My morning so far:

Barbecuing hamburgers for lunch

I throw the burgers on the grille, then turn around to attend to some miscellaneous yard work

I look up a few minutes later and think "should the smoke be that colour?"

I remember that I'd had the jets on full blast to burn some shmutz off the grill

I do not remember turning it down before putting the burgers on

Those burgers have been cooking at seven hundred degrees

I... think it's still salvageable at this point, but it's going to be interesting to learn what sort of texture I've achieved.
