figure on the horizon.

Mooom stop, You're Embarassing Meee
The Justice League and Young Justice were too late, the summoning had been completed and whatever creature the cult had chosen to wreck havoc on earth was coming out of an ominous green portal.
The head popped out. It looked as if a piece of space was trying to imitate a human head but the constant movement made it appear as if it was burning and flowing underwater at the same time. A halo made up of floating pieces of ice gathered behind its head, glowing and rearranging itself to look like a wheel with never ending details. To top it all off a sharp crown the deepest black anyone has seen sat ontop of its head, embedded with five beautiful blue jewels. However, the longer anyone stared at them the more the jewels started to look like eyes.
The head turned towards the cult members, freezing them in a blink of an eye, the attack too fast for them to comprehend. It then set its sights on them, scanning the heroes before a giant hand?...Claw?... Some weird mixture of both reached out towards them with insane speed.
"SUPERBOY!"
Someone shouted but it was too late, the creature already had him in its grasp and bring him up to its face and–...actually, it doesn't seem to be harming him at all, much to everyone's confusion. Furthermore it is as if it was...lovingly nuzzling him?
Superboy looked red in the face and rather embarassed?
"Mommm, stop, you're embarassing me infront of my team."
"MOM?!"

So I was reading something in a fanfic about Conner kryptonian name and had to google it, to see if it's true and it is...
And now I can't stop imagining Superman shitting bricks of pure fear whenever he sees Danny, after said person finds out. Why? Let me set the scene and paint the picture:
Tumblr media
Of course when Ellie told Damian and Jon about their actually half-dead status and her being a clone, Jon lets the fact slip that his big brother Connor is actually also a clone and Ellie is ecstatic and wants to meet him. Danny tags along, because he's curious too. And hey! Conner is really cool! A completely normal, good big brother until the topic of his name comes up.
Jon and Connor are piece by piece learning bits and pieces of Kryptonian culture from Clark, at the start only Jon, but now that Conner and Clark's relationship got better overtime he started teaching him too... Except he fell silent with a look of shame, now whenever Connor asked about the name Clark gave him. Danny asked about it, having learned kryptonian from Walker and his face fell when Conner said "Kon-El*" with this happy tone in his voice, that meant he truly head no idea. Before Connor knew it, Danny put his arms around him, held him tight and just whispered "...you have every right to be here, to live and breathe and exist. To be who you what to be. Please don't ever, ever let no one, anyone tell you otherwise, kid." Conner is confused but still so touched that Danny held such kind words for him, even if he doesn't know why.
Then Danny seeks out Clark, currently in the watchtower in full Superman gear. Danny's first words when he saw the hunk of a man was: "Kon-El*!?? Are you fucking kidding me or something!?!? What the fuck is wrong with you?!" There he stood: 5'7" black hair, blue eyes either a new protege of the bat since it's adoption material but the fact that he can speak Kryptonian makes Supes shiver slightly. At least he looks nothing like him, that's a plus- no wait, that's Jon's new friend's brother right? ...what is he doing in the watchtower!?
"H-how did you..?" He looked confused, Danny was sweet and kind, if mischievous young man. Then it dawned on Clark, he knew Kryptonian and his confusion turned to guilt. There's a reason he didn't like calling Connor by the name given by him anymore. "...so you-"
"Yes, I know and don't you dare, use that kicked puppy look on me when you know you fucked up, dogrhys*." Clark watched in growing disbelief at Danny crossing his arms. His stands unwavering. Slowly Clarks opinion changes and so does his temper, looking at at Danny in a mix of incredibility and slight offence.
"Okay. You little sister and my son are friends, yes but how did you get here and what gives you the right to insult me like this? Are you even Kryptonian?" Okay, yeah, maybe he was a bit to harsh, but Clark is working on himself! He's been thinking of giving Conner a new name or rework the meaning of his current one. Suddenly a light flashes Infront of him and Danny is glowering at him, clearly floating and and in a knew colour palette too; purple skin, pointy ears, white floaty hair, neon, kryptonite green glowing eyes that are a tad bit to wild for a human and a mouth that's forming a scowl with decidedly too many sharp teeth. A crown of fire floating over his head. Staring eye to eye on the same level now.
"Call me King Phantom of the infinite realms and I dare you... I said nothing, because it's your responsibility to right your wrongs, but be careful or I will make sure you regret your childish decisions Kal-El*." Clark froze up, the temperature in the room fell noticeably even for him as He growled dangerously. Uncomfortably slow, a shudder of terror made it's way down Clarks spine, as he griped the extend. It's phantom, as in :dokhahsh*. Then with a king of the infinite realms, which Constantine explained as the home dimension of ghosts, as in vrrosh :dokhahsh*. It seemed apparent what Danny- what that demon wanted, because he grined way too wide and toothy and sharp "...I see, then take care. Now." And with that he vanished, phased right through him and into a portal he opened just outside the tower in the middle of the vacuum of space.
That was the moment Clark's knees gave in and he fell to the floor... He should tell the others, that a literal demon king is housing in Gotham, but doing so would have to make him admit his cruel and childish mistake to the whole league and he can't, he just can't... Well... At least, Clark knows that for some reason he is kind and protective of the innocent. So it shouldn't be a problem, right?
Well, imagine his face when Batman calls in an important meeting to introduce someone who wants to ask the JL for help and to his absolute horror it turns out to be the devil in person.
Tumblr media
_Glossary:_
Kon-El - Conner's Kryptonian name; in the old 52 Clark explained it was "the name of one his cousins", in the new 52 it was mentioned that it meant something like "Abomination of house El". Yes, exactly. That's why Danny snapped.
Dogrhys - as far as I understood, can be used as slur, kinda like "faulty asshole" or "fucked up in the head" I could be wrong though
Kal-El - Clark's Kryptonian name, meaning something like "Star Child", you probably know it already but just to be orderly.
:dokhahsh - Literally "Phantom". Also used to describe bad ghosts, demons, basically every evil spirit and overall just very negative connotation.
vrrosh :dokhahsh - "Phantom Zone, the dimension of ghosts". I am not kidding, you can look it up.
Basically, Danny introduced himself as "demon king of the bad afterlife" to Clark, who now has it out for him XD
Just thought it funny and wanted to share!

Danny is missing son of Lois and Clark Danny is same age As Dick That made Dani their Grandchild
After a fight against one of his villains, Superman's son was kidnapped by them. He wasn't able to find his boy, so he and Lois thought for years that he was dead.
Amnestic Danny was found by the loving Fenton parents, who took him in. The magic attack made his kryptonian DNA weaker, but he was still strong. Jack said he was as strong as him! His new dad seems to be a meta. Danny loved his new life in Amity Park, and after the portal, he was turned into a Kryptonian/Ghost Hybrid.
Danny Phantom was born. The years are going all normal.
+
Bruce looked at the computer as he called Clark.
"This is about Damian's new friend; she is weak to kryptonite, and the DNA test shows she is related to you."
Clark:"A new Clone? I got better after Conner."
Bruce. "No, she has your and Lois DNA; you know what that means."
Clark:" He is alive, and I and Lois are grandparents." We missed so much."

Sandwiches
So! Clark is a Kid, and he is making a sandwich, but the Ketchup he puts on it accidentally makes a Summoning Sigil.
He turns around to find a Glowing Eldritch Being floating behind him.
He stares at the Eldritch Beast.
The Eldritch Beast stares at him.
Clark wordlessly picks up 2 more slices of bread, makes a other sandwich, and offers it to Being.
It takes the Sandwich, looks at him, and smirks before saying, "Not bad." And disappearing.
The next day, Clark's parents told him that they were going to have an extremely bountiful Harvest that year, and that they would be able to pay off all of their remaining Debts, lifting all of the stress that he had seen them begin to accumulate over the years.
Later that week during the Party to celebrate their success, Clark sneaks away with a plate of Food, draws that same circle on his favorite Tree, and leaves the Plate of food alongside a note saying "Thanks!"
And thus was the start of an incredible, but rather strange, friendship.
(BTW I left the specific Ghost blank to play around with, cause maybe it wasn't Danny)

DP headcannon where instead of Danny knowing all dead languages he gains a teeny tiny amount of the language of somebody who’s died. Like if a Latin person died guess what Danny knows a few Latin words now. And this stuff stacks so if a (very terrible) event happens he could potentially learn entire languages with slang, accent, sayings- the whole package.
Anyways he’s trying to explain to Superman that he’s not kryptonion.

A morally bankrupt scientist working at an IVF clinic decided to secretly try to insert some alien DNA into the embryos he was processing just to see what would happen to them.
His plan was eventually discovered though, and he was arrested. In the aftermath, the heroes and law enforcement agencies began to track down all the affected families to inform them of the situation and provide medical testing to determine if the kids were at risk of anything.
However, as most of the kids were found to be essentially fine, the importance of that search dropped down. A few families slipped through the cracks, completely unaware of what had transpired.
And several years later, Danny Fenton started to notice some oddities that couldn’t quite be explained by his half-ghost physiology…

Prompt 295
So, maybe Danny should have been more specific when he said he wanted to get reincarnated, because this? Is not an ideal situation.
See he’s fine with being a clone, really, but uh, apparently the scientists want to terminate him- which, like dude, he’s not even melting or actively dying! So what if he failed at their tests, his body is three, give him a break!
Well, at least it’s given him certainty in getting out, because these are Not good people. He wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and- hold up, another clone? Brother? Two brothers? One aged up, one in the middle of it- since his own aging-up failed past three?
Oh hell no, they can’t experiment on his brothers, those are his brothers and living people just as much as he is! Time to break out- and he’s taking those papers thank you- and gonna’ grab his… he’s gonna’ call them his triplets because they’re the same age, just aged differently.
Now hold his hand, they’re runnin’ to the mountai- oh thank fuck, the physically-oldest of them can fly. To the mountains while they have the cover of night and they can figure things out. At least his life isn’t boring yet…

Kryptonian Jack Fenton and a reveal gone right. Jack, who already bodies walls and treats red lights as suggestions, is one of the first people to avoid when going in public in Amity Park. Any newcomer learns this lesson straight from the start. After Dru-Zod’s attack and the releasing of Kryptonian prisoners, Batman/Bruce builds a device that senses Kryptonian DNA anywhere on the planet. They track down all of the missing prisoners, but for some odd reason, they’re getting three more hits in Illinois. Clark decides to go with Diana disguised by civilians and they learn all about the Fenton family. They learn more than they bargain to when they personally witness Jack picking a car up and throwing it at a ghost, then using the remains of that car to plug up the fire hydrant that broke during the fight and had been spewing water everywhere. (That didn’t even remotely solve the problem) Danny, as a human, dodges a blast from the ghost and uses his superspeed to grab a thermos from their house and return within seconds to ‘soup’ the ghost. The entire town ignores the superhuman acts of the Fentons, squaring the actions away as normal Fenton bullshit.

Mooom stop, You're Embarassing Meee
Part 2
They were in the Watchtower now, having decided it was a better for them to talk to the Ghost King there, away from prying eyes and people.
Although Conner thought he was playing it off cool anyone with super-hearing could hear how fast his heart was beating, from nervousness or excitement they weren't sure but one thing's for certain is that they were about to get answers.
The Ghost King was set to arrive in a couple of minutes so that gave everybody some time to prepare. Most of them were tidying up while the magic users were grilling into everybody what and what not to say or ask at risk of enraging their guest.
Superboy felt his presence long before his superhearing caught the swish of the familiar red cape.
"Soo... Mom?"
Conner presses his lips together, refusing to meet Clark's eyes, he shrugs but the movement is barely visible.
"Were you planning to tell me?"
"Well.. yeah, I mean.. eventually."
A moment of silence passes by.
"Did.. did you go.. looking for him?"
"No.. he was just.. I ran into him on the mission regarding the rampaging necromancer who was trying to summon an army of undead to take over an island he claimed was rightfully his. "
"The necromancer? That's.. that was three months ago, why did..." Clark pauses, he realises why Conner didn't tell him.
Conner's still avoiding his eyes.
Clark sighs, "I.." Conner's shoulders stiffen.
"I'm sorry, I didn't..." He places his hand on Conner's shoulder, which prompts Conner to look up at him for a moment, before shifting his gaze to the wall behind him.
"I'm not mad, I'm just...confused. I thought... I thought we were doing okay."
Conner opens his mouth but doesn't speak for a moment.
"Hey.."
Conner looks back to Clark.
"Talk to me bud, I want to listen."
Conner's shoulders fall.
"I just.. didn't know how you'd react I guess. I was just.. scared."
Clark doesn't respond for a moment, Conner looks away again. He moves to step away, but he's stopped when Clark drags him into a hug. Conner stiffens again, but almost immediately melts into it. He presses his face into Clark's arm.
Clark sighs again, and when he speaks, his voice is muffled by Conner's hair.
"I'm sorry Con.. I am. I should've done better. I should've been better. You deserved better. I wish you would've felt like you could tell me. But.. I'd love to hear about him now.."
Looking up at the man he can now comfortably call his father Conner opens his mouth to speak, wanting to share alll the things he has been up to with his other parent, but before he could utter another word a green portal appeared right there in the conference room.
It's appearence captured the attention of every hero in the room who assumed their positions, giving the portal their full attention. Whatever Clark wanted to know he was about to find out right now.
